Thanks for the video of the toy Saucer using your invention of the Antigravity technology. If the US. and Canadian governments had not closed both of us down, threatened our lives and stolen the technology, then you and I would already have a number of
full-scale real flying Saucers by now!

I will show this to Mr. Gord Carpenter's son, Morgan, who has expressed interest in your Antigravity technology and in getting a new project and laboratory up and running, as I mentioned in my e-mail to you before Christmas. His father has an influential background and can most likely keep C.S.I.S. from interfering further if his son gets involved with us. He is meeting with his parents this week and then will give me a call to set up a meeting wherein we can discuss the opportunities for all of us. Years ago, in California, my partner, Mr. Richard Bruce MacFarlane, invented and developed the Particle Beam Laser or MASS AMPLIFIER (MARS Weapon) at the U.S. China Lake Naval Weapons Laboratory. We were close friends and partners. Since that time, I have designed and invented industrial and commercial technology comprising a "THERMAL LASER" based on infrared techniques to generate EM(Electromagnetic) Waves and Radiation. This past year, I invented and designed "TIME", an Advanced Thermal Interferential Molecular Energy Device comprising two Beams at a Differential in Frequencies that coincide on a target and then generate a third interferential wave pattern or frequency (based upon the differential in frequencies of the two incoming EM Waves/Beams), achieving a standing wave pattern which amplifies and permeates throughout a target achieving internal molecular resonance and target disintegration. Unlike a "Laser" or "Particle Beam Weapon" that "punches" a hole through a target in the precise location that it contacts a "target" or mass, the 3rd Interference Wave Pattern generated by "TIME" internally within a target, e.g., an aircraft carrier or jet aircraft, etc., or even an asteroid (for peaceful applications which will protect the Earth), permeates throughout the complete mass of the target from its point or area of initial contact and beam intersection. This technology is more advanced in some areas than the Russian Intersecting Interference Beam Weapon System that was used in the downing of a number of Commercial Airline Flights (as tests) and, according to two U.N. (United Nations) Advisors I've previously spoken with, in the downing of the U.S. Space Shuttle a number of years ago. Also, according to the two U.N. Advisors, it has already been accessed and acquired by an alliance of the Japanese and Russian Mafias. Regardless, I am only interested in the commercial, industrial and humanitarian technology developments, markets, applications and implementations of the "TIME" Devices and Technology, e.g., for mining and medical applications, etc.

Thank you for the documents that you sent to me which I received this morning in the mail. I was particularly interested to read the letter from the U.S. Department of Energy, Albuquerque Operations Office, New Mexico, United States of America, dated May 08, 2000, which stated:

"This letter is the final response to your February 14, 2000, Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request for "information conducted on behalf of the U.S. government by the Los Alamos National Laboratory. You relate this report to a discovery made by a Canadian citizen, Mr. John Hutchison, and his subsequent video tape of the results, also known as the Hutchison Effect."

"LAAO (The Los Alamos Area Office) asked the Los Alamos National National Laboratory (LANL) to search for responsive records.

LANL searched for responsive records to your request and no records we relocated. LANL searched their Data Bases using the name John Hutchison and John Alexander. Searching the Z-Number Listing and the Employee Information System, LANL stated that the Laboratory never employed Mr. Hutchison. Searching the Z- Number Listing and the Employee Information System, LANL stated Mr. Alexander was employed at the Laboratory from 1988 to 1995. LANL queried the CIC-14 Research Library On-Line Catalog using the title, "The Hutchison Effect" and the name "John Hutchison".

In addition, LANL contacted "John Alexander through his WWW web sites (National Institute for Discovery Science) at: http://www.accessnv.com/nids/page4.shtmland http: / /www.accessnv.com/nids/ person In our telephone conversation, John Alexander advised me he was with Army Intelligence from 1956-88 and with LANL from 1988-95. In 1983 (or so), Mr. Alexander paid a contractor (Alex Pizzara & George Hathaway) to work with John Hutchison on the subject matter requested. At that time, a report was written by John Rink and Robert Freeman(both former LANL employees). To the best of his recollection, Mr. Alexander advised a copy of the report is no longer available at LANL. Mr. Alexander stated he knows for certain the Army's copy no longer exists ...." Dr. John Alexander has been a leading advocate for the development of non-lethal weapons since he created renewed interest in the field starting in 1989. An original thinker, he has developed other unique concepts for conflict that must remain undisclosed at this time.

He entered the US Army as a private in 1956 and rose through the ranks to sergeant first class, attended OCS, and was a colonel of Infantry in 1988 when he retired. During his varied career, he held many key positions in special operations, intelligence, and research and development. >From 1966 through early 1969 he commanded Special Forces A Teams in Vietnam and Thailand. His last military assignment was as Director, Advanced Systems Concepts Office, US Army Laboratory Command. After retiring from the Army, Dr. Alexander joined Los Alamos National Laboratory where he was instrumental in developing the concept of Non -Lethal Defense. As a program manager, he conducted non-lethal warfare briefings at the highest levels of government including the White House Staff, National Security Council, Members of Congress, Director of Central Intelligence, and senior Defense officials. He also met with heads of industry, and presented at academic institutions, including Columbia, Harvard and MIT.

Dr. Alexander organized and chaired the first five major conferences on non-lethal warfare and served as a US delegate to four NATO studies on the topic. As a member of the Council on Foreign Relations non-lethal warfare study, he was instrumental in influencing the report that is credited with causing the Department of Defense to create a formal Non-Lethal Weapons Policy in July 1996. For several years, he has been a distinguished guest lecturer at the US Air Force Air University and participated in key war games when non-lethal weapons were first being considered.

Dr. Alexander wrote the seminal articles on current non-lethal warfare. He published articles in Harvard International Review, Jane s International Defense Review, The Boston Globe, The Futurist, The Washington Post, and several other defense journals. Articles about him and his work can be found in The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, News Week, The Sunday Times (London),Panorama (Italy), Konrad (Germany), The LA Times, Wired Magazine, GQ, Scientific American, the Bulletin of Atomic Scientists, and many others. He has appeared on Dateline, Fox News, Larry King, CNN, and other U.S. programs plus international television in Australia, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, the Netherlands, the UK, and Japan.

My research, inventions and technologies have been focused on providing educational benefits and benefits to our world's environment and living ecology through their commercial viability and through commercial success, e.g., (1)"The Genesis Technologies" convert the wave motion and energy of our world’s seas and oceans through turbines, wings or pontoons that surround and comprise the hulls of marine vessels and via a transmission into stored rotational energy in flywheel-generators which can be downloaded to power a vessel's electrical systems and to provide propulsion via an electric motor(s) which drive the vessel's props, etc.. The Genesis Technologies ("Genesis") can reduce fuel costs and consumption by up to and prospectively over fifty percent (almost like "perpetual motion" and perpetually free energy supplies, i.e., when also implemented as floating power generating stations or as auxiliary and emergency electrical energy generation systems for yachts and recreational vehicles, etc.). I have also designed and invented an Advanced Silent Drive that does not have an "acoustic signature pattern" and which is very effective as an Advanced Marine Drive/Propulsion System. Related to this and also recommended to the Pentagon and to the U.S. Office of Naval Research in Arlington, Virginia by my previous partners at the Hughes Aircraft Company and Delco Electronics Company(California, U.S.A.), is an Advanced Centrifugal Thrust Turbine Drive which replaces conventional propellers and which will never cavitate yet increases its performance at higher r.p.m. (revolutions per minute). Mechanical energy is provided by the wheel's rotation in a fashion similar to the motion of a reciprocating piston within its cylinder of an internal combustion or diesel engine. The products produced during the combustion of the preferred fuels of Hydrogen or Hydrogen Peroxide (which is stable and not volatile or dangerous compared to hydrogen) are steam (which is condensed into pure water) and oxygen. With an energy efficiency of up to twice or more the efficiencies of conventional internal combustion and diesel engines, "Resurrection", comprising an electric motor-generator attached to the rotating wheel, etc., is also designed to replace conventional electric power generating stations and technologies at a fraction of their costs, e.g., nuclear, coal and gas burning, and co-generation electrical generating stations as well as effectively compete with the smaller, portable generators on the markets today. "Resurrection" is also designed to regenerate our world's living ecology and environment for current and future generations. Dear John,

Thank you for your thoughts and copy of the letter from Prince Hans-Adam of Liechtenstein. It is an interesting letter and written some what ambiguously when you take a closer look at it.

On one hand he writes "... that I would be willing to financially support his research to set up new experiments and to find out more about the laws of nature that are behind the Hutchison effect.". And then he says essentially "... that without further research the Hutchison effect will remain a curiosity and many scientists will say that fraud was involved.".

Then he writes, as if in the distant future, that "I have not given up the hope that John Hutchison will one day agree that solid engineering and research are necessary if he wants that his experiments lead to some practical applications.". In essence, he's stating that he does not envision providing funding to you in the near future!

What can I say, John? You know and I know that Prince Hans-Adam has backed Mr. George Hathaway who ran the Toronto Prototype Facility that I funded for around U.S. $75,000. Then, U.S. Colonel John Alexander, Director, U.S. Pentagon-C.I.A.Non -Lethal Weapons Program, U.S. Army Intelligence came to the Toronto facility where they were replicating your Antigravity technology and device and began covertly paying the Hathaways on behalf of U.S. Army Intelligence. Later, the U.S. Los Alamos National Laboratory came to your Vancouver, B.C., Canada laboratory and took over 30 hours of videotape of all of your laboratory equipment and of your experiments. This also enabled them to replicate your research and devices at the Los Alamos National Laboratory. Colonel John Alexander was also later working with the U.S. Los Alamos National Laboratory. The Los Alamos National Laboratory and the U.S. government were able to provide the funding to enable the "solid engineering and research" (per the letter from Prince Hans-Adam) to develop your technology to where it is today in the stable of U.S. military and advanced aerospace technologies, including for weapons. Mr. George Hathaway would have relayed this information to Prince Hans-Adam as US. Colonel John Alexander is a personal friend of his. I had a contract with the Hathaways (George and his father, Norman) along with Mr. Alex PEZARRO to fund and direct the development of the project concerning your invention of the Lift Induction Device and Antigravity Technology. The intervention of U.S. Colonel John Alexander, U.S. Army Intelligence and the U.S. Los Alamos Laboratory along with the threats and attempts on our lives, e.g., even to the life of Mrs. Lowell Hukill, U.S. Department of State, Ret., et al., effectively prevented us from protecting and reclaiming the projects at that time and effectively shut down not only this project and the research facilities in Toronto and Vancouver but all of our other projects and facilities in the United States of America. Even the Deputy Prime Minister of Canada accused the United States government of stealing the technology. The technology is a multi- billion dollar technology. Later C.S.I.S., the Canadian Security and Intelligence Service, came into your laboratory facility when you were away in Europe and stole over $1 Million of your laboratory equipment, thereby preventing you from once again developing any technology let alone replicate and refine your invention of the antigravity technology. All they ever had to do was ask for license and to work with us, as you know. The U.S. government didn't care less about all of the decent, honorable and patriotic citizens in the United State sand in Canada who were financially supporting the projects when they effectively shut down all of the projects and prevented any successful commercial developments. This is one of the greater disgraces and abuses of human right sin modern history knowingly undertaken by the governments of the United States of America and of Canada. I have consulted with an attorney in California who was our attorney at the time and who is a witness to almost all of the events that took place. He has copies of our documentation. He has stated that the governments of Canada and the United States of America are liable and legally responsible for the payments of reparations due to the damages they have caused. They are also guilty of felony offenses including conspiracy to commit murder, attempted murders and theft, et al..

I will be forwarding a copy of this letter to Mr. Ted Gunderson, Esq., who waste Senior Special Agent In-Charge for the Los Angeles and southern California Division of the U.S. F.B.I. and who has headed up Anti-Terrorist Teams at two Olympics and who has interfaced directly with The White House and the Attorney General of the United States of America. Mr. Gunderson returned my call just over one week ago and we had a very interesting conversation. I have enclosed some materials about Mr. Ted Gunderson's exceptional background for your interest below to illustrate some of his many accomplishments. He is a very honorable human being. I have to admit this latest e-mail has charged me like nothing has in a long time! (-: Yet I wonder if you might consider sharing just a little more direct information on this video clip. Pertinent details, which are important from any investigative query or point of view. The video clip is fascinating from a viewable point, yet analyses, without the original video, would be difficult from a scientific point of view due to the compression ratio required. However pertinent background details like when, where, how big, controlled by what, is model still in existence, etc....anything supportive along those lines would be very helpful? I'll be honest, I'm 'chomping at the bit on this one guys. (-: If you can't divulge any details then just tell me and I shall accept, however I have a feeling 'the cats clearly out of the bag so to speak, so I hope you don't mind my asking these mundane details.

My main question: Is this video clip for release into the general public community /sphere at large? Is that the purpose or intent here? Or is it to be kept private to only those on the e-mail header? I think it's obvious what the intent is, yet I wouldn't feel right doing anything without asking first. I think it's easy to understand how the pertinent logistics associated with the clip are a necessity to foster its serious consideration.

John: Oh yea; I'm still in the wind and stil 'full-of-it!'~;-) I've been working out of this site and also ---> ja.harchim@hotmail.com alot<--- and dealing with the vortex-l@eskimo.com think tank alot also. These guys include quite a few 'hyper-credentialed types' but "John Hutchison" always commands quite alot of lively & much respectful exchange, especially as of late related to Nikola Tesla. There's always a few 'ass-holes' but all in all you get quite a bit of pithy-play and serious consideration. I contanct Max Planck Institute, Nasa-Boeing Phantom works, and many other sites that keep an open reception port for 'stuff' that your work figures in either indirectly or centrally. I'll send some of the latest on 'you' if you want. Much of the vortex-l 'conversation' is monitored world wide but some really 'huge' heavies; while they stay quiet. But many of the heavies speak of you with much-repect on a regular basis. You are really 'peer-reviewed' even if you (like me) don't have much patience for the "hyper-credentialized snobs" who mostly 'jaw' but accomplish 'squat.' Tangible results talk and the psudo-educated whirly-gig rambles like 'shite' walk. And 'Hutchison' talks loudly along with the Tesla's etc. who were neither darlings of the educated-elitist stuffed shirts of his time.

A dielectric is a non-conducting material which has the unique ability of preventing electrical conduction but is at the same time capable of absorbing electric charge. Indeed, it will carry on absorbing charge until its saturation capacity is reached, whereupon, if its power source is still connected and still trying to pour more electricity into it it will rupture and a path will be created through it for current to discharge. This phenomenon, called dielectric breakdown is most certainly to be avoided for it renders the solid material useless thereafter. If, however, before it ruptures the charge accumulated within the dielectric rises toward its saturation point and reaches a level of voltage higher than the voltage of the charging circuit, then the dielectric’s voltage will discharge itself (just like a short circuit - very violently) back through the power source.

From the very earliest days of electronics discoverers such as Faraday, Maxwell, and Lord Kelvin found that dielectrics didn’t merely insulate; and that even the humble Leyden jar condenser was found to hold significantly more electricity, surface area for surface area, than a flat-sheet condenser with air between it’s sheets – because it had a dielectric of glass sandwiched between its electrodes. Dielectrics were found to exhibit what was then termed ‘elastic stress’ which enabled its structure to absorb unusually large quantities of charge.

Thomas Townsend Brown, the pioneer of electrokinetics, or as he called it the ‘electrogravitic’ effect, discovered that certain dielectrics perform much better when charged up at a slower rate of oscillation than others* and it was he who originally devised, in 1958, the science of ‘doping’ dielectric materials with higher-mass particles (the higher atomic-mass particles he used were lead oxide granules) to enhance the dielectric’s electric charge absorption. To understand how this occurred, if you can imagine that such particles create ‘interfaces’ with the main structure of the dielectric and that opposite polarity charges accumulate at each side of those interfaces, then what Brown invented was a cluster of mini capacitors held inside the dielectric body (which in itself was connected inside a capacitor).

[* NOTE: TT Brown first patented this idea in 1928 (British 300,311), and in his US patent 1,974,483 of 1934 he wrote of the kinetic reaction he had discovered, "It is evident from consideration of [the figures] that any type of dielectric under the conditions revealed therein produces both direct and reactive forces as shown. These forces, however, are different with dielectrics of different physical characteristics and are roughly proportional to the massiveness."
Indeed, his research into 'massiveness' was a key element of Brown's work through to the 1950's. He wanted to continue the work of C.F.Brush, a physicist who had discovered certain anomalies between mass and gravity in certain materials, and had concluded that;

"the ratio of mass to weight is not the same for all kinds of matter, as has been supposed, and the mass-weight ratio is not constant even in the same kind of matter."

A 'DIELECTRIC' is defined as a material which has the unique ability of absorbing electrical energy and 'charge' without ordinarily passing this energy on to neighbouring materials. Some dielectrics are able to absorb enormous quantities of electrical energy (also referred to as 'ELECTRIC STRESS') without discharging, provided that the energy is fed into the dielectric slowly and at low potential. Still others can be charged and discharged at extremely high potential at a rate of several thousand times each second. Townsend Brown concerned himself principally with this latter type. Using just such a dielectric, Brown constructed disc-shaped (or saucer-shaped) condensers, and, by applying various amounts of high-voltage direct current, witnessed the [Biefeld-Brown ² ] effect in action. With the proper construction and electrical potential (in the kilovolt range) the disc-shaped 'airfoils' were made to fly under their own power, emitting a slight hum and a bluish electrical glow as they did so. More scientifically, perhaps, this process of 'flight' might best be described as 'motion under the influence of interaction between electrical and gravitational fields in the direction of the positive electrode'.

In 1953, Brown succeeded in demonstrating in a laboratory setting the flight of disc-shaped airfoils 2 feet in diameter around a 20-foot-diameter circular course. The process involved tethering these saucer-shaped craft to a central pole by means of a wire through which the necessary direct-current potential was supplied at a rate of 50,000 volts with continuous input of 50 watts. The test produced an observable top speed of an amazing 17 feet per second (about 12 miles per hour).

Working with almost superhuman determination and at great cost to his personal finances, Brown soon succeeded in surpassing even this accomplishment. At his next display, he exhibited a set of discs 3 feet across flying a 50-foot-diameter course with results so spectacular that they were immediately classified. Even so, most of the scientists who witnessed the demonstrations remained sceptical and generally tended to attribute Brown's motive force to what they called an 'electrical wind' - this in spite of the fact that it would have required a veritable 'ELECTRIC HURRICANE' to produce the lift potential observed ! Nonetheless, pitifully few ³ gave any credence whatsoever to ideas that the [Biefeld-Brown] effect might represent anything at all new to the world of physics. Government funding was sought to enable the work to continue, but in 1955, realizing that the money would not be forthcoming, a disgruntled Brown went to Europe in hopes that perhaps he might be able to generate a little more enthusiasm there.

Although demonstrations were given first in England, it was on the Continent, under the auspices of a French corporation, La Societe Nationale de Construction Aeronautique Sud Ouest (SNCASO), that things really began to look promising. During a set of tests performed confidentially within the company's research laboratory, Brown succeeded in flying some of his discs in a high vacuum with amazing results. Brown was ecstatic, for not only had he succeeded in proving that his discs flew more efficiently without air, but he had also shown that the speed and efficiency of his craft could be increased by providing greater voltage to the dielectric plates.

Electrets History

Electrets are unique, man-made materials that can hold an electrical charge after being polarised in an electric field, much as a piece of iron can be magnetised after being exposed to a magnetic field. Researchers knew that as early as 1919 Japanese navy Captain Kawao Wantachi had been able to create an artificial membrane by mixing beeswax with Brazilian palm gum [usually carnauba wax] and resin [rosin]. The resulting material was then polarised in an electric field, and had maintained its charge for a long time afterward-resulting in the world's very first electret.

Mototaro Eguchi in 1925 developed a method to make an electret according to the work of Kawao Wantachi. (see the pdf links at the end of the page).

Between 1890 and 1930 the various tries and works where made with a half-wave rectified AC current (basically, with just a diode rectifier in one of the cables).

Usually the substance is heated before applying the charge. But AC current could also be used to reach the same goal, then a DC current will finish the work. Both heating and AC current could be used as method to prepare the dielectric substance (or move the molecules) at the beginning. The DC current will be used during cooling to fix the charge.

Pure DC is always required to finally fix the charge.

Since 1919 until 1970's thermal method was used (DC voltage applied by electrodes to heated samples).

The original method, using dipolar polarisation with space charge is linked to the "two-charge theory", applicable to waxes and to polymers like Mylar.

Electron beam method (low-energy beams of about 20KeV in vacuum) was used for controlled charging and for research application from the 1960's to today.

Nowadays (since 1970's), the usual method is to use polymer materials. Many modern electrets have only space or surface charge (like Teflon or Polypropylene electrets), but no dipole polarisation. The modern electrets need few kV (3 to 10) to be made. The voltage is applied through external electrodes to a piece of Teflon foil, 25 to 100 microns thick (preferably metalized on one side). Or, better a corona discharge operates with a needle voltage of 5 to 10kV. Then the non metalized side of the Teflon is charged. Polypropylene as well as Mylar can be used.

Corona method is preferred nowadays for industrial production, often applied at elevated temperatures.

The current required is usually less than 1 mA, since the materials are highly insulated and the current is therefore very small.

Concerning the ratio of applied voltage and output voltage :

It depends on the charging process and on many other parameters. In corona charging, surface potential of 2kV can be easily obtained with a needle voltage of 5 to 10kV. With contact charging electrodes, one could expect the resulting voltage to be about 50 percent of the applied voltage, up to about 1 to 2kV. No general rule can be given, since many parameters enter.

The Carnauba wax Electret

According to the various elements given above, we would like to study more the carnauba wax electret (dipole) and the way to make it.

A source of variable high voltage as well as variable current should be the best to make different tests.

The range of voltage should vary up to 20kv with amps up to 5mA (just to settle the limits). Though the best results should be obtain between 5-15kV and 1-3 mA.
A laser power supply could be used (sometimes up to 7000v) or a photocopier supply, but be careful for the external casing constitutes one pole. Be sure to use good groundings.

It is important to use a clean source of DC and not pulsed DC. So perhaps the best could be to use a HV power supply powered by batteries. It depends on the quality of your HV DC source. That's why it could be useful to test the output voltage with an oscilloscope, using a HV probe to divide the high voltage for the oscilloscope.

A wax electret is usually thick and therefore the current must flow through and stress it. That's why 1 to 5mA should be tested. A too small current would only flow on the surface of the electret, not through it. That's the case for instance with a Van de Graaf generator (about 200kV-400kV at 50microA). But test carefully a current higher than 3mA for it could cause "molten eruption of wax", which is dangerous. It could be logical to say that the thicker/denser the electret, the higher the current needed.

It should take weeks or even months to see a homocharge developed in the electret. An heterocharge should appear first... so, be patient!

Once you have your HV DC variable of fixed power supply, you can use the Eguchi method (see links below) Oleg Jefimenko (idem) made a lot of wax electrets to develop electret motors. He made a lot of tests and suggested the following proportions : 45 percent carnauba wax, 45 percent water-white rosin and 10 percent white beeswax.

Then, you have now all the needed information to test the TT Brown "batteries"...

Not too long after beginning research on this topic I realized that this was becoming too large and perhaps was better off as a new topic.

For the most part I agree about Billy Meier, even if he had something legit early on he destroyed any "street cred" he had by perpetrating multiple fakes. His ex-wife making the statement that he produced fakes/hoaxes doesn't help his case. The "wedding cake ufo”; faked photos and misleading photos taken of television shows, dinosaur books and other things; and the "ray gun"; don't inspire much faith from me in Billy Meier. This is my strong opinion that, at least his later stuff was very suspicious and enough things were clearly exposed to be fraudulent that there is little question left in my mind concerning Mr. Meier's credulity His early UFO pictures, to the best of my knowledge, still pass analysis by photo experts and no one has been able to produce/duplicate what is shown in his early photos with technology available at the time. It has been a couple years since I've given Billy any thought or research so my information could be dated and or completely incorrect concerning him.
I realize that there are still some die-hard supporters of Mr. Meier around, you are welcome to contact, debate or flame me via U2U but please don't confuse the topic of this post with anything concerning Billy Meier or other unrelated topics.

Ok back to the topic at hand:
If any group of individuals can shed some light on this subject, perhaps even answer this question, I believe it is the members here at ATS that can deny ignorance and get the job done. That question is:

Is there any evidence condemning John other than the debate over the “ufo on a string video” (he clearly points out the wire/string in the original video before and during the demonstration, he wasn't trying to hide it, by definition this is not an attempt to deceive or defraud [3],) Can anyone reference anything new? Something better than the few attempts to duplicate a small portion of the reported effects with optical trickery that still don't completely duplicate what is seen in the videos? Has anyone detected a string, a string attachment point, editing techniques, other obvious or even subtle indications, perhaps even proof of a hoax while analyzing his videos? [/b]
Now in reply to the posters above...
Am I to take what was said as a truth statement that John Hutchinson is a proven fraud or is it merely your opinion that I mistakenly took as a truth statement? Is the lumping of Billy Meier and John Hutchison an attempt at associative fallacy? If it was a truth statement, then please enlighten me. Share with me your evidence that proves he is fraud. If it was just your opinion then by all means you are entitled to it, but please in the future don't attempt to pass along thoughts, ideas, theories and opinion as proven fact. Perhaps someone has or you have effectively debunked or disproven all of his results or proven several clear and intentional hoaxes that I am not aware of. If this is the case then you have my apologies.

Introduction:
I am asserting that claims of a hoaxing or fraud are extremely strong and clear claims, that need to be supported by very strong evidence.
Any substantial evidence or information supporting any point of view in this debate will be considered and appreciated by myself and hopefully everyone else. Please attempt to keep basic opinions, emotion, and especially hatred, flames, prejudice, insults and especially ignorance to a minimum. If someone simply does not believe John , doesn't want to believe in the possibilities if his effect is legitimate, simply hates John and other “hippies” or similar thoughts and opinions and you have no facts to add then please, just be cool, sit back and see what happens here; or move on. If it is really “nagging” you to include your thoughts then do so, but I am asking the moderators to please keep a close watch on this topic.
I suggest three main hypotheses in this case: (we aren't attempting to prove any of these in this thread expect for 3, but supporting evidence for the others is welcome.)
1. Everything John Hutchinson produces is a genuine, if not always predicable and as yet may be unproven, not generally accepted , completely understood or easily repeatable.
2. Some of John Hutchinson's results have been genuinely produced. Other results have been exaggerated, incorrectly represented and/or poorly understood or .
3. Everything John Hutchison has presented as experiments and results are fraudulent and have been perpetrated as an intentional hoax. He decided to attempt to fool the world long ago and has done a rather impressive job of it.

Still, again, remember the primary goal of this forum topic is to logically and honestly answer the questions “Is John Hutchinson currently a proven fraud?”

To my knowledge, considering my somewhat limited yet expanding research concerning John Hutchison:
Summary:
There is a good deal of controversy and debate. So far I have read a substantial amount of poorly researched, negative and /or ignorant debunkers, disbelievers, and pseudo-skeptics proposing how he [b]might [/b] have faked his videos, some ad hominem and otherwise deceptive arguing, but nobody has fully reproduced or adequately explained to me how he faked his results or perpetrated a hoax, hoaxes or fraud. I have also reviewed quite a bit of material and testimony in support of Mr. John Hutchison, although I would like to see some more evidence of individuals and scientists speaking on his behalf, witnessing his experiments, doing peer reviews and duplicating results from his experiments..

Examination and observation:

The super-strong electromagnet/upside down camera[4] does not explain what a lot of non-metallic objects do in the videos. Nor have they explained what many metallic samples have exhibited. Metals appear to liquefy, twist, break apart and/or bend in some videos. Analysis of some of his metal samples indicate aging, spontaneous rusting and changes to molecular structure [3][12][17]. The attempted debunking of these results have not effectively and fairly explained the majority of these alleged frauds. Many of the reported effects have not been duplicated on video, even using 'Hollywood' trickery. (Personally, I would like to see a debunker duplicate the metal bar breaking apart and then one half flipping over while the other stays in place and/or duplicate other similar observations, especially the ones with water, other liquids and metals.)
How large of an electromagnet consuming how many watts of energy would it take to suspend a 70lb. canon ball? Someone please do the math on this one, my primary assumptions are leading me to think that John Hutchison wouldn't have been able to afford his power bills back in the '80s if he is producing what is in many of his video with large and powerful electromagnets alone.
Many results that John has reported have not been explained completely [12]. Almost everyone likes complete explanations, solid evidence and repeatable experiments; but this goes for all sides, absence of evidence, is not evidence of absence. For example, if no person was able to provide proof of a hoax it doesn't empirically prove that Mr. Hutchinson is genuine either.
The science community, in general, don't like his methods because he “tinkers” and “tweaks” with stuff, doesn't follow scientific method and sometimes doesn't or isn't able to completely explain how and what he is doing, how he is doing it, the theories behind it and his results. Sometimes John has trouble reproducing results from his own experiments and when they do work they can behave and succeed seemingly at random with anomalous and unexpected behavior and results. Other entities have problems reproducing his results. Some people seem to lash out at him simply because he has long hair, doesn't wear a lab coat or a suit, and/or at his mannerisms and personality don't meet their expectations about what he “should” be, among other interpersonal and social reasons. This doesn't disprove or debunk him, it just shows that there is a social prejudice against him in certain circles and by some individuals.
Results produced can not be dismissed simply because someone doesn't follow the established scientific method to produce them. Results also do not have to be replicated every time on demand to be results; to be "scientific" and generally accepted as "proven", yes, to be results, no. Just because people have trouble replicating his experiments and results it doesn't necessarily make him a fraud either. One does not have to understand results or believe them to be possible in an experiment for those results to be valid. Lack of scientific recognition is not proof of fraud.
Scientists from places like Lockheed Martin, the US Army and NASA, among other organizations, have visited him trying to figure out what he is doing and how he is doing it. The Canadian Government seized all of his equipment in 1989 and classified it, denying the return of this equipment to John thus forcing him to start over. Boyd Bushman, a retired senior scientist from Lockheed Martin acknowledges the theft of his equipment [2]. The Japanese have invested in some of his experiments and to the best of my knowledge they have not accused him of being fraudulent. [2][3] John maintains a vast amount of video data for anyone to examine for themselves [12] and reports that one of the effects named after him recently has been accidentally reproduced during a university experiment [11]. John strikes me as a very agreeable and fair person, I believe he would be willing to attempt to show you the effect in person if approached with the respect any being deserves.
So far I have found no evidence that proves, or even strongly indicates to me, that John Hutchinson is a “proven fraud.” Although I have noticed, as a result of my research so far, what seems to be a concerted effort to discredit John for some reason, I have “plowed” through a tremendous number of individuals offering no evidence of fraud or a hoax at all, but clearly and proudly pronouncing John Hutchinson to be a fraud. Then I have witnesses a lesser number of individuals claiming evidence of fraud but not producing anything close to proof yet, at least no where near to my satisfaction. I shall refer to these entities as “The Cult of Disbelief” from now on.
At least one individual has even used underhanded tactics, deliberate trickery and propaganda against him. An edited video [10] was dubiously posted on YouTube.com that shows John doing the experiment with the”toy ufo” attached to a wire with all sound and explanations removed, this does appear to be intentionally cut from the video; in what looks an attempt to make John appear to be obviously and intentionally perpetrating a hoax then being caught in the act. Then the poster claims that only after John was “caught” that he offered the wire explanation. This source is the only original one stating anything similar to my note on [2] by saying “Later he actually admitted the fakery.”
I believe this is the same individual in [3]) So far this apparently immoral and perhaps malicious individual strongly appears to be the original source, or closely tied to the source, responsible for so many people believing that the “ufo on a string” is an intentional hoax and proven. Could this individual also be the original source for the so far unreferenced statement in the wikipedia [2] claiming John admitted to being “creative” with that experiment?
Then I observed a social effect of many self proclaimed “skeptics” and their “fanboys” having jumped on this bandwagon with their battle cry basically being 'look theres a string! Everything he has ever done is fake! YouTube dude says it is so! Case solved! Nothing to see here, he has been debunked, move along!' This video when considered in its original form may be still be controversial but in no way proves that John Hutchison is a hoaxer or a fraud. The experiment was originally done by a well respected T.T. Brown [3][12].

Editorial:

I find it interesting that with roughly 40 years of John Hutchinson experiments on videos not a single person, skeptic, debunker, scientist, video expert, basement troll or computer expert/analyst has found evidence of a single string or other obvious sign of a hoax in a single frame of his videos. I also find it hard to believe that with so many individuals obviously wanting to discredit John, that if they had found the proof of fraud or even a shred of evidence, that some reference or link to it would appear in some of the material I have already researched.
Some scientists may consider his ideas plausible or possible but stay away from him and don't openly support him in fear of ridicule and the loss of their oh so precious grant money. I propose this as a reason why there isn't a large body of accredited experts clamoring to validate his work.
I went through several pages of ATS links after searching for “John Hutchison”. I have found quite a few topics either containing or concerning John Hutchinson and his self-named effects here on ATS in the science, conspiracy, mysterious and other forums, but and I haven't found one yet that is in Skunk Works or that has been “stamped” with “HOAX.” I am using this as my primary circumstantial indication that Mr. John Hutchinson has not been effectively debunked or proven a HOAX by the community at www.abovetopsecret.com to date.
I'm not claiming or making any truth statements here that John Hutchinson has discovered anything or not. I am not making the assertion that he isn't a fraud. I'm not directly attempting to defend John, but at least so far, I have been forced to do some John defending due to some ignorant John hating.
Why do some individuals put so much effort into being a pseudo-skeptics? Is it so they can sleep better at night “knowing” that there can't possibly be anything unknown out there to afraid of or worry about? Why do so many people seem to be terrified of what might be possible? Do they simply enjoy being ignorant and arguing just for the sake of arguing? Libel, slander and defamation of character is fun and exciting for them?
It appears that some individuals and groups are threatened by him somehow. There seem to be people that don't like to have to include all the extra possibilities his reported results bring to the table in science discussions and debate. Some people simply appear to enjoy hating on him and calling him lots of colorful names. There may also be an entity or entities that have a vested interest in discrediting him.
Those of you who have been supporting these proud and self proclaimed skeptics, the “piggy-back” skeptics and “fanboys” that haven't even bothered to do any investigation or research of their own, those of you who based your judgments, flames, disbelief, defamations and worse on the “ufo on a string hoax” slam campaign, those of you who openly, loudly and vehemently proclaimed your “truth”, really should be ashamed of yourselves. In my lifetime, I have born witness to some very despicable and nasty behavior, and the damage after, from people proclaiming absolute truth in support of a blatant and/or purposeful lie. Perhaps this lie has caused some amount of damage that can not be entirely reversed. Is this cool, is this funny, is this fair? Don't flame me or lash out at me for exposing you, if you are guilty of being described in this paragraph then I suggest you take some time to go rethink your misguided and ignorant actions and your life in general. Perhaps even go back and retract all unproven truth statements so boldly and assuredly posted.
The preceding statement is not directed at anyone who is suspicious, undecided or genuinely skeptical that has merely expressed their thoughts, misgivings, honest debate or opinions. Having an opinion and expressing it as such is perfectly acceptable, professing an opinion as “truth” can and does cause damage to other and is most definitely ignorant. Publicly and intentionally spreading half truths and/or lies about someone else, especially with intent to injure or discredit them, is immoral and illegal for a good reason. Supporting someone in the act of these dirty deeds makes one guilty by association.
Ok enough chastising and back to the topic at hand...
Why am I noticing such a strong effort to discredit Mr. Hutchinson recently? Does it have anything to do with Dr. Judy Wood's research and legal efforts concerning 911?
Personally, I would like to see more of the scientific community, other groups and the general public spend less time, effort and thought on what 'absolutely can not be possible' and bit more time pondering what just might be possible. Examples of the past- at one time many individuals in the science community insisted that it was “impossible” to broadcast radio waves over the Atlantic and later that it was “impossible” to break the sound barrier because the results would somehow violate the “laws” of science that they “knew” at the time.

I have been unable to find any reference to this reproduction video or even the series “Is It Real?” via searches on YouTube, Google video or Google search engine.
I also find it humorous that these guys claims that John makes up scientific sounding terms, “Despite Hutchison’s use of pseudoscientific terminology—he bandies about made-up terms like “cronons” and “gravitons”—his work seems anything but scientific. “ Like ZOMG he used the word “pseudoscientific” that must mean like these guys are totally smart and John is a complete loon and a fraud right? Well considering that cronons and gravitrons are both recognized and/or accepted as theoretically possible in and defined by generally accepted schools of (example: string theories and M-theory) quantum mechanics, who really winds up looking ignorant here?
I would have been absolutely convinced of a hoax, if our experienced videographer could have found any evidence in John's videos of a string or attachment points or evidence of video editing to cover their proposed fishing line, but I am going to assume that he was unable to do so. I would like to be able to evaluate their video or at least still pictures captured from their video to see if attachment points or strings were detectable in their reproduction. Until then I am simply going to cop-out and use a classic pseudo-debunkers tactic on these pseudo-debunkers. Even if they did completely reproduce what is seen in the related videos, that doesn't necessarily invalidate or prove anything. But again, video, or it didn't happen.

Conclusion:
At this point I am still open to possibilities on all sides of this debate. I am honestly attempting to be neutral and fair to both sides here. I am stating that so far as a result of what I have researched; the examples, actions, attitudes and yes even blatant and/or intentional ignorance of the skeptical point of view here have been disappointing at best and have not proven a hoax or fraud. Some individuals may have even gone so far in their attempts to debunk John's results that they have opened themselves up to legal recourse. The pro John Hutchinson side doesn't so far appear to be the clear champion in this debate either, many people require complete scientific method validation, but they do have some evidence and testimony that is valid.
If anyone finds any references that are currently missing or has supplemental, new or relevant information please contribute to this topic. If I have made any mistakes in my research, constructive criticism is welcome. Again if he has been proven John Hutchison a fraud, please enlighten me, but do it with logic, evidence and some facts.

We here-by nominate the second inductee on the wall of shame Adrien Stone and friends would like to present The International Ass Clown Award to Constable Chris Bell, and the Surrey R.C.M.P. 911 call center and report desk, for outstanding achievment in human rights violations

ON January 18 2008, I was threatened, and my vehicle was damaged, by Persons living in the address of 10664 137a St. Surrey B.C. Constable Chris Bell attended. File number 7140-2008. I am the property manager of this address as well as several others in the vicinity. I had just gone to arbitration on the matter of the eviction of Connie Shellard and Vic Lasalle. I had in my possession a supreme court order of Possession which is only to be served by hand directly from myself as the agent for this property, to the tenent(s). I was not attending the residence to serve this court order, I had been informed by my employer that the tenents had planned to be out of the residence by the early afternoon. Since my employer, Peter Muker, doese not respond to business calls in the evening it was up to me to confirm the status of the home weather it be abandoned or not. This was my sole purpose for driving by on this evening. I had previously not spoken to these people since they had been implicated in providing keys to my home to another neighbour, who subsequently broke into my home. This was early september. Due to my professional responsibilities to the realty company, I had asked Peter Muker to do all of the talking to these people as I had absolutly nothing productive to say to these thieving dead-beat scammers. As I drove by the front of the home, I observed them still packing their little pickup truck, and I did not stop to say anything. I went around the block to assess the amount of debris I would have to remove in order to plan the next day. As I drove by, Vic Lassale hurled a broken vaccum cleaner at my 30 000$ show truck. I didnt realise what had occured since my windows were foggy on the side and it was pitch black outside. I heard two simultanious bangs on my vehicle, and thought for an instant I might have run over a piece of debris in the alley. I got out of the vehicle and observed Vic Lassale standing in his backyard triumphantly with his arms folded accross his chest like a
230lb tough guy. I said the first words to him since September, "did you just throw something at my f-ing truck?" he replied "ya I did, why dont you step in my yard and do something about it, I'll fucking kill ya!" I said "I'm calling the F-ing cops asshole" He replied "go ahead" I got back into my vehicle and called 911 imediately. I circled the block to give the operator the address and parked in front of the residence to await justice. Constable Chris Bell was the first to attend. I explained my side of the story, not yet knowing where or if there had been damage because of the dark. Another officer attended, and as Chris bell went in to interview, the other officer took a few notes from me, as I searched my vehicle for damages. I found 2 brand new dents in my $1357.99 hood I had just purchased in July. I have photos of my hood taken 2 days prior with no damages. I pointed this out to the officer who began to act as though I was finding damages to suit myself. He got rude as he asked me other questions he kept walking away, then said "you dont have to keep following
me around. Get back over there." At this point Constable Chris Bell came back out of the house, and I showed him what I had found on my hood. He played the same tactic saying "why did you all of a sudden find this now?" as though it wasnt pitch black or something, and I were lying. He proceeded to tell me there wasn't enough evidence to pursue charges. Neither officer went out back to even look for an object that may have been used. He told me I was being accused of harassment by these people, and I am not allowed back there for the evening. I had given him proof I was the property manager for this and many other residences in the area, and he told me to not come back that evening anyways. I had explained that I have an order of possession for the home, and they are using police to over turn a supreme court order. He continued to cause interference insisting I leave and not return at all. During the investigation, Vic stood outside puffing out his chest and acting like a tough guy mouthing me off. Of course it came as no surprise when both officers admonished me for responding to his clownish behavior, adding their own to the situation. I was treated with thinly veiled contempt from beginning to end by these two "officers". Later in the evening, I realised I left my second set of keys somewhere. And out of a one-sided gesture of respect I phoned dispatch and advised them that I needed to go back into the alley to see if I had lost them there, having turned my own home upsidedown twice looking for them. The dispach put me through to Chris Bell's car. He told me if I went there again, it would be likely he would arrest me for harassment. I should let him go look for the keys, and he would advise me if he had found them. Since I knew he could care less about my damages, obviouly they didnt even look in the back alley when all that damage was done, and I was recieving death threats, he was not to be believed or trusted or respected any further. I told him for that matter I might like to go back and follow them to their new address so I may serve them proper small claim papers to recover my losses. He began to yell in an attempt to intimidate me and repeated his threat against my own freedom, then hung up on me. I allowed the next day to come, as asked then I recieved a phone call that sounded like someone laughing, and they said, haha I bet your gonna have a real nice f-ing day! at which point I hung up. The same number called back, I hung up without answering, and tried to call the police. Constable Bell had my number blocked from the switchboard the previous evening, I tried it 5 times, got the music, and was transfered to a dial tone. I went to the station on King George and 106th? near the pawn shop. It was closed, but I met an officer outside in his car. I asked him what I was to do? The dispatch blocked my number. He replied, they cant do that, show me. I demonstrated 3 calls in a row, then he asked to see for himself. He dialed the number by hand, and repeatedly got the same reslut, 30 seconds of music, then transferred to a dial tone, at which point he tried with his own cell phone and got a different result. He told me he was on hold for at least 2 minutes as I stood and watched. All of my calles were disconnected after 30 seconds. He said it was my phone. It is in proper working order, it is not my phone. I know alot about telephone trunking systems, and software. I have alot of the equipment and was trained as a technition. I know the switchboard has the ability to block any number, or prefix, or any variety of variable options. It wouldnt be a dedicated switchboard if it didnt. The officer told me to go home and call 911 and tell them I am in fear for my life, and an officer will attend and I can make a report. I followed his instructions. I got the same beligerant operator 4 times transferred me to a dial tone, and refused to acknowledge there was anything possibly wrong with the switchboard. I was yelling at her to stop being obtuse by the 3rd call. On the fifth call, I got a different operator who seemed to have a sense of duty, and took my info on the telepbas recieving. I was called back by the supervisor, and asked what was the issue, why it took so many calls and who was the officer who tested my phone outside the detachment. I described him as best as I could. This supervisor was a curtious proffesional who was attempting to remedy the situation, relieving the operators and the switchboard of their "control" over my ability to communicate with the dispach. He advised me that he would try to find out which officer I spoke with earlier and sent him out. On my way earlier to the detachment since it was no longer the evening I was asked to keep away from my tenents, I drove past scanning for a fistfull of keys I had l ost the previous evening. Also I wanted to see if they were gone as they said they would be the evening before. They were still there. I didnt see my keys in the alley and went directly to the detachment. The constable was located by the supervisor, and attended shortly thereafter so I could report the harassing telephone calls. I discussed every aspect of the preceeding filenumber as well as my inability to be able to make a proper report which he was reluctant to admit was intentional. File number 7341-2008 was generated. He said he empathises with my situation, and even in his position had our roles been reversed, he still could do nothing if someone had done this to him, so I should accept it. I thanked him for his candor, and he attended the tenents at 10663 137a St. to advise them to keep away from me and my property. I asked if he could relay an estemate of when they were leaving, and he said he would later call me with their response. When he was still here the supervisor called back, I put him on speaker phone so the officer could hear first hand what was developing, and advised me the tenents saw me drive past and were howling harassment again. We worked out a solution where Peter Muker would finnish doing my job and serve them personally instead of me, and they would give us warning when the home was vacant. When the officer did call me back he had changed his tune, and dictated to me the tenents would be out by the 31st of January, and not to attend that residence before then. HOWEVER this completly contraviens the supreme court order of possession which was for 2 days only. He was aware of this order and restricted me from serving it under any circumstances. I also have no illusions as to what the reasons for my inappropriate treatment might be. I have a previous history with the police, and given their power of discretion I am always left holding the bag. I suggest the proper supervisor reigns in these discretionary trends before I am forced to take the law into my own hands. Obviously if I cant even make a report, I must do this. Correct? Is this your intent to push me over the edge and draw straws to see who doesnt get the brunt of it? I suggest you do your jobs. I pay your wages. Not some disgruntled evicted tenent going around threatening people who work real jobs and destroying things they are jealous of. I do your job at my level assuring there are no deviations of criminal law on our properties, ever. I report major crimes, and run out drug dealers and bikers alike who are imposing their garbage upon the world our children share. I do this with out guns, weapons, tasers, chemical sprays, or back up. I told all I knew about the Picktons, and then I found out more and told that information as well. Your job is to attend and mediate, and next time I suggets your officers uphold their responsibilities and show the respect I DESERVE. Every officer is bound by 2 sets of rules assuming they have no morals or scruples, the laws of the land, and the laws of their office. BOTH sets have been breached repeatedly in my case. I am writing this letter against Constable Chris Bell's service record under advisement of Howard Ruben, an attorney that goes after police who commit human rights violations. I offered him alot of money to go after this department, he has advised me this is the first step, to write a letter against the offending officers service record. He has also advised me that whenever I have a dispute like this, the officer can only attempt to adjust my permanent record, but they need co-operation from the crown, as well as a judge and jury. I on the other hand, have the ability to permanently adjust the officers permanent service record by writing a letter outlining my complaint in plain clear concise language. By adjusting the officers record in this mannor, they will likely be passed over for promotions when competing with another officer who has a clean service record. This letter of complaint against Constable Chris Bell would also be attached to my permanent record so future officers who interact with me might have some tact, dignity and advance warning when handeling my complaints in the future. There will be alot of them since people who are malignant and parasitic in nature often resort to using police as a tactic againt civil dispute situations that they will not get the upper hand in otherwise. A supreme court order is an order not to be reinterpreted by any one other than the supreme court. I am good at my job, and I evoke this kind of desperate behavior from people who have no options other than to comply, or call the police and make false allegations. Expect to create 30 more file numbers with my name on them this year alone, as I attempt to gain proper lawful control over unlawful improper tenents by the rules and law of the R.T.A. in this area. I will from now on be writing a letter of complaint for each violation of my rights in the future against any department or officer that sees fit to treat me as a sub-human.

I happen to write a newsletter based on high voltage engineering. My work can be found in physics text books, and scientific journals, as well as an upcomming discovery channel production. That said, I am well aware as are you that when you stun gun a person simutaniously, the voltage and amperage is lethal because it is doubled. I have no respect for nepatistic murderous gangsters such as some of those whom various police agencies employ. The R.C.M.P. can expect a feature article to be made public of their behavior at the airport, and their awareness of the physics involved. When they get stunned in training, do you use two or more units simultaneously? I have also studied martial arts under one of the the most advanced trainers in the world, Andre Noir Schwartz. (He trained the New Westminster regiments on simple hand to hand techniques, until they used those against the Hondurans to torture information from them in the 90's). During my pressure point training, I was taught to strike simultainiously both sides of the body to cause permanent nerve damage due to the multiplication effect of both sides of the nervous system clashing and shorting the bodies electro-chemical system at once violently. This coupled with the voltage and amperage multiplacation killed that polish man at the airport as certainly as though he were struck in the head with a shotgun shell. Dont even attempt to take me for a common joe, I know there are murderers in your employ. I worked for Willy Pickton personally for months, he already alluded to the direct involvement of certain Vancouver police officers in the destruction of less than perfect citizens, and their involvement of their transportation out to the farm in the trunks of impounded vehicles. My respect for the individual officers has been drasticly erroded by each and every interaction where I am treated less than fair. My website gets over 3 million hits per year and climbing, I will be launching an awareness campaign against the injustice I have been subjected to as well. I did my time. I am more educated than these officers. I make more money. My truck is nicer than theirs. I suggest the officers get over it before I take court action against the department. **FYI** I record every conversation I feel might lead to a problem for me as well. So hats off to you Constable Chris Bell, I hope you remember me as fondly as I remember you. The next time we meet, have some dignity, and show some respect, or your injuctice will be recorded for my follow up article and left for everyone to hear. How would you like people to google your name and come up with this kind of personal PR? Now you can show the family, I bet the children will be so proud. I can operate with impunity in my medium as well. There are many types of "Members". You act in accordance with your office or you will not be re-membered kindly. An official appology may cause the letter to be removed from public scrutiny. This appology would be in letter form, and be presented by the supervisor of Constable Chris Bell . And signed by Christopher Bell .

I was just at John's apt/laboratory with a camera crew for new TV series i'm co-producing and hosting. We shot for over 7 hours, in High Def, and captured some extraordinary footage.

You may ask about the HGH bottle that floated in the air for the better part of 20 min. It was constant and controlled.....stunning...:)

It seemed to have 'over-driven' some of the components, I'm not sure if that is a common problem...

Your description (below) sounds absolutely remarkable.

I would very sincerely ask you to document EVERY aspect of the experience to the best of your ability - in writing would be the best, although if you'd like to schedule some time for an audio interview I could record (you have a show as well, but there might be some advantage to a targeted recording for posterity). For instance, Harold Berndt noticed a buzzing-noise like an over-driven tube-resonance right before the event he witnessed last year - a small detail that may offer us a scientific explanation, and I suspect there may be several things like this that you might not remember noticing even a month or two from now. I'm also incredibly relieved that you got this footage on tape.

Historically speaking, the problem with Hutchison has been the following:

1. Skeptics questioning the intelligence & credibility of people witnessing the effect.
2. The claim that Hutchison is "psychic" and the effect is thus irreproducible.
3. The claim that Hutchison is performing a hoax (by tipping the room upside down, hidden wires, etc)

The "psychic" or "PK" claim has been the most insidious & pervasive: it was first listed as a possibility by John Alexander, but subsequently picked up by other scientists as evidence to explain away a series of anomalies that appeared to threaten the existing paradigm of many people's scientific knowledge. In reality Hutchison's work threatens nothing, and offers a lot of potential, but psychologically this explanation has become a tool for the scientific community to assuage their guilt at having no ready explanation for the effect.

What's REALLY needed (in your documentary, hopefully), are observers who will come forward and sincerely testify about what they've seen in an accurate manner. John Alexander has done this effectively & fairly in past programs, despite never having reportedly seen the effect himself. However, most documentaries are entirely 3rd person, and it would help very much to build public interest if you could speak in a personal manner about your experience studying the paranormal and what it leads you to believe about what you've seen.

I'd like to say three things for the record on this:

First, there are a number of possible avenues for understanding how the Hutchison Effect works, and I believe all of them will lead us to an array of remarkable new technologies. While many scientists and inventors have explored a few of these in the past, Hutchison has never had the full financial & scientific apparatus to conduct a real research effort. My own belief is that with adequate infrastructure in place, it should be possible to fully harness this effect and integrate it into today's science in a beneficial manner.

Second, while John has been the victim of small minds and some irrational fear by agencies like the Canadian EPA, I do NOT believe that he has been the victim of a conspiracy to suppress his work. However, I am completely convinced that nagging doubts and a lack of understanding by the establishment has allowed this remarkable effect to "fall through the cracks" and prevent it from receiving the rigorous study that it otherwise would.

Third, Hutchison's work continues to receive interest at the highest levels of government and academia, but several groups that I'm acquaintanced with have expressed fear that they may ruin their own reputations by investing in such an unknown phenomenon. This fear is greatly compounded by several ignorantly skeptical comments that continue to circulate.

It is because of these factors that I believe what you've already accomplished has TREMENDOUS value in terms of helping to keep the Hutchison Effect in the public spotlight and encourage public interest in what may one day lead to full-fledged scientific investigation. To date, I've found that everyone with any real knowledge of this effect and it's history does not dispute that it occurs, and while there are many different speculations on the cause, I hope that your work is yet another block in the foundation of credibility that will help John's work to change our world in a positive way.

Hang on there, skeptical scientists have just dangled a rope to hang themselves with. On an entirely different subject matter I might add. But nonethles it's there.

They claim that the Hutchison effect is due to Mr Hutchison being a psychic. This therefore means that the scientists who state this are clearly admitting that psychic phenomena can exert a force capable of moving objects.

They have just admitted that paranormal effects are real. HUNG!

It was a great time with you in good old New Westminster.

I have reached home fine with the samples you made for us and am now experimenting with them.

The big one in a platic container about the size of an old film can is the best performer. Around .55 Volt and up to .15 mA. Another big one in a small silver plated pipe with a brass rod in the middle is having .15 Volt and give .01 mA. With a load of 50 kOhm the power slowly drops. The ones in the gun shells and in the cigarette filter I have not tested to much, but I have now set up nice measuring units that take long and accurate readings. I am now getting ready to activate the ones that give now volt at the moment (about half of the samples)

Some questions:

How do I do the activation on the ones with nearly no volt. In case of the cigarette filters there is no second wire so I have to contact them as well. Should I press a wisker or probe pin onto the cristlin substance.

Hope to chat with you about the Hutchison Batteries some more soon.

Interesting! When the sun hit the batteries, the one in see through plastic, the power went way up, triple the value!

Hey hope all is well, just thinkin there may be a coincidence with the trees dying off a few years ago behind your building and last year they are dying off in front of your and my building which is particularly prominent with a birds eye view of the usually indestructible junipers dead and part dead. some of the plants in my home have behaved strangely too which i never mentioned to you before. the jasmines on occasion suddenly had completely dead and dried up leaves as did the avocados, which prior to the last few years has never happened to me before. also my big rosemary bush on the balcony corner croaked last spring. also there are cracks in the walls of each room which look like a strange pressure or wave effect results. also for a while i was plagued with fishtanks mysteriously leaking or cracking accross the bottom corners. also there were so many leaks (6+ in my suite alone) in my buildings metal pipes that they drilled and pulled them all out. i happen to have one of the drilled out cores and the rebar in it looks aged on one side and somewhat eliptical - there are many left in the basement of my bldg managers storage. if there is some time when you think i may be better off not being home just call me, dont have to mention that, and i will leave. you can visit if you'd like to, just calxxxxxxxxxxxx and leave a message with your callback number as i lost my phone book. health, wealth, happiness,

It was very nice to chat with you on the phone and thanks for telling me a little bit about the history of your experiment. Thanks also for giving me all the wonderful websites along with all the contacts you had over the years. I talked to my supervisor and a few colleagues about your work last Friday, and the general feelings I got is that they were both excited and skeptical about the experiment. The exciting part comes from seeing the 70-lbs being levitated; the skeptical part comes from the fact that there was no patent number associated with your experiment, no journals reported, and no parties have attempted to duplicate your experiment in order to recreate the same results. Some of the guys also questioned about the upper part of the screen in the video because nothing it is not shown. Anyway, I will meet my director on Friday (July 30), and try to come up with a good story... If he likes it, he will present the idea to the NASA director at the Kennedy Space Center for approval. In order to clear up some "clouds", I wonder if you could help me to provide the following:

1) A brief written history that shows a little bit of the history in a chronological order of your work from 1970's to present days (you already told me on the phone but I hope you don't mind to give me something in written form). Please also add different parties (Los Alamos, Johnson Space Center, Japan, Germany, etc.) who already stopped by, visited, or expressed interest in your experiment, and the reason why they did NOT follow through. Please also tell me the current status of your equipments (do you still own 100% of all of your equipments or still need to purchase some additional things if the funding is approved). Do you still plan to file a patent or are you still working on it?

2) A brief diagram/sketch that shows the setup of the experiment--without giving away too much "secrets". For example, the sketch should show how large the steel ball is; what's on top; what's under; what kind of radio wave you put in, the position of the Tesla coil, things in that nature.

3) A brief description of the facility that would be suitable for you to perform the experiment successfully: What kind of requirements in terms of insulation, radiation susceptibility, etc. that you need to have, the ideal location, things in that nature.

Tim: Thanks a lot for sending me the "Hutchison-Heavy-Mix.wmv" file. It's pretty cool because it shows the levitation of several objects and good music.
