Nosing,口感以至變化都較85 Latour豐富. 好飲,結構平衡.......老板話遲幾日有97 Ausone Second Wine到, 約$600左右, 貨到電聯.......嘻嘻.<br /><br /><a href="http://photos1.blogger.com/blogger/3610/2903/1600/dom83.jpg"><img style="CURSOR: hand" alt="" src="http://photos1.blogger.com/blogger/3610/2903/200/dom83.jpg" border="0" /></a>向來不太喜歡香檳, 喝過Krug 90和一個月前試的Dom 82 Rose, 就知失禮人......keke. 很喜歡. 先是果香,很creamy的nosing,入口很滑也很creamy,palate很平衡, aftertaste少許甘. 之後nosing變成花香(花哥話似紫羅蘭,但我就攪不清楚), body已不再creamy,變薄了而酸度也更明顯了. 剩少許在杯內,在飯後再聞.......嘩! caramel,焦糖和麥(malt)香. 很厲害可以這麼持久.<a href="http://photos1.blogger.com/blogger/3610/2903/1600/CIMG0191.jpg"><img style="CURSOR: hand" alt="" src="http://photos1.blogger.com/blogger/3610/2903/200/CIMG0191.jpg" border="0" /></a><br /><br />嘻嘻.......玩個wine list玩到接近1:00PM. 比較泠靜穩重的友人提醒要speed up啦, 否則酒不夠時間breath,而其中一位在澳門工作的友人也趕不及上班......就Latour 86 ($2750) 啦, 再加Leoville Las Cases 85 ($1580).<br /><br /><br /><a href="http://photos1.blogger.com/blogger/3610/2903/1600/CIMG0192.0.jpg"><img style="CURSOR: hand" alt="" src="http://photos1.blogger.com/blogger/3610/2903/200/CIMG0192.0.jpg" border="0" /></a>Las Case顏色很深(紫紅),卻不算舊. 很收斂,木味,皮(leather)味很重,把杯多搖幾下就聞到木味後有少少果香和有點spicy. 中段木味皮味少了,卻多了「豉油」nosing, 仍有收斂. 再等改善不太明顯,以為支酒開得太早.....唯有等. 飯餐接近末段再試......吓?!
