I was even able to attach it to my digital SLR camera by attaching it around my speedlight and hooking it to the view finder since my DSLR camera was too wide for the straps to connect to the velcro. Shutter Buddy will come in handy as I continue in my journey to photograph children and babies. I think Shutter Buddy is a great addition for anyone who loves taking pictures of kids. for hot chocolate!! Baby, it's cold outside! There's no better time then ow to enjoy a hot mug of chocolatey goodness! My container of cocoa didn't have instructions for hot chocolate, so I went on an internet search and found this recipe. Then out of necessity (I was running low on milk), I adapted it and decided this was hands down the BEST hot chocolate I ever tasted. It's creamy, rich and DELISH! You should go make some now!

The Best Hot Chocolate EVER

Ingredients
1/3C unsweet cocoa
1/4C sugar
1 pinch salt
2C milk
1C half+half
1/2C heavy cream
1tsp vanilla

Directions
Whisk the dry ingredients in a saucepan to combine. Add the liquids and cook over medium-low heat, whisking constantly, until the sugar and cocoa have dissolved and it's hot. Pour into mugs (should serve about 4) and enjoy!

Of course you can always add some marshmallows. For a special holiday treat use a candy cane as a stir stick!

I received some fabulous items from PBD including items for my son's 4th birthday party, Christmas cards and Christmas cupcake toppers. I was so impressed with the Cupcake Christmas Cards. Jessica added a cardstock backing and a touch of glitter to each card, so sweet! I couldn't wait to send them to friends and family.

I enjoyed reading Jane's packed book of recipes, I can not wait to find time try these delicious yummies, and I'm sure my family can not wait either. I put the light bulb in, broke off a few chunks of the Scentsy Bar and added them to the top of the warmer. The pieces SLOWLY started to melt.

The pumpkin scent was so heavenly. We have a small three bedroom rambler and the scent reached pretty much the entire house! It's a perfect scent for this time of year. Makes you feel all warm and cozy!

My technology saavy 3 year old, loves playing with my iPod Touch. I love finding fun games for him to play that teach him a skill or provide an opportunity for him to practice a skill he is learning. Tickle Tap Apps provide all the things I am looking for.

Tickle Tap Apps for the iTouch/iPhone are geared for children ages 3-5. Tickle Tap Apps offer games that practice counting, sorting, patterns, colors and more. Each app has adorable animation and comes with a brief instructional video to help parents get their child ready to play. Tickle Tap Apps are user friendly and very easy for a preschooler to play. Even my almost 2 year old was able to play them a bit.

My son Dylan enjoys playing Count Caddy. This app gives him the opportunity to practice his counting skills. It also provides harder levels as he progresses through the game. It starts with counting by one's, then two's, then three's. The other game he enjoys playing is Sort Slider. In this app, he can practice sorting shapes by matching the shape with its correct outline. He laughs every time the little dog barks. I love that he is learning and having fun at the same time.
