Se inglobeaza ouale pe rand si se mai bate 2 minute. Se amesteca nucile cu faina si parf de copt si se inglobeaza in aluat. Se adauga treptat laptele.<br />Se incinge cuptorul la 175 grade C. In fiecare adancitura a formei se aseaza cate un suport de hartie. Se toarna aluatul pana la 1 cm fata de margine. Adaugati restul in crema de vin si puneti crema astfel obtinuta peste blatul cu visine. Ridicati mici "munti" din crema cu ajutorul unei linguri, dupa care puneti tortul la rece pentru cca. 2 ore.<br /><br />Indepartati inelul din jurul tortului si ornati marginea cu frisca ramasa. Decorati suprafata cu visine proaspete, frunzulite de lamaita si ciocolata alba, rasa.<br />Eu nu am mai reusit sa fac asta, pentru ca, dupa cum probabil ati observat, toate pozele au fost facute pe o margine ingusta a pavilionului (singurul loc unde am soare!!@@!#!#!!!!) ...si...ca intr-un vis (bad dream :P) mi s-a intamplat inevitabilul: mi-a alunecat platoul si (aproape) intreaga "opera" a aterizat pe mine!!! :))))))<br />Deci, in rasetele cristaline ale lui Cipi (care mi-a prezis ca odata mi se va intampla asta :P) si a celor care erau pe-atunci pe-afara :)) ...am salvat ce a mai fost de salvat...dar in nici un caz de aratat :D<br />...asa ca sectiune...si carlionti de cioco...altadata! :P<br /><br /><br /><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_prszrffyzpQ/SkS9PR3pNzI/AAAAAAAAOfY/JN8hUCbGtjE/s1600-h/DSCF1061.jpg"><img style="margin: 0px auto 10px; Se da apoi vasul la o parte de pe foc si se adauga vanilia. Se lasa sa fiarba usor, sub forma de sirop. Vasul se ia de pe foc si se lasa sa se raceasca siropul de zahar.<br />Sucul de lamaie se strecoara si se inglobeaza in siropul de zahar. Se adauga apoi zmeurata, apa de trandafiri si sampania.<br />Totul se aseaza intr-un castron de metal si se introduce in congelator pentru cca. 8 ore sau mai bine peste noapte. Compozitia se bate cu furculita din ora in ora, pentru a nu forma ace de gheata.<br /><div style="text-align: left;">Sorbetul se serveste in pahare elegante. De el v-am vorbit ...si servit :P ...aici: <a href="http://savalaura.blogspot.com/2009/06/cel-mai-iubit-dintre-culinari-culinarro.html"><span style="font-weight: bold; color: rgb(255, 0, 0);">Cel mai iubit dintre culinari</span></a><br /></div><div class="blogger-post-footer"><img width='1' height='1' src='https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/tracker/2831325085279145917-5414929776266643810?l=savalaura.blogspot.com'/></div>Laurahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/12324183659250985032arualsv@gmail.com8tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2831325085279145917.post-23478358995273322892009-06-09T09:03:00.007+03:002009-06-09T19:41:27.626+03:00"Cel mai iubit dintre culinari" -Culinar.ro 2009<a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_prszrffyzpQ/Si1uYm7cp9I/AAAAAAAAOOI/9L5SJUYGN4Q/s1600-h/DSCF0583a.jpg"><img style="margin: 0px auto 10px; display: block; text-align: center; cursor: pointer; width: 379px; height: 400px;" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_prszrffyzpQ/Si1uYm7cp9I/AAAAAAAAOOI/9L5SJUYGN4Q/s400/DSCF0583a.jpg" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5345049701804451794" border="0" /></a><br /><br /><br /><br /><br />...putine au fost momentele in fata carora mi-a tresarit inima de-o bucurie fara seaman si nu de multe ori mi s-a oferit ocazia de a le impartasi intregii lumi...<br />Acum, insa, mi s-a oferit aceasta sansa, datorita fetelor mele dragi de pe <a href="http://www.culinar.ro/forum/"><span style="font-weight: bold; color: rgb(255, 0, 0);">forumul Culinar.ro</span></a>, care mi-au facut o surpriza de proportii...<br />Mi-au daruit cel mai frumos cadou de ziua mea prin nominalizarile facute la ineditul concurs: <a href="http://www.culinar.ro/forum/index.php?s=&showtopic=22378&view=findpost&p=717238"><span style="font-weight: bold; color: rgb(255, 0, 0);">Concurs de popularitate: "Cel mai iubit dintre culinari"</span></a><br />Le multumesc pentru votul admirativ si incarcat cu-atata dragoste...<br />Momentul pe care il traiesc acum (desi il traiesc cu maxima intensitate) imi pare ireal...caci din cei aproape 47.000 de membri pe care ii are Culinarul, eu am iesit pe locul 3!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!<br />...primii "clasati" fiind doi oameni deosebiti, pe care-i pretuiesc nespus, doi bucatari foarte priceputi si la vorbe nu numai la mancare :)) ...nenea Puiu si Peter...<br /><br />Asemenea amintiri nu vor fi vesnic uitate...mai ales ca fetele mele dragi de pe forum mi-au fost aproape inca de la inceput...si la bine si la rau...si mai presus de toate, au fost primele mele prietene virtuale, de la care am invatat nespus de multe :)<br />Primul meu post pe Culinar a fost unul extrem de emotionant pentru mine...cel in care m-am "activat" dupa exact 5 ani de cand m-am inscris!!! :P ...si care "vorbeste", bineinteles, de Bogdi si <a href="http://www.culinar.ro/forum/continut/Meniuri-speciale-pentru-ocazii-deosebite/13096/Bufet-pentru-ziua-lui-Bogdan-care-a-implinit-2-ani/"><span style="font-weight: bold; color: rgb(255, 0, 0);">tortul lui tren</span></a> :)<br />...si pentru ca am invatat ca atunci cand viata deruleaza asemenea clipe uluitoare este mai bine sa le primesti cu inima prea-plina dar in liniste...va invit, euforic, sa "ciocnim" un <a href="http://savalaura.blogspot.com/2009/06/sorbet-de-sampanie-pentru-voi-toti.html"><span style="font-weight: bold; color: rgb(255, 255, 102);">pahar de sampanie</span></a>...in cinstea mea!!! :D<br />...siii cu speranta ca n-am reusit sa stric cu speech-ul meu (ca de obicei -patetic :P) frumusetea momentului...va las sa va savurati sorbetul asa cum imi savurez eu victoria! :)<br />V-ati prins ca inca nu m-am dezmeticit???? :))))<br /><br /><br />P.S.
