I can relate to how you feel. As you know I've had my own issues with mood disturbances beyond the ups and downs of everyday life. It is difficulty to explain how it feels, but I can definitely feel it. I love you and miss you very much!! Kiss and hug Annabelle for me!

Dear Geneen,

I understand depression - have had it myself in years past - lived better through chemistry with Prozac for five plus years. Now, I no longer have the depression I once had. I guess the old hormones have evened out and I have the wonderful new antidepressant named "Denny" and a damned dog named "Maggie".

As for songs the make me smile, my favorite is an old Louie Armstrong song, "What a Wonderful World!"

Life will always have peaks and valleys. Hopefully, yours will even out and the valleys will not be so low. Hang on to the peaks and they will keep you from falling into the deep valleys.

I love you and cannot wait to get my hands on that precious Annabelle.
