Can you imagine going through elementary and middle schools WITHOUT any of these? As a mom of two school-age children myself, it's really disappointing to say the least.

I just found out that 3 Denville moms decided to take action to save the Yearbook for Valleyview Middle School (my son's school). Mara's Cafe, one of Denville's favorite meeting spots is doing a fundraiser THIS Friday July 17th for the Save the Yearbook Committee. Mara's will be donating 20% of all sales on July 17th towards the cause, and the moms will also set up a table to accept any donations. Your donations will be tax-deductible, since the 'Save the Yearbook Committee' is operating under the umbrella of the Denville Kids Enrichment Fund, a 501 (3) c non profit charitable fund.

Can you imagine going through middle school WITHOUT a Yearbook? Please help these middle school students save their Yearbook. It will really mean a lot to them!! Mara's is famous for its coffees, teas, bakery selections and gelato. They have great breakfast and lunch selections too. It's one of my favorite meeting places. If you've never been to Mara's, this is a great opportunity to check it out and help a great cause!! I'll be there this Friday with my kids. Hope to see you there too!

Mara's Cafe & Bakery
25 East Main St
Denville, NJ 07834
973-625-0901
www.marasdesserts.com

Joyful Blessings,
Hueina
Hueina Su, MS, BSN, CEC, is an expert in helping people find the missing peace and balance in their stressful lives. One of the articles talks about the elements of good composition in photography. Of course, one of the main criteria is that you have to make the main subject of the photograph stand out. When you look at a photograph, you have to be able to tell, beyond the shadow of the doubt, who/what the main subject is. An out-of-focus photo is not going to cut it, of course. But a great picture needs more than just focus.

The author argues that, most photographers (amateur or professional) are afraid of getting "close enough" to their subjects. He said, when you move in so close that you can see the sweat on the forehead of the pottery artist, you have a good chance of getting a powerful picture.

But more often than not, we see the kind of photographs with so much "background clutter" that we can't really see the main subject clearly.

Whenever we go on a vacation, I dread asking total strangers to take pictures of me and my family. First of all, they often don't know how to use my SLR camera. Second of all, I almost always end up with either a blurred picture, or a picture where you need a magnifying glass to find us.

Don't you just hate that?!

Now that I have a digital SLR (talk about instant gratification!) AND I've learned to be much more picky about who I ask to take our pictures (hint: look for those who also carry a SLR camera), my odds of getting a good vacation group picture has gotten better.

Now, you might ask: What does this have to do with life?

If someone takes a snapshot of your life today, what does your picture look like?

Is the snapshot of your life a close-up, powerful composition with you front and center, and all the important elements of your life clearly visible & arranged according to their priorities?

Are you out-of-focus, or looking sharp in the picture?

Or does it look like a random snapshot of chaos, with so much clutter you can barely see yourself?

Or, perhaps (gasp!) you are totally invisible?!!!

Remember that TV commercial where you see the housework being done, baby being fed, laundry being folded, BUT you cannot see the Mommy at all? Do you feel like that Invisible Mommy sometimes? Or all the time?

What feelings surfaced when you look at this imaginary snapshot of your life? If you have a snapshot that's taken so far away from you, what was it that prevented you to take a close-up look at yourself and your life? What is it that you don't like about yourself or your life? What are you avoiding/denying?

If you have a snapshot that's cluttered, or out-of-focus, what do you want your picture to look like instead? What elements need to be included and how do you want to arrange them in the picture?

Most importantly, what are you going to do to make this happen?

A picture is worth a thousand words, but action speaks louder than any words. What can you do this week to de-clutter, re-arrange, and re-focus your life?

What will be your first baby step?

Set your intention, craft out an action plan, tell someone to get the accountability & support, and get going!!!

Hueina Su, MS, BSN, CEC, is an expert in helping people find the missing peace and balance in their stressful lives. Why then are we living in such troubling times? Today I bring you information that is vital for living truly free lives, where we are in control and can once again create our ideal life.

I am writing about my friend and colleague, Eldon Taylor and his brand new book, Mind Programming: From Persuasion and Brainwashing to Self-Help and Practical Metaphysics. This is simply a must-read book! This message is so important that many of the world's visionaries, myself included, have joined together to support this book launch.

Louise

Hay

Hueina

Su

Christiane

Northrup

Don Miguel

Ruiz

Marci

Shimoff

View the trailer for Mind Programming

As you read this book, you'll feel the blinders being removed and you will truly see the world in an entirely new light.

Jeff Warrick,
documentary filmmaker, Programming the Nation

Eldon bares the facts, exposing the groups ranging from media types to governmental agencies that have spent billions of dollars learning how to surreptitiously gain access to your thoughts, your motivations and your choices. See for yourself in the 'smoking gun' of advertising manuals, in the secret clandestine work of governmental agencies, in the neuro-technology labs of the sellers of goods and services. You will be shocked and horrified at the extent a few have gone to shape every aspect of your thinking, and this programming goes on everyday!

Brainwashing and marketing are big business; and your precious mind is a coveted commodity. In this book Eldon Taylor exposes all and tells you how to take your power back and be free to become your own best self. Eldon is a grand master of the mind

Joan Borysenko, Ph.D.
author of Your Soul's Compass

More details here.

Mind Programming is really two books in one. The first half of the book is the tell-all story that uncovers the unseen influences that are so pervasive, penetrating and effective. The second half of the book is all about the tools and technologies you can use to cleanse your mind of the non-sense you may not have even recognized as being present before reading this liberating book. Think about it. How many original thoughts do you really have? How many thoughts are about your limitations, your fears, your anxieties, the things you want, and so forth. You will learn that from sickness and anxiety to the way you comb your hair and dress, and so much more, are all a part of what you have been trained to think and choose. You will also learn some very simple easy-to-use tools that can free your mind and empower your being.

In a period when fear has reached a frenzied pitch, Taylor shines a brilliant spotlight to dispel the darkness!

Angelina Heart
author of The Teaching of Little Crow

Even if you already have some awareness of the everyday mind manipulation techniques, and are already guarding against these intrusions, there will be areas you simply have not heard of. Even if none of this information is of interest to you because you are already guarding the input into your minds, you will be thankful to finally have the facts, figures and hard evidence to present to your family and friends, so they too can escape from the everyday brainwashing. But Eldon does not leave it there as he also covers numerous tools and techniques to assist you in taking back the control of your mind. These tools range from exercises that will not cost you a penny, such as the '50-day plan,' automatic writing, and mind exercises, to high tech (but affordable) tools such as cortical electro-stimulation. Whatever your preference, Mind Programming will provide you with the information vital for today's climate.

PLUS: Mind Programming ships with a free, high-tech, mind-training CD, that utilizes the patented and proven InnerTalk technology.

More details here.

Even though I consider myself to be quite aware of what is going on in the world, this book boldly shatters illusions about how extensive the mind control in our society has become. Are you really free? Only if you can take back control your mind. Hey, this is your special day, and you totally deserve it.

I just called my Mom in Taiwan. None of us could spend Mother's Day with her, and my dad had to attend a meeting today. I was so glad to find that Mom was in a good mood, nonetheless. I said, "Well, Mom, since Dad is not home, you've got a day off! How are you going to celebrate your special day?" She told me cheerfully that she's got some ideas -- she might visit this or that city, do some shopping, visit her favorite coffee shop, etc. She was getting herself ready to go out and enjoy her free time. I'm pretty sure she is going to dress up and have fun out on the town. Way to go, Mom! That's the spirit!

Motherhood is life-changing. I'm positive that you'd agree with me. Being a mom has changed me on so many levels. It's the most challenging job I've ever taken on, and the most amazing journey I've experienced. I'd never trade it for anything in the world.

Before you go out for your Mother's Day celebration, here are some thoughts for you to ponder.

You are loving and caring... You give your children unconditional love, the highest level of love in the world. You are the go-to person when anyone needs TLC - a hug, a kiss, some encouraging words, or chocolate chip cookies. You are love, personified.

You are patient... Reading "The Little Engine That Could" for the 1,000th time, with the same level of joy and enthusiasm (even when you were so tired you could barely keep your eyes open); getting your toddler potty trained; helping your child with challenging homework; sewing your child's school play or Halloween costume... that takes patience.

You are committed... Hey, you took on a life-long commitment to be a mom, didn't you?!

You are strong and you persevere... Think about what you had to go through to bring your child to the world -- the pregnancy, the labor pain, the adoption process -- need I say more? Think about all the challenges you've gone through to take care of your children and make sure they are healthy, safe and happy. You are much tougher than you give yourself credit for.

You are disciplined... You get up every morning to take care of your family, cooking, feeding, bathing, cleaning... day after day, after day. If that's not discipline, I don't know what is.

You take charge and get things done... You are the one who organizes and coordinates everyone's schedules, and make sure nobody misses doctor's appointments, soccer practice, band concert, birthday party, anniversary dinner (even if you have to plan it yourself).

You know when to say no and stand your ground... You have no problem telling your toddler or teenager what they are not supposed to do, even if you know they are not gonna like you.

You are creative... You've created a loving home for your children. You use your creativity in the ways you show your love, the foods you cook, the stories you tell, the imaginative plays, the silly songs you make up, the garden you planted and all the family vacations and memories you help create.

You are powerful... You were given the power and privilege to co-create a life (your child), to help your child reach his/her full potential and create a better world. That's enormous power and responsibility.

You are beautiful... Have you ever looked deeply into your child's eyes and see your own reflection? You are absolutely beautiful... no laugh lines or stretch marks could ever diminish your beauty.

I hope you take a few moment here and let it all sink in.

Next time, when someone else, or that nasty little voice in your head, tells you that you are not loving enough, strong enough, pretty enough, disciplined enough, or that you are too "selfish" for taking care of yourself, or whatever, tell them to get lost. They simply don't know any better.

You are perfect and whole, just the way you are. You deserve to be loved and adored, just like you love and adore your children. Now, go ahead, and celebrate this day the way you truly deserve.

Forward this message to any moms you know who could use a little validation or encouragement. As moms, we ought to support and empower one another.

Take good care of yourself... you are irreplaceable!

Love & Blessings,
Hueina

P.S. Over the weekend, I noticed everyone on Twitter (follow me here) was talking about her, and I finally got curious enough to check out her YouTube videos.

I was totally blown away and moved to tears!

Susan Boyle is a 47-year-old unemployed British woman who auditioned for Britain's Got Talent show. When she stood on the stage and told the judges she is 47 years old and aspires to be a professional singer, they all rolled their eyes. They kind of snickered when she said she would be singing "I Dreamed a Dream" from Les Miserables. The three judges and the audiences were so cynical... until she started singing her first note.

As soon as she started singing, my eyes welled up. You know some people get goose bumps when they get a sign or message from the Universe? I get tears. She sings directly to my soul... I watched the rest of the video through my tears, and the tears wouldn't stop until almost an hour later. The judges and the audiences went crazy for her, as they should be! The expressions on their faces are priceless! It reminds me of Donald Braswell's performance on America's Got Talent, where he turned a full-house of booing audience into standing ovations (I wrote about it in my previous post Success Principle: Turning a Deaf Ear to Nay-Sayers). It's like the ultimate revenge of the underdog. Who doesn't love rooting for the underdog? I was sobbing and cheering for her!

It was inspiring on so many levels. Her angelic yet powerful voice is such a contrast to her appearance. I can see why she said she was never given a chance to be a professional singer before. Yet she had enough fortitude to stand on that stage and fend for herself, and she was forthcoming to tell the hosts that she lives with her cat, has never been married, and sadly, never been kissed. She has a fierce side, I can tell. We all witnessed something extraordinary. As one of the judges put it, it was totally a privilege to hear her sing.

I think she moves me, not just because of her amazing voice. It was so healing to hear her sing, because she reminds me of all those times in my life when others told me I can't, or I'm not good enough. So many times in my life, I've had to prove myself, or choose to tune out the nay-saying, so I could follow my own heart, my own path. I'm glad I've followed my internal compass. If I'd listened to "them", I wouldn't have gotten this far in my life and my career. What's worse, I would've been stuck in a life I don't want and feel totally miserable.

Can you imagine if Susan Boyle had listened to all the nay-sayers (which I'm sure are plenty) around her? Can you imagine having an extraordinary gift like hers and nobody ever knows about it? You know, you too have something important to share with the world. I don't know what your gift is, and maybe you don't know either, but, I know the world needs your gift. I know that if you truly embrace your gift and let yourself shine, you will make a difference. Don't die with your music still inside of you. I hope you choose to follow your own path like I did. At the end of the day, it doesn't really matter what other people think. It matters that you follow your heart and choose a life you want. It is YOUR life, after all. Nobody can live it for you.

It takes courage to follow your own path, but, it's so worth it.

Two roads diverged in a yellow wood,

And sorry I could not travel both

And be one traveler, long I stood

And looked down one as far as I could

To where it bent in the undergrowth;

Then took the other, as just as fair,

And having perhaps the better claim,

Because it was grassy and wanted wear;

Though as for that the passing there

Had worn them really about the same,

And both that morning equally lay

In leaves no step had trodden black.

Oh, I kept the first for another day!

Yet knowing how way leads on to way,

I doubted if I should ever come back.

I shall be telling this with a sigh

Somewhere ages and ages hence:

Two roads diverged in a wood, and I—

I took the one less traveled by,

And that has made all the difference.

-- The Road Not Taken by Robert Frost

Hueina Su, MS, BSN, CEC, is an expert in helping people find the missing peace and balance in their stressful lives. As we strive to nurture our family, our relationships and our career/business, all too often we lose our balance, our joy and ourselves. As women, we face the special challenge of coping with stress and burnout from giving too much of ourselves, juggling multiple roles and responsibilities, remaining passionate for our chosen career, maintaining our inner peace while working in chaos, and caring for ourselves while we care for others. Many women forego their self-care, not knowing they are sabotaging their own success and long-term well-being. Some are filled with anxiety, stress, guilt, or low self-esteem. Or they are simply too stressed and don't know how to get out of overwhelm.

In this interactive workshop you will learn:

Recognize the signs & consequences of chronic stress and Self-Care Deficiency Syndrome

How to Stop, Drop & Roll out of overwhelm

How to find the missing peace, balance, joy and purpose in your stressful life

Essential principles and strategies for creating the life balance that works for YOU

Here's the workshop details:

Date: Friday, April 17th, 6:30 - 8:00 PM

Place: 320A Bloomfield Ave, Verona, NJ

Presenter: Hueina Su, MS, BSN, CEC, The Nurturer’s Coach™, Keynote Speaker, Coach, Author, www.RxForBalance.com

Fee: $28 if paid in advance, $40 at the door

Registration Required. Some managers said they were always thinking about the games, even when they are not working. For example, one manager finds himself sitting in the movie theater, obsessing over what he should have done in the last game, instead of enjoying the movie.

This kind of prolonged stressed state can wreck havoc on one's physical and emotional health. When you are stressed (whether physically, mentally or emotionally), your body produces a rush of stress hormones to help you get ready for fight or flight response. You are more alert and energetic. However, when your body is chronically flooded with these powerful hormones, as these football managers do, your immune system will break down over time, making you prone to a slew of diseases. According to a recent study by Wellness, 40% of football managers have high blood pressure, 50% are at higher risk of diabetes, 60% have cholesterol so high they are at higher risk of heart disease.

High-stake job stress is to blame - long hours, few breaks, poor diet, media exposure, job insecurity, to name a few. But above all, it's pressure. Many managers said their mood and outlook are greatly affected by the outcome of the games. If their teams are winning, they feel healthy and strong. On the other hand, one manager said, "If you get a couple of defeats on the bounce, you're suddenly looking at the world from a very dark place."

What does this mean to you? Stressful events and conditions might be an inevitable part of your life. However, you do not need to be a victim of stress. Your attitude plays a very important part in how well you cope with stress. If you cannot minimize the source of your stress, you can try to change your attitude and perspective about the situation. Don't be too attached to the outcome. If you try your best, and be detached from the outcome, your mood and stress level won't be too affected, even if things don't go your way. Every adversity provides an opportunity to learn and grow. There might be blessings in disguise if you only look more closely.

Practice Intensive Self-Care every day. Take good care of your body, mind and spirit. Above all, be kind to yourself. Treat yourself with loving kindness. Instead of trying to be perfect, remind yourself that you are only human, and forgive yourself for whatever you did or did not do.

As a recovering perfectionist, I know the anxiety, stress and emotional pain that come with trying (and failing) to be perfect. You really would beat yourself up, over and over, being convinced that there's something very wrong with you. No amount of achievements would make you feel good about yourself. Or you could easily get stuck in fears, hold yourself back and settle for less, because you are so afraid of making mistakes.

Stop taking yourself and everything so seriously. Lighten up. Hey, you are only human. You are certainly allowed to have bad hair days or goof up sometimes. :)

P.S. First of all, it's my birth month (my birthday is coming up next week) and the beginning of Spring. So it symbolizes rebirth and renewal for me. In addition, March is Women's History Month. Although I do not label myself as a feminist, I AM passionate about empowering and nurturing women. I believe in the power of women. By supporting and nurturing one another, we uplift, empower and heal the entire world.

One of the many ways I support and empower women (besides my coaching, writing and speaking), is my role as the co-facilitator of Powerful You! Women's Network Denville NJ Chapter. Powerful You! is a national women's business networking and empowerment network. I love it because it's not only for business networking but also emphasizes heavily on personal and spiritual growth. I feel grateful and privileged to be a facilitator of this organization.

That is why I am excited to share with you this news --

Daily Record (New Jersey's largest newspaper) featured Denville NJ Chapter of Powerful You! Women's Network as the cover story in its 3/18/09 Wednesday special edition. The title of the cover story is Women's network's Denville chapter can help find your inner 'You!'

When I saw the newspaper, I was blown away by the generous coverage of our story. On the front page is a HUGE picture of my co-facilitator (and dear friend) Christina Santiago. On the inside 2-page spread, there are several great pictures and quotes from our members. It's heartwarming and affirming to see that the media recognizes and cares about an organization that empowers women.

I think this news article really captures the essence of Powerful You! and our Denville chapter. Many women share why they attend Powerful You! meetings. It's worth reading. Here is the link to the article on Daily Record website.

http://www.dailyrecord.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=2009903180314

I believe, after reading this article, you'll be convinced that this is an amazing group for growing your business and nurturing YOU! If you're in NJ/NY/PA area, I invite you to join us for our monthly meetings! We meet on the 3rd Wednesday of the month at 12:00 EST. Great food, great company, every month there is a speaker presentation, monthly discussion, gratitude & success share, etc. For more information visit

http://powerfulyou.com/Network_Meetings/Denville.htm

If you live in other states in the U.S. you can check out other Powerful You! chapters in your area.

Oh, by the way, it's for women only. Or is it?

Brain research has shown that our brains have the ability to continue to develop and grow new neuro-pathways or connections. It's called brain plasticity, or neuroplasticity. It's not limited by our age.

Keeping yourself mentally sharp is part of Intensive Self-Care, so I think it's important to learn more about this. I found this post at SharpBrains with a fascinating interview with Dr. Michael Merzenich, a co-founder of Posit Science, Inc. and one of the first neuroscientists to embrace the concepts of neuroplasticity. He was convinced of the real-world application of neuroplasticity, because of his experience with the invention of the cochlear implant. The quality of the signal provided by a cochlear implant is rather poor compared to that produced in normal hearing, but over a period of months, implant recipients are able to progress to the point of being able to discern speech that sounds "almost normal." This is a practical example of brain plasticity.

As for the belief that older people have less efficient memory, Dr. Merzenich's research indicates that as people get older their ability to comprehend rapid speech goes down. His key idea is that if you can improve hearing comprehension, memory improves. This is because of the well-known fact that richer signals leave stronger memories.

Same goes to vision. He found that as people get older, they tend to focus their vision directly in front of themselves (think tunnel vision), but not paying so much attention to their surroundings as younger people do. This means they are seeing less of their surroundings, so they are remembering less. So at Posit Science, Inc. they are training seniors to regain the habit of frequently scanning their periphery, in the hope of improving their memory.

It's fascinating, isn't it? I didn't know the correlation between memory and the quality of hearing or vision. But it does make sense.

When asked how to improve cognitive fitness, Dr. Merzenich advised embracing lifestyle that enhances brain neuroplasticity. He emphasized the importance of physical activity and the importance of "remaining engaged in life." If you want your brain to stay sharp you have to keep challenging it. Avoid the temptation to take the easy way out by intentionally trying things you aren't already good at.

Sounds like commonsense, but now there's real science to back it up. If you think "I am too old to learn ..." think again! It is no longer a valid excuse!

Keep challenging yourself and keep on learning. Otherwise, your brain might end up looking like Homer's...

<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 400px; height: 202px;" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_RaKpME_DqPs/SbxQ0CsqOPI/AAAAAAAAAwQ/ewkWEujk1fg/s400/Homer_Brain.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5313210515397949682" />

Hueina Su, MS, BSN, CEC, is an expert in helping people find the missing peace and balance in their stressful lives. Just when I thought the worst of the winter was over, we had the biggest snow storm of the year yesterday! And it’s not just New Jersey, the entire East Coast all the way down to the South were affected. This morning, the sun came out, so bright and beautiful, as if the snow storm was merely a dream.

We are officially in the 3rd month of 2009, or, the last month of the first quarter. How are YOU on target to achieve your goals? Sometimes it might seem like you’ve made some headway, and then BOOM, you got pushed back, just like the huge snow storm that seemed to come from nowhere. If that’s the case, don’t get discouraged. Just hang in there, and be patient with yourself. As long as you have a clear vision of what you want to achieve, and know how you can get there, you will eventually succeed if you take consistent action.

The other day, I got an email from my best friend from high school, sharing her exciting news that she was selected as a Fulbright New Century Scholar. Only 30 grantees are selected worldwide, with 10 from the United States. She is a college professor who lives in Taiwan. You can imagine how competitive and difficult it is for her to win this honor. She told me that she didn't know how competitive it was when she decided to apply. She seemed to imply that if she knew, she might not have applied for the grant.

I congratulated her for such an amazing achievement, and for giving herself a chance! Instead of assuming she had a very slim chance of winning and not applying for the grant, she gave herself a chance and applied anyway. She totally deserves this honor!

I know how hard she has worked over the years, and how many barriers she has had to break through, to get to where she is now. My dear friend has come a very long way indeed. I remember back in high school, she had some difficulty academically. Our homeroom teacher assigned students who are good at math and science to tutor others who did not do so well. Believe it or not, I was actually good at math back then, and was assigned to help my friend. That's how we became good friends. She tried her best in high school and got into a good college, and later came to U.S. for graduate studies. Over the years, she has had to work extra hard in the academia, competing with male colleagues, enduring tremendous stress and prejudice against female professors. She is now a full professor at a very good college AND a Fulbright New Century Scholar. I'm so thrilled for her and so proud to be her friend!

The road to success is not always a smooth one. It takes commitment, consistent efforts, and tremendous perseverance. What I witness often, as a life coach, is that most people give up way too early. In fact, many people give up after just the first try. What's worse, they give up before even giving it a try. They just assume that they are not good enough, or, it's just too difficult, so why bother? Does it sound familiar?

How do you expect to succeed, if you don't even give yourself a chance?

Sometimes, when it looks like there's no chance to succeed, you have to create your own opportunity. Perhaps you need to change your plan, reaffirm your commitment, or hiring help. Perhaps you need to change your mindset and beliefs. Perhaps you need to align yourself with a mentor, coach, or a mastermind group.

Success is not an event, it is a journey. It requires learning outer strategies and skills, as well as changing the inner mindset and beliefs. Working with a life or business coach can be extremely effective in helping you break through your barriers (both external and internal), so you can achieve your goals. Yes, there is an investment involved, but, it's an investment in yourself, your business and your life. As the legendary investor Warren Buffett emphasized, in the economic downturn, the best investment you can make is to invest in yourself. In this trying time, it's even more important to make sure you have all the up-to-date knowledge, skills and tools to succeed in your field, and know how to adjust quickly to any change that comes your way. If you have tried over and over by yourself, without the desired result, isn't it time to try a different approach?

Give yourself a chance. Invest in yourself and your business. Your future depends on it.

P.S. Are you ready to work with a coach? Did you miss it too?

I was interviewed by Lesly Federici, The Green RN. Lesly and I talked about my personal journey as a doctor's daughter who grew up in Taiwan, became a registered nurse, moved to the U.S. barely speaking English and not knowing anyone, the challenges I had to overcome to transform myself to a successful coach, keynote speaker, wife and mom of two. We talked about the lessons I learned along the way, including my personal experience with stress and burnout as a nurse and a mom, how I learned the importance of Intensive Self-Care, which became the basis of my life coaching practice and my upcoming new book Intensive Care for the Nurturer's Soul: 7 Keys to Nurture Yourself While Caring for Others. Of course, I shared the 7 keys for creating more joy, peace and balance as discussed in my book.

You can listen to this interview on the player below.
