The international system exists to protect the investment companies have made and prevent ‘passing off’ like fake Gucci handbags and avoid consumer confusion. Better that you create your own successful brand as you seem to have and consider registering the trade mark to prevent others getting in on your action. Im currently one of the UK's largest sellers of loose stones, and sales have gone from strength to strength over the 4 years.<BR/><BR/>Originally, my eBay username was DIAMONDGEEZER_UK but I actually received an email from DiamondGeezer.Com, threatening me with legal action if I didnt change this name. I did this, as 1, it wasnt really an issue what my username was, and also my username is now Handleys_Simulates which Im perfectly happy with, as its personal to me.
