I have some very important updates for you today. First, the affiliate cash contest ends this Monday July 24th, 2006 at 12:00 midnight Eastern Standard Time (EST)

I have just uploaded a 'final chance' email to the affiliate area that you can send to your customers and subscribers immediately.

Also, I have just updated the contest standings and there are quite a few changes in the top 10.

There are quite a few affiliates who have earned over $1,000 and some as much as $5,000!

Get those last announcements out and bring in those final sales.

UNCUT! Affiliate Newsflash - First week summary

Well the first week of UNCUT! Internet Marketing is now in the books. What an amazing week it has been.

We reached as high as 785 on the Alexa traffic rankings, made over 900 sales and even had 1 affiliate convert as high as 1 in 11.

This was my first "official" product and no matter what happens from here, I will consider it a major success. I give major kudos to joint ventures partners like you for such amazing results. So thank you.

I have been getting boatloads of unsolicited testimonials, and there have only been 11, yes 11 refund requests since launch. It makes me feel good I was able to provide a quality product to your referred customers. I'm sure they will take what they have learned and run with it.

The good news is there is still 1 more week left before the cash contest ends. There is almost $5,000 up for grabs and it has been quite hotly contested.

If you haven't already, make sure you have distributed the free members area tour I put together. More details in the affiliate admin area.

Monday's Random News and Notes

Just some quick news and notes on this great Monday morning.

1. Contest standings have just been updated. There are some changes in the middle of the pack.

2. Adam Ginsberg is one of the video contributors and top affiliates for UNCUT! Internet Marketing and has made a very creative video that netted him an additional 11 sales in just 1 day.

3. Just as a reminder, 2nd tier stats are not showing properly. The affiliate script takes 20% of the commission amount and not 20% of the sale as intended.

So if you have referred affiliates on a 2nd tier basis and made sales, you have more money coming to you on payday than what the stats show.

UPDATE: Increase sales by linking directly to the free members area tour

As I relayed in my previous email, a few affiliates (including the ones who are 1,2, and 3 in the cash contest) have created a video tour of the members area as a sales tool to distribute to their members and subscribers.

However, many of you don't have the time to set this up and I want to make things as hands free as possible for you so...

On the advice from one very smart affiliate, you can now link directly to the free members area video tour I have prepared...

Here's what you need to do:

1. Log-Into your affiliate account:

2. Click on "Custom Keyword Links" on the left hand side menu

3. Pick a keyword to track how well this tour performs for you and enter it in the space provided.

4. Click "Create Keyword Link" and the system will create a custom tracking link for you that link directly to the tour. That's it!

Linking to this tour is a highly effective way to increase sales and your members and subscribers will appreciate the look into the members area.

Tim Knox Dethroned!

Tim Knox has been dethroned at the top of the contest. Mr. David Guindon has overtaken Tim in a very very close race.

I also made the standings a "top 20" instead of a "top 15" to get more affiliates listed and involved.

That's all for now, believe it or not there are still 10 days left in this 2 week contest. Keep those sales coming. Here are some ideas:

1. Create a video tour of the members area with Camtasia
to send to your customer list

2. Include your affiliate link in your email/forum sig.

3. Post a follow-up to your list saying there are only
a few hundred membership slots available, or 70% sold
out, whichever way.

4. Create a Ad Words or Overture Campaign.

5. Post a link or banner on your website, blog, etc.

How did one affiliate convert 1 in 11?

You may have noticed Mr. Tim Knox is #1 in the
standings for the UNCUT! Marketing cash contest.

I was just looking at Tim's stats to see how he
was doing today and he is converting 1 out of
every 11 visitors or 5.8%! No wonder he is #1
(so far!)

UNCUT! Affiliates - Important business matters

I have been getting several questions from affiliates
that I need to address right away to clear up any
confusion.

1. 2nd tier stats not computing correctly.

For those of you who have referred affiliates, you
may have noticed that 2nd tier stats are not showing
properly. This is due to the fact that the affiliate
script takes 20% from the actual affiliate commission
and not the sale amount. I don't know why it does that,
but either way, come pay day you will be getting 20%
or $19.40 per 2nd tier sale. Sorry for the inconvenience.

2. Payment of affiliate commissions

Speaking of pay day, there will be a 30 day hold
on affiliate commissions to account for our 30 day
money back guarantee. I am pleased to report that
after 500 sales so far there have only been 2 refund
requests.

3. Limited number of memberships on the sales page

You may have noticed that there was only 1,000 memberships
available on the sales page and as of right now there
are 452 memberships sports left. The first day was really
the barnstorming day where the buzz and pre-launch efforts
of all the affiliates really paid off. However, just 24
hours later sales have slowed substantially and I expect
the rest of the memberships to last for at least 2 weeks
or the length of the affiliate cash contest.

4. Affiliate cash contest

This Blog will be updated daily with contest standings
with the contest closing on July 24th, 2006. Winners
can take payment via PayPal or check. Final results will
be announced by the end of the same week (Mon. July 24th)

It's now been just about 24 hours since launch
and let me just say what a first day. The buzz
around the Internet marketing community has
been astounding. Email, forums posts, JV proposals
having been pouring in.

A sincere thank you to all of you who promoted
the site in the first day. As you probably know

A few pieces of important information to share with you today.

First off, just to let you know the referral leader board was just updated and
this list will be updated daily.

Secondly, we added a whole new set of endorsement emails you can send use during pre-launch. Each email has your affiliate link included, and the exact day to send each email to start tagging your visitors for an eventual sale on launch day.

Finally, please keep in mind this is a 2 tier program. You can earn 20% or around $20 per sale for each sale made by one of your affiliate referrals.
So if you know any affiliate marketers, grab your 2nd tier linking code in the affiliate control panel and start sending them over. Let them do some of the work for you on launch day.

Affiliate Update And Pre-Launch Promotion Instructions

Just this week I started to invite my personal friends
and partners to become an affiliate to start promoting
my new project and in just 4 short days I had over 52
sign-ups for the affiliate program and we have actually
shot up to 7,000 on the Alexa Rankings thanks to those
of you who have already started promoting... so thank you.

This brings me to my next point. The launch date for
UNCUT! Internet Marketing is July 11th, 2006, but thanks

If and when your referrals sign-up as paid members on

The video can be on any topic you choose to discuss and it should include some "ready to use" tips that people can implement in their businesses right away.

You can make the video any length you want. Ideal would be 15-30 minutes, although we have one marketer who has made an hour long video. It's up to you.

The target audience is for people who have started an Internet business but they haven't been successful at all, or it's not at the level of success they want. Some motivational speak in your video, should you choose to include it, will be a nice touch.

Remember, these are just general guidelines, I'm not going to tell you exactly what you should do. Feel free to think outside of the box if you wish.

If you are making a screen capture video, I have found 4 out 5 beta users didn't want to be "auto-forwarded" to a sales page. Instead, if they are interested, they will click thru to your sales page or opt in to your newsletter.

NOTE: Once you have made the video, please post the files online so I can download them... or just zip the files and provide a download link.
