We were lucky. We only got 4-5 inches this morning. A lot of water fell today. Our county has been declared a disaster area, and a Weather Emergency was declared. People were asked to stay in their homes. Some areas around us received up to a foot of rain today. This is the end of our street. The last time this flooded, I was a little girl. But I remember. Still.I think my kids will remember
