Those that choose not to us...It's already optional. Those that choose not to use a professional do so at their own peril based upon their own ability to understand and move through the process. I don't think a semantic web will completely remove the real estate professional from the process, it will however require them to have a completely different skill set when it comes to marketing and understanding their role in the creation and distribution of data and listing enhancements.
