Do Mexican cartels profit? You bet. Do potential innocent collateral victims of mom-and-pop-meth-labs profit? Even more!! Hard to prove a zero-measurable like the numbers of people that could have been harmed that won't be, but collateral damage and victims were clear-cut losers when home grown labs were more prolific.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
