Overpromising. What's the second thing a brand must never be? Inconsistent. What's the third thing a brand must never be? Boring. </span><br /><span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;font-size:85%;"></span><br /><span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;font-size:85%;">So, congratulations my friends. I have more fingers in a hand than posts on the blog since March, 2. Is this the way we want to manage our brands? </span><br /><span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;font-size:85%;"></span><br /><span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;font-size:85%;">Yeah, I know. "We've been too busy". Okay. Here's my answer: "I don't have time = I don't have interest". </span><br /><span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;font-size:85%;"></span><br /><span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;font-size:85%;">Blogging is blogging. Everyday. No holidays. There's a lot of us writting here, enough to keep the blog quite alive.</span><br /><span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;font-size:85%;"></span><br /><span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;font-size:85%;">How many customers have we lost in this "impasse"? No less than 95%. Probably more. Probably all of them. The most important part of selling is... post-selling. </span><br /><span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;font-size:85%;"></span><br /><span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;font-size:85%;">As I recently read: "you must keep talking to your customers: while they're talking to you, they can't talk to your competitors".</span>Pachi Lanzashttp://www.blogger.com/profile/00094678930564599066noreply@blogger.com
