I'm back! I know it's been more than a few months since i last update my blog. I was so busy with my work and i start to fall in love with potraits shooting and of course --> facebook! I shared lots of my photo through facebook and that's the only channel where i can reach my friends and family.

I'm not saying that food blogging is not fun anymore but i found something else more interesting. Should i change from a food blogger to photographer? LOL... not yet! I will still share my food findings whenever i free or when i found a great place to introduce.

Here's a dim sum restaurant that hit and beat most of the dim sum restaurant in Damansara area - Jin Xuan. There's served pretty good dim sum and thanks to FBB of introduce them to me. Give them a try when u have a chance....

The total bill was only RM 77. Cheap and nice dim sum for me ( even Hitomi love it)

I'm back! I was really busy with my work these days and blogging become my 5rd priority now. I found facebook is much more fun where i can share all my food discovery with my friend immediately. But no matter what, i will still continue to share my passion towards food to my friends here.

Here's a cafe that located in Muar, which converted from a old house. You will be surprise with the interior design as it's so unique and really make me feel home! They even converted the room to become a dining area. I personally love the toilet decor and it's an open air toilet with a nice fish bowl inside.

The food that they served was those cafe type of food which you can easily find variety of choices from local Chinese, local malay, western or even Japanese food.

Here's the Japanese curry pasta served in a huge plate. The presentation was really out of my expectation as i dun expect cafe like this will served with goo dining ware. Food presentation was nice and the Japanese curry was good too. Typical sweet Japanese curry gravy served with pasta, shredded chicken and braised carrot. Good try!

Next is the typical mee goreng served with fried chicken. I love the chicken so much as it was well marinated. Well, the only weakness was the small portion of food.

Lastly was the rendang chicken or something. I can't really recall the food name as i visited this place at least more than 4 months ago. What i remember was the strong hint of local herbs and tasty and spicy flavour of it.

Beside otak-otak, try this out when you have a chance to visit Muar.

No address this time as i lost the name card. You can ask the local as i heard that they are famous in Muar. Another landmark is that they located right opposite one of the franchise kopitiam of 434 coffee.

Uncle Seng Restaurant

It's a Sunday... and i manage take a day off after going through so much hard work... this is the only time that i can sit down in front of my laptop and do some personal stuff. I miss the days where i can update my food blog daily.

Here's another review about a restaurant which strongly recommend by my good friend. Uncle Send Restauran located around the Inti and Tailor college shop houses area (Not easy to find for myself who is not familiar with Subang Jaya area). When i first drove pass the shop house, i saw a big crowd outside the shop waiting to be seated... as a food blogger, i'm sure i wait for that! What is so famous about this restaurant? Noodle.. yes, freshly made noodle!

Well, it's a simple restaurant that run by the owner themselve. The restaurant is hot but seems most of the customer doesn't mind on that. Something make me curious is the bottle of home-made chili sauce on the table. My friend said that i will definitely know the reason later.

We go for the braised pork knuckle noodle (RM6.10)... when it first arrived, i did feel that the noodle is a bit "off colour" which is not appetising at all.. but after explanation from my friend, i finally found out how do i consume it.

Pour in as many home-made chili sauce as you like... mix them evenly and start to slurp.....

The noodle is definitely red in colour but dun worry, it's not as spicy as it look. The chili taste sweet and it just blend so well with the fresh noodle. The noodle is silky smooth and the braised pork was well cooked and flavourful too.

We also ordered the curry chicken with deep fried pork noodle (RM 7.10) The curry chicken was a bit "Chinese style" which is not so much of curry powder flavour.... it tasted good too.

Char siew noodle (RM 4.60 ) was rather normal. The char siew is a bit dry but the noodle still make up the meal!

We also ordered the additional deep fried pork (RM 6). Sliced marinated deep fried pork is so good to eat it on its own!

If you want a simple delicious noodle meal, here's what i will recommend you. But prepare to bring more tissue paper!

Fong Lye, The Gardens

Which is the most famous restaurant in The Gardens Shopping Mall? I guess out of 10 of your friends, 8 will said Fong Lye Restaurant. Ya, they have the best business so far ( i guess ) and you can alwiz see huge crowd waiting to be seated outside the restaurant especially weekends. Don't worry about the waiting time, you can either sit outside, enjoy a cup of ice refreshing drinks complimentary from them, or you can shop around while waiting for your number... :P

This restaurant is a master for fine Taiwanese food and of course one of the Taiwan signature food is the Taiwan Pig Intestine Mee Sua台湾大肠面线 (RM 9.80). The mee sua was cooked in the delicious thick broth with pig intestine. Love the intense flavour of it and of course the way they served the food!

Next is this Hot & Spicy sauce with braised pig intestine, tofu, egg, pork meat and other stuff (RM 16.50) which i dunno what is that. For those who can't take hot food, better dun order this... Well, i like this very much as it will gave you a strong "kick" ...

Sweet Potato Ball (RM 5.30) is also something that you must order. Why? Seems like every table will have this! I like the texture of it which is a bit chewy.. not too strong in taste but this is definitely something special.

For those who love strong flavour food, i guess this "3 cup chicken set" or "sam bui gai" or "三杯鸡" (RM 19.80) is going to be your good choice! The combination of a cup of sesame oil, a cup of Chinese cooking wine and a cup of light soy sauce created a great and thick flavour for this dish and i love the hint of Thai basil leaves in it.

The "sam bui gai"set that i ordered comes with a piece of fried tofu fish cake, spring roll, salad, soup and a bowl of braised pork rice aka 卤肉饭. By eating just the rice and the braised minced pork itself is consider delicious and try to imagine adding some thick gravy from the chicken dish and the piece of tasty chicken.. yum yum

The dessert - Iced green bean milk (RM 7.30) was a bit disappointing as it basically shaved iced topped with green bean and a scoop of ice-cream. Nothing special to me.

If you looking for some chinese style food that served pork in midvalley or gardens area, i guess this is one of the restaurant that you must try. The price a on the high side definitely but it's ok if we dine once a while...

Sushi Groove, Sunway Pyramid

Seems like i visit Sushi Grove quiet often everytime i visit Sunway Pyramid. Well, i alwiz link them with fast and cheap japanese restaurant, Further more, they did a lot of promotion and discount too.

We ordered the Unagi Roll (RM18.90) This must b a fusion sushi as it served warm! unagi rolled with sushi rice and added with a drop of mayo cheesie thingi... not bad!

Curry Bibimbab (RM 16.90) a.k.a japanese cury with rice and chicken katsu. The portion is huge and the Japanese curry was good!

Tori Chicken (RM 14.90) is another dish that i usually order. The taste of it is very much localise.

A simple & quick japanese dinner.

文丁美食探索之路

前阵子为了餐馆要找些古董....就跟友人到位于SEREMBAN 的文丁碰碰运气, 怎知被我发觉到几家相当古老有名的小贩.

真的没想到还有人会在用碳在灶头上炒粿条.

炒粿条面虽然没想象和期待中好吃......但,怀久的滋味还是填满了脑袋... 饱饱的....

还有这不可不试的手酿豆付. 酿肉多是用猪肉碎做成的, 所以口感比较粗糙及扎实.... 但味道却不比鱼肉差.

炎热的天气来一杯冰冷的椰水当然是最享受不过....

接下来就是这在炒粿条面档口斜对面的路边摊.卖这一种叫"煎long包" 或"ban zheng ger" 的小吃. 天啊!真是卧虎藏龙啊!　味道真是太棒啦！　花生碎及甜甜的玉米所产生的美味真是无法能形容．．

偶尔离开繁华的都市，　看看小地方的最不起眼的事物，有时也是一种享受的体验.．．．

Maju Palace, KL

Yes, Hitomi craving for dim sum...... and that's why i brought them to Maju Palace to try out the dim sum there (good reason for me to come again......hehe)

Justin and Hideaki were invited too!

Let's do the dimsum party!!! We first started with this fish meat wrapped with wanton skin, topped with mayonnaise and sesame seed. A very creative recipe from the chef that combine the east and the west!

According to the captain, this is the new dim sum menu! Something like chee cheong fun from the outlook.

But after we cut it, then only we realise there's fried prawn roll with some vege in it. It makes the texture so crispy! GOod try! End up we ordered 2 of this!

Next is the super huge "dai bao" that use a big plate to steam and served. This is definitely bigger than the famous " yip ji mei dai bao"

Oohh... the taste was great! Bare in mind, it's Halal! There's small abalone, chicken, turnips, egg and mushroom.. I'm sure u wont regret...

This is something new to me too - The fried fish skin. Crispy in texture and u can just treat it like twisties!!

Ketam Steamboat, Bandar Manjalara, Kepong

Steamboat is alwiz the top ranking whenever i dine with parents as my mum love steamboat so much. Like they said, when the age grow older, they prefer soupy and simple food. Bandar Manjalara is of course famous of the steamboat restaurant selection. I believe there is more than 10 steamboat shop that serve good steamboat.

Hideaki is definitely following us to anywhere we go....... this is the picture of him while waiting for food...

When come to steamboat, we need to wait patiently for the soup to boil. Then only we can throw in all the ingredients...

My friend brought me to this place - Logenhaus restaurant which i drove pass thousand time but never think of trying out. When i entered the shop, i was shocked as the restaurant was full!

After seated and oreder taken, we was served with this garlic bread..

And we enjoyed our beer with the garlic bread while waiting for our food.

We started with a Logenhaus special salad which comes with specialty sauce. I like the fresh ingredients that they used which make the salad tasted good!

For French onion soup fans, here's the soup that you shouldn't miss! Clear onion soup soaked with bread and covered with a thick layer of cheese.. oh... heavenly good!

Initially we opt for their house specialty which is the roasted chicken but sad that all was sold out that night. Without any choice, we ordered the crispy chicken chop. Huge piece of fried breaded chicken, to go together with homemade mushroom sauce... hmm.. not bad.

I love my charboiled lamb chop! Normally lamb chop will comes with a lot of bone and fats but this one was all meat! It's just good to fill up my stomach!

If you looking for a simple western food with affordable price, this is what you should try, The whole bill was only RM 84.40.

I think this is my 3rd time to this Dim Sum place in Puchong... simply because this is the only dim sum shop which is acceptable in taste in Puchong area (judgement on few months back as i didn't explore Puchong food for more than few months )

The waiter will push over the dim sum cart for us to choose.........

My usual favourite siew mai...

Har Gao with fresh prawns inside. I love the translucent thin layer of it

Overall, the dim sum here is acceptable and cheap but i think they need to improve in the number of service staff as it's very difficult to call their staff to attend to us...

Nice Soup Gang Restaurant, Kepong 靓汤一族

For those who live in Kepong, I think you should know this famous place. I heard of this place from a family who live in Puchong and now i got a chance to try it out! This restaurant located in the middle of a shop lot and they just look so normal. But when u flip through their menu, you will be impressed as the menu was those similar to huge Chinese banquet chain restaurant. Their menu ranges from shark fins to abalone. You name it, u got it.

Since they named their shop as "nice soup gang", of course we should try out their soup! This is the two chicken and Chinese herbs soup which i can't recall their Chinese name at all. But i still remember the sweetness of the soup and these were real good! The taste of soup is 100% pure and from the ingredients of the soup!

Next is the Herbal Chicken. For those who like Chinese herbs and chicken, this is probably the dish you can't miss. The chicken was cooked for long hour until the meat texture turned soft and the taste of Chinese herbs was all soaked into the chicken. The chicken was like melted in your mouth! I especially love the gravy!

Next is this ginger and spring onion fish. The fish was soft and delicious with the super appetizing gravy! ! I really love dishes that cooked with lots of ginger and spring onion!

The braised "Dong Bo Yuk" is also a great choice! Reddish gravy with 3 layer soft pork meat makes you craving for more. Too bad they were out of the "mantou". If not, that will perfect!

The tofu and vege were the only normal dish that we ordered that day.

The price here is not cheap if you treat it as normal restaurant. But if you compare the ingredients that they used with Chinese banquet restaurant , the price definitely is reasonable....

Toast Box, Mid Valley

My friend recommend me to try this place few month ago in Mid Valley, which according to him, they served pretty nice toast and coffee. Well, we ordered a few dish... which...... acceptable. The half-boiled egg was half boiled, the coffee was tasted like coffee (not so to my liking as i prefer stronger coffee)

We did ordered the otak-otak toast too. The Otak-otak was those with lots of herbs ( towards nyonya style i guess ) and I still prefer those original from Muar which have more spices and chili in it!! But i love the thick toast very much.

If you look for a place where u can have a sip of coffee while enjoy your ciggi, i think this is one of the option, with free view of a lot of customer walking pass... haha

Maju Palace Chinese Restaurant, Maju Junction, KL

These picture was taken during CNY period which i kept it for so long until i almost forgot to blog about it. Maju Palace, a place where you can find good Halal dimsum and Chinese food.

Since it's CNY, we go for the Halal Yee Sang which served with a combination of fresh vegetables and fruits, crispy "pok chui" and abalone sliced... Love the "yee sang" as it was not too sweet. Good point about this "yee sang" is that they used a lot of fresh vegetables and fresh fruits as the condiment which make it more delicious compared to those using pickles...

Beside Yee Sang, we also ordered some dim sum such as this banana and prawn wrap. It's crispy and you can tasted the sweetness from banana and the freshness of prawn at one bite! Good!

"Char Siew Sou" was good too and alwiz remember, their "char siew" was using chicken instead of pork but yet still manage to maintain the main character and taste of "char siew"...

Since it's only two of us and the "yee sang" portion was too huge, we only manage to order that much. I will definitely come back for more!

Conclusion : Halal Dim Sum can definitely taste better than normal dim sum..

This is not my first time here as alwiz bring my friends to try out this place when ever I'm craving for Taiwanese food...

This round, I'm lucky enough to invite CY for dinner..

We first started with the Sesame Pig's Intestine (芝麻大肠) This become one of my favourite dish here as the pork intestine is coated with sesame seed and it's so crispy ...

Next is the asparagus with gingko.... a bit normal but i love the idea of ginko in it ....

Butter Eel is a dish which you can't miss out too! The light buttery powder with curry leaves enhance the overall flavour of fried eel... the eel was nicely fried which still maintain the moisture of the fish meat.

and next is the very famous bamboo yam rice. nice fragrance of yam rice and i think this time taste so much better compared to previous visit..!

The "O Ni" aka Yam and Gingko pudding is something that make you craving for more. The hot and soft yam paste was so nice to eat... you can take away too if you like..

Kopitiam is mushrooming nowadys as you can find kopitiam in every corner. One day I happen to drop by Plaza Mt Kiara and decided to tahe my lunch there....

Prawn mee... I love the soup of the prawn me as it is not too spicy and with a nice hint of prawn......

My order of chicken rice is kinda weird this time as it comes with a half braised egg. I guess this must be the Hainan style fo serving chicken rice?????

Overall, a normal kopitiam with food which i won't complaint much.......

Brussel Beer, Jaya One

Need a place to chill out, enjoy a glass of beer ?? ...... probably this is one of the latest drinking place..

Usually i will go for my Hoeegarden which priced at RM 28. By looking at the price, this place sell expensive imported beer compare to others restaurant and pubs. But again, they manage to capture most crowd compared to the rest simply becoz they have better ambiance?? or they should thx to WMW that make them so famous?? hehehe...

Beside beers, you can go for some side snacks such as this -----> Roasted Pork (RM18.80) Not a bad choice but the "Siew yok" texture is a bit tough to me.

Total bill came up to be RM 84.50 for two person, each of us one beer. Expensive? It depends as sometime we pay for the ambiance too.. :-)

I'm not sure if you aware of a hidden chicken rice place @ Jalan Imbi. This is one of my friend's favourite chicken rice stall.

If you love pork meat ball, you shouldn't miss this! The meatball texture is those springy type and it's tasty.

I alwiz love my chicken rice to be with a lot of dark soy sauce.....

We ordered the char siew and steamed chicken.... The char siew was those lean meat part which alwiz is my favourite. Although it is not as good the other char siew shop, but it is good enough to satisfy my hunger towards char siew and chicken...

Something to share here was the chicken feet skin..... very nice texture which u can hear the "crunchy" sound when u bite on it...

Do try this place out and let me know........... It's opposite Imbi pasar, near to the Palace Chinese Restaurant.

Ole-ole Bali, Soho KL

Soho KL is one of the hip place to hang out as there are a lot of restaurant and pubs..... one day, i decided to explore Tenji Buffet restaurant since they are doing some good promotion.. But when we arrived there, i change my mind as the crowd turn me away.....

Rather than go directly for food, i took my Canon 45oD for photo shooting :P

After survey around that area, we decided to try out Ole-ole Bali.......

I was really impressed with the deco and interior design of it... it's so comfort and really brings out the feel of Bali with the Balinese music....

We started with Chicken Salad (RM13). It's a real good choice as it served with a lot of fresh vegetables, crackers, grilled chicken and with the special home-made peanut sauce. Love the sauce so much because it's very appetizing.

Next is the Soto Ayam soup (RM11) A bowl of clear chicken soup with lots of shredded chicken, and nasi ketupat, served with a piece of garlic bread. Very tasty soup!

We also ordered the Nasi Ayam Bertutu (RM25). A big plate of rice served with a huge piece of over-burnt marinated chicken piece, keropok, vegetables and others condiment. The combination is good but i just feel that the chicken was slightly burnt.

Lastly, the Chicken Apokat. It's a bit normal because i feel that the piece of chicken is kinda similar in taste with all the dish that i order. Hmmm... i guess they use the same cooking method of chicken for the salad and also the sandwich.

I'm sure that i will come back for more as i really love the environment.

Early of this year, i had a chance to visit Jusco, Seremban II and to my surprise, there's a lot of F & B outlet and one of it that catch my attention is this 又一城 Hong Kong restaurant. I think they name it after the 又一村@ Sungai Wang.

The decor is very cozy with a lot of wooden bird cage as pendant light. Nice and comfort.....

The menu variety is huge until i need to take more time to read through the menu. It's really a tough decision as most of the food generate my interest.

When come to HK style restaurant, definitely must order their milk tea... trust me, they did a very good milk tea!

End up i ordered the cheesie baked rice with pork chop. Hu hu .... i love this so much as topped wit lots of cheese and the rice is humid and flavourful with white sauce. The pork chop is tender too! Comparing to Kim Gary, this version is so much better.

The Cantonese Hor Fun tasted good too with great "wok hei". The eggie starchy gravy is definitely my favourite!

Black pepper Udon with seafood have a strong hint of black pepper taste and it will sure make you crave for more! I alwiz love the texture of udon noodle as it is not too soft...

Fried wanton with cheese....

My friend ordered the black pepper beef rice and according to him, tasted very very nice because the beef is superb tender.

Well, this is a great HK food restaurant that worth trying..

Kikyo Japanese restaurant, Bandar Puteri Puchong

Have you ever thought of having Japanese food @ Puchong area? It happen to me once and that's why we explore on this place.... kinda hidden away in the middle of shop houses opposite kiwi cafe in Bandar Puteri Puchong... according to the waitress, they operate more than 2 years already..... cool!

Simple and clean Japanese interior design.........

They did promotion of a California roll for RM 2. Honestly i do not put a high hope on the quality of a RM 2 California roll but it surprised me when i try on it! The ingredients were fresh and tasted good!

Kaisen Miso Ramen RM 15. Clear soupy ramen with boiled egg and meat. I love the sweet broth of it.

Kani Unatama for RM 16. It's a good try as the soft shell crab as fried till crispy, wrapped with seaweed together with fresh salmon. It then drizzled with some sauce and topped with sesame seed which make it tasted even better!

I go for their dinner promotion which is the bento set. It served with Japanese white rice, Japanese style deep fried chicken, miso soup and salad which only priced @ RM 19.90. The fried chicken cubed was tasty and fresh! Not only that, it also come with fried Mackerel Fish with tofu in white radish soup with green pepper and enoki mushroom. When i ordered that, i really afraid that they give me non-fresh food because the time we dine in, there was no one ( around 9pm ). Luckily the food is far beyond my expectations. It's value for money, tasty and served in huge portion. I guess this is another good place for me to dine when I'm craving for reasonable priced Japanese restaurant.

They also did a super cheap promotion which is the RM 1 ice-cream. But FYI, i had this meal in month of January and I'm not sure if they still have the same promotions.

Dominos Pizza

31 December 2008, we decided to enjoy our new year eve in a less hassle and easy way....

We started with chilled white wine, with some cheese and french loaf...

And we dial 1300888333 for Domino's Pizza. While chatting and enjoying our wine, the pizza delivered less than 30 minutes.... gosh... i really hope that the delivery will be late at least 1 minute to see if they really give me a free pizza voucher !! LOL......

The set that we ordered was RM 50 which consist of these..... a hot and soft bread....!! I dunno what is the name of this bread but the bread is really soft (even it looks hard from outside ), sprinkle with some dried herbs.. it is served together with a small cups of sauce too.... and please dipped the bread with some sauce as it really enhance the overall flavour of the bread!

This is something like Hawaiian chicken pizza wt lots of chicken n pineapple....somehow after i try domino's pizza, i think i will never go for PH again.... D's pizza is so much better in terms of taste , price and ingredients...

The other regular size pizza was the BBQ version. I love the BBQ sauce that they used for the pizza so much! Not too salty, and blend very well with the minced chicken in it. I think one plus point about D's pizza is that they manage to deliver the pizza in a hot temperature which still give a good texture for it!

At last, RM 50 also inclusive of a large bottle of coke and the hot and spicy chicken wings!!! Wuuu... this is my favourite among all.... nicely marinated which give us a good hot kick!!!

I guess i will order more often if i want a fast delivery food to deliver to my door step!

I was really busy these days for business. No time for gym, no time for friends and family and of course no time to do food blogging. Luckily FBB called me for lunch today and u know what, i made it! Well, it was a nice lunch with him and ciki ( a new food blogger that i know today ) We have so much fun and topic to talk about! Too bad my lunch break was too short! Look forward for the next round........ opssss...... i still havent go "char siew" with WMW....

Let's come back to a back dated review sometime last year. This is my second time to Ming Room restaurant and i definitely love their food very much!

We started with a very creative fo0d - fried enoki mushroom coated with sesame seed! Imagine the nice aroma of the sesame seed with the crispy fried enoki mushroom.... pls make sure you eat as fast as you can before it turns cold.

This is the steamed scallop har gao.... nice texture of it as i can feel the crisp texture of the prawn....

Very delicious char siew bao ---> the way i like it as the char siew is those sweet caramalized type... yum yum

Is this "Yip ZHi MEi" dai bao? no no no.... this steamed "Dai Bao" is real huge and the special part about it is that the whole bun was steamed together with the dinner plate!!! Really good white bun skin with lots of quality ingredients inside like chicken, mushroom, egg and chicken..

After those "light" food, let's start with some heavy one. The fried prok slice! This is the MUST TRY item........ marinated with "lam yu" ( if not mistaken ), deep fried till golden brown and sliced...... this is probably one of the best fried pork i've had.

Claypot rice wine chicken!!!!!!! This is the dish that i can't stop myself from ordering.. simple irresistable sweet rice wine with lots of ginger and black fungus!! I love it as the wine taste was strong yet not overly powerly.

After the chicken, we ask for another claypot dish ---> Pork tripe soup with salted vege! Nice combination and we all love the soup base!

The fried loh bak gou was pretty good though not spectacular.. i like the slightly chewy outer layer tho.....

Trust me, this is a dish that you shouldn't miss out! Their char siew is the BESTTTTTTT!!! It's sweet, caramelized, soft and "juicy" ( haha... is there such word to explain the char siew??"

And at last, the roasted pork aka siew yok! Look closely and I'm sure you will in love with it! Crispy skin and soft meat texture! Well done! Try to dipped it with mustard and sugar........good!

Dessert time! I got myself a "Guai Leng Gou" which was very nice ! Not too sweet ....

I can't recall the name of this dessert. Something like jelly with Aloe Vera flavour! Nice choice too!

FYI, Last year they use to have promotion of 20% on weekends if you pay before 12 noon but I'm not sure they still continue with that promotion or not. Do try this place out for great food!

"No Name" CHicken Rice, Restaurant Tea Kee

I'm not sure if you guys still remember that i blog about Ah Chai Wanton Noodle in Puchong... Here's another simple food review about another hawker stall inside Restaurant Tea Kee..

This chicken rice stall is operate by a humble Chinese ladies which i can't see any name of the stall. So i called it "No Name". The reason why i introduce them is that i really love the rice!!!! The rice is not over flavoured, not too oily. I love the ginger aroma of the rice so much..

Even though their boiled chicken is not the best, but i still think they are good! Chicken meat is tender, not over cooked and the soy sauce gravy is just nice to go with the rice.

If you want something more, then u can consider to order the super delicious char siew from Ah Chai Wanton Noodle. The owner is kind enough to sell the char siew without the wanton noodle. Yum yum...

Reunion Lunch, V-Garden, Klang

It's the day before CNY and we do our usual reunion lunch for the whole family. This year, rather than usual home cook food, we choose to dine out!

And this year, we have a new family member's who join us ----> Hideaki

Yeah... in Klang. The only restaurant with big room to cater for big family with karaoke system is ----> the V-Garden.

We started off with the abalone "yee sang" which used abalone sliced instead of fresh salmon fish.

"Lou aaaaaaa!!!!"

This version is not as fresh as "Yee Sang" from Oriental Pavilion but the taste is still good.

5 Happiness - unlike others banquet food, this combination of food is served really hot and i love the taste of each type of food especially the braised some kind of fish n meat ball with dried scallop...

Crab meat and shark's fins soup

Braised mushroom with broccoli, fish maw and abalone. This is alwiz my favourite as i love mushroom and vege.

Steamed fish is also a thumbs up dish as the simple cooking method actually makes the fresh fish taste the best!

This is something that i wan to compliment too! The golden brown cube is actually deep-fried pork ribs which is well marinated. The outer layer tasted a bit sandy but yet special, which i dunno what powder they use to coat the ribs! It's definitely a good choice. One the same plate, they also served with salad prawn!
