There is a <a href="http://www.fractalartcontests.com/2007/copyright.php">copyright notice</a> on the page. However, nowhere on the site is there any published contact information. I also found this statement on the <a href="http://www.fractalus.net/about.htm">About page</a> for their host, where they describe themselves as egalitarian.
