I was excited to hear that there is a new upscale ($600,000 up) condo development coming to the north lake. It will have 112 units from 2BR 2BA to 3BR 3 1/2B, and each unit will have a covered veranda with a breathtaking view of the lake. There will be only 14 slips on the community dock, so it will pay to get into this complex early and get YOUR slip. I don't know of anything like this -- certainly not with a view like this -- on the lake right now.
