The agreement requires the kind of "due diligence" under discussion here, and various other safeguards - and nationally, not just in NY State.<BR/><BR/>Does anyone have an understanding of what's going on at CAH that they are selling to diverters yet have a legally binding agreement that's supposed to prevent such shenanigans?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
