In the April '09 issue of Vanity Fair, I met a soul sister who tried to warn the Jews that Bernie Madoff was a fraud who would destroy their community;

Laura Goldman of Tel Aviv-based LSG Capital decided not to invest with Madoff. She even sent anti-Madoff articles to members of the Palm Beach Country Club. "I was expecting a thank you, all I got back in return was a hostile response. Some of the Madoff investors said I was behaving unprofessionally and was bad-mouthing a competitor. Oh, they were nasty. Nasty! They said the publications were jealous of Bernie. They were being anti-Semitic. People called me an anti-Semite. I'm not only a Jew, I live in Israel."
She found out, the way I did, that there is something psychologically diseased about the Jewish mind. You live in Israel, you expose a crook, and the Jews defend the crook and call you, an anti-Semite. There is no standard definition in the annals of psychology to explain the sickness. But as their community is being destroyed by their own, the Jews stand up for the wreckers. And any Jew who tries to warn the Jews, is a Jew hater.
And the hatred for the exposer doesn't verge on psychotic, it is mass insanity.
It's just too easy to destroy the Jews. You murder a third of them and they learn nothing from their history except jingoes. NEVER AGAIN! Yeah, right.
Madoff stole $55b of his $65b right from the Jews, and that included many of the most established Jewish charities. And as $55b, half of Israel's annual GDP, is lost for good, and as thousands (13,000 Madoff "clients") go homeless and penniless, who remembers Laura Goldman, the "anti-semite," who did what she could to bail them out while there was still time?
No one, of course. Most of the victims will go to the penury lines believing she was just a loud-mouthed Jew hater who accidentally got one thing right.

Foundation Announces Plan to Initiate Process

NEW YORK, JULY 2, 2009 (Zenit.org).- A foundation announced plans to nominate Pope Pius XII for the "Righteous Among the Nations" honor, traditionally given to non-Jews who risked their lives to save Jews during the Holocaust.
Gary Krupp, Jewish Papal Knight, president of the New York-based Pave the Way Foundation, an organization that promotes interreligious dialogue, affirmed this Wednesday in a statement to ZENIT. He reported that the foundation has the nomination guidelines from the Righteous Among the Nations Department of the Holocaust Museum Yad Vashem in Jerusalem, and will open the case soon. Krupp stated that the foundation has "devoted years to gathering original documentation and video testimony on this controversial papacy and we believe we have uncovered enough pertinent material to now begin to seek the notarized written testimonies to officially begin this judicial procedure [with] Yad Vashem."
The president, himself a Jew, explained, "In most cases of those who have been honored as Righteous Among the Nations, the honoree has directly acted to save individual lives all while risking his or her own life to do so."
He continued: "The actions of Eugenio Pacelli [Pope Pius XII] do not fit this general description. However, we can establish the direct intercession of the Pope to act resulting in saving hundreds of thousands of Jewish lives. "But obviously because of the nature of the high office he held, Pacelli would almost never have been in direct contact with those he saved."
Krupp reported one exception, when the Pontiff personally interceded "on behalf of his best friend Dr. Guido Mendes, an Orthodox Jewish boyhood friend," sending the family to Palestine in 1938.
The president added, "We can also establish that the life-saving actions of Pacelli were carried out under the threat of death."

Now my readers know what a dire threat the Council On Foreign Relations (CFR) is to the future of Judaism and Israel, and I'll be damned if I'm going to retell this horrendous tale again. Baruch Goldstein was murdered 14 years ago

Mearat a-Machpela (The Cave of the Patriarchs) is the burial place of Abraham, Yitzhak, and Jacob. The place was purchased by Abraham. The cave is the second-holiest Jewish site. The insane rulers of Israel gave the Arabs most of Mearat a-Machpelah, even though the Arabs massacred the Jewish community in the very same city of Hebron.

Yigal Amir, although he did not actually kill Rabin, is a hero because he raised his gun against a high-ranking traitor, the murderer of Altalena. I would love to know that Dr. Baruch Goldstein walked into the holy Jewish site desecrated by Arabs and exacted revenge on them and preempted the planned pogrom. Unfortunately, I am not sure about that. Dr. Goldstein was a good Jew and a wonderful person, but he was not perhaps a national hero. He was a victim.
The official story is simple: On Purim 1994, a mad Kahanist took his rifle, went into a mosque, and shot the worshipers. Never mind that the place should not be a mosque in the first place. Never mind the Arabs were shot from a different rifle than Dr. Goldstein’s. And certainly never mind that he allegedly shot 154 Arabs with 140 bullets.

The absurdity of the government’s scenario was immediately apparent: a tender person, a caring doctor, shot Muslims in cold blood. The government ventured the libel that Dr. Baruch Goldstein, an army doctor, was so mad that he even refused to obey orders of his commanders and declared his only authorities to be RAMBAM and Kahane, and also refused to treat Gentiles. Those lies were perpetuated even though Dr. Goldstein’s commanders denied them immediately. Dr. Goldstein was in fact distinguished for excellence in medical service and had treated many non-Jews.

The Arab crowd lynched Dr. Goldstein after disarming him. The Israeli attorney general refused to prosecute the murderers, most of whom were well known and boasted of the murder. In another case, when a Jew shot an Arab terrorist after disarming him, the Jew was sentenced to a long prison term even though he acted in temporary insanity. As everyone says, Arabs are not treated equally with Jews in the state of Israel. They are treated preferentially.

Immediately after murdering Dr. Goldstein, the Arab mob attempted a large-scale pogrom in Hebron, with nine Jews and a number of Arabs killed in the subsequent clashes. The Hamas-led pogrom was premeditated, prepared long before the incident, as the official warnings indicate. A day before, a Palestinian mob (”worshipers”) rioted in the Maarat Hamachpela, and shortly before the incident they chanted “Slaughter the Jews,” as the Shamgar report concedes. Acting on Major Stellman’s order, the IDF surprisingly released the arrested Palestinian inciter. Despite the exceedingly high tensions and clear pogrom mood, the IDF and Border Police didn’t bring reinforcements but left only a handful of guards at the Cave of the Patriarchs. Massacre of Jews was in the air, and the Israeli government welcomed it, as the massacre would have ended the troublesome Jewish presence in Hebron, as the 1929 massacre did.

The official story accuses Dr. Baruch Goldstein of opening fire on Arabs. Any sensible person—and that doesn’t include the leftists of the Shamgar Commission—would ask how the doctor could achieve at least 154 Arab casualties, including 29 dead, with 140 bullets? He is claimed to have walked into the Cave with four cartridges, thirty-five rounds each for Galil rifle. Shooting into the dense crowd of Palestinians, it would have been just impossible to reach 154 of them. It would have been impossible to spend one round only for each casualty. It is very hard to kill with a single shot in such hurried circumstances. Even allowing for all those incongruities, there is physically no way to score 154 Arab casualties with 140 bullets.

The Arabs murdered Dr. Goldstein when he tried to reload his rifle, so at least one of the four cartridges was still unused, bringing the number of bullets down to 105. It is completely implausible that almost every bullet wounded several Arabs, passing through their bodies.
Shooting four cartridges in rapid-fire mode would not have produced that many casualties, and might have jammed the rifle. Shooting 105 or 140 bullets in semi-automatic mode would have taken considerable time, giving the guard just meters away enough time to react, and the Arabs time to flee.

Even the best shooter cannot realistically score 154 casualties acting alone, with a single rifle, hurrying, in a dense crowd. And Dr. Goldstein was not a great shooter. Neither before, nor after him, in thousands of terrorist acts throughout the world, was such a score ever achieved. No shooter came even close. Only in the totalitarian Israeli state which controls the media, can people be brainwashed into believing such nonsense. To compare, the Arab who inflicted nineteen casualties in Merkaz HaRav yeshiva in March 2008 spent about 600 bullets.

Another scenario is more likely, and supported by the large body of evidence: Dr. Goldstein appeared on the scene when the Palestinians had already started the riot they had prepared for months. The doctor was the first Jewish victim of the Arab mob. Israeli soldiers on duty shot at the Arab crowd, achieving the impressive 154 casualties. But at that time of rampaging peace process, the Peres-Beilin-Rabin clique could ill afford the picture of Arabs massacring Jews in Hebron, so they invented the story of Dr. Goldstein’s “massacre.” So the subsequent Arab riot became “justified” instead of being a normal Arab pogrom. As an added benefit, Peres-Beilin-Rabin framed the Kach Party, the only force which could stop the suicidal peace process. The Israeli establishment used the fact that Dr. Goldstein was a member of Kach to ban the party (it’s good that they did not ban the medical profession, since he was also a doctor).

At the Shamgar Commission hearings, two Israeli soldiers on duty that morning (Kobi and Niv) testified that Dr. Goldstein entered the Cave wearing his standard M-16 rifle, not the Galil used in the shootings. Independently of each other, they also said they saw another man entering the Cave with the Galil rifle. Shamgar rejected their testimonies.

A search for a mystery man with a Galil rifle walking in the Cave beyond the army posts at dawn could lead to one place only: Shabak, the Israeli security service. Just like they framed Yigal Amir and murdered Rabin, they also sent their man to shoot into the Arab crowd. The objective was tremendous: to end both the Jewish presence in Hebron (a major issue for Jewish zealots) and the only real political opposition, Kach (Netanyahu, that farce of an opposition, transferred Hebron to Arab jurisdiction).

It remains unclear how Dr. Goldstein entered the Isaac Hall, full of Muslims, without anyone noticing him in such a highly unusual movement. No less likely, he was murdered elsewhere in the Cave and his body later dragged into the Isaac Hall. Several Palestinians testified they saw Dr. Goldstein shooting, but even the Shamgar report notes numerous severe contradictions in Arab testimonies. Shamgar conjectured that Dr. Goldstein entered through the Yosefia route, but his fingerprints are absent on the door.

Conveniently for Shamgar, the CCTV on the site was found not to be operating at the time.
Israel’s rulers had a tremendous interest in murdering Dr. Goldstein. After the assassination of R. Meir Kahane, Dr. Goldstein became the link between several feuding Kahanist factions. After Dr. Goldstein’s murder, R. Binyamin Kahane became the leader of Kach, and was also assassinated. R. Binyamin Kahane was also ostensibly killed by Arabs, but the fact that the assassins “accidentally” pumped sixty-two bullets into the front seats of his car while not touching the kids in the rear seat reveals Israeli snipers. Years later the IDF arrested the alleged assassin, but since he had several murders on his hands, it was no problem convincing him to also accept responsibility for R. Binyamin’s.

Years later, Irv Rubin and Earl Kruger (respectively, the leader of the Jewish Defense League in America and a JDL activist) were murdered (”committed suicide”) in two separate incidents in high-security US prisons. JDL was the last remnant of Kahane’s movement. The Israeli establishment did away with Kach.

On a separate note, the killing of Arabs in the Cave of the Patriarchs is no different from the ancient events we celebrate on Purim.

Was Baruch Goldstein Completely Innocent?

In March, 1994, an angry and crazed Dr. Baruch Goldstein supposedly walked into the Hebron Mosque within the Cave of the Patriarchs and shot 29 worshipers dead, while wounding another 60. A reexamination of the evidence more than indicates that Dr. Goldstein was, in fact, a completely innocent victim of a Shabak (General Security Services) sting operation.

I had suspected something like that back in April 1994, when I published the article, Goldstein's Accomplices in my newsletter Inside Israel, but I didn't have enough evidence to reach this conclusion until an Israeli researcher, Avraham Yosef, provided me the smoking guns this week.
My suspicions were based on the following facts:

* On the very day of the massacre, an Arab reporter for the news magazine Yerushalayim, Khalad Abu-Tuama interviewed 25 survivors from age nine to eighty in six different hospitals and all said there was either two or three shooters.

* A dozen of these survivors testified that there was more than one shooter at the Shamgar Commission Of Inquiry Into The Hebron Massacre headed by Meir Shamgar, the same former Chief Justice of the Israeli Supreme Court who later presided over the government inquiry which whitewashed the Rabin assassination. Three soldiers on duty also testified that seconds after Goldstein entered the mosque, another Jew carrying a Galil assault weapon followed him in. Shamgar ruled that all the Arab witnesses perjured themselves and that the soldiers were mistaken. Only by doing so could he reach the desirable finding that Goldstein was a lone gunman.

* The Israel Defence Forces (IDF) originally announced that Goldstein had arrived in uniform at the mosque in his civilian Subaru. The Shamgar Comission heard very different evidence. Dr. Goldstein's wife Miriam was surprised to discover a note informing her that Baruch was called to reserve duty. She phoned the IDF duty commander for Kiryat Araba, Shmuel Eidelstein to ask if he knew where her husband was. He said he didn't. And yet, evidence presented at the Shamgar Commission proved that Goldstein arrived in Eidelstein's IDF jeep.

* Orders were issued by the IDF to soldiers at the mosque to prevent all women from entering. No such order had ever been previously given in the soldiers' service.

* The IDF ruled that Goldstein shot 111 rounds in a minute and a half. Ballistics experts such as Mustafa Adawi of the Palestinian police force denied that was possible. All victims of the massacre said the shooting went on for five minutes at least.

* The IDF denied that any of the victims died outside the mosque. In fact, six Arabs, including the mosque iman, were shot by IDF soldiers at an exit door. Shamgar ruled the soldiers shot into an unruly mob in self-defence.

* Police, normally on duty at the mosque, were called away to investigate the shooting of one Muhmad Ibrahim Ayat in Kiryat Arba a few minutes before Goldstein arrived at the mosque.

In the wake of the Rabin assassination, another fact proved most bothersome. The Shabak ran a creepy division in Hebron called the Jewish Department. Its duty was supposedly to surveil "radicals" but in fact, it entrapped young people opposed to the Oslo Agreement in a series of sting operations. Until the Rabin assassination sting, the most serious incident was the entrapment and subsequent long imprisonment of the Kahalani brothers, two innocents set up for planning a "massacre of Arabs." The full details of this sting are found in Chapter Seven of my Feral House book Who Murdered Yitzhak Rabin (cult@feralhouse.com).

The head of the Jewish Department at the time of the Hebron massacre was Carmi Gillon. Though it was his duty to surveil a "radical" like Goldstein, he was not called to testify at the commission of inquiry. This was faciliated because his brother Ilan Gillon was the registrar of the court, responsible for witness registration.

Nor was Gillon demoted for the Hebron fiasco. In fact, he was appointed head of the Shabak shortly after, a position he held until a second Shamgar Commission ruled he was guilty of sloppiness in the Rabin assassination.

I add that a few months ago, a source, well placed high in Israel's security and political circles, informed me the real goal of the massacre was to uprise the Arabs into conducting some massacres of Jews in retaliation, forcing the IDF to remove the settlers from Hebron and other sensitive areas in the territories for their own protection. After that, it would be much simpler to fulfill the full terms of the Oslo Agreement with the PLO.

Yet with all these facts and suspicions, I still did not have enough to conclude that Goldstein was just another patsy of peace. One fact stood out for many people; Dr. Goldstein was a mild-mannered, highly educated doctor and a major in the IDF. His transformation into mass murderer did not fit his personality. To bridge the reality gap, Jewish right wing writers have come up with the unlikely theory that calls for a massacre of Jews on Purim from the mosque drove Dr. Goldstein into a sudden, maniacal fit. As psychologically improbable as this thesis is, worse is the justification claimed by some desperate extremists that he slaughtered Arabs to prevent the slaughter of Jews and thus died a hero.

Thanks to the research of Avraham Yosef, we see that Goldstein died as a fall guy. He never intended to shoot anyone.

Mr. Yosef begins his article, The Murder Of Baruch Goldstein with an explanation of how he gathered evidence. Simply, he read every word of the Shamgar Commission report on the Hebron massacre. He notes that even though Dr. Goldstein wasn't there to defend himself, a great deal of evidence on his behalf was unintentionally offered, which was all, very intentionally, dismissed by Shamgar.

The following evidence, taken directly from the Shamgar Commission's Final Report, points to a very different massacre than the one Shamgar described to the public in his findings. Point by point:

* Although the 60 people wounded were of varying ages, all 29 dead were old. Although complete medical reports of the wounded were written, not one full report was prepared for the dead.

* While some of the wounded were shot by bullets, most were hit by shrapnel, the vast majority in their legs.

* A soldier in a booth had the duty of watching the mosque from three TV cameras within the prayer hall. One camera was broken that day and the shooter(s) stood within its lens field. Yosef asks if the shooter(s) was told where to be out of camera range beforehand.

* Dr. Goldstein arrived in IDF unform. The guards asked him if he was on reserve duty and he calmly answered that he was. They reported no change from his normal behaviour. He left before his wife woke up and she knew nothing of a call to serve in the reserves. Yosef asks why he would have bothered putting on a uniform when he could have just as easily entered the mosque in everyday clothing.

* The soldier guarding the prayer hall entrance within the mosque testified that Dr. Goldstein did not pass by him. That means he could have only entered through one of the two locked side entrances and since he didn't have a key, that would have required help.

* An Arab witness who got a close look at Dr. Goldstein described him as being tall and wearing black ear protectors. Goldstein was short and his ear protectors were found in his gun belt unused and colored off white. According to this man's testimony, writes Yosef, Dr. Goldstein wasn't the shooter the man saw.

* Numerous Arabs saw Dr. Goldstein subdued by up to twenty men armed with the same metal nightsticks. The IDF soldier watching the events on his tv monitor, saw three such men armed with iron batons subdue Dr. Goldstein. One Arab witness told the police he saw a man open a storage closet and hand out the nightsticks to the worshipers. Yosef concludes that such a collection of weapons would not likely have been stored inside the mosque unless planted there to be later distributed by an agent provocateur.

* All witnesses, Arab and Jew, heard two explosions before the shooting. Yet no grenade shrapnel was found in the prayer hall. Shamgar concluded that the explosions were caused by the imam Sheikh Jamal Natsha, twice slapping his hand in fear on his microphone, which was broadcast loudly as booms in the speaker system after the shooting began. As Yosef notes, the explosions were heard BEFORE the shooting began "but we will never know the truth since the imam was shot to death while leaving the mosque."

Yosef paints the following scenario. Since he was on standby duty, Dr. Goldstein would not have thought it unusual to be called into the reserves in the middle of the night. He was driven to the mosque and escorted to a side door. He entered with his two unintended accomplices. They threw two stun grenades into the crowd and shot blank bullets. Then they left the prayer hall, locking the door behind them. Goldstein was alone and armed facing the mob.

The old people were trampled by the mob and they were the only ones to die. Notes Yosef, "Dr. Goldstein wasn't capable of killing people so he followed regulations and shot at their feet to keep the crowd at bay. Many bullets ricocheted off the floor, explaining the sharpnel wounds in the legs of most victims."

NO ONE, NOT EVEN THOSE SUBDUING HIM WITH METAL NIGHTSTICKS WAS SHOT DEAD BY DR. BARUCH GOLDSTEIN.

Avraham Yosef concludes, "Dr. Baruch Goldstein was found guilty of mass murder by the government media in a pre-designed campaign though he killed no one. The fingerprints of the real plotter behind this ghastly plot are on the hands of the then-head of the Jewish Department of the Shabak."

This conclusion I do endorse. No act was too ugly or hideous to be committed on behalf of peace.

November 14, 2005, there was a press release from the Israel Finance Ministry, with EHUD OLMERT as finance minister, to the effect that 9.99% of Bank Leumi's shares had been sold to the "Barnea Investment Group" ( a Jewish enough sounding name, don't you think?), in parenthesis the Cerberus-Gabriel group, with option to buy another 10%, which would make it the controlling interest in the bank, in this particular case.

Prof. Amir Barnea is the founding Dean of the Arison School of business, teaches at the Recanati School of Business, TAUGHT AT TAU, SPECIALIZES IN CORPORATE FINANCE AND IS A VISITING PROFESSOR IN THE US, IN PARTICULAR IN HOUSTON, AT RICE UNIVERSITY, and is a partner in the Singer Barnea investment firm.

What the press release failed to mentioned, and what the Knesset official release in January of 2006 - complete with picture of beaming Ariel Sharon, Ehud Olmert, Stanley Fischer, and Jewish representative of the Barnea group - "failed to mention", and what the Israeli Press the world over failed to mention, is that the Barnea group is a front for the Cerberus hedge fund, (the Cerberus-Gabriel group, according to my research, only appears on the internet in connection with this single transaction of Ben-Leumi; with other words, it doesn't exist!). Cerberus-Gabriel hedge fund buys stake in Leumi Bank

Israel is on its way to privatization. The banking sector is amongst the first ones to take a step in this direction. Bank Leumi was in the market recently and attracted bids from several players. Bidder names include strategic investors like Lev Leviev, IDB and Bill Davidson and also financial contenders like UBS, Deutsche Bank and Citibank. However the winner was an American Hedge fund, Cerberus-Gabriel.

Cerberus-Gabriel has purchased 9.9% of the shares of the bank. The purchase of this stake was for approximately $500 million. The fund also has the option of buying an additional 10.01% in the bank. This will bring the total shares quantum to 20% and is roughly valued at $1 billion. This option of additional purchase has to be utilized with in the next one and a half years.

Ehud Olmert, Finance Minister of Israel, is reportedly quite satisfied with the outcome. He feels that this is a positive development and will help the over all Israeli economy. He is amongst the top promoters of privatization move. In his statement he also mentioned that the purchase will ensure healthy competition between the banks and will definitely contribute a lot to the local market.

Another person quite happy with the development is Yaron Zelekha, the treasury's accountant-general, who led the tender. He sees it as fulfillment of the promise made to the people of Israel about privatization of the entire banking system in 2005. Ynetnews reports:
“Cerberus-Gabriel offered NIS 2.474 billion (about USD 500 million) for 9.99 percent of the bank's shares, and has the option to purchase another 10.01 percent of the shares held by the State within a year and a half, and to reach a total holding of 20 percent of the bank's shares.”

Yes, everyone wants peace, and there has probably never been a time when so many false messiahs and so-called peacemakers have come to the front of the stage, proclaiming the change towards a new world order in which all humans will be treated fairly and with equality. Who would not want such a world?

Barack Hussein Obama is doing this masterfully, reaching out to all religions, to the young and the old, the poor and the rich. 'No more walls of separation and discrimination,' he promised the crowds that gathered to hear him in Berlin, and thus he has continued, stretching out his hand to the whole Muslim world in Cairo, and later standing with the German chancellor, Angela Merkel, and Eli Wiesel at the horrendous site of Buchenwald, to proclaim that what was done there is not the way human beings should act. In his speech, Wiesel asked the question: has the world of today really changed and learned this lesson? Of course not.

The Holocaust survivor could only make this historic speech at the 'grave of his father,' in freedom and respect in a changed Germany, because there were allied forces that, under God, set Europe - including Germany - free once more. Nor did they do it through well-meaning speeches for peace and change - as Neville Chamberlain tried with Adolf Hitler, but yes, by brutal strength and unrestrained military might the world was given another chance; through the sacrifice of thousands upon thousands of US-led soldiers Europe got back its freedom and some Jews - among whom was the boy Eli Wiesel - survived.

It was done, not by appeasing words, but by the liberating military force of the Allies.

But this change will not come from Washington DC or from any other capital of the Gentile nations. It is destined to come only from one place: the eternal city with a heavenly mission: Jerusalem.

As God's Word so clearly proclaims:

The amazingly irony about all this, is that God's very key to peace for all the nations of this world - Jerusalem - is increasingly held to be the obstacle endangering the utopian state of affairs heralded and sought after by all the globalists in our present world!

The only city through which mankind will one day live in true peace, equality and justice together - the nations not making any more war with one another: this city will be equally hated and have war waged against it by those arrogant enough to think they know what is best for this world, which is: No ancient, biblical Jerusalem in the hands of God's people - the Jews.

All those nations will dearly wound themselves. For those that choose to go against God's plan with His people, His land and the city of the Great King choose for war, even in the name of their utopian peace!

Yaacov Cytryn son of Shmuel Cytryn, a central character of my book Who Murdered Yitzhak Rabin. It was he who first publicly and correctly accused Avishai Raviv, close buddy of the Rabin murder patsy Yigal Amir, of being a Shabak agent, a month and a half before the assassination. For this he was arrested without charge and placed in solitary confinement for much of his 9 month incarceration. His son Shimshon was caught in another Shabak sting led by agent Itamar Ben Gvir and came close to spending much of the rest of his life on trumped up charges of attempting to murder an Arab. Yaacov was his brother and I have been informed that he is not consolable over Henya's death. An understandable but wrong reaction. It was not his driving that caused her death, but his being the intended target.

The topics were Barry Chamish, Rabbi Antelman, the Sabbatean movement and the Frankists. Chamish contends that the Sabbatean movement did not die off, grew and has attained a position of power. What isn't strange is that if Chamish is correct, both the Sabbateans and New Agers target the religion of Judaism. There have been many times I've disagreed with the things Chamish has written, actually getting quite angry, less so about what Rabbi Antelman has written. But then Chamish has written so much more the law of averages would say I wouldn't agree with everything. I know I am taking a chance alienating some of you by sending this out, but I'm willing to take that chance. If you want to be taken off my email list as a result of this email, just let me know. At the very least you will have learned that Barry Chamish has written many books and has a following in Israel and other places around the world. He has paid a very heavy price for saying these things and more. More than one attempt on his life was made in Israel, once after a very strange automobile accident which was followed by very strange activity in the hospital to which he was taken. At this point in his life he is afraid of going back to Israel.

So much goes on behind the scenes. The more I read Cuddy's books, the more I realize that so many people have dirtied their hands in an attempt to control others rather than respect them. On Tuesday, Yonatan Bassi testified at the trial of Nadia Matar, who is on trial for having compared his activity within the context of the expulsion initiative of the settlers of Gush Katif and northern Samaria to the activity of the Judenrat in Berlin, as regards the deportation of the Jews of Berlin in the Holocaust.

It became clear from his testimony that Yonatan Bassi did not file a complaint with the police, nor did any member of the public complain about this statement by Nadia Matar. Furthermore, when Yonatan Bassi was summoned by the police and the Deputy Attorney General Mr. Mike Blass, Bassi urged them not to initiate criminal proceedings against Nadia Matar. Furthermore, Yonatan Bassi emphasized in his testimony that he was not hurt by Nadia Matar's letter and statements in the media, which are at the basis of the charge sheet against her, Obviously, the prosecutor strenuously objected to revealing details in regard to the 59 defendants who were convicted of crimes that they committed in the context of opposition to the expulsion initiative. All those instances consist of transgressions more serious than that with which the defendant is charged in the charge sheet, arguing that these are not relevant. The court accepted the position of the defense attorney that these comprise evidence relevant for proving the central defense claim of the defendant, namely, selective enforcement of the law against Nadia Matar resulting from political persecution.

The courtroom was filled with dozens of supporters who came from near and far in support of Nadia Matar, and to protest against the continued persecution of Matar by the State Attorney's Office.

Adv. Yoram Sheftel brought those present to tears with the difficult and trenchant questions that he directed to Yonatan Bassi.

Adv. Sheftel reminded those in attendance that, for example, Kibbutz Sedeh Eliyahu, where Bassi lived, evicted him because a considerable portion of the people in Sedeh Eliyahu, as well, thought that Bassi resembled a Judenrat. Adv. Sheftel quoted from a letter written by Col. Gabbi Durlacher (Res.), a member of Kibbutz Sedeh Eliyahu, in which he wrote explicitly that the letter that Bassi wrote to the inhabitants of Gush Katif is reminiscent of the Judenrat.

Bassi definitely felt uncomfortable with Sheftel's trenchant and important questions, but, on the other hand, it did not appear that he was remorseful. He admitted that, unlike others who refused to accept the position of head of the Sela Administration, he agreed to Sharon's request. Apparently, as Adv. Sheftel hinted, that Yonatan Bassi agreed, politically and ideologically, with the very idea of the expulsion of 8,000 people from their homes and land.

The trial will continue on October 15.

The Twelve Tribes of Israel were far from perfect when God first brough them into the former land of the Canaanites and they were warned to keep it they would have to live holy lives.

In these latter days of civilization as we know it, God has brought back Judah first to His Land and calls upon them to live holy lives in His holy land promised to Israel (not Ishmael). He didn't demand perfection before their restoration, but foretold restoration to the Land and then repentance within it: “For I will take you from the nations, gather you from all the lands and bring you into your own land. 25 “Then I will sprinkle clean water on you, and you will be clean; I will cleanse you from all your filthiness and from all your idols" - Ezekiel 24.

Part of the process of redemption, part of loving and obeying God, of leading holy lives in the holy Land of Israel, is to remember the Law of Moses and enforce peace through strength.

We shouldn't vainly attempt to be more righteous than God, or seek peace with those who are sworn enemies, after they've rejected every offer of biblical peace.

We should submit to the Word and Will of God and encourage the Jews to acknowledge Meir Kahane was right when he reminded the nation of what must be done: THEY MUST GO.

Anyone interested in preserving Israel must watch every Vatican move. Their policy is the removal of Jews from their, Catholic, holy land. It ignited a war against the Serbs in 1991 and got its independent Catholic Croatia back with the ghastly help of US and NATO troops.
And what country was the first to recognize the new Croatia? None other than Germany, home to the Wermacht volunteer pope, Benediction the 16th, who has been fighting all year to have his Holocaust pope, Pius XII turned into a saint.
But look who also supported Croatia. I wrote this at the time of the war against the Serbs:

Shall we recall that against all sentiments in the country, the Israeli government supported Croatia over the Serbs? It even sent Yossi Sarid to Sarajevo to assess the scene. He ran home crying when he found out that he could get hurt there.

38 - The "Pit Of Death" was reserved for those Serbs who challenged their convertors. The camp, run by the Franciscan Monk, Father Filipovic, equalled in horrors the Dachau Concentration Camp...The Ustashi ordered them to dig their own graves. This done, their hands were tied behind their backs and they were all pushed alive into their graves...There was a decision to cremate people alive by pushing them alive into the fire already alight there.

45 - Italian soldiers took pictures of the Ustashi wearing two "necklaces." One was a string of cut-out eyes, the other of torn tongues of murdered Serbs...Bets were made as to who could liquidate the largest number of inmates. Franciscan Peter Brzica cut the throats of 1360 prisoners with a butcher's knife. He was elected King of the Cut-throats.

62 - The massacres were often carried out by Catholic priests claiming to be followers of Christ and representatives of a Church trumpeting to the four winds that she preached universal love.

87 - Father Srecko Peric advocated mass murder with the following words: "Kill all Serbs. First of all, kill my sister who is married to a Serb and then all Serbs. When you finish come back to the church and I will confess you and free you from sin."

THE JEWS:

33 - The Ministry of the Interior issued the following decree: "All Jews and Serbs residing in Zagreb must leave the town within 12 hours. Any citizen found to have given the shelter will be immediately executed on the spot.

57 - The Catholic Press was especially skilful in sowing the seeds or religious hatred towards and Serbs, racial hatred towards the Jews, and hatred for Yugoslavia.

88 - At least 850,000 citizens of Yugoslavia, including, 30,000 Jews perished.

52 - To mention only two: Luke Avramovitch, former Member of Parliament, and his son, were both crucified and then burnt in their own home in Mliniste.

THE SAINTLY POPE

31 - Pope Pius XII solemnly blessed the whole Ustashi delegation. ..They were, above all, the representatives of the newly born Independent Catholic State of Croatia, a political creature ruthlessly promoted by that most malign of all its conceivers, the Vatican.

95 - The Vatican was well informed of what was going on inside Ustashi Croatia. Not only because the Catholic Hierarchy sent the Pope regular reports, but because the Pope had his own personal representative there, Mgr. Marcone. In fact, he was the spokesman not only of the Croatian Hierarchy but equally of Pope Pius XII...He knew of the atrocities and horrors taking place. He was aware of the wholehearted participation of the clergy in the wholesale massacre of thousands of Orthodox Serbs. All these things he faithfully reported to Pope Pius XII.

119 - Pope Pius XII, therefore, let the horror in sealed Croatia takes its course to the very end.

128 - After Archbishop Stepinac received 16 years imprisonment, Pope Pius XII ordered the excommunication of all those who had taken part in the trial. All received a solemn Catholic guarantee of eternal damnation in genuine Catholic brimstone and inextinguishable internal fire.

THE CHURCH

63 - The official policy of the Catholic Church had promoted the horrors which soaked the historical land of Croatia into a sea of blood.

88 - Indeed, it was the premeditated policy of the Catholic Hierarchy acting on behalf of its true inspirer, the Vatican...For the mass murderers carried out by individuals appareled in clerical garb truly were instigated from the archiepiscopal palaces of the Catholic Hierarchy...Not a single member of their clergy was ever called to account by them. Not a single priest was ever punished, suspended or unfrocked by them.vi - They are the most damning proof that the Catholic Church, notwithstanding all her alleged liberalization, fraternization and up-to-dateness, basically, has not changed an iota.
