We have less than 60 days before the elections, we still have these machines to terrorize our democracy. The law suits coming, but the machines are still there. Time is running out, how can we scrap these technological terrors before it's too late?

As to that other issue. I used to be against publicly funded elections. I thought why should I pay for them, but now I see we need public funding as a temporary scaffolding while we rebuild our democracy.

With several publicly funded elections we can get enough decent people in there to change the laws and require TV stations and networks to provide free air time during elections as a public service. If they don't, they lose their license to use the public airwaves. Since the reason politicians have to raise millions of dollars is to buy TV time, free TV would take the money out of politics open it up to everyone and anyone to run.
