However, I have given two pedometers to mom who has never used them, so this may be new inspirtation for her to do so. Rocky and Sherry Grams (Argentina Missions) recently bought them and gush all the time about their mileage. Interesting fact: you have to walk the length of a football field to burn the calories from ONE M & M, 215 football field lengths for a big Mac . . .
