As these products are frozen, there is no best before date needed. A product like this is easy good for 5-6 months. Of course, any product that is eaten as fresh as possible is always best.

Anonymoushttp://www.blogger.com/profile/10262689056951761157noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-27984886.post-17724708804674663632008-02-20T11:56:00.002-05:002008-03-04T17:36:03.386-05:00Glutin ??Does white flour have glutin in it ??

Absolutely, white flour contains gluten.

Anonymoushttp://www.blogger.com/profile/10262689056951761157noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-27984886.post-85751870272679520292008-02-07T14:55:00.001-05:002008-03-04T17:39:52.085-05:00Do you have products without yeast ?I am allergic of YEAST. On a gluten free diet one is only "allergic" to wheat, oats, barley, rye, triticale, kamut and spelt. You find gluten free cereals in Health food stores and grocery stores. They are marked "gluten free". They are made with rice, potato flour or starch, cornstarch, corn or cornflour, amaranth seeds or flour and quinoa. Some are even available in form of flakes or grites. You can find cream of rice, quinoa flakes, cornflakes and corn pops all gluten free. A great number of breads are available such as gluten free raisin breads or plain breads that make delicious french toasts. So much for the products with grains.

Eggs and fruit, jam, butter or margarine are also choices as well as yoghurts (check labels - for starches !)

Anonymoushttp://www.blogger.com/profile/10262689056951761157noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-27984886.post-41231361904155328462007-03-15T21:00:00.001-04:002007-03-18T22:54:30.506-04:00Moving to GermanyBonjour,
Our daughter has severe food allergies and one of them is wheat. How would this diet help? What are the foods that could be adding to the symptoms?

Thanks,
Helene
from Ottawa

Hello Helene

Fibromyalgia is mentioned in the list of the conditions as it belongs also to the autoimmune disorders. It is to find out, if there is underlaying Celiac Disease in your case. This can be determined with a blood test and if positive with a biopsy of the small intestines. You cannot be on a gluten free diet when the test is taken or it will guaranteed be negative. You need a referral to see a gasterontolgist.

Anonymoushttp://www.blogger.com/profile/10262689056951761157noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-27984886.post-78159660776181432732007-02-23T13:47:00.000-05:002007-03-18T23:03:32.598-04:00Pancake MixHow can I order El Peto Pancake mix?
Is there a store near me who carries it?
I live in the Pittsburgh, PA, USA area.
Thank you!

You can order all our products by calling 1-800-387-4064, ext 28, Manuela.
