Lindsay Lohan made people move seats on an aeroplane so she could sit next to her alleged girlfriend.

The ‘Mean Girls’ actress reportedly asked staff to move people to different seats so she could be with DJ Samantha Ronson in business class on a New York to Los Angeles flight yesterday (29.05.08), according to gossip website TMZ.com.

Hours before the flight, Lindsay and Samantha enjoyed dinner with a group of people that included the actress’ 14-year-old sister Ali and Samantha’s mother Ann Dexter-Jones.

Despite publicly insisting they are “just friends”, Lindsay and Samantha were allegedly “canoodling and kissing passionately” at a party thrown by P. Diddy in Cannes, France, last week.

They are believed to be planning to move in together, and Lindsay has been telling people she wants to marry the DJ in a civil partnership ceremony in July.

She has also been referring to herself as Lindsay Ronson.

Previously leaked emails from Lindsay to Samantha said: “Babe, if I don’t have you in my life then I should just go die… I want to marry you.”

FIA president Max Mosley Loses Bid to Ban Online Sex Tape

FIA president Max Mosley has lost his bid to ban the video of him cavorting with five prostitutes from being shown on the internet.

Mr. Justice Eady of the High Court in London refused to grant Mosley an injunction against the tabloid News of the World showing the video clips online, ruling that the content of the video was so widely familiar that Mosley could not reasonably expect to keep it out of the public domain.

"The dam has effectively burst," concluded judge Eady.

"I have, with some reluctance, come to the conclusion that although this material is intrusive and demeaning, and despite the fact that there is no legitimate public interest in its further publication, the granting of an order against this respondent at the present juncture would merely be a futile gesture."

News of the World proudly proclaimed that the video was "back on the website" and that new recordings of the FIA boss featuring previously unheard soundbites of him speaking German were also available.

"In the first clip, Mosley is clearly heard saying to a vice girl: 'Ze need more of ze punishment I think.'" says News of the World. "And in the second clip, Mosley tells a dominatrix vice girl: 'You are doing good job. Zank you.'"

"The clips will shatter Mosley's claims that there were no Nazi connotations in the marathon sex session."

Judge Eady noted in his ruling that for the two days the video was online in late March, it was viewed more than 1.4-million times. The website says since putting the video back online following the ruling, traffic has increased "by 600%".

There have been numerous calls for Mosley to step down in the wake of the sex tape coming to light and the governing body will gather June 3 in Paris to vote on his future as president.

News of the World says it will only show footage which had been previously posted but that the members of the governing body would get a much longer extract to view prior to their extraordinary meeting.

Mosley has filed a lawsuit against News Group Newspapers for this invasion of his privacy. That case isn't expected to come before the courts until July. No monetary damages are specified in the lawsuit but Mosley says whatever he is awarded he will donate to the FIA Foundation, which promotes motor safety and the environment.

Lindsay Lohan's father has blasted the actress for agreeing to star in a new movie about murderer Charles Manson.

Her dad Michael thinks his daughter - who will play Nancy Pitman, a cult follower of the notorious Manson who was convicted of seven counts of murder in 1971, in Manson Girls - should stick to the "mainstream films" which made her a star.

He said: "I really hope that Lindsay gets back to the kinds of films that led to her success. I'd like to see her do more mainstream films.

"Some of the movies she has done recently were geared to a specific audience. But when you're the kind of star Lindsay is, you have to appeal to a general audience, not just a specific audience."

Manson was originally given the death penalty after masterminding a series of gruesome murders, including that of pregnant actress Sharon Tate, the then-wife of director Roman Polanski.

His sentence was reduced after the state of California abolished the death penalty.

Although Lindsay's character didn't participate in the murders, she is believed to have accompanied Manson to the scene of the crime afterwards to help remove evidence.

The 21-year-old actress can next be seen starring alongside Jared Leto in Chapter 27 - a controversial new film documenting Beatles legend John Lennon's assassination in 1980.

A year after his Academy Awards dream went up in smoke, Eddie Murphy has not just one consolation prize, but three: Razzie Awards as worst actor, supporting actor and supporting actress for the comedy "Norbit."

The fourth acting "dis-honor" announced at Saturday's Golden Raspberry Awards went to Lindsay Lohan, who actually was voted two worst-actress trophies for the thriller "I Know Who Killed Me," the worst-picture winner in which she played dual roles.

"I Know Who Killed Me" set a new Razzies record with eight awards, including worst screen couple for Lohan in her double role.

Topping the previous record of seven Razzies for both "Showgirls" and "Battlefield Earth," "I Know Who Killed Me" also won for worst director (Chris Sivertson), screenplay (Jeff Hammond), horror movie, and remake or rip-off (Razzies organizers viewed it as a cross between torture flicks such as "Saw" and a twisted update of "The Patty Duke Show").

With his latest exercise in multiple roles, Murphy was the first person ever to win three acting Razzies in one year. He won as worst actor for the geeky title role, supporting actress as his tubby, shrewish wife and supporting actor as a stereotyped Asian man.

Some awards watchers say "Norbit" cost Murphy an Oscar, landing in theaters shortly before last year's ceremony and potentially displeasing enough academy voters that the balloting went against him for "Dreamgirls," for which he had been the supporting-actor favorite. Murphy lost at the Oscars to Alan Arkin for "Little Miss Sunshine."

"Part of why the Razzies exist is to make fun of the academy, which takes itself too seriously," said Razzies founder John Wilson. "If you had tried to make something certain to offend the average 90-year-old academy voter, I don't think you could have done a better job than the foul-mouthed, physically ugly, emotionally ugly movie he unleashed on the world."

The Razzies ceremony at a magic shop in Santa Monica came a day before Sunday's Oscars, where "Norbit" ironically is up for the best-makeup prize against "La Vie En Rose" and "Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End."

Between them, "Norbit" and "I Know Who Killed Me" won all but one of the Razzies.

"We've never had two films so totally dominate, at least not since the heyday of Sylvester Stallone," Wilson said.

The remaining prize still had a Murphy connection, with worst prequel or sequel going to Cuba Gooding Jr.'s "Daddy Day Camp," a follow-up to Murphy's "Daddy Day Care."

Lohan was nominated twice as worst actress, and the Razzie vote wound up in a tie between her separate roles as a small-town girl abducted by a psychopath and an alter ego, a stripper who's missing body parts.

"It's appropriate that it's a tie, because at the end of the movie, you don't know if it was one person or two people, or are they twins, or are we as mentally ill as the screenwriter and director?" Wilson said.

Looking ahead to next year's Razzies, Wilson said he already sees some favorites, including Paris Hilton's recent bomb "The Hottie and the Nottie."

Stallone, the all-time Razzies champ with 30 nominations and 10 wins, dodged the ceremony a year ago after "Rocky Balboa" turned out far better than people expected. The same is not likely to hold true for Stallone's latest critically drubbed sequel, Wilson said.

"Without even having to think," he said, "I expect Sylvester Stallone to be back with 'Rambo.'"

The suit was filed by Raymundo Ortega in June last year, after Lohan smashed her Mercedes-Benz in his van as he was making a turn in October 2005.

"It's been resolved," said Robert G. Klein, the attorney for Ortega, who settled for an undisclosed amount on Wednesday.

Even though according to the police, it was his fault for having his van wrecked, Ortega sued the actress, who was 19 at the time of the crash, for $200,000 in damages claiming she was drunk.

According to legal papers, Lohan had "consumed alcohol and became intoxicated" prior to the accident, but a police report stated that there were "no signs" of this and ruled that the crash had been caused by Ortega making an illegal U-turn.

Within the police report, the responding officer wrote “while speaking with the involved parties, I did not observe any objective signs of either alcohol or drug intoxication and determined that no further investigation regarding intoxication was warranted.”

At that time, Lohan, who has been in rehab three times last year, denied claims she had been under the influence of alcohol and dismissed the lawsuit as "nothing more than an attempt to extort money from a celebrity by making false and scurrilous allegations in a complaint."

However, she later filed a countersuit seeking $75,000 from Ortega, claiming he (and several unnamed defendants) were the ones who caused the accident. She alleged that Ortega was "negligent in the ownership, operation, repairs and maintenance" of his vehicle.

Paris Hilton’s puppy love has landed her at the centre of a new L.A. Department of Animal Services investigation.

The dopey heiress boasted to chat show host Ellen DeGeneres about owning 17 pets, apparently unaware that it is illegal in L.A. to have more than three dogs at any one residential non-kennel, non-breeder address.

Animal Services sources tell TMZ.com that bosses of an animal rescue organisation have complained to the officials, who paid her a visit on Tuesday.

Paris Hilton and pooches were not at home at the time and the organisation reportedly plans to return to conduct a full inspection.

Paris Hilton also revealed to DeGeneres that she has built her pet pooches a miniature version of her L.A. mansion in her garden – complete with minature furnishings, including a chandelier.

Animal Services better get in there quick – that chandelier is a doggy death trap just waiting to happen.
