Brett Favre is struggling on Sunday Night Football again. Does he have what it takes to survive a full season at forty? I think so, but his purple bulb has dimmed in the last few games. I did enjoy Al Michaels pointing out how much time Brett Favre spends stretching during the pre-game. Most guys at 40 would spend at least 20 minutes. Favre spends about thirty seconds. More reasons to root for Favre.

This is my final vision of America as I have known it for nearly 39 years. In less than two hours, the United States Senate votes to start to take control of 1/6th of the US economy as we continue down the road of socialism thanks to a Congress that have forgotten they have 18 enumerated rights. They vote at 1:00 AM Eastern time Monday on healthcare. Then they can all go home for the holidays after they deliver the coal in every Americans' stocking.

The healthcare bill continues as worded to have penalties including jail time for not buying coverage. Premiums are going to rise as well. This is unconstitutional and the states need to put up the checks and balances they are given in Article V of the Constitution to stop this mess. Congress is beyond it's power with an affirmative vote tomorrow morning.

I know when I wake up tomorrow and look at the news before writing my morning blog, that corpse named Harry Reid will have something resembling a smile on his face. Nearly 60 percent of Americans will have been ignored.

Ford Going Strong Without Bailouts: GM and Chrysler Still Sickly

Things have been looking up for Ford. I have a good feeling brand loyalty shifted after GM and Chrysler took federal money and Ford walked away. I know I would never buy another MOPAR product after seeing what transpired in Washington DC earlier this year.

As many companies still worry what this prolonged recession means to them, Ford is looking at profitability.

"We're on a clear path to profitability now," chief executive Alan Mulally told reporters. "It's probably in the strongest position it's ever been in."

You aren't hearing those words of optimism in the General Motors or Chrysler camps, even after tens of billions of your tax dollars. The one nice thing about Ford doing well--Obama can't take the credit for it. He might try, but Ford walked away from the bailouts saying they would do it on their own.

I happen to think Ford would be in serious trouble to had they taken the money. I believe there is clearly a backlash against GM and Chrysler for taking billions from the government. This clearly gives new meaning to built Ford tough.

Text Messaging Could be Next Target for Congress to Tax

In the coming months as Congress looks to pay for its huge new entitlement known as healthcare, I suspect we are going to hear all the evils of the cell phone. You might even hear text messaging increases your chances for carpal tunnel. Anything to justify parting you with more of your money through new taxes. This is the new reality of the coming healthcare reforms.

We already know communities like Sacramento, California, are taxing text messages. As I have pointed out, your telephone and cellular bill are full of many taxes. I predict there are many more coming. Also the state of Maine may be the first to place a cigarette-like warning on cell phones. The state of Maine has determined using a cell phone may be dangerous to your life.

Consider the facts, and you can see why some crooked politician in Washington might view text messaging as a new source for federal revenue. The Census Bureau has been busy conducting information about text message to deliver to the crooks in Congress. Granted, the Census Bureau is obviously well beyond their Constitutional authority since they are only supposed to conduct a headcount to determine the population for Congressional districts. They aren't supposed to be counting text messages, but they have.

Last Tuesday, the released their text messaging findings. The US Census Bureau discovered the number of text messages sent in the United States has multiplied 52 times the amount of text messages sent in 2003. In 2003, the reported 2.1 billion text messages were sent in the United States. That grew to 4.7 billion the following year, 9.8 billion in 2005, and 18.7 billion the next year, before a steep increase to 48.1 billion text messages in 2007.

In 2008, the number of text messages more than doubled. There were 110.4 billion text messages sent in the United States. (Maybe Congress is confusing text messages for greenbacks as they carelessly pass appropriation bills.)

In 2003, there were 159 million active cell phones in the United States. That number grew to 270 million last year. All these phones are collecting huge dollars for the federal government. Look on your bill and look if you don't believe me.

This data can be found in the 129th edition of the Census Bureau's annual Statistical Abstract, otherwise known as "Uncle Sam's Almanac." I am guessing Congress uses this reference guide for data to pass legislation.

So is it really too crazy to think there could be a federal tax on text messaging? Well, there is already one, but it's not specifically called a text messaging tax. It's a collection of federal excise taxes already contained in your bill. However, considering the information the Census Bureau has collected, I am sure someone in Congress is already one step ahead of me.

Back in July, I joked about and predicted a tanning booth tax. That now has come true. With the deficit spiraling out of control, Congress is looking for other habits that can be taxable. Knowing communities in California have already implemented a text message tax, it's only a matter of time. There is a reason your government took the time to research how many text messages are sent in the United States. It's called revenue.

Chuck Schumer Proves Congress Lives by Different Set of Laws

My life once felt like the narrator's (Edward Norton) of Fight Club. "Everywhere I travel, tiny life. Single-serving sugar, single-serving cream, single pat of butter. The microwave Cordon Bleu hobby kit. Shampoo-conditioner combos, sample-packaged mouthwash, tiny bars of soap. The people I meet on each flight? They're single-serving friends."

One of my single-serving friends happened to be in his 70s. We met at Lambert Field, St. Louis International on a TWA MD-80. I was scheduled home at Chicago O'Hare at 6:00 PM, and my best friend Mike flying to Chicago was scheduled for me to pick up at Midway at 7:00 PM. It was stormy in Chicago.

We boarded the TWA and pulled out of the gate on time. Then we sat on the tarmac waiting for clearance from ORD. Traffic was backed up in Chicago, and my new 70-year-old single-serving friend decided to share his frustrating day on Trans World Airlines. He had been at it since early in the morning when his first flight was supposed to leave Phoenix. Delay after delay, and he just wanted to see his daughter living in Chicago.

He shared with me the poor customer service, and I could sense he was upset. It didn't help that I watched my buddy's Southwest Flight pull out of it's gate and leave before our flight. After sitting for over an hour on the tarmac in a hot airplane, the pilot finally announced he was going to take us back to the gate. I knew this poor man was going to blow a fuse.

I was used to this. I was flying nearly every week to get to a dental trade show or for high-tech dental equipment training. Delays had become as much a part of my life as my single-service friends.

I exited the airplane ahead of my new single-service friend. I went to Cheers located off the main course of the airport and sat at the bar next to oversize statues of Cliff and Norm sitting at the bar. I drank a beer and had a quick sandwich on the company dime. I ate quickly knowing that we could immediately be called to board. Half way through my sandwich, the came came on the airport intercom. TWA flight to Chicago O'Hare is now boarding. I had paid in advance, so I placed my sandwich in napkins and ran down the concourse.

I slowed in my tracks as I saw my single-service friend in handcuffs being taken away by the St. Louis police with tears in his eyes. TWA had made his day miserable, and obviously he had done something that wasn't within FAA regulations. My heart began sad knowing that a daughter in Chicago would now have to get a phone call from her 70-year-old father who just wanted to spend time with his daughter. I boarded the plane in the aisle row with an empty seat to my right. It was surreal.

I asked the man in the window seat what happened. He said all he heard was the old man call the flight attendant a 'bitch' and the next thing he new the cops showed up.

I began frequently flying in the military. One of the first things the military does in brief you about your behavior when you board a plane. There are just things you don't do at an airport and on an airplane, unless of course you a member of Congress.

We know this because Senator Chuck Schumer (D-NY) got into it with a flight attendant. He also called the flight attendant a 'bitch.' Of course Senator Schumer gets away with it. It really shows the double standard. I doubt Schumer ever suffered the inferior service that my single-service friend suffered trying to get to Chicago; yet Schumer gets away with it.

Schumer felt privileged as US Senator. He didn't think he had to turn off his cell phone when the call to turn off electronic devices was made. Hardly a reason to call a woman doing her job a bitch. When you compare that to man who was tired of being delayed and just wanted to see his daughter, it just goes to show politicians live by a different set of rules.

By the way, my flight landed in Chicago two hours later than my buddy who was scheduled to be in Chicago Midway 45 minutes after my plane landed.

Brittany Murphy Dead at 32

It's always sad to see someone die at such a young age, especially when it could have been prevented. Britney Murphy is dead at the age of 32, and rumors say drugs (cocaine) and possibly an eating disorder may have been to blame.

While I am not a huge fan, I have enjoyed many of her movies like 8 Mile and Just Married. I am reminded of Chris Farley who died this time of year 12 years ago over what may be a similar circumstance. Living in Chicago at the time, Chris Farley's death was really said for me. He made me laugh so many times.

She was found unconscious in the shower by her mother at Murphy’s West Hollywood home on this morning. Her husband tried to revive her.

Murphy was just nine-years-old when she entered show biz, and far too often a tragic tale follows of unhappiness and sometimes a young death. Far too often their fame deafens their cries for help. Far too often the glamour fame promises leads to self-destruction and the need for true friends.

Why Black People Shouldn't Work at Planned Parenthood

I have no doubt that Planned Parenthood is an equal opportunity employer, but I have to ask why any African American would want to work for Planned Parenthood. Even in a bad economy, blacks should consider the truth about Planned Parenthood before helping this big corporation that destroys the innocent before helping carry out the mission of Planned Parenthood; after all the leading provider of abortions in the Untied States has a dark past.

Whan a black woman in this country has an abortion at Planned Parenthood, or a black man or woman helps with that abortion through whatever function as a paid employee at Planned Parenthood, they may as well be working for the Ku Klux Klan. Planned Parenthood's origins are deeply rooted in racism.

Planned Parenthood was founded by Margaret Sanger. Sanger believed and practiced a science known as eugenics. Eugenics is the belief that by wiping out inferior and unacceptable genes, a superior race of human beings will evolve. For Sanger, that inferior race were people of color--blacks in particular.

Sanger's original idea was to provide birth control to women and let women decide if they were to procreate. As time went on, she followed the radical eugenics model and began the 'The Negro Project.' She set the goal of controlling the black population and her writings show that she supported black genocide. Sanger was a frequent speaker at Ku Klux Klan rallies.

Yes, Planned Parenthood is an ugly organization that runs deeper than just abortions. It was founded on racial hatred.

"Abortion was founded on racial bigotry. They've got Planned Parenthood set up in the black community like spider webs," says Alfonzo Rachel, a black conservative.

Spider webs is right. Black Americans need to consider the untold truth about Planned Parenthood, because this organization still preys on black women. Of course, these roots are the same roots of abortion in the United States as well.

Tanning Tax Looking like a Reality in the Senate

In July, I predicted as Congress looked at the unhealthy habits of Americans in hopes of regulating behavior through taxes, the tanning tax was coming. I was right. Congress is now looking at a 10% sales tax on tanning services, which is contained in the Senate bill.

Now the Congress is going to have more of a say of the nation's healthcare system now that Ben Nelson has changed his mind about voting for healthcare reform, Congress is looking for ways to rob Americans of more of the freedoms. Now they are looking at your right to tan citing the health concerns. Rather look at ways to cure skin cancer, they are going to dig deeper into your pocket if you pay to tan.

A 10%national sales tax would be imposed for users of tanning beds to help pay for healthcare because of skin cancer. The one exception if the tanning bed is hosted by medical personnel who offer phototherapy. Then an exception would be made.

I find it funny, that many members of Congress like Nancy Pelosi use cosmetic services like Botox treatment. The tanning tax actually replaces the cosmetic services group. You know, you wouldn't want to upset Pelosi and her superficial Hollywood friends that get they yearly nip and tucks. A tanning bed tax is just easier. It once again hits the little guy who is trying to look better and can't afford cosmetic surgery services. You better get used to the government nickel and diming you for all the things you do that might be considered unhealthy now that Ben Nelson has become the 60th vote in the Senate. Fast food, soda, more cigarette and more liquor taxes are coming.

Under the Senate bill that has been guaranteed 60 votes by Ben Nelson, who sold his country out for a some funding for Nebraska, there is no prohibition on abortion for federally subsidized insurance plan. The bill requires companies that participate to charge a minimum of a $1 a month for abortion coverage.

May I remind you the origins of abortion in this country was to control the spreading of the black population in America. Democrats are once again proving how in touch they are with the history of the black man in this country. It's ironic many democrats claimed healthcare is the next civil rights battle and too many democrats opposed civil rights legislation in the 1960s. As well, they are fast to support abortion, a practice deeply rooted and associated with eugenics--specifically controlling black populations. Even Obama seems ignorant of this as he in the past has praised Planned Parenthood, whose founder was racist Margaret Sanger.

Tiger Woods may be the most famous adulterer on the planet ever by the time he is done. It's going to cost him a huge price. People Magazine has estimated Woods' net worth is approximately $600 million, and before his advertisers decided to drop him, he was projected as a billionaire. People says Tiger had nearly a billion dollars in endorsement deals.

Tiger has two things going for him. In Florida, things aren't divided equally and there is a prenup. That prenuptial agreement can be challenged in a court of law, and considering Tiger's wild nights, it probably will be. However, a prenup is usually upheld providing Tiger didn't try to cover anything up when it was signed. Then you have to take into account the two children.

Considering Tiger's loss of endorsements mixed with the fact his prenup probably will be challenged, Tiger's divorce is going to cost him a good chunk of money. It already has. A billion dollars in endorsements, can you imagine that? I don't think he was ever worth that.

Obama Gets Heat from Left-Wing Fringe Over Climate Summit Results

Obama is a loser. He went to Copenhagen and came home the loser after the Olympics voted Chicago out in the first round. He went back to Copenhagen looking for a climate deal that would reduce that necessary for life gas known as carbon dioxide. He came home ready to make a shopping list. Obama, once thought to be a uniter, failed to unite the 193 countries that attended with any major change in climate legislation. This is a good thing, unless you still believe after ten years of the earth cooling that man-made global warming is happening.

Sitting here researching for the 2009 grand finale for BBCW, I discovered quite a few disturbing trends on the Internet. There are actually debates on the Internet as to who has better breasts, Nancy Pelosi or Hillary Clinton. I think Mike Judge view of the world in Idiocracy might not be as far off as he described in the movie.

Who in their right mind dreams of Nancy Pelosi's knockers? I know it happens. I get daily hits from sickos wanting to see those puppies. To add Hillary Clinton in the mix just has me wondering, has Playboy really become that irrelevant?

If that 'doing their best' is a little session with scalpel and laser, then big deal. We've seen so much surgery on various Celebes that we've forgotten what real aging actually appears to be. People do NOT as a whole look like either Mrs. Clinton or Ms. Pelosi at nearly 60 or beyond. These girls have both had their faces worked on - that much I'm sure of because it is obvious to a trained eye. However, whether they've had some body and fender work is open to speculation. Pelosi? Yeah, probably. Clinton? With her ample tush - I would imagine that any competent surgeon doing her, they'd first tell her to undergo some serious lipo to get her figure looking more youthful. Then the face could be fine-tuned a bit to make her look a bit more rested and competent without looking 'mean' or 'hard'. My guess is she took the advice on the face and the figure will wait til the campaign is over. However, the time between November elections (if Hillary wins) and the January inauguration will give her ample time to have the body and fender work completed and heal far out of the public's every watchful eyes for a couple of weeks, etc.

The debate took place on a forum on the Web site Godlike Productions, who discuss UFOs, conspiracy theories, and the lunatic fringe, which is perhaps why they are fantasizing about Nancy Pelosi's breasts and Hillary's puppies. I don't even want to think about what their fantasies might be like.

Crumbling Around the Democrats

There is one truth when you try to please everyone. You usually end up losing yourself, which is what is happening to the Democratic party. They are trying to please all their wacko constituents like the SEIU, pro abortion groups, and their inner ranks. Now their world is crumbling around them all because they are desperate to finally give Obama his first major legislative win since the stimulus bill.

For two many years, Democrats have had too fractures trying to pander to each and every group with a one-size fits all mentality. It's clearly blowing up in their face with the healthcare debate.

Now the thugs at the Service Union International are crying. They have even backed out of an event to promote the Senate's healthcare bill. They were supposed to attend a pep rally press conference for healthcare with other left-leaning groups like AARP, the liberal advocacy group Families USA, Consumers Union and the American Cancer Society Action Network. Because there is not public option there is no SEIU.

Now they can go pick on Boy Scouts and old men in the meantime until they are invited back to the table with a public option. Karma is definitely in play for the lowlifes in the SEIU.

Copenhagen Agreement? This is an Agreement?: Obama Comes Home Empty Handed

Obama probably spent the last few hours bowing and begging to leaders of China and several other countries to agree to something so he wouldn't come home a failure for the third time in his presidency. They can call it an agreement if they want, and luckily Obama came home with much less than he wanted.

The agreement requires the countries he met with to list what they are doing to cut carbon emissions and work to ensure the temperatures don't increase of two degrees Celsius. That appears to be what Obama brought home. I wonder if they want that list on a grocery list or a post it note.

Let's face it, Obama failed to united world leader yet once again. Once again, that's not a bad thing. It's nice to see Obama come home with egg on his face. Copenhagen hasn't been a nice place for Dear Leader to go play. I doubt he will visit again.

Another phenomenon also seems to be greeting Obama everywhere he goes. A rare cold front moved into Copenhagen and dumped a lot of snow in the Danish city before Obama got there. When Obama gets home, he will have to shovel his side walk so Michelle doesn't fall on her big ass.

We all should be grateful Obama came home empty handed again. I was worried he was ready to give away the farm to achieve something, and he may have gotten close. Now it's time to fight cap and trade to protect American jobs.

Ringling Brothers Newest Elephant Named Barack

Perhaps the Ringling Brothers and Barnum and Baily Circus knew a circus of a different sort was coming to Washington DC. I assume this because the newest elephant addition to the famous circus is named Barack.

The circus chose the name because the elephant was born the day before the other circus officially came to Washington--you know the one with a ballerina named Rahm, a clown named Gibbsy, a bearded lady named Mich (I better not go there), and of course the ringleader who shares the moniker of the baby elephant. What a freak show!

Apparently Ringling Brothers forgot that Barack Obama belongs to the party full of jack asses--not pachyderms.

I found these Obama Lava Lamps at a discount clearance store called Big Lots on the back shelf of the store. Coincidentally, they were marked 50% off, which is close to what Obama's poll numbers have fallen since January 20. I am sure Obama has smoked a few joints while staring for hours at a lava lamp. Tiger Woods' Midnight Golf Therapy Could Inspire the Federal Government

Tiger Woods is finding therapy in the game he loves. Rumors have him on the greens in the midnight hour taking strokes that don’t involve the ladies. I am worried, since Barack Obama likes to recycle Bill Clinton’s failed agenda, we may have the inspiration for another midnight basketball program expanded with a golfing program.

As you know, Clinton thought keeping kids, who should be in school the next day, on basketball courts in the middle of the night would help cut crime in the inner cities. Of course, it would also expand the welfare roles Democrats have come to depend of for votes. With Obama’s approval numbers in the tank and his love for big government, Tiger Woods on a golf course could be the inspiration Obama needs to help keep more Americans down and dependent on government.

What a better way to help Tiger with his image than to work with the Obama youth! As you know, the community involvement Obama preaches will soon be seen with the reality of brown shirts, kids forced to community service. Programs like midnight basketball could be recruiting grounds for community organizers and Obama brown shirts. Someone needs to convince Tiger that real therapy can only be achieved through professional counselors—please stay away from the crazy social worker types.

And so we have a definite problem on our hands. Tiger said he was done with golf to focus on his life. Please get him off the golf course before Obama subsidizes another midnight sports initiative. I do think Obama likes to show Bill Clinton up. The funny thing is, Bill Clinton has become such an Obama puppet he stands there in cheer as the Clinton legacy further fades away.

Knowing his last two foreign trips have resulted in failures with no substantial accomplishments, Obama went to Copenhagen hungry and foolish. The second and the third world realized how easy it was going to be to bait their traps and catch their prey. As predicted, Obama took the bait.

Oh the media is going to tell us how presidential Obama was in the negotiations, but when the realities of the Copenhagen Climate Agreement hits the United States, the citizens of this country will know Obama trapped the country. As energy bills rise and jobs leave to avoid the new penalties they face with Obama’s war on a necessary gas for life on earth, the rest of the world which set the trap today will be heard around the world laughing.

Obama’s naïve leadership took him into a mess at Copenhagen. They knew Obama would be desperate to sign, and they straightened up after he gave a lackluster and uninspired speech. The dope had been roped. It was now time for the fool known as Obama to begin to form the world government that will rob the country of it’s sovereignty. Nobody had a sudden change of mind because Obama came to Copenhagen. Their clever political theater meant Obama dealt away too much so he wouldn’t come home empty handed.

The media is going to hoot and holler. I am not fooled for a second. Obama doesn’t have the assertive ability to stand up to the world’s largest scoundrels and do what is right for his country. It showed today. They knew if Obama came home empty handed, he would look foolish, unable to close the deal yet again. Obama compromised much today—count on it. We are now rats in a cage ready to bow down to the United Nations and the new world government they form to regulate carbon dioxide. What he did today wasn’t presidential—it was foolish.
