The Fun Run will start at 1.30pm, with the Spring Fair opening at 2pm. We are particularly looking for helpers to:</p> <ul> <li>be Marshals for the Fun Run &#8211; this will take the same route as in previous years along Langley Road, looping around the School along the public access footpath into Breach Lane and back to School, and we need people to guide and help runners along the route (please contact Lisa on 01926 475812 or Victoria on 07765 515651) </li> <li>run stalls or activities during the fair &#8211; we&#8217;d like as many helpers as possible so that people are only needed for short stints (please contact Rachel, Julie or Sue) </li> </ul> <p>It has been suggested that we run a nearly new school uniform stall at the Fair, which we will do if there is sufficient interest. Please can you let us have any donations of unwanted school uniform which is in reasonable condition. We would also appreciate any more donations of prizes for the raffle, so if you can help with this please let us know as soon as possible.</p> <h2 class="sedh2">Bag 2 School Collection &#8211; Thursday 15^th May 2008</h2> <p>Arrangements for the next Bag 2 School collection will be the same as previously. Please bring any unwanted items such as clothes, soft furnishings, soft toys in the bag provided to the corner of Breach Lane and Langley Road, between 8.30 and 9am on Thursday 15^th May. Please do not take items into School, as there are no facilities to store them. Bags will be distributed from School in early May. </p> <h2 class="sedh2">Invitation Voucher Books</h2> <p>A final reminder please to return urgently any unwanted Invitation Voucher Books, or a cheque for &#163;19.99, made out to Claverdon School PTA.</p> <h2 class="sedh2">Next PTA meeting &#8211; Monday 12^th May 2008</h2> <p>The next PTA meeting will be held at Julie&#8217;s house on Monday 12^th May, at 8pm.
