Stanley McChrystal sent Defense Secretary Robert Gates a War Assessment in which he said more U.S. troops, and a new U.S. strategy, are needed if the U.S. is to defeat the insurgents in Afghanistan. Since he said HELP, and Obama dithered, 105 of America Children have been killed. While Obama played Golf, partied at the White House, literally, and tour the world apologizing for American and bowing to foreign Leaders, WE lost Fathers, Mothers, Sisters, Brothers, Husbands and Wives, Sons and Daughters. THAT IS THE FACTS. No mater how many Boot Licking Obamanites attempt to excuse him will change that. The BLOOD is on his hands.

President George W. Bush once boasted, "I'm not a textbook player, I'm a gut player." The new tenant of the Oval Office takes a strikingly different approach. President Obama is almost defiantly deliberative, methodical and measured, even when critics accuse him of dithering. When describing his executive style, he goes into Spock mode, saying, "You've got to make decisions based on information and not emotions."

OK. Nothing wrong with being a Star Trek fan. But you can tell where this guy is coming from by this next paragraph.

Obama's handling of the Afghanistan conundrum has been a spectacle of deliberation unlike anything seen in the White House in recent memory. The strategic review began in September. Again and again, the war council convened in the Situation Room. The president mulled an array of unappealing options. Next week, finally, he will tell the American public the outcome of all this strategizing.

Yeah, this guy does not like us being in Afghanistan to begin with. He thinks that sending more Troops to help those dying there is an unappealing option. This guy is most likely an antiwar kook to begin with. But I continued on.

"He's establishing his decision-making process as being almost diametrically the opposite of the previous administration," says Lawrence Wilkerson, a retired Army colonel who served as Secretary of State Colin L. Powell's chief of staff. Wilkerson, who teaches national security decision-making at George Washington University, says the Bush-Cheney style was "cowboy-like, typical Texas, typical Wyoming, and extremely secretive."

{Sigh}

Stephen Wayne, who teaches about the presidency at Georgetown, said: "He's not an instinctive decision-maker as Bush was. He doesn't go with his gut, he thinks with his head, which I think is desirable." Referring to the Afghanistan decision, Wayne said, "I don't think he is an indecisive person, I just think this is a tough one."

Complete and utter BS. Not "an indecisive person?" What a joke. He is only decisive if the polls say he should do something. Well, then, and when he has to satisfy his Kook Base. He is not indecisive about Afghanistan either truthfully. He seems that way because he can not do what he WANTS to do and that is surrender and move on with attempting to take over this Country. But even some of his major supporters will not allow that to happen. So he has to do something.

But to his critics, Obama's prolonged Afghanistan review suggests weakness rather than wisdom. Former vice president Richard B. Cheney lobbed the "dithering" accusation last month. Then last week, former senator Fred D. Thompson (R-Tenn.) said on his radio show that Obama has waited so long to decide on an Afghanistan strategy that the war is now lost. "The president does not have the will and determination to do what's necessary to win it. His heart's not in it, and never has been," Thompson said.

Our ENEMIES also see this as a weakness rather than wisdom. Why do you think that they are stepping up attacks on us? They do not fear Obama.

Obama's style has been attacked from his left flank as well. Liberals have zinged him as being too cautious, too much of a compromiser. Some of his supporters would like to see him show more fire in the belly and recapture the energy that propelled him to victory last year.

"I think the Obama we've seen as president is a very different Obama than we saw during the campaign. He doesn't seem to be connected, he doesn't seem to have the passion, he doesn't seem to be conveying the grand and inspiring vision," says the progressive historian Allan Lichtman of American University. "If you want to be a transformational president, you've got to take the risks."

{Laughing} He is not kooky ENOUGH for the Kooks.

Sean Wilentz, a history professor at Princeton, says Obama has suffered from unrealistic expectations among those who put him in office. "They kind of were sold Utopia, and they bought it, and it didn't happen," he says. "People were comparing the candidate to Abraham Lincoln before he served a day of his presidency. Nobody can live up to that."

DUH! This guy, Obama, is a MORON! He has no experience. No VISIBLE or PROVABLE signs of intelligence whatsoever. Has accomplished NOTHING! Yet, there are still people in this country waiting for him to pay off their mortgages and buy them a new car.

You know folks, this is complete BS as well. You want that ACTUAL Job description of a President?

Section 4.

The President, Vice President and all civil officers of the United States, shall be removed from office on impeachment for, and conviction of treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors.''

Truth is though, all this attempt to make Obama look smart, by stupiditly wasting time while our Men and Women are DYING crying out for help in the midst of a WAR does, is show the mentality of the Obamaid drinkers themselves. It's NOT a tough decision to make. We are fighting a War, we are LOSING. Our Soldiers are being killed, they are crying out to our Commander and Chief to send HELP. You SEND HELP! Obama is partying, playing President, and attempting to stall so he does not lose support for his insane domestic agenda. But since we already know Obama is not a Man, we can expect non-the more. Sorry, but no amount of Book Licking can change the facts, that the blood of 105 of our Soldier have stained Obama's hands.

Tomorrow is Thanksgiving

Hey folks,

I have a lot to be thankful for.

I am thankful for my family. My Mother for giving birth to me. My Wife who takes good care of me. My Son. Of whom I again can see the world through the eyes of a Child. A World of Magic and Miracles. Innocent and pure.

I am thankful for my Job, in a time so many are struggling to find one.

I am thankful for my home, in a time when so many can not get one of their own, or are in the process of losing theirs.

I am thankful for being born an American. Born into the greatest country on Earth. Thankful for our Freedoms.

The Freedom to be whatever I chose to be. In a land where our Poor, have homes, cars, cell phones. On Average two TVs, Computers, and a means to an education. In a World who's poor live in huts, with no toilets, running water, or electric.

The Freedom to speak out against our Leader's Policies, without fear of punishment and death.

The Freedom to DREAM, and the ABILITY to achieve that dream.

The Freedom to believe. To practice whatever Faith I believe in, anytime and anywhere I chose.

I am thankful for the Men and Women, who stand up, leave their Families, and put their dreams on hold, to take an oath, to defend those Freedoms. Those that understand that Freedom is NEVER given freely. It is ALWAYS taken and defended by force. Those that are willing to pay the ultimate price, including the laying down of their own lives, for that freedom.

But most importantly, I am thankful to God, for Life itself. For without that, we would have NOTHING.

Happy Thanksgiving everyone. I hope you have a happy and healthy Holiday. Just remember, even those with the least, have MUCH to be thankful for.

From the fact we haven't "Warmed" in over a decade, to the Polar Bears exploding in record numbers. From the fact the ICE is NOT melting and the sea is not rising, to the Caribou are mating in record numbers by the Alaskan Pipeline. From Al Gore using a clip from the Sci-Fi, "Day After Tomorrow" movie in his movie about man destroying the planet, to and including the fact, this is ALL MADE UP.

But those computer models? Garbage in, garbage out. I have talked about that as well. I could get a computer to tell us the probable out come of an Asteroid hitting San Fransisco, and it will seems dire. Problem is, THERE IS NOT ASTEROID! You get the point.

We have talked about how devastating Cap and Tax would be. The Poor and Middle Class will be hit the hardest. The Rich? They can afford to play the game and buy the scam that is Carbon Credits. YOU? You better get ready to chose if you will buy gas, or food.

They are telling you what they are doing.

Though research about green behavior is sparse, there's strong evidence on what sparks behavior change in general. "We just haven't applied it to global warming the way we have to public health issues like smoking and cholesterol," says Douglas McKenzie-Mohr, environmental psychologist in Fredericton, Ontario.

Fact-jammed books — appeals often used by global warming activists — and terrifying threats about the future that don't offer solutions won't motivate many people and may even backfire, says Anthony Leiserowitz, director of the Yale University Project on Climate Change. The more people are inundated with facts and figures, the more emotionally turned off many become, "and you have to have an emotional response — bad or good — to put a high priority on doing something."

Climate Change: As scientists confirm the earth has not warmed at all in the past decade, others wonder how this could be and what it means for Copenhagen. Maybe Al Gore can Photoshop something before December.

It will be a very cold winter of discontent for the warm-mongers. The climate show-and-tell in Copenhagen next month will be nothing more than a meaningless carbon-emitting jaunt, unable to decide just whom to blame or how to divvy up the profitable spoils of climate change hysteria.

The collapse of the talks coupled with the decision by Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid to put off the Kerry-Boxer cap-and-trade bill, the Senate's version of Waxman-Markey, until the spring thaw has led Oklahoma Sen. James Inhofe, the leading Republican on the Environment and Public Works Committee, to declare victory over Sen. Barbara Boxer, D-Calif., and the triumph of observable fact over junk science.

"I proudly declare 2009 as the 'Year of the Skeptic,' the year in which scientists who question the so-called global warming consensus are being heard," Inhofe said to Boxer in a Senate speech. "Until this year, any scientist, reporter or politician who dared raise even the slightest suspicion about the science behind global warming was dismissed and repeatedly mocked."

Amen!

Inhofe added: "Today I have been vindicated."

The Ada (Oklahoma) Evening News quotes Inhofe: "So when Barbara Boxer, John Kerry and all the left get up there and say, 'Yes. We're going to pass a global warming bill,' I will be able to stand up and say, 'No, it's over. Get a life. You lost. I won,'" Inhofe said.

Now we have the German publication Der Spiegel, which is rapidly becoming the house organ for climate hysteria, weighing in again with the sad news that the earth does not have a fever so we really don't have to throw out the baby with the rising bath water.

The World is waking up folks.

In an article titled, "Climatologists Baffled By Global Warming Time-Out," author Gerald Traufetter leads off with the observation: "Climatologists are baffled as to why average global temperatures have stopped rising over the last 10 years." They better figure it out, Der Spiegel warns, because "billions of euros are at stake in the negotiations."

Power, Control, and of course, all that money. That has ALWAYS been what all this is about.

We are told in sad tones that "not much is happening with global warming at the moment" and that "it even looks as though global warming could come to a standstill this year." But how can it be that the earth isn't following all those computer models? Is the earth goddess Gaia herself a climate change "denier"?

Folks, THIS nailed it. This is all the stuff I've been telling you for YEARS. Now the World is starting to wake up and look around. It is amazing what happens when people start paying attention, and thinking for themselves, instead of just blindly following whatever they are told.

That is always assine on it face. ALWAYS. Corporations do not pay tax. YOU do. Let's see if I can explain this to you better. Wal-Mart. You go into Wal-Mart and pay $4.00 for an item. The Government comes along and slaps Wal-Mart with an insane and inaccurate "Windfall Profit Tax." Along with fines and regulation costs. Now you go into Wal-Mart and buy the same item which NOW costs you $10.00.

Look at Gas. It actually costs UNDER $1.50 a gallon. The rest is Tax. Both State and Federal. If they succeed in passing Cap and Tax, watch Gas and Home Energy costs to "SKYROCKET." Who will be most effected by this? The Poor and Middle Class. Why, they can not afford it NOW.

(Nov. 19) -- The tax code is unfair and it's the poor and the middle class who are getting the raw end of the deal.

Those are some of the conclusions of a new study released by the Institute on Taxation and Economic Policy, a nonpartisan research group. The report found that after itemized deductions, the richest 1 percent of Americans pay taxes at an average rate of 5.2 percent of their income. Middle-class residents, on average, pay taxes at a rate of 9.4 percent, and the poorest 20 percent pay at a rate of 10.9 percent.

"In effect, what we have is an upside-down system in which the more you earn, the less you pay in taxes," said Matthew Gardner, executive director of ITEP and the principal author of the study. "I don't think anyone would intentionally set out to design a tax code that way."

According to Gardner's findings, the 10 states where "regressive" taxation most significantly tilts in favor of the rich are Washington, Florida, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Illinois, Arizona, Nevada, Pennsylvania and Alabama.

In Washington, for instance, the poorest 20 percent of residents pay taxes at a rate nearly six times higher than those of the state's richest 1 percent.

Vermont, Delaware and New York, meanwhile, are states with relatively flat, fair tax practices, the study found.

The study's goal was to try to inform future tax policy by creating an understanding of how differing state approaches benefited varying income levels, Gardner said.

"We want to shed light on how tax systems work and help provide a benchmark for judging the current systems," he said, though he stressed that ITEP was not making any specific policy recommendations.

The study's figures were calculated by analyzing the three most common forms of taxes: income, property and sales. In general, the report found that income taxes tend to be fairer than property or sales taxes because they graduate depending on salary. Sales taxes, on the other hand, tend to disproportionately target the poor and lower-middle class, because over time those fixed costs account for a much higher percentage of wages than they do for the well-off.

The report comes at a time when cities and states across the country are enacting a host of new taxes and surcharges to try to cover budgetary shortfalls brought on by the recession. In New York, Gov. David Patterson has proposed an "iPod tax" that would add a surcharge on every music download. In California and Pennsylvania, tuition hikes at state colleges and universities are being implemented. Oregon is debating whether to raise income taxes on corporations and the wealthy.

Which we just discussed will increase the hardships on the Poor.

On the federal level, raising taxes remains a taboo subject, but Congress has moved to close tax loopholes for offshore accounts in the hopes of recouping billions of dollars in potential revenue.

Amid this backdrop, Gardner said he hopes his study will help illustrate who is bearing the largest tax burden in the country. "The answer for just about every state," Gardner said, "is the poor and the lower to middle classes."

Yes. It will be the Poor and Middle Class that are hurt the most with ANY increase and new Taxes. I have ALWAYS been a proponent of the Flat Tax System. Plain and simple, you make a Million, and you Pay 35 percent of that in Tax. You make $20,000, you pay 35 percent of THAT in Tax. You are paying the same amount in Tax, which makes it fair for all.

Now if we CUT Capital Gains Taxes, giving an incentive to create more, hire more, and sell more, it will lower costs, and create a jump-start this Economy needs. If we CUT sales tax to a reasonable level, people will BUY MORE. Hence, jump-start the Economy again.

It is really easy to understand. If you sell something for $10.00 and you sell 10 of them, you make $100.00. You sell the same thing for $4.00, yet you sell 100 of them, you make $400.00 dollars. More people will buy from you, if the price is cheap. Same thing with Taxes and the Economy. If the Tax code is reasonable, more people will simply pay it. If it becomes oppressive, more people will work hard at AVOIDING paying. Fire Employees, and become less productive.

So the next time you hear a Politician say, they are going to tax the Rich, just understand what they are telling you is this. YOUR Taxes and Costs of Living are about to go up. It really is just that simple.

NEW DELHI (AFP) – India, a stronghold of vegetarianism where the cow is a sacred animal for the majority Hindu population, has urged the rest of the world to give up eating beef to help reduce global warming.

"The single most important cause of (carbon) emissions is eating beef," Environment Minister Jairam Ramesh said during a speech on Thursday, his office told AFP.

{Laughing} Really? Says him.

"My formula is stop eating beef. This would stop the emission of methane," said the vegetarian minister.

HOW? Will the Cows not still fart? Have you, and I have, eaten some Vegetarian meals made with Beans? Trust me, that produces Methane more than when I eat a good steak.

Ramesh, who recently made headlines for disputing international research suggesting glaciers in the Himalayas are melting, made the remarks on Thursday at the launch of a UN report on world population in New Delhi.

Meat eating is common in India, albeit in smaller quantities than in Western countries. However, the vast majority of India's Hindus shun beef and the sizeable Muslim minority do not eat pork.

Non-meat eaters help in "climate mitigation", Ramesh said.

In 2008, Rajendra Pachauri, who chairs the United Nations Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, also suggested that people should cut their meat consumption to help combat climate change.

His study found meat production accounts for a fifth of all greenhouse gas emissions.

So I have a question. If we did not eat them, would there not be more OF them. That would be an increase in farts. Would it not? Then you have everyone turning to beans. Again, that would be an increase in farts amongst Humans. Would it not? The only way to keep the number of "meat" be they Cows, Chickens, Buffalo, Horses, Turkeys, or whatever, would be to KILL them. Right? But if the Cow is Sacred, would killing it be considered a Sin? What would you do with all the byproducts? It's all so confusing.

Folks, GW is BS. We all know this. But I thought that this guys take on it was pretty funny. Save the Cows, EAT Steak, Hamburgers, or whatever else you fancy. A lot of Cows would not be around if it were NOT for their beef.

All kidding aside folks. Eat whatever you want. I do. If you chose a Vegetarian Lifestyle for Religious or any other reason, do it. It works for my Wife. I even enjoy a good Veggie meal myself once in a blue moon. But do not use a SCAM to attempt to FORCE me into doing what you do. Especially if there is no Logic or REAL Science behind it.

OK. Let's go back to last Tuesday. I reported to you THIS. Reckless And A Sign of Things To Come With Obamacare I said this.

This is not only insane, but extremely reckless and places Women in extreme risk. But it IS to be expected. What is it? It is the new Government study that says, forget what you have been told for YEARS, do not get a Mammogram.

I'm not kidding. As you have all heard by now I'm sure, a Government panel of Doctors and Scientists put together by Obama and Crew, concluded that getting Mammograms as early as Forty often leads to "too many false alarms and unneeded biopsies without substantially improving Women's odds of survival."

That's right folks. Unneeded tests. These test cost money you know. They want our Mothers, Daughters, and Sisters, to wait until age Fifty. Then they recommend they only get them every two years. The Mammograms that is.

Self Breast exams? Forget it. It does nothing. It just works you up if you think you find something. Of course, if you stupid Women think you find a lump, then the next thing you know, you will be asking for those expensive tests.

Well, you heard about it then. From Rush to Hannity, from Savage to Sullivan, it was all over Talk Radio. They were all saying the same thing I told you. Then when REAL Doctors, and the REAL Science starting coming out against this Insanity, Obama And Crew Backing Away From U.S. Preventive Services Task Force This was late Wednesday. Yes HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius issued the following statement on new breast cancer screening recommendations from the U.S. Preventive Services Task Force:

“My message to women is simple. Mammograms have always been an important life-saving tool in the fight against breast cancer and they still are today. Keep doing what you have been doing for years -- talk to your doctor about your individual history, ask questions, and make the decision that is right for you.”

So as I translated to you, "Forget what we said. We didn't mean for you to be smart enough to figure, uh, I mean, we did not mean what you interpreted it meaning what it means. I, uh, mean, uh, of course we care about Women. We would never, uh, outright say we, uh, no, uh, WAIT! These are nobodies. Uh, Yeah, this is not Obama. They do not speak for him or his Administration. So, just never mind."

But that's not the best part of all this. What I did NOT know on Thursday, is it's IN THE BILL! That's right folks, these new guidelines are IN Reid's Senate Obamacare Bill. They WILL be mandated to be followed. {Gasp} You mean they lied? {Sigh} Yup.

But what did we also learn on Friday? Pap Smears. Yeah, they are no longer important either.

Pap smears may no longer be called "annuals" if doctors follow new cervical cancer screening recommendations from the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.

A new recommendation from experts suggests women need fewer pap smears.The group announced today that women should start getting cervical cancer screenings at age 21 instead of 18, and that women could wait longer between the screenings -- regardless of when a woman starts having sex.

Women in their 20s with normal Pap smear results now should get screenings every two years instead of every year, and women in their 30s can wait three years between screenings, according to the new ACOG guidelines.

When did Libs start Hating on Women? Are Women just to expensive for Obamacare? Is THAT what the issue is? According to this Video Clip over at Good Morning America - New Cervical Cancer Screening Guidelines: No More 'Annual' Pap Smears, the Doctor talking admits that this IS signs of things to come. That it WILL be all about cost, and NOT health. By the way, I have been told that THIS is in the Bill also.

So just the fact that both of these new recommendations and new Guidelines are in the Senate Bill tells us that they have been in the works for a while. This is not new. This is something that they have come up with that they think will cut costs. I believe that them releasing these new Guidelines now, is a sort of test, to see how they would be accepted, prior to you finding out that they are in the Bill. So, LET THEM KNOW!

You stupid Women out there. With your Mammograms and Pap Smears, you are just costing to much money. What is wrong with you? Forget what you have been told for years. Forget all those Women you might know that are alive today BECAUSE of these "unnecessary and costly tests." We know better now. You need not worry yourselves as much. Just do what you are told and you will be fine. Besides, you do not want some strange man looking between your legs or feeling up your Boobs anyway. Right? You see, we are trying to help you out.

Time to let your Senators KNOW, beyond ANY Doubt whatsoever, you do NOT want Obamacare. You do not want to be told you can't get LIFE SAVING tests whenever you chose to do so. Let them know, that this seems to be an attack on Women's health, and it is NONE of the Government's Business what you and your Doctor decides to do. 2010 is coming folks. We have to STOP this madness once and for all.

GENEVA (Reuters) – The World Health Organization said on Thursday the H1N1 vaccine had been cleared of blame for 41 deaths which health authorities worldwide had investigated after suspicions they might have been caused by the inoculation.

OK. Now as I said before. I'm NOT telling you NOT to get the Swine Flu Shot. I'm not telling you you should. As for me and my own, we are not. Why? My reason stays the same. It really is not tested.

Some say it's safe, some say they are more worried about the Vaccine than they are the actual flu. As I pointed out to you, I DO agree that these vaccines need to be tested FULLY before they are mandated for use. Right now Swine Flu is easily treated and most recover from it. There IS history of bad things happening in the 70s from the Swine Flu vaccines. I posted Video of this HERE. Now, we have 41 people, that was alive, took the shoot, and who are NOT. Facts folks. Just facts.

The U.N. agency reaffirmed that the pandemic vaccine is as safe as the seasonal flu vaccine used for more than 60 years. It also voiced concern that some pregnant women and others at risk were shunning it because of a fear of side-effects.

"No new safety issue has been identified from reports issued to date ... Reporting so far reconfirms that the pandemic flu vaccine is as safe as the seasonal flu vaccine," Marie-Paule Kieny, WHO's top vaccine expert, told a telephone conference.

Governments have so far reported that 65 million vaccine doses have been administered against H1N1, known as swine flu, in 16 countries, but the true figure is probably higher since immunization campaigns are under way in 40 countries, she said.

So they do not even now how much has been given?

Side-effects commonly reported include swelling and redness or pain at the injection site, although some had fever or headache, and all symptoms usually disappear after 48 hours.

Yes, and 41 people have DIED. Would they have if they had NOT taken the shot? Why did the shot effect them fatally and not others? The article says that there were, wait, here it is.

A "small number of deaths" had been reported, she said, and a WHO spokeswoman later put the figure at 41 in six countries.

"Although some investigations are still ongoing, the results of the completed investigations reported to WHO have ruled out that the pandemic vaccine is the cause of death," Kieny said.

Authorities in China -- where 11 million people have been vaccinated -- have reported 2 deaths following inoculation and 15 cases of severe side effects, the WHO said in a statement.

"Thorough investigation of these deaths, including a review of autopsy results, determined that underlying medical conditions were the cause of death and not the vaccine," it said of China.

WHAT "underlying medical conditions" did they have? Do you not think it would be good to know? It's like whenever you see a drug advertised on TV. You always see things like "Pregnant Women or Women that could become Pregnant, If you have High Blood Pressure, should not take this,," Should we not have something like that for THIS?

Fewer than a dozen suspected cases of Guillain-Barre syndrome had been reported following pandemic vaccination, she said. "Only a few of this Guillain-Barre may be linked to the pandemic vaccine .... and patients have recovered," she added.

Wait a second. Do you know what Guillain-Barre syndrome is? PARALYSIS! Remember the 70s? It is frequently severe and usually exhibits as an ascending paralysis noted by weakness in the legs that spreads to the upper limbs and the face along with complete loss of deep tendon reflexes.

"Only a few of this Guillain-Barre may be linked to the pandemic vaccine?" How many is a few? She claims they have recovered? Proof of this? At least they are telling us the truth here. I'll give them that. They may be down playing it, but they are telling us the truth.

Now do not misunderstand me here folks. I understand that these numbers are EXTREMELY low. VERY small in the number of people who have taken the shot. I understand that most that take the shot, will most likely have only mild side effects and it may help them from getting the Flu. However, again, for me and mine, the risk is just to great. You have to make your own decisions as to if you will take it or not. Do the research yourselves and YOU weight the FACTS. YOU decide what is best for you. The best decisions are fully informed and educated decisions.

98 Troops Killed Since Request for Support

That's right. On August 30, Gen. Stanley McChrystal sent Defense Secretary Robert Gates a war assessment in which he said more U.S. troops, and a new U.S. strategy, are needed if the U.S. is to defeat the insurgents in Afghanistan.

Since that Aug. 30 date, a total of 98, that we know of, Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen and Marines have died in Afghanistan. Apparently there is some confusion in Washington as to what to do about it.

What happened since you said this Mr. President?

"The Afghan government needs to do more. But we have to understand that the situation is precarious and urgent here in Afghanistan. And I believe this has to be our central focus, the central front, on our battle against terrorism," Obama said Sunday on CBS' "Face the Nation."

"I think one of the biggest mistakes we've made strategically after 9/11 was to fail to finish the job here, focus our attention here. We got distracted by Iraq," he said.

Obama said troop levels must increase in Afghanistan.

"For at least a year now, I have called for two additional brigades, perhaps three,"

Oh yeah, that was when you were just a lowly Senator. When asked if you would discuss these things on your trip to Afghanistan, you said this famous line.

"I think it is very important to recognize that I'm going over there as a U.S. Senator. We have one President at a time, so it's the President's job to deliver those messages,"

Well Sir, YOU are the President. YOU have a General crying out loud for back up. For Support. For more Troops. He is calling you out Sir. You said that you had made Afghanistan a key focus of YOUR Foreign Policy. YOU said YOU would make it the central front in the "War on Terror" if Elected. Now YOU are being called out.

I repeat, since Gen. Stanley McChrystal called out to you for more Troops. His Men and Women are being killed. 98 of them we know about, YOU have diddled. You have played Golf, gone to $30,000 dollar a plate dinners, partied at the White House with Earth Wind and Fire, and traveled the world, bowing to foreign Leaders.

YOU keep saying your decision on Afghanistan is weeks away. There is NO decision here Sir. October was the deadliest month on record. Since YOU took office, attacks are INCREASING. We even have an attack, not only on our own soil, but at one of our own Military Bases. Since YOU took office, Our enemies have grown more brave and more deadly. YOU are to blame for those 98 killed since YOU were requested to send HELP! There is no longer any passing the buck here Obama. YOU are to blame. The Blood of those 98 Service People are on YOUR Hands. There is NO choice that has to be made here. America's children are dying in Afghanistan, YOU are being asked to send help. SEND THEM HELP! Send them whatever they need to get the job done.

And the list goes on. The truth is climate change is causing some of these events, but the earth’s average temperature has been increasing and decreasing since the beginning of time. Maybe the increase in UFO sightings can’t be pinpointed to climate change but certainly animals will adapt to new habitats as the climate changes. But climate change and adaptation to it is nothing new. There’s an underlying assumption that human activity is causing the climate to change in many of these stories, but the scientific consensus on what causes climate change is anything but a consensus. Temperatures have risen and fallen many times before and the earth was cooling as recently as the period from the 1940s to the 1970s giving rise to fears of a coming ice age:

C.C. Wallen of the World Meteorological Organization said, "The cooling since 1940 has been large enough and consistent enough that it will not soon be reversed."

The other implication of this list is that a reduction in Co2 with cap and trade policies like Waxman-Markey and Boxer-Kerry will cure problems as disparate as hurricanes, wars, crime, hunger and…cow infertility. The problem is that no one can actually claim that a reduction of Co2 will prevent these occurrences; one can only speculate that they will be worse in a world that has more rather than less Co2. Given cap and trade’s massive economic consequences and negligible effects on the earth’s temperature, this is a bold and potentially very costly speculation.

Obama And Crew Backing Away From U.S. Preventive Services Task Force

Uh, forget what they said.

Hey folks,

This is just to funny. Time to translate what you just saw yesterday. It really is simple. They attempted to set new guidelines. You found out WHY. I and many others were RIGHT. They are attempting another redo. "Forget what we said. We didn't mean for you to be smart enough to figure, uh, I mean, we did not mean what you interpreted it meaning what it means. I, uh, mean, uh, of course we care about Women. We would never, uh, outright say we, uh, no, uh, WAIT! These are nobodies. Uh, Yeah, this is not Obama. They do not speak for him or his Administration. So, just never mind."

{Laughing} I'm not kidding folks. Obama and Crew's "U.S. Preventive Services Task Force," DID say,

--Most women in their 40s should not routinely get mammograms.

--Women 50 to 74 should get a mammogram every other year until they turn 75, after which the risks and benefits are unknown. (The task force's previous guidelines had no upper limit and called for exams every year or two.)

--The value of breast exams by doctors is unknown. And breast self-exams are of no value.

--Medical groups such as the cancer society have been backing off promoting breast self-exams in recent years because of scant evidence of their effectiveness. Decades ago, the practice was so heavily promoted that organizations distributed cards that could be hung in the shower demonstrating the circular motion women should use to feel for lumps in their breasts.

As I pointed out to you on Tuesday morning Reckless And A Sign of Things To Come With Obamacare Then EVERY Talk Show from Rush to Hannity, Sullivan to Savage, talked about the same thing. All we did was tell you the truth.

A Government panel of Doctors and Scientists put together by Obama and Crew, concluded that getting Mammograms as early as Forty often leads to "too many false alarms and unneeded biopsies without substantially improving Women's odds of survival."

That's right folks. Unneeded tests. These test cost money you know. They want our Mothers, Daughters, and Sisters, to wait until age Fifty. Then they recommend they only get them every two years. The Mammograms that is.

Self Breast exams? Forget it. It does nothing. It just works you up if you think you find something. Of course, if you stupid Women think you find a lump, then the next thing you know, you will be asking for those expensive tests.

It's called Rationing Care. It IS Sings of things to come with Obamacare. All about the money and NOT Health. Cost will be the model that will decide who lives and who dies. Obama SAID SO!

But again, they tried to do this, figuring you were to stupid to figure it out. In the face of DECADES of History and REAL Science, they figured you would just accept whatever they tell you because they are smarter than you. They were wrong as usual. So now Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sibelius came out and said, never mind.

I just posted the actual Press Release, but let's look at this for a second.

No. It has pretty much remained the same for Decades. I love this one though. They tell us there is a consensus about Global Warming, yet a raging debate about THIS?

"The Task Force has presented some new evidence for consideration but our policies remain unchanged." {For NOW} Indeed, I would be very surprised if any private insurance company changed its mammography coverage decisions as a result of this action."

Until they have no choice.

“What is clear is that there is a great need for more evidence, more research and more scientific innovation to help women prevent, detect, and fight breast cancer, the second leading cause of cancer deaths among women."

That is the OPPOSITE of what the GOVERNMENT Panel JUST SAID. They just said there is no value. Literately.

“My message to women is simple. Mammograms have always been an important life-saving tool in the fight against breast cancer and they still are today. Keep doing what you have been doing for years -- talk to your doctor about your individual history, ask questions, and make the decision that is right for you.”

Until the Government passes Obamacare and THEY make those decisions. Folks. I maintain this IS signs of things to come. They HAVE to back off now, because you still have a CHOICE. Once that Choice is removed, you will have no place else to go. Then they will be free to dictate to you what is and is not beneficial to YOU and the Country. It will be things JUST LIKE THIS. It will be determined based on cost. Do NOT be fooled folks. Do not be fooled. Look at what is right in front of you, then ask yourself, is THIS what I really want?

HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius issued the following statement today on new breast cancer screening recommendations from the U.S. Preventive Services Task Force:

Here is something you will most likely be hearing a lot about in the next day or two. As usual, they will most likely Cherry pick it apart, or say she or he, said this or that. So here it is, in it's entirety.

BEGIN TRANSCRIPT

RUSH: We are going to open this hour with a rare personal interview, a rare guest. It doesn't happen much on this program, but we are happy to have with us former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin, whose book, Going Rogue, hits the shelves today and it's already headed for I think a record in sales. Governor Palin, thanks for making time. It's great to talk to you again. We spoke last Thursday in an interview for the Limbaugh Letter, but it's great to have you here on the radio.

GOV. PALIN: Hey, thank you so much, and dittos from an Alaskan.

RUSH: Where are you, by the way? Where are we speaking to you from?

GOV. PALIN: In a hotel room in New York City. I'm going to do a couple of interviews after that and then head to Grand Rapids for the kickoff of the book tour.

RUSH: This is going to be exciting. Are you looking forward to that?

GOV. PALIN: I am so looking forward to this. I cannot wait to meet some of these good Americans all across this country. It's going to be a blast.

RUSH: They can't wait to meet you, judging by the reception you got during the campaign. Now, ladies and gentlemen, Governor Palin, when we spoke last Thursday I spoke to her a lot about the things in her book regarding the campaign. That stuff you'll read in the Limbaugh Letter, and I predicted to Governor Palin then that much of her book would be ignored in light of the dirt that she was supposedly dishing from the campaign. So Governor Palin what I'd like to do here is go some different directions from what we did in the newsletter interview and start with the economy. We have 10.2% unemployment. We see no end in sight. The administration and others are suggesting next year could be just as bad with unemployment going up to 11%. What would you do differently than is being done now?

GOV. PALIN: It's over 10%, and in fact it could be closer to 17 or 18 when you consider those who have kind of given up and are not applying for unemployment benefits. So it's bad, it's really bad and then of course Fed Chair Bernanke announced that there are still weak job prospects for the very short term and probably long term, and that's an uncomfortable place for our country to be. What we need to do is shift gears and really head in another direction because what we're doing right now with the Fed, it's not working. We need to cut taxes on the job creators. This is all about jobs, creating jobs. We have to ramp up industry here in America, and of course reduce the federal debt, quit piling on and growing more. But those commonsense solutions there, especially with the cutting taxes on the job creators, that's not even being discussed. In fact, increased taxes is the direction it sounds like Obama wants to go.

RUSH: You mean that you don't even hear it being discussed on the Republican side or within the administration?

GOV. PALIN: Within the administration, and as it is discussed on the Republican side, Republicans need to be bolder about it. Independents need to be bolder about that solution that has got to be considered and plugged in. This is the only solution that will be successful. We need to rehash some history that proves its success. Let's go back to what Reagan did in the early eighties and stay committed to those commonsense free market principles that worked. He faced a tougher recession than what we're facing today. He cut those taxes, ramped up industry, and we pulled out of that recession. We need to revisit that.

RUSH: Why do you think this administration is ignoring that blueprint? What is their ultimate objective here? They're sitting in the middle of abject failure of their number-one stated goal, and that's job creation. So what are they really trying to do here do you think?

GOV. PALIN: Well, you wonder, you wonder because history proves what will work and you wonder if they're realizing that and if it's just perhaps a stubbornness at this point that they are so committed to going down this road of growing government and interjecting the Feds' control in the private sector more and more, which will prove to be more failure. I don't know if it's obstinate thinking that they're engaged in right now or if they truly just do not believe what the free market, free enterprise economic solutions are that built up this country.

RUSH: Do you think this is going to be a major issue in the congressional elections in 2010, and if so, how would you advise Republicans to pursue it?

GOV. PALIN: It better be a major issue, absolutely. Of course, national security will be, too, and hopefully we'll talk a little bit about some of the decisions being made in that arena that cause so many of us concern but, yeah, the economy, that's what it's going to be because it's all about jobs, it's all about Americans who are hurting right now and what those solutions are that are so obvious, so commonsense that need to be plugged in. And those are Republican, they're commonsense conservative principles that we just need to apply.

RUSH: New York-23 is being portrayed as a race in which you and I -- because we supposedly went up there -- handpicked Doug Hoffman, he supposedly lost, even though that race, they still haven't finished counting the votes. It's two weeks! This is not Chicago. They haven't finished counting the votes. He says he wishes he could un-concede now. But they're trying to diminish conservatism, and I think in the process intimidate the Republican Party from going in that direction. What's your read on New York-23?

GOV. PALIN: I think this is exciting. It's encouraging. No matter the outcome even with his recount of some of those, well, uncounted ballots, it's exciting that the race is going to be even closer, and it's a clearer and clearer picture that what Americans are seeking, even in a district there in New York, they are seeking commonsense, conservative solutions to all the challenges that we're facing. I'm glad to see this.

RUSH: So the positive thing there is that the Republican Party was rebuffed in nominating essentially a RINO, a liberal?

GOV. PALIN: Well, I think what you saw there is -- and of course it's not just the Republican machine, it's the Democrat machine, too. You know, if you're not the anointed one within the machine, sometimes you have a much tougher row to hoe and that's what Hoffman faced. He was the underdog. I think great timing for him, though, to stand strong on his conservative credentials and essentially come out of nowhere and prove that an American without that resume, without that machine backing can truly make a difference in an election like this.

RUSH: Well, now, you used the term, "If you're not the anointed one by the party machine, you're the underdog and you have a tough row to hoe." Based on things that I read, the Republican establishment would not anoint you to be a nominee of their party should you choose to go that way. I'm not asking you the question because I know you're not going to answer and give away what your plans are in 2012.

GOV. PALIN: (chuckles)

RUSH: Do you consider yourself one of these unanointed ones within your own party?

GOV. PALIN: Well, to some in both parties, politics is more of a business. It's not so much a commitment to an agenda or a person or values or issues. It's more of a business -- and, no, I'm not a part of that. So if they're going to keep using that way of thinking in their decisions on who they anoint, who they will support or not then, no. I'll never be a part of that. But hopefully we're going to see a shift with independents, with the Republican Party and the Democrat Party, and we're going to get back to what the issues are, what really matters, and then hopefully we're going to go from there, which will be much fairer to the electorate.

RUSH: All right, independents, slash, third party. A lot of people -- mistakenly, in my view -- are looking at New York-23 as evidence that, see, a third party could actually do well. But that's not a good example because there was no primary there. As you said, the party bosses chose Dede Scozzafava on the Republican side and a Democrat. Had there been a primary, New York-23 would not have been constituted as it was. So what are your thoughts now on the viability of a third party if the Republican Party can't be brought around?

GOV. PALIN: You know, to be brutally honest, I think that it's a bit naive when you talk about the pragmatism that has to be applied in America's political system. And we are a two-party system. Ideally, sure, a third party or an independent party would be able to soar and thrive and put candidates forth and have them elected, but I don't think America is ready for that. I think that it is... Granted it's quite conventional and traditional, but in a good way that we have our two parties, and I think that that's what will remain. And I say that, though, acknowledging that I'm not an obsessive panther, I understand why people -- good people like my own husband -- refuse to register in a party. Todd's not a Republican and yet he's got more commonsense conservatism than a whole lot of Republicans that I know because he is one who sees the idiosyncrasies of the characters within the machine and it frustrates him along with a whole lot of other Americans who choose to be independent. But in answer to your question, I don't think that the third party movement will be what's necessary to usher in some commonsense conservative ideals.

RUSH: Now, you mentioned independents. We need to get independents. Independents right now are abandoning the Democrat Party. They did so in New Jersey. They did so in Virginia. And the White House pretty much proves this because the White House was out prior to the election saying, "Ah, Republican Party identification in polls is as low as it's ever been." Therefore, for Republicans to win these races there had to be independents moving in their direction. Now, I know you're not in politics now but you have political experience. I'm not in politics. I've never gone out and gotten votes. I've always been curious about the professional politicians' insistence that we go out and "get independents." Sure you want to shore up the base. But these magical, whatever it is, 20% of people that are not identified or do not self-identify themselves with either party, what's the way to get them?

GOV. PALIN: I think just naturally independents are going to gravitate towards that Republican agenda and Republican platform because the planks in our platform are the strongest to build a healthy America. We're all about cutting taxes and shrinking government and respecting the inherent rights of the individual and strengthening families and respecting life and equality. You have to shake your head and say, "Who wouldn't embrace that? Who wouldn't want to come on over?" They don't have to necessarily be registered within the Republican Party in order to hook up with us and join us with that agenda standing on those planks. In Alaska, about 70% of Alaskans are independent. So that's my base. That's where I am from and that's been my training ground, is just implementing commonsense conservative solutions. Independents appreciate that. You're going to see more and more of that attraction to the GOP by these independents as the days go on.

RUSH: If the GOP articulates what you just articulated. I've always believed the way to get them... Reagan got them by just being who he was, articulating conservatism. Conservatism is nothing different than the founding principles of the country. Therefore, the key to getting independents is Republicans who can articulate those beliefs.

GOV. PALIN: You know another key to this, too, is to not hesitate duking it out within the party. This is what I appreciate about the Republican Party. We have contested, aggressive, competitive primaries. We're not like this herd mentality like a bunch of sheep -- with the fighting instincts of sheep, as Horowitz would say -- like some in the Democrat Party; where, heaven forbid, you take a stand and you oppose somebody within your own party because it's the right thing to do. I appreciate that in the Republican Party. Some on the other side say -- you know, they're observing what goes on in the GOP and say -- "That's infighting, and they can't get along, and there's no consensus there." No. This is healthy debate, good competition that makes candidates work harder. It makes for a better product, if you will, at the end of the day. I appreciate that about our party.

RUSH: We are talking to Governor Sarah Palin. We take a brief prosperity time-out. We'll be back and continue with Governor Palin right after this.

RUSH: And we're back. Our remaining moments with former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin, starting her book tour today. Let's talk about your book tour, your career in general, Governor Palin. Who are you trying to reach, and for what purpose, with the book and your book tour? What's your goal here?

GOV. PALIN: I'm not trying to reach the liberal elites in this country, and it's a good thing I'm not trying to, because I'm not succeeding there. Just everyday, hardworking Americans who want government back on their side and I want to help them have their voice be heard. And the book is all about that, and the book is about my record and my accomplishments as a mayor and as a governor that kind of lay the foundation for Americans to see where it was that I was and how I got to where I am. It was just a lot of hard work and it was a lot of very commonsense measures that I undertook politically and practically speaking, and the book is about that, and hopefully people will read it and enjoy it and learn something from it.

RUSH: What's our biggest energy challenge as a country? Do you believe at all or some or a lot in the modern-day go-green movement of solar and wind and all of these nefarious things that really don't produce anything yet?

GOV. PALIN: I think there's a lot of snake oil science involved in that and somebody's making a whole lot of money off people's fears that the world is... It's kind of tough to figure out with the shady science right now, what are we supposed to be doing right now with our climate. Are we warming or are we cooling? I don't think Americans are even told anymore if it's global warming or just climate change. And I don't attribute all the changes to man's activities. I think that this is, in a lot of respects, cyclical and the earth does cool and it warms. And our greatest challenge with energy is that we're not tapping it to the abundant domestic supplies that God created right underfoot on American soil and under our waters. It's ridiculous that we are circulating hundreds of billions of dollars a year in foreign countries, asking them to ramp up production so that we can purchase it from them -- especially from the regimes that can control us via energy, using it as a weapon against us, potentially. It's nonsense that this administration and past administrations haven't really understood yet that inherent link between energy and security. I think more and more Americans are waking up to the fact, though, and we will hopefully see changes there soon.

RUSH: Vice President Biden chided you, saying, "It's a little bit more complicated," Governor Palin, than "Drill, Baby, Drill," which is one of your chapter titles. What's complicated about drilling for oil?

GOV. PALIN: Exactly. What is complicated about tapping into abundant, safe domestic supplies that could provide stability for our country and security for our country? I know Alaska has billions of barrels of oil underfoot, and we have the natural gas that's waiting to be tapped, too; and other states do, too. It's not that complicated. It's political, and that's what is the shame in this, is that for political reasons we're not allowing to tap these domestic supplies.

RUSH: What are your thoughts on the congressional health care reform bills going through the House and the Senate?

GOV. PALIN: Well, we don't really know, do we, what's in that Senate version, the Senate consideration? It will be soon but we have no idea of costs. We don't know how many will be insured. We're waiting to hear that. We don't know if the tax funding of abortions will be in this new version that's sitting over on the Senate side. We don't know if those who choose not to purchase this government-mandated level of coverage will face jail time as punishment. There are so many questions unanswered. I don't like the idea, in general, of the federal government thinking it needs to take over health care -- which essentially this is -- and control one-sixth of our economy. Not when there are commonsense solutions to meeting health care challenges in our country, like allowing the intra- and interstate competition with insurers, tort reform, cutting down on the waste and fraud that the Obama administration insists if we just did that we'll pay for this one-point-some trillion-dollar health care reform package. So lots of commonsense solutions that need to be plugged in before ever considering federal government taking it over.

RUSH: You mentioned earlier you wanted to talk about national security, that you hoped it came up. Well, here it is: What do we face? What are our threats, and are we prepared, or not?

GOV. PALIN: Well, I think domestically a threat that we're facing right now is the dithering and hesitation in sending a message to the terrorists that we're going to claim what Ronald Reagan claimed. Our motto is going to be: "We win, you lose." The way that we do that is allow McChrystal to have the reinforcements that he's asking for in Afghanistan. That sends that message to the terrorists over there that we're going to end this thing with our victory. We need to start facing Iran with tougher and tougher sanctions that need to be considered. We need to work our allies with the Iranian issues, like Britain and France and not allow access to favorable international monetary deals. That's a great threat that I think would kind of shake up Ahmadinejad and get him to listen. We need to look at halting Iran's imports of refined petroleum products. They're quite reliant on imported gasoline, and we need to use that hammer to wake up the leadership there, too. Those are two big challenges that we have right now, domestically and in naming those two countries, Afghanistan and Iran. Two big challenges there, too.

RUSH: Thirty seconds: Immigration. Can you do it in 30 seconds before we have to go?

GOV. PALIN: I can't do it in 30 seconds but just know that... You know, let me put it simply: Illegal immigrants are called "illegal" for a reason. We need to crack down on this. We need to listen to the border states where the governors there have some solutions and we need to get serious about that.

RUSH: Governor Palin, thanks very much. It's been a pleasure. It's been fun. Thanks for last week as well and good luck on what I know is going to be a life-changing book and book tour.

This is not only insane, but extremely reckless and places Women in extreme risk. But it IS to be expected. What is it? It is the new Government study that says, forget what you have been told for YEARS, do not get a Mammogram.

I'm not kidding. Then after you hit 75, you are going to be cut off from the tests. What's the point? Your old. As Obama says, "Take a pain pill" and go off and die. Or as Health Adviser for the President, and Brother to Rahm Emanuel, said, he wants to change the very Hippocratic Oath that Doctors take to "Do no Harm."

"However, other things are rarely equal—whether to save one 20-year-old, who might live another 60 years, if saved, or three 70-year-olds, who could only live for another 10 years each—is unclear."

Or as Tom Daschle says Healthcare reform “will not be pain free.” Seniors should be more accepting of the conditions that come with age instead of treating them. That means the elderly will bear the brunt.

Yes, but now, FORGET IT. It's not important. Besides, if you make it past 75, you've lived your life. Now lay down and die to make room for the young TAX paying folks. If you DO get Cancer after age 40, do not worry, the Government will throw you into the Cost and Effectiveness calculation machine and decide if it is cheaper to treat you or just give you the Pain Pill. Either way, you will not have to worry about it for long.

Folks, TRUST ME! This is just signs of things to come. They are getting ready. They really think that they WILL be able to jam Obamacare through. Then, they will OWN you, if you like it or not.

Happy Tuesday to you. You know, as I always say, you want the REAL facts and the TRUTH, you go right to the source. Go to the REAL EXPERTS and ask them. You know, those who actually DO whatever it is that you are inquiring about. Not the so called "experts" that CLAIM they know what they are talking about.

When you go to the so called "experts," you get myths, theories, and speculation. When you talk directly to the REAL Experts, you get the FACTS. Here is a perfect example. (PRI) released a report--"Top Ten Energy Myths"--that confronts ten common myths about America's energy sources, uses and risks, utilizing U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) and Energy Information Administration (EIA) data.

Some excerpts from the report:

•Myth: We have no choice but to import vast quantities of oil and natural gas.

•Reality: The U.S. could significantly reduce imports by expanding domestic production.

•Myth: Offshore oil production poses environmental risks.

•Reality: New technology has greatly reduced the risk of oil spills. Reducing oil reservoir pressure through extraction of petroleum will decrease the amount of oil pollution from natural seepage.

•Myth: Energy companies will not invest in clean reliable energy so we need government programs to do so.

•Reality: Energy companies are investing huge sums of money to develop cleaner and more reliable sources of energy.

The report's author, Thomas Tanton, senior fellow in Energy Studies at the PRI, says:

"There is a plethora of unexplored options for securing energy in America through domestic sources, but misled confidence in renewable technologies and increased efficiency are hampering common-sense energy policy...Energy policy must be based on facts, not myths."

According to Reuters - Cow dung to power more Dutch homes

AMSTERDAM (Reuters) – A plant that converts cow dung into energy for homes opened in the Netherlands Friday.

Manure from cows at a nearby dairy farm will be fermented along with grass and food industry residues, and the biogas released during the process will be used as fuel for the thermal plant's gas turbines.

The heat generated will be distributed to around 1,100 homes in the area around Leeuwarden in the north of the Netherlands, the plant's operator Essent said in a statement.

Firms in Europe and elsewhere have been investing in biogas plants and this is the second of its scale running on cow manure in the Netherlands. It follows another plant that Essent opened in January.

No. Wait. Never mind. This is the Leeuwarden. Al Gore and the Chicken Little Crowd would be against this here. Why? That would be a lot of Cow farts. You know, Carbon Dioxide. We have to cap how much we BREATH, or PAY them lots of money to say we are no longer breathing. No. Until they find a way to stop Cows from farting, consistently provide adequate Wind, or Sunshine, I guess we are stuck with Oil.

Jefferson Goes to Jail

FINALLY, justice is served for one of the biggest corrupt Politicians in Government. William Jefferson, DEMOCRAT, Louisiana, uh, make that FORMER DEMOCRAT, Louisiana, is going to jail. He will not pass go. He will not collect $90,000 dollars.

According to the BBC News - US 'freezer cash' lawmaker jailed

A former US congressman famously caught with $90,000 (£54,000) in cash in his freezer, has been sentenced to 13 years for bribery and money laundering.

William Jefferson, a Louisiana Democrat who served for nearly 20 years, was convicted in August of taking hundreds of thousands of dollars in bribes.

Yeah, remember Nancy Pelosi refused to do anything about it. It took the VOTERS, to get him out of office.

The 62-year-old was also found guilty of trying to get millions more for brokering business deals in Africa.

He is also a friend of Obama. For OBVIOUS reasons. I wonder if Obama will issue him a Presidential Pardon.

Prosecutors had asked the judge to sentence him to at least 27 years.

Jefferson's defence lawyers had argued that he was acting as a private business consultant in making the deals, and sought a sentence of less than 10 years.

The veteran politician had been under investigation since the spring of 2005.

In August that year, FBI agents found the money in his freezer, wrapped in foil and hidden in boxes of pie crust.

Jefferson was voted Louisiana's first African-American congressman in 1991.

Well, that historic election did not guarantee he was a good Servant of the People. Now did it? I repeat, Blackness does not equal greatness. He was the first Black Congressman and as corrupt as the day is long. Obama is the First Black President. That doesn't mean that he is anything more than he is. He is a THREAT to this country. He is destroying the Economy, and he needs to be Voted out, just like Jefferson was. Just because it's historic, doesn't mean it is good.

He was re-elected in 2006 even after news of the bribery scandal broke, but narrowly lost his re-election bid in 2008 to a Republican rival.

Just like then, YOU have the power to throw the current bunch of Socialists and Marxists out of office in 2010, and replace the Boy King wannabe Obama in 2012. They do not seem to want to listen to you. At the Polling Places, they will be FORCED to. Get ready folks. Get educated. When the time comes, GO VOTE!

I had a feeling it was as soon as I saw it taking place. As we learned more about who these people were, I KNEW it was.I even said someone needs to go to jail.

Richard Heene appeared before a Larimer County District Court judge first, pleading guilty to a felony count of falsely influencing the sheriff who led the rescue effort during the 50-mile balloon chase that captivated a global television audience Oct. 15.

Mayumi Heene pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of knowingly filing a false report with emergency services. Prosecutors said she had a lower level of culpability and cooperated with authorities, telling investigators the balloon launch was a publicity stunt two weeks in the making.

The Heenes are amateur storm chasers and had twice appeared on ABC's "Wife Swap." Richard Heene's business associates said he was trying to pitch a TV series based on science, and the couple had a tentative deal in the works with RDF USA, which produces "Wife Swap."

RDF has said it scrapped the plans after the balloon flight.

Even as the Heenes entered their guilty pleas, their attorneys' comments in court set off speculation of talk show appearances or other deals.

Judge Stephen Schapanski agreed to the attorneys' request that the couple be allowed to travel to New York and California to explore "employment opportunities." David Lane, Richard Heene's lawyer, declined to elaborate as he left the courtroom, and Heene waved off questions.

At least one New York-based production company ruled out a Heene venture.

Anyone that gives these Morons a show is asking for Others to follow in their footsteps. "Oh, so if we do this outrageous thing, maybe we will get a TV Show out of it." Anyone that DOES give them a show, should be BOYCOTTED by EVERYONE. just to prove a point. These Morons that used their Kids as pawns to get on TV, are scum and need to crawl back under whatever rock they came out from under.

"It's just too poisonous," said Irad Eyal, vice president of development at True Entertainment. "I don't think anyone is going to want to meet with a man who shamed his family and children that way. In reality TV, there's a definite line you don't cross, and that's tormenting children."

Lane said the couple would have no public comment at least until sentencing, set for Dec. 23.

Under terms of the plea agreements, {I knew it} Richard Heene faces up to 90 days in jail, probation and a fine. Mayumi Heene could get 60 days, likely to be served in a work-release program, and probation.

I doubt he will see the inside of a jail. But that would be nice. The rest of this just goes on to rehash the whole stupid incident . You know the story. Finally Justice will be served in this case and if they EVER do anything this idiotic again, the kids should be removed. Jail should be mandatory, and they should NEVER be seen again. Period.

Just this past Thursday, I posted this. More Signs We are Back From The Brink I said this.

If you are like me, you were confused during the Bush years. The Economy was bursting, record high home ownerships, Stock Market closing at record high numbers, Lowest Unemployment in YEARS, yet we kept being told how bad everything was. Seriously, all over the Media, there were stories of pending doom.

Then when there really WAS a problem identified in the Mortgage Industry, with Fannie and Freddie, yet ANY attempt to regulated them was shot down by the Dems. Then it was heading for bust. What did those same Dems do? PROTECTED Fannie and Freddie again. But yet, the Economy was still going right along, and would have continued had the Government NOT gotten into the Bailout Business.

TRILLIONS spent. Things are getting worse. People are still losing their Homes, Jobs, and are unable to get credit. Yet, to cover for this insanity, we have a President come out and tell us, "We are back from the brink." "We saved or created 60,000 jobs." We have the Media NOW telling us, we are doing great. "We have a ways to go, but imagine what would have happened if we did nothing." They are telling us stories of how being unemployed is HEALTHY for us. How double digit unemployment may be the new norm, and that's not really a bad thing. Maybe in the Obamanation, but NOT in America.

House Global Warming Subcommittee Chairman Ed Markey (D-MA) was outraged that a renegade freelance lobbyist had sent a dozen phony letters to members of Congress, urging them to vote against cap-and-trade legislation.

Congress will not tolerate “forgery and identity theft” in attempting to influence the passage of legislation, members solemnly intoned. The letters misled Congress and imperiled its integrity and deliberative process.

Few Americans would disagree. But after their usual pontificating, the Democrats once again proved that, if they didn’t have double standards, they would have no standards.

{Laughing.} Ain't THAT the truth.

Mr. Markey and his big-D colleagues excoriated the guilty parties they had summoned to their Star Chamber. They then refused to allow testimony by the Republicans’ proposed witness. Competitive Enterprise Institute lawyer Chris Horner had intended to discuss a recent hoax by environmentalists, who had impersonated U.S. Chamber of Commerce officials, forged Chamber documents and staged a phony news conference to announce that the Chamber had reversed its position on global warming legislation.

Yeah remember that? The REAL Chamber Representative went there to stop the conference and he was told to shut up. They wanted the HOAXER to continue even after they learned he was a FRAUD. Why? He was saying what they wanted to hear. He, even though he was a complete scammer.

That and Horner’s other examples of green fraud would only “confuse people” and diffuse the anti-industry venom of Democrats, who didn’t even mention the bogus Chamber event.

Worst, all this fakery pales next to what the full Energy and Commerce Committee had blessed as proof of imminent Climate Armageddon in April 2009. The Democrats’ superstar witness was renowned climatologist Al Gore, who had earned a C and a D in the only science courses he took in college.

Once again, Democrats refused to permit the Republicans’ intended witness to testify. They knew Lord Christopher Monckton, former science advisor to Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher, would rubbish Gore’s Doomsday scenarios. So Gore was allowed to mislead Congress and promote his unfounded assertion that humanity faces “an irreparably damaged planet,” if we don’t immediately slash fossil fuel use. He didn’t face a single tough question over any of his false or misleading claims.

I LOVE Lord Christopher Monckton. They HATE him because not only does he have the credentials to speak on Climate Change, he has REAL science and FACTS to back up what he says. Oh, and he doesn't agree with the Hoax that is GWBS. Check out the Fact and Fiction of Father Gore's stupidity.

Gore: The Arctic is warming at an unprecedented rate.

Truth: The Arctic region warms and cools dramatically every few decades, due to shifting currents and winds. Arctic ice also melted significantly during the 1930s; it is now back to seasonally normal levels.

Gore: If the Greenland and Western Antarctic Peninsula ice sheets were to melt and collapse into the ocean, seal levels would rise 40 feet.

Truth: Snow and ice are increasing in interior Greenland and Antarctica. The peninsula ice is mostly unstable sea ice, and interior Antarctica temperatures would have to rise 85 degrees (from an average annual minus-50) to cause Gore’s fanciful cataclysm.

Gore: The US West and the Southeast are experiencing prolonged severe droughts.

Truth: America also endured the Dust Bowl and a 25-year drought that forced Anasazi Indians to abandon their villages.

Gore: Carbon dioxide “pollution” is acidifying our oceans.

Truth: Higher CO2 levels fertilize ocean algae and improve seashell growth. In some areas upwelling can acidify surface waters with carbon-rich water from deep ocean zones.

Gore: Global warming is increasing the number of wildfires in US forests.

Truth: Fires continue to threaten habitats, wildlife and homes because insects are killing trees and environmentalist legal actions prevent foresters from managing dense stands of brush and thin, diseased and dead trees.

Gore: Climate change is increasing the intensity of hurricanes.

Truth: Hurricane numbers and intensity are on par with historic records and trends. Katrina was a large Category 3 hurricane when it hit a poorly prepared New Orleans.

It’s a good thing the committee didn’t put Gore under oath. He’d be sanctioned for wanton and reckless disregard for the truth – if not perjury – in both his testimony and the movie he produced to terrify young children, so that they pressure their parents into demanding passage of cap-tax-and-trade legislation.

I couldn't have, wait, I HAVE said all this. But he is saying it better. {Smile}

A British High Court judge ruled that “An Inconvenient Truth” promotes “partisan political views,” was riddled with errors and falsehoods, and could not be shown any more in schools, unless accompanied by a teacher’s guide correcting information that Gore had misrepresented. Two of the most egregious distortions are especially likely to scare kids.

* Polar bears are drowning because a warming planet is melting the Arctic.

Fact: Four bears drowned during a particularly violent storm, and polar bear populations are actually increasing in Alaska and Canada.

In record numbers I might add.

* Warming temperatures have brought malaria to Nairobi, Kenya, killing little children.

Fact: Nairobi has always had malaria, and anti-insecticide policies promoted by Gore have helped perpetuate the problem.

Indeed, contrary to Gore’s false assertions, there has been no global warming for a decade – and Earth has actually cooled slightly since 2002 – even as atmospheric CO2 levels continue to rise. Climate alarmists habitually magnify the alleged risks of warmer temperatures, ignore the potential economic and health benefits of a warmer world, and obfuscate the clear dangers to agriculture and life from planetary cooling.

But Al Gore passionately wants Congress to enact punitive cap-and-trade legislation, because he detests the hydrocarbon fuels that provide 85% of the energy that powers America – and because he stands to make hundreds of millions of dollars via carbon trading deals and subsidized renewable energy technologies.

Where have you heard THIS before? Oh yeah, ME. All about Power, control, and of course, MONEY.

Gore refuses to give up his private jets, limousines and carbon-intensive lifestyle. He refuses to correct any of the errors in his movie, lectures or testimony. He just wants us to give up our living standards.

Again.

The former VP’s media, Hollywood and congressional friends always protect him and his junk science. He will not debate anyone. When he gives six-figure talks on college campuses, the only questions allowed are those he has preapproved. On the extremely rare occasions when someone does ask an inconvenient question, as during a recent convention of friendly journalists, Gore dodges the question until the uppity interrogator’s microphone can be switched off.

It’s time for America to have its long overdue debate over global warming science and the painful economic impacts of anti-hydrocarbon cap-and-trade policies. A little honesty, transparency and robust debate would do wonders for the integrity of the legislative process and Americans’ trust in Congress.

No more excuses, Mr. Gore. Have the guts to defend your views. Show some cojones.

OK. I officially love this guy. Wake up American Journalist. The FACTS are out there. How about actually REPORTING the FACTS and the TRUTH? There is NO THREAT! GW IS BS. And Cap and Tax will KILL the already hurting Economy. I know. I'm a dreamer. But I do hope more people start waking up.

You all know I love Coffee. I drink about three pots a day. Yes. Pots. I have been know to indulge in adult beverages from time to time. Not daily, but during get together and an occasional couple of beers at BBQs or Friends houses.

If I feel that I've had enough, unusually about three beers or a couple of adult beverages, I switch to coffee. So I should be all for these decaffeinated Alcoholic drinks. Right? No. Not really. All you get with these are an awake Drunk. But that is not the only problems with these new drinks. According to Health Day - FDA Questions Safety of Caffeinated Alcoholic Drinks Companies asked to show proof of safety and lawfulness of selling such beverages By Steven Reinberg HealthDay Reporter

FRIDAY, Nov. 13 (HealthDay News) -- Federal health officials said Friday that they plan to look into the safety and legality of making and selling popular alcohol drinks that contain caffeine.

Prompted by a request from several states' attorneys general, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration has given 30 manufacturers of such drinks 30 days to show the agency why their products are safe and under what authority they think they can sell those products.

"The agency has asked manufacturers of caffeinated alcoholic beverages to provide FDA with the data necessary to demonstrate that caffeine can be safely and lawfully added to alcoholic beverages," FDA Principal Deputy Commissioner Dr. Joshua Sharfstein said during a morning teleconference.

"The agency is not aware of the basis upon which manufacturers have concluded that the use of caffeine added to alcoholic beverages is 'generally recognized as safe,'" he added.

These high-octane drinks are popular on college campuses, with previous research suggesting up to 26 percent of students consume the beverages, according to an FDA news release.

Yeah I know, Collage Campuses? You will ALWAYS find Alcohol on Collage Campuses, in many different forms. That is just part of the Collage experience. Right, wrong, or in different, this will never stop.

Currently, the FDA has approved caffeine only as an addition to soft drinks, Sharfstein noted. The U.S. Treasury Department's Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau oversees the manufacture of alcoholic beverages, but that agency only requires that alcoholic beverages contain ingredients that satisfy FDA requirements, the FDA news release noted.

Concerns about these drinks was raised after companies such as Miller and Anheuser-Busch began selling such products, drinks that were graced with names that included "Spykes" and "Sparks." Attorneys general in several states sued the companies, and last year both companies agreed to stop selling these products, Sharfstein said.

The letter from the attorneys general to the FDA was spearhead by the state of Connecticut, Utah and Guam and signed by 16 others, Sharfstein said.

Quoting from the letter, he said that "the consumption of caffeinated alcoholic beverages has been associated with increased risk of serious injury to oneself and others as a result of driving while intoxicated, sexual assault and other dangerous behavior."

Not sticking up for these drinks, but uh, Alcohol WITHOUT Caffeine cause "serious injury to oneself and others as a result of driving while intoxicated, sexual assault and other dangerous behavior." My main concern is that because it DOES contain Caffeine, with is overrated to begin with as a stimuli, some may think that it WILL help them stay alert while drinking. Other than than, I'm concerned with the safety issues with the Drinks themselves. Then again, I do agree with this.

The concern is that caffeine stimulates people to drink more, Sharfstein said.

"Being wide awake and drunk at the same time increases the risk of engaging in several forms of violent or other high-risk physical behaviors that can cause injury," he said, quoting the letter from the attorneys general.

{Laughing} So it prevents you from passing out sooner. Which of course would put an end to whatever you were or were planing to do. Good point. {smile}

Companies receiving FDA's letter include United Brands of Los Angeles, the maker of "Joose," which combines malt liquor with caffeine, and Mix Master Beverage Co. of Stateline, Nev., which makes a product called "24/7," Sharfstein said.

You know, truthfully, I have never tried any of these. If they taste anything like those Nonalcoholic Energy Drinks that my Niece likes some much, you can keep them. Tastes like cough syrup to me. I've tried several different ones, I hate all of them.

Truth is folks, as long as you are not an Alcoholic, of age, and drink responsibly, there is nothing wrong with an Adult Beverage from time to time. Many studies show that drinking a glass of Red Wine daily is EXTREMELY beneficial health wise. But Caffeine added or not, to much Alcohol is NOT a good thing. So be careful out there.

Hey folks,

You get arrested. You not only plead guilty, you BRAG about your crime. You say you want to go to jail, or get the Death Penalty, you get NO Trial. Really, the only thing then that needs to be determined is what the Judge feels your sentence should consist of. Nothing else is needed. Well, maybe a psych-eval. But seriously, nothing else is needed.

So now we have:

A NON-US Citizen.
A Mastermind that killed 3000 American Lives.
A person that said YES. I did it.
A person that has bragged about doing it.
The Uncle of the one that attacked the WTC First.
One who has ASKED for the Death Penalty.

So what does our ingenious Attorney General Eric Holder decide? Lets bring him the New York City, give him the Rights afforded to US Citizens, and grant him a trial that is unnecessary.

What will this do? Give the Mass Murdering TERRORIST more credibility. If we do execute him, make him a Martyr. Put Top Secret Intelligence procedures, SOP, differing Interrogation Techniques, and broadcast them to all our enemies around the world, putting the US at greater risk. Not to mention painting a HUGE red target right smack in the middle of NYC.

Yes folks, Attorney General Eric Holder announced Friday that he was going to bring Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, and four others detained at Gitmo, to trial at a lower Manhattan Courthouse. Right near where the WTC use to stand.

Now Holder made this statement.

"Good morning. Just over eight years ago, on a morning our nation will never forget, nineteen hijackers working with a network of Al Qaeda conspirators around the world launched the deadliest terrorist attacks our country has ever seen. Nearly 3,000 people lost their lives in those attacks, and in the years since, our nation has had no higher priority than bringing those who planned and plotted the attacks to justice.

One year before, in October 2000, a terrorist attack on the USS Cole killed seventeen American sailors."

With NO real response by then President Bill Clinton. Then we had 9-11.

"Today we announce a step forward in bringing those we believe were responsible for the 9/11 attacks and the attack on the USS Cole to justice."

We should have done it before. But we already have them now. They need not be given this credibility.

"Five detainees at Guantanamo have been charged before military commissions with participation in the 9/11 plot: Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, Walid Muhammed Salih Mubarak Bin Attash, Ramzi Bin Al Shibh, Ali Abdul-Aziz Ali, and Mustafa Ahmed Al Hawsawi. Those proceedings have been stayed since February, as have the proceedings pending in military commissions against four other detainees accused of different crimes. A case in military commissions against the alleged mastermind of the Cole bombing, Abd al-Rahim al-Nashiri, was withdrawn in February.

For the past several months, prosecutors at the Department of Justice have been working diligently with prosecutors from the Pentagon's Office of Military Commissions to review the case of each detainee at Guantanamo who has been referred for prosecution. Over the past few weeks, I have personally reviewed these cases, and in consultation with the Secretary of Defense, have made determinations about the prosecution of ten detainees now held at Guantanamo, including those charged in the 9/11 plot and the alleged mastermind of the Cole bombing."

So glad we have such a brilliant legal Mastermind working on the case. {Sarcasms of course.}

"Today, I am announcing that the Department of Justice will pursue prosecution in federal court of the five individuals accused of conspiring to commit the 9/11 attacks. Further, I have decided to refer back to the Department of Defense five defendants to face military commission trials, including the detainee who was previously charged in the USS Cole bombing."

Why? Why not bring them all here and give them Citizen Status? Why just these guys?

"The 9/11 cases that will be pursued in federal court have been jointly assigned to prosecutors from the Southern District of New York and the Eastern District of Virginia and will be brought in Manhattan in the Southern District of New York. After eight years of delay, those allegedly responsible for the attacks of September the 11th will finally face justice. They will be brought to New York to answer for their alleged crimes in a courthouse just blocks from where the twin towers once stood."

Absolute stupidity. However, it's not about them coming to justice. Is it Idiot?

"I am confident in the ability of our courts to provide these defendants a fair trial, just as they have for over 200 years. The alleged 9/11 conspirators will stand trial in our justice system before an impartial jury under long-established rules and procedures."

You see folks, this is really NOT about bringing THEM to Justice at all. This is about BUSH! They do not care if these mass Murdering Terrorist are released onto NYC streets because the Court throws out the cases against them. It COULD happen. U.S. Civilian Courts prohibit evidence obtained through coercion. Some say they were tortured. Hence, whatever evidence they gave would be thrown out. Then, if one of the Idiotic ACLU pro-bono Lawyers on a quest to find America guilty, hence, Bush, Cheney, and Rumsfeld, will demand that the US Intelligence Agencies turn over things that they will REFUSE to turn over, in which case, again, these Terrorists will be released.

This is nothing more than actually putting America on trial. Not those seeking to kill us, and destroy our way of life. This is a way to further the insanity that we need to be more of a citizen of the world and treat all equally. They seem to forget we are at WAR. They seem to forget that these are NOT US Citizens that committed a criminal act against other Citizens. These are Mass Murdering Terrorist. Enemy SOLDIERS bent on attacking our country. They have no business being tried in our Courts, given Rights, or being held up as Martyrs for their cause. But then again, as I said, it really isn't about THEM at all. Is it?

Congratulations Attorney General Eric Holder, we all know you are nothing more than Obama's Patsy. We know he just passed all the blame and heat onto you when he said "This is a Prosecutory decision." We know that you have another agenda that you hope will come out during the trial. We know you are an Idiot. You are the Idiot of the Week.

All these Terrorist are, are pawns, to bring about another one of the Insane Left's agenda. Get Bush. Sorry, we really are at War, and YOU just put America in greater danger. US Seizing Muslim Mosques, Money, and Property.

Hey folks,

If Fort Hood taught us anything, it taught us that PC can kill. All kind of warning signs that there was something wrong with a Muslim Military Doctor, and that he should NEVER have been allowed to continue in that role. But out of fear of being labeled a Racist, an Islamophobe, or just being called discriminatory, NO ONE DID ANYTHING. 13 Soldiers died.

Here is yet another example of where Profiling is not nearly as dangerous as PC. We are at War with radical Islamofascists. Sorry, just the flat out truth. That is the facts. But out of Political Correctness, and the fear we may offend someone, we stop little old ladies at the Airports. We ignore what should be OBVIOUS warning signs. We dismiss or wave off what some people actually SAY and DO.

Folks, it is NOT little old ladies that are going into Military Bases, strapping bombs to their own kids, or flying Planes into NYC Skyscrapers. No. It is not Asians. No. It is is Blacks. NEW YORK (Nov. 12) — Federal prosecutors took steps Thursday to seize four U.S. mosques and a Fifth Avenue skyscraper owned by a nonprofit Muslim organization long suspected of being secretly controlled by the Iranian government.

REALLY? You mean Little Hitler {Ahmadinejad} could possibly be planing attacks against us? REALLY? You mean that Iran is maybe an ENEMY of America on a quest to kill and destroy our Country? You mean that if they were, oh say, maybe, uh, working on a NUCLEAR BOMB, that they may actually intent to use it to "Wipe Israel off the map" and maybe even bring "Death to America"? REALLY? You mean Muslims that are in Iran may not like us?

In what could prove to be one of the biggest counterterrorism seizures in U.S. history, prosecutors filed a civil complaint in federal court against the Alavi Foundation, seeking the forfeiture of more than $500 million in assets.

The assets include bank accounts; Islamic centers consisting of schools and mosques in New York City, Maryland, California and Houston; more than 100 acres in Virginia; and a 36-story glass office tower in New York.

Confiscating the properties would be a sharp blow against Iran, which has been accused by the U.S. government of bankrolling terrorism and trying to build a nuclear bomb.

I'm SHOCKED! I thought Islam was just a peaceful Religion. I thought that Iran was just trying to turn on lights, and power their people's homes. I thought that Iran wanted to be friends with the US. I thought that all we would have to do is play nice with them, and they would just forget this nonsense. We could sing kumbaya and all would be right in the world. "HEY LADY! Get out of that wheelchair and get up against the wall!"

In all seriousness, is it about time? Or do you think that the Government is going to far? What about the First Amendment? Could this open the door for the Government to seize say a Catholic Church, Baptist, a Synagogue, or anything that the Government deems as a threat? Does it open the door to the Government coming in and taking your HOME if they deem YOU a threat of a Radical? Is it the right thing to do? Or is it dangerous territory?

Well, looks look at the facts here.

Prosecutors said the Alavi Foundation managed the office tower on behalf of the Iranian government and, working with a front company known as Assa Corp., illegally funneled millions in rental income to Iran's state-owned Bank Melli. Bank Melli has been accused by a U.S. Treasury official of providing support for Iran's nuclear program, and it is illegal in the United States to do business with the bank.

The U.S. has long suspected the foundation was an arm of the Iranian government; a 97-page complaint details involvement in foundation business by several top Iranian officials, including the deputy prime minister and ambassadors to the United Nations.

"For two decades, the Alavi Foundation's affairs have been directed by various Iranian officials, including Iranian ambassadors to the United Nations, in violation of a series of American laws," U.S. Attorney Preet Bharara said in a statement.

The skyscraper, known as the Piaget building, was erected in the 1970s under the shah of Iran, who was overthrown in 1979. The tenants include law and investment firms and other businesses.

The sleek, modern building, last valued at $570 million to $650 million in 2007, has served as an important source of income for the foundation over the past 36 years. The most recent tax records show the foundation earned $4.5 million from rents in 2007.

Rents collected from the building help fund the centers and other ventures, such as sending educational literature to imprisoned Muslims in the U.S. The foundation has also invested in dozens of mosques around the country and supported Iranian academics at prominent universities.

If federal prosecutors seize the skyscraper, the Alavi Foundation would have almost no way to continue supporting the Islamic centers, which house schools and mosques. That could leave a major void in Shiite communities, and hard feelings toward the FBI, which played a big role in the investigation.

HARD FEELINGS? 13 American Soldiers DEAD. 3000 Americans DEAD. Even more Soldiers killed in the War. Hard feelings? I do not CARE. But is this really a slope we want to go down?

Every ounce of my being wants to stand and cheer this move. EVERY aspect of shutting down KNOWN AND PROVEN terrorist funding organizations and indoctrination centers are not only a good thing, but simply logical in a sane world.

An enemy of the state is a person accused of certain crimes against the state, such as treason. Describing individuals in this way is sometimes a manifestation of political repression. For example, an authoritarian regime may purport to maintain national security by describing social or political dissidents as "enemies of the state". In other cases, the individual in question may have legitimately endangered the country and/or its population. For example, a double agent selling military or intelligence secrets could undermine a nation's security, and could therefore be considered an enemy not of just a person or entity within a state, but the state itself and all entities therein.

The Department of Homeland Security is warning law enforcement officials about a rise in "rightwing extremist activity," saying the economic recession, the election of America's first black president and the return of a few disgruntled war veterans could swell the ranks of white-power militias.

Now OK, we already know that the ignorant Left actually thinks that all Conservatives are War mongering, hate filled, Racist, Chauvinistic, Homophobes. They have attempting to portray us as this for years, even though, as I have pointed out here countless times, it is THEY that are the true Racist. But THIS? This is so far over the line, it is CRIMINAL.

A footnote attached to the report by the Homeland Security Office of Intelligence and Analysis defines "rightwing extremism in the United States" as including not just racist or hate groups, but also groups that reject federal authority in favor of state or local authority.

So if you believe in the CONSTITUTION, YOU are an Extremist. An Enemy of the the Federal Government?

"It may include groups and individuals that are dedicated to a single-issue, such as opposition to abortion or immigration," the warning says.

Are you getting this? So if you are against Amnesty, Abortion, or gather, such as the Tea Party Movement to speak out against the False Messiah Obama, YOU ARE A CRIMINAL!

So if the Government starts to seize Religious Centers, what will stop them from seizing a Christian Church, or a Synagogue, that they deem an Enemy of the State. If they deem them Radical and Extremists, a threat to America and the American, all inclusiveness, way of life, what would stop them from coming in and shutting them down? After they do THIS, seizing the Mosques, with standing ovations, and great cheer, they will then have a precedent to come after ANYONE, that they feel is an enemy of whatever their agendas may be.

Now, do not misunderstand me. I have NO PROBLEM with the Government coming in and seizing Banks or Business that are PROVEN to be funding those that want us dead. I have no problem, and it is already on the books, with Government coming in a seizing personal property that is being used in felony crimes. I DO have a problem with Eminent Domain, but not seizing property that is to be found conducting felony crimes against fellow citizens.

But when you start talking about seizing Religious Centers, be they whatever Faith they are, I have to pause in my celebratory cheer. I have to look at history and what our Constitution actually says. I have to add logic, and commonsense. I have to think ahead, as to might may be the "unforeseen ramification and consequences" for the actions we take today. After doing that, I have to say, I feel it would be far better if we did NOT go down this road.

Seize the Banks. Take the Skyscraper. Investigate, and if proven FACT, arrest anyone that is found to be guilty of planing out attacks or conduction felony crimes. But let's leave the Religious Centers alone. Do I feel Islam is a peaceful Religion? I have my doubts. However, this is not a precedent I think we really want to set.
