Well,After we know what is forex ( if you do not know yet refer to our introduction to forex ) We shall start to know how forex works..
First thing you shall know about forex that it is a MARKET..And in this market we sell and buy ( very logical) We sell currencies at the same time we are buying another currency..Too hard? let me give you an example
If we chose the pair EUR/USD (EUR referring to euro and USD referring to united states dollar) their will be a number next to that which we will assume to be 1.5000
This is called a forex quote USD/EUR =1.5000
So in our example...As forex is a market,and we are dealing with USD and EUR..If we buy EUR we will pay USD for it( and then you are said to buy euro and at the same time you sell USD)
From our example we understand one thing..The first step in forex is choosing the pair you will be trading with ( we will discuss what pairs mean and what are the kinds of pairs available)
Second thing we understand is,when we are trading in forex,when buying a currency we automatically sell another currency...Also selling a currency meaning buying another one.This is easy and logical.
Now if we completed our example..You decided to buy the euro ( which is the base currency in the above quote and we will understand that after a while) by paying US dollars..and the price is put in the quote EUR/USD=1.5000 that means that one euro equals 1.5000 dollars..you bought euro because you expected its price will go up and .And lets assume now that the euro really goes up...and now the quote is EUR/USD=1.6000 and then you sold euro (automatically you bought dollars) And you earned the difference between the 2 prices..
So here comes the third thing we are learning in this article..Profits and losses in forex are measured by fluctuations of one currency's market activity compared to the other
Now we can simply understand that the profitable trading in forex totally depends on the ability to discern price trends in market's activity..And this is the essence of studying and learning forex..Expecting prices' trends depends on 2 important items,technical analysis and fundamental analysis which we will discuss later in details..
what we understand here is a forex trader can earn simply by doing Right expectations of the price trends..Forex has a strong profit potential from the continual market fluctuation by buying a specific currency when it is weaker and selling it when it is stronger..And the trader can continually win by the continuous process of pairing strong and weak currencies..
If we wanted to go deep into the forex world..We can understand that as any market..People sell and buy goods as they need them,this is the basis of every trading..And as for currencies..People sell and buy currencies as they are always needed..Let me explain more,lets assume you are Saudi and you want to travel to USA..then you shall buy US dollars so that you can live in USA for the certain period you are there..This is a very simple example,on a larger basis..Lets assume you are a country,and you want to import goods from USA,again you need US dollars to buy these goods( as any country only accepts their currencies when they sell their goods to other countries which means the country's exports are a very important factor in determining the value of this country's currency) so,what we understand here..As life goes on,Currencies will always be needed and always there will be high rate of demand and supply..
But when we are trading in forex..We don't buy and sell currencies to use them..We only trade them to make profits..And this is called Spot forex trading..
Spot forex trading is our own business from now and then..We trade currencies and we win..
Now we have to know the currencies available for trading..We will know that all currencies are available for trading..But there are some major currencies that accounts for most transactions occurring in the market everyday..
These currencies are
USD ( US dollars)
EUR ( Euro)
JPY (Japanese yen)
GBP (Great Britain pound)
AUD (Australian dollars)
CAD (Canadian dollars)
And here comes the meaning of Currency pairs...
A currency pair is like (EUR/USD) and (USD/JPY) JPY accounts for a Japanese yen..These pairs are followed by quotes (prices) so it becomes like
EUR/USD =1.6000/1.6005
So what does that mean?
The first currency in the pair is called the base currency ( here the EUR) the second one is called the counter currency (USD)
the first one is called bid( or sell) which is the price at which we sell the base currency and take (or called buy as we said before) the counter currency
the second one is called ask ( or buy) which is the price at which we buy the base currency paying the counter currency.
in the above example..If we buy Euro( and automatically sell dollars),we will pay 1.6005 dollars for each euro
If we sell euro( and automatically buy dollars) we get 1.6000 dollars for each euro
The difference between the ask and bid is called Spread..And this is simply the profit the brokerage firm you are dealing with makes..And we will discuss that later in details

Blogging,blogger,blogs...Being here means you are someone who wants to create a blog or promote his own blog..Or most likely HE WANTS TO KNOW WHAT BLOGS ARE.
well,blogs are simply websites but differ in some points..We are now going to know about blogs and about these differences..
Differences between websites and blogs:

1-Creating websites needs much work.you need a software and much experience in web designing to create your web page,using Frontpage or adobe Dreamweaver needs much work and you somehow shall have some knowledge about html language...What you are reading now would suppress you if you want to create a website or learn about it,but wait wait..You do not need to know about all that when you are dealing with blogs,
Why?
because blogs are simply pre-designed websites,your blogging service (lets assume it is blogger or wordpress and they are the world's most famous blogging services) will offer you ready templates,ready widgets,ready applications,and even now blogger offers you ready Google adsense ads..Your work would only be choosing the template you like and arranging your page elements without much effort,and of course your main work will be posting or in another way WRITING,you will write about something you know and you love very much (which is the topic of your website) and you simply write posts,and each post you write would be a unique web page of your own..
Blogs are chronological publication of personal thoughts..You can write posts daily or even weekly as you like..some people write 2 or 3 posts daily
2-Blogs are naturally search-engine friendly..People who work with websites know how much important being search-engine friendly..Webmasters do much work trying to optimize their websites to suit search engines(specially Google) they aim at getting high rank in Google which naturally means getting great traffic ( they call it organic,true or targeted traffic..as they search for you and most likely they will stay in your website for sometime)..So webmasters have to do it and the results are great,but this hard work needs time and effort for a website..The good news is:
This work is much little for a blog..
Blogs are naturally search engine friendly..Search engines like Google love them because they are naturally rich in text(which is the first thing search engines look for) and they are also naturally rich in links ( Google cares much for links from your website and to your website)
So a blog does not need much work in search engine optimizing..You need some little tips and you may get high ranking in little time..
3-When you create a website..In most cases you pay for 2 items,You purchase 2 items
first thing is getting a good web server...Web server in simple words is a huge computer which is connected all the time to internet..You store your website there and you pay for that every month..The prices starts at 3 dollars a month till very much higher( depending on disk space you need for your website,bandwidth needed and services you want) A good web serving for a website may cost about 5 or 6 dollars a month
Second thing you shall buy is a domain name..When you create a website,mostly your server gives you a free .com .org or .net domain name,purchasing a domain name simply means hiring it for a certain time ( the unit here is a year not a month as you pay for a web server)
For a good domain name,you may pay about 10 dollars a year..
So what is the difference between a website and a blog here..
first,getting a paid web server costs about 5 dollars a month,but you may have a free web server for your website,but most people never do that..The reason is:when your web server is free,You never guarantee that your website is online 24 hours a day..Sometimes around the day,you would find your website OUT OF SERVICE..Because your web serving is free,you can never claim your rights in being online all the time...So,you shall get a paid web serving..
In blogging,your blog you can do all the steps above and purchase web serving..But mostly you never need to do so..Why?
Because if you created your blog in Blogger..Your web server is Google.Imagine when your server is Google..You will never be out of service..Your are online all the time and you never have to pay a cent for that..It is a great advantage.
About the domain name..With blogging,you are free to choose whether to work with your sub domain (if in blogger it will be yourdomainname.blogspot.com) or to purchase a domain name,of course the 2nd option is preferred,because with a domain name you get your visitors trust and there are some search engines which will not index free sub domains(A domain name will not cost much anyway)
4-Last thing you shall know is that websites are much more manageable..You can do whatever you want with your own website..But with blogs there are some restrictions as you follow the templates of the blogging service you join..It is great for a beginner but a little annoying for an expert( one day you are going to be an expert,not too far away)

Well..And after reading what is written above..You may need to start getting your blog online today..Well this is not too far away..You can start your own blog now on Blogger or wordpress.
But to start your blog as a professional..you need to wait and ask yourself some simple questions (in which we will help you) and then just Go...

First question you shall ask yourself..What is my topic?
What will I be writing? and what will I be writing for?
well..Your blog will be your friend throughout your life..Everyday you add a new post and write something new..Everyday you have new ideas to discuss and to give to humanity..
Can you imagine doing do without being very much oriented to the topic of your blog..I guess the answer is sure no..
So the answer of your first question will be your starting point..Determine your topic before starting..

Second question is not really a question..It is about your domain name..Here you shall determine you will go on with the sub domain given to you by wordpress or blogger...(yourdomainname.blogspot.com when you use blogger)...Or the second option is buying a domain name and going on with it
Well..some people would say i will work with my sub domain,and if I got famous and all this seemed to work,I would buy a domain name..But,this is totally wrong,When you buy a domain name after publishing your blog..This means that you lose all the bookmarks and the links you were working on and this is a true disaster for a webmaster..
So before you start..Think well,and we recommend that you buy a domain name even for one year as a start and it won't cost much anyway(getting a domain name gives you high rankings in search engines rather than the normal sub domain your service gives you)

Third and last question is very simple..Where will be my blog? choosing your blogging service is the last step..Well,there are many blogging services and they do increase daily..You can find them easily by searching Google search box in the bottom of the website..
But don't be afraid,you don't really need to do it..As the world's biggest blogging service brought to you by Google is blogger
Sign up and join it..It is really easy and simple..Create a new blog with these steps
you will choose the name of your blog,the url of you sub domain (you do not need to pass much time choosing a good one if you already purchased a domain name)

Forex..What a strange word for those who first hear about it..The funny thing is that forex is not indexed in the normal dictionary scanning many paragraphs..Even the one scanning the blogger we are writing in now.
So,What is forex? and why is it that famous?
My first meeting with forex i felt it is hard and strange and I will not be able to deal with or understand..And with further reading,I realized I was a bit wrong,and i enjoyed every minute I pass dealing with forex.
Well..First thing to know,Forex stands for (foreign currency exchange trading) in forex you simply trade,which means you buy and sell,when you buy at a price and sell at a higher price you simply earn,but when you sell at a lower price you lose ( I think that rule is simple ) and It applies in forex because forex is simply trading.
We said in forex we trade with foreign currencies.Not with ordinary goods..So what's the difference,and how do we trade with currencies? Is it true that i can simply do it?
Well..Answers are available..and lets start with answering the last question..YES you can simple trade with foreign currencies (trade in forex) through firms that are called forex brokerage firms( we will review them later) They simplify the work for you and you will understand everything later.
The next question we will answer is..Why trading with foreign currencies?
The forex market is the largest market on earth and it has many advantages:

1-The most profitable as it is the world's largest marketplace..Forex accounts for 3.2 trillion dollars of trading per day,imagine how big this number is,and if you can not imagine let me tell you that the New York stock market( the biggest stock market on earth) accounts for 16 billion dollar per day ( Forex is 75 times higher) and London stock market accounts for 11 billion dollars
per day..
From these information,you can imagine how much profit you can make out of forex Per day.

From what we see above..Forex is the best market you can start to work with,This really supplies all what a small or large trader needs,profitable with minimum dangers that can be easily controlled.

But When did forex start to exist?
Well..Forex started to emerge in 1978..Forex emerged when worldwide currencies were allowed to float according to supply and demand..And this explains the fundamentals of forex and what we are doing in it.
In forex we are participating in the profitable fluctuations in world currencies..Everyday currencies rates and prices change a lot. and this makes forex a continuous source of ongoing transactions which would never stop( We need currencies to buy everything,So It will never happen that currencies won't get sold and bought everyday.And this makes our profits)
