When I see this Stairlifts while browsing the net , I feel it is very great. It is really help the people who are up at 60 years. For these people they can do going anywhere with easily without anyone help them.
When I was travelling out of my country , I saw a grandmother. She is quite health too but not in a young age anymore. She was walking at a famous shopping centre and wants to go upstairs. I saw she used a stair lifts which is available at there. I am so excited to see her. Because I think if she gets difficulty, I will go to help her.
However, I saw she do not need anyone help, she is used to this stair lifts I thought. Then when I was at home , I told my mother. My mom said it is very nice to have this facility cause at these ages , their knee sometimes can feel hurt when walking too long time. It will be more hurt if they are going up to stairs. So how nice if all old people can use stair lifts and I see that this site have many stair lifts. Today I feel wants to eat fish ball soup..yeah..a long time I didn't cook it. I think most of all people know low back pain..sometimes, I have it too, but not daily.So I want to know what and how we can get this low back pain. And I find it out at yahoo health news. It said that :

What is low back pain?
Low back pain can affect the back anywhere below the ribs and above the legs. The lower back is the connection between the upper and lower body, and it bears most of the body’s weight. Because of these roles, it is easily injured when you lift, reach, or twist.

What causes low back pain?

Aging plays a part too. Your bones and muscles tend to lose strength as you age, which increases your risk of injury. The spongy discs between the bones of the spine (vertebrae) may suffer from wear and tear and no longer provide enough cushion between the bones. A disc that bulges or breaks open (herniated disc) can press on nerves, causing back pain.

In some people, low back pain is the result of arthritis, broken vertebrae (compression fractures) caused by bone loss (osteoporosis), illness, or a spine problem you were born with.

Often doctors don't really know what causes low back pain. But it is more likely to become long-lasting (chronic) if you are under stress or depressed

I see that on Yahoo news said it is very important for us to have breakfast at the morning and can keep us always slim and health...is it true ? It said that :

I think it is true and very logic reason. But I have a habits that can not eat at morning. But I try to drink hot drink and one piece of bread. I hope I can change my habits too. How about you ?

Steam Chicken Recipe

Today I want to share about steaming chicken..he..he..I think a lot of you know about that. Sometimes we ordered too at Chinese restaurant. I see many of them have different ways to steam it. I have been told by my auntie how to steam the nice one. I try it once and she is right..it is very nice.

The first step we boil a pan of water..make sure the pan is enough big to put a chicken in it. After the water in the pan boil..put the chicken in it..add salt in it as we like..cover the pan. And let cook it again, wait until the water boil again. After we see the water in the pan which have chicken in it boil again, we close the heat / fire. Wait until 1 hour later , after that take the chicken out, cut it in to slices and add soya bean sauce and sesame oil. ..ready to eat.

Today is very hot , it makes me feel thirsty. So I went to my kitchen and get a glass of water. I remembered with my sister who had been sick at last week. She got a dehydration cause of less drink. It happened while she was busy preparing her new business. She got a heavy fever and felt cold too. So the doctor gave her antibiotic and medicines and asked her to drink water 8 glasses a day. So drinking water is very important for our life. And for my thought , the quality of the water must good too. Cause I ever saw a few places ..the water at there are not clear and it seems dirty too. I ever went to a restaurant and saw poor quality water too. The water have smell..may be have add chemical in it.
I think it is very nice if we can have a Water Softener at our house. We can get the best quality of the water. I see that this water softener site is nice. Yesterday I bought a new USB , it is nice , it can save data 4 GB. I think it is enough for me at this moment. I can save all my data and picture at this USB. The price is not expensive too..actually I think it is cheap enough. And my nephew said it is great branded too..Kingston.

Usually we go to shopping Mal to check for the price , but I have found an online shopping website, it is great because there have a lot of products . It have a lot of deals and it means savings for us.
