I s...</title><content type='html'>Jumping rope is an excellant way to excersise. I simply love it .There was a time wheni used to jump rope for 30 to 40 minutes. I found counting 1 to 100 and taki gvery small break for a second doing some step touches really helped me ,I would keep doing it counting and taking small step touch breaks till I reached 3,000. that would take me around 30 to 35 minutes. Tehn i would work with wieghts alternating between dumbells for my uppper body and leg weights for the lower body on alternate days, and do some abs also and some yoga as stretches and finish it off.&lt;br /&gt;Unfortunately about ( years ago I got stroke and from that time, although i have recovered 98% I find while jumping rope my right leg keeps on triping over the rope pretty often because of which I ge teasily frustrated and give up . But i try the same thing without rope and keep jumping.
