Bad Advise from a Retired Husband

It is important for men to remember that, as women grow older, it becomes harder for them to maintain the same quality of housekeeping as when they were younger. When you notice this, try not to yell at them. Some are oversensitive, and there's nothing worse than an oversensitive woman.

My name is Jim. Let me relate how I handled the situation with my wife, Pat. When I retired a couple years ago, it became necessary for Pat to get a full-time job along with her part-time job, both for extra income and for the health benefits that we needed. Shortly after she started working, I noticed she was beginning to show her age. I usually get home from the golf club about the same time she gets home from work.

Although she knows how hungry I am, she almost always says she has to rest for half an hour or so before she starts dinner. I don't yell at her. Instead, I tell her to take her time and just wake me when she gets dinner on the table. I generally have lunch in the Men's Grill at the club so eating out is not reasonable. I'm ready for some home-cooked grub when I hit that door. She used to do the dishes as soon as we finished eating, but now it's not unusual for them to sit on the table for several hours after dinner.

I do what I can by diplomatically reminding her several times each evening that they won't clean themselves. I know she really appreciates this, as it does seem to motivate her to get them done before she goes to bed.

Another symptom of aging is complaining, I think. For example she will say that it is difficult for her to find time to pay the monthly bills during her lunch hour. But, boys, we take'em for better or worse, so I just smile and offer encouragement. I tell her to stretch it out over two or even three days. That way she won't have to rush so much. I also remind her that missing lunch completely now and then wouldn't hurt her any (if you know what I mean). I like to think tact is one of my strong points.

When doing simple jobs, she seems to think she needs more rest periods. She had to take a break when she was only half-finished mowing the yard. I try not to make a scene. I'm a fair man. I tell her to fix herself a nice, big, cold glass of freshly squeezed lemonade and just sit for a while. And, as long as she is making one for herself, she may as well make one for me too.

I know that I probably look like a saint in the way I support Pat. I'm not saying that showing this much consideration is easy. Many men will find it difficult. Some will find it impossible! Nobody knows better than I do how frustrating women get as they get older. However, guys, even if you just use a little more tact and less criticism of your aging wife because of this article, I will consider that writing it was well worthwhile After all, we are put on this earth to help each other.

On July 8th, 2009 Jim suddenly died of a perforated rectum. The police report says he was found with a Calloway extra-long 50-inch Big Bertha Driver-II golf club jammed up his rear end, with barely 5 inches of grip showing, and a sledge hammer laying nearby. His wife Pat was arrested and charged with murder. The all-woman jury took only 10 minutes to find her Not Guilty, accepting her defense that Jim, somehow without looking, accidentally sat down on his golf club.

Barrage Live In Concert, Redlands

Last night I had the privilege of seeing the world renowned Barrage live in concert. As their site describes “this high-octane fiddle-fest features an international, multi-talented cast performing an eclectic mix of music, song & dance. The young, hip cast delivers the show with amazing energy and musical virtuosity described.”

I say their not only high-octane. They are truly HI-CALIBER. I sat there in total awe as they played music styles including but not limited to swing, classical, rock, blue grass, Chinese folk, Acadian fiddle tune, Irish melodies, jazz, Caribbean to Ukrainian.

LA Daily News described Barrage as “After an evening of performing jigs on rocket fuel, it’s no wonder that more than a few horsehairs snapped on their bows.”

Seeing this concert at the historical Redlands Bowl amphitheatre made it even better. No matter where you are in the WWW. When Barrage comes to your Country, State or town… go see them.

Lawyer H. Beatty Chadwick Freed from Prison on Bogus Charges

We often do investigations on behalf of our family law clients. However some of them eventually turn into criminal defense cases as well.

That is when a bitter and vindictive soon to be former spouse makes false allegations against our client. At that point we run the two investigations in concert with each other. With an emphasis now on the criminal defense side.

Below is the story where prominent Lawyer H. Beatty Chadwick was imprisoned for allegedly failing to pay alimony to his former wife Barbara Applegate. The problem is Judge Joseph Cronin ASSumed that Lawyer H. Beatty Chadwick had secretly hidden millions of dollars from the court and his X wife. So the judge sent him to prison for over a decade.

Thankfully after this atrocious abuse of judicial power, and 14 years later, Lawyer H. Beatty Chadwick was just released from prison. I say some jail time for the previous judge.

Yes some people do hide funds.

Last August we were hired by a woman to locate her X husbands’ money. She had a judgment to seize his funds, but there were no more funds in his bank account. After she hired us we surprisingly found over $100,000.00 cash in another bank, in another State. But don’t even consider calling us, unless you have a judgment and are willing to pay up front thousands of dollars.

Vehicle vs Motorcyle Collision Redlands

It seems that ‘stuff happens’ around me while I’m doing surveillance. You may remember my San Bernardino caper where when I was watching my subject; when another unrelated pair of suspects broke into a few vehicles.

On July 6th, 2009 in the morning I was doing surveillance in Redlands when a horrific vehicle verses motorcycle collision occurred on the corner of San Mateo St and Brookside Ave. I shot some film and uploaded two of many photos.

The above photos show some of Redlands finest doing a fine job. I haven’t had time to find out what happened until today.

The Redlands Daily Facts advised the motorcycle rider was a 20-year old male and is still in critical condition.

Methamphetamine Disguised as Vitamins

Recently police officers from an agency I will not disclose performed an undercover drug buy. After their hand to hand transaction was completed, a Federal search warrant was singed by a judge and then executed.

I will not disclose the name of the officer; however he drafted a memo that warns others about this form of methamphetamine. They recovered 14,000 pills in this warrant search (photo above.)

They advised these pills are from South East Asia and are coming in via the Mexican border. The above picture taken by the police depicts how these pills are stored, transported and distributed for sale. This photo shows how the dealers utilized cut pieces of straws and vitamin jars. Each unit contains 10 pills. The picture illustrates vitamin jars full of these cut straws. Each straw (one unit) contains ten pills.

Let’s do the math. The street value of these pills is $10.00 each. 14,000 x $10.00 = $144,000.00 worth of pills in this one photo.

This drug is killing our kids, cops and is destroying America. This is another reason why we’ve got to shut down our borders and enforce the immigration laws, not change them.

The EPA Cover-up and Lies

A world renowned scientist and senior systems research analyst for the EPA decided to do the right thing. He spoke the truth revealing Government corruption.

Dr Alan Carlin a 38 year veteran of the EPA wrote a 98 page document on a factual study that contradicted what Al Gore, the EPA and others alike would want us to believe regarding the phenomena of global warning and greenhouse gases.

However another Government official did not want Dr Carlins’ hard work revealed, so they made his document disappear. That was when Dr Carlin broke the code of silence and went to the media. Folks you can try to cover up the truth, but the truth never changes.

Senator James Inhofe of Oklahoma has demanded an investigation into the matter.

This 98 page document can be viewed below. Also can be viewed are some emails from EPA Government officials that have tried to ‘silence the bell’ that Dr Alan Carlin has already rung. We would like to commend and thank Dr Carlin for his meritorious service. Lets just hope they don't terminate him.

Four Reasons Why Gun Sales Are Up
The fear on the street is palpable. Ever since the election of Barack Obama as President of these United States in November 2008, coupled with the election of a democrat party majority in both the U.S. House and Senate, concern for the United States and personal safety has ignited like a fire in dry grass.

Sales of guns – black guns, rifles, shotguns and handguns (particularly 9mm) everywhere, have gone through the roof. AR15s have literally flown off of dealer shelves, and only now in the spring of 2009, have I seen the display samples of ARs begin to reappear on the wall of my favorite shooting emporium after the initial post election rush.

Manufacturers of ARs are still working to catch up and some of the major suppliers are as much as 150,000 guns behind. Not only that, ammo is in the shortest supply I have ever seen in the 43 years of my shooting life. Have you recently tried to get 5.56 mm, 9mm or even 380 ammo?

Supplies of 5.56 mm and 9mm ammo are in short supply due to the black gun buying craze; .380ACP because of the rise in people getting concealed carry permits and the resurgence of interest in convenient 380 handguns like the fine Ruger LCP. In fact, in doing a review of the Ruger LCP, my gun store only had a small supply of ONE .380 round on hand, the Winchesters 95-grain SXT, which they had just gotten in. Unfortunately, I had to do a 30-round review of that pistol. There was none other to be found.

The 5.56 mm was the first caliber to noticeably be in short supply. This was first due to the war effort, the headlong adoption of 5.56 mm rifles by law enforcement agencies ever since the great LAPD bank robbery and shootout, the general shooting public interest in and acceptance of the AR15 weapons system along with a realization that yes, the AR does have sporting purpose, and of course now, this new fear that is on the street.

Sales of ARs also went up following 9/11.

What is odd about this new fear is that it is not coming from the average citizen gun owner out there, but it is coming from what to me is an almost shocking source: street cops.

Street cops and SWAT cops that I know from various agencies – rural, suburban and metro – in my area are scared. Cops that before November 2008 never gave much thought (that I knew of anyway) to politics or more importantly to gun rights.

For the most part, these are the guys that didn’t generally have any interest in shooting or gun ownership beyond keeping track of where their duty gun is, and a few of them didn’t even do that so well.

The guys I am talking about now are some of the same guys who used to not even carry off duty on a regular basis- but not anymore. They don’t scare easily, defenders of the Constitution of this State and the United States (as our oath of office reads), have been buying ARs, survival gear, and all the ammo they can lay their hands on. All of them (or I should say “us”) have been discussing and have been acquiring guns to provide a layered perimeter defense.

We want something in .308 (or in my case a superb M1 Garand in .30-06) for covering the outer perimeters, 5.56 mm weapons for mid-range use (for some with more limited funds, the AK-47 and 7.62×39 cartridge will suffice), and for the close up stuff shotguns and handguns (love my Benelli M4 Tactical
and Beretta 92 9mm).

What are we suddenly so afraid of? Well in our discussions it seems to boil down to four areas.

First, fear of federal government intrusion into our lives. Every time I look at or listen to the news, there is something new and intrusive coming out of the Obama administration and this Congress. New tax schemes, government-run Canadian-style health care, a volunteer citizen defense force (whatever that is, what happened to the National Guard?) equipped with funding similar to our military, forced voluntary “service” after retirement, a lack of a southern border with hordes of illegal and criminal aliens pouring over our border, the swine flu scare as well as government forced closing of thousands of privately held Chrysler and GM dealerships, which will be the final nail in the coffin for these companies and the list goes on and on.

But these items in the news are just the tip of the iceberg. We can’t seethe full impact of these actions yet, but we don’t know what was added into the thousand of pages of stimulus package bills in the dead of night yet. I predict however that when the plans contained in the stimulus packages go into effect, a lot of us are going to be surprised if not shocked by what has suddenly and sweepingly changed.

What also scares us is the second, well-founded fear that there is an assault weapons ban looming, one that would make the Clinton Ban appear like a look of disdain in comparison. I remember well the 1990s and the Clinton years: the rise of militia groups, the “black helicopter” rumors and paranoia, all of which was motivated by the Brady Law and the Assault Weapon’s ban.

What if a new ban comes requiring registration or confiscation and turn-in of banned weapons as what happened in Australia? I watched cops and citizens alike purchase these guns at $900 dollars and more, with custom or tricked out guns easily running into the $2,000 range.

Then add on all the accessories, red dots, lights, slings and anything else you can name and you may have up to $3,000 wrapped up in your rig. I saw the looks in their eyes. These purchasers weren’t spending this kind of money just to turn in the guns for no compensation when a government tells them to. I foresee much civil disobedience coming down the road.

Americans are citizens, and not subjects like the British, Canadians or Australians. They just don’t always obey the law blindly and not one officer or citizen that I spoke to said anything like “I hope I get to keep this gun for awhile before they are banned; They are fun to shoot, so I would hate to give it up.” It isn’t going to happen, so the cop on the street and the soldier on the base needs to think now what he will do if the orders come down. I think you all get what I am saying here.

Which leads me to the third fear, that there is a revolution coming, yes, a revolution on the scale of the original American Revolution. You can hear this topic discussed on many of the talk radio shows by even the big name hosts. The possibility of an armed revolution against the U.S. government is being discussed, albeit very gingerly and fleetingly and as something to be avoided, which it is. I never heard this mentioned in the 90s.One of my quietest, low profile officer friends brought it up the other day.

He said that at some point in the near future, he felt there is going to be an armed revolt if things keep going the way they are. Something has got to give. I was shocked. Yes, I had heard this from some of my more radical cop friends in the past, but to hear it from a guy like this was unprecedented. Now, these guys are not saying this will happen to foment revolution, preach sedition or to even participate. They just want to be ready if it happens, to at least defend their families, because number four on the fear list is general societal chaos.

Cops fear for their parents, wives, children or grandchildren more now than ever before. Most cops are encouraging their spouses and loved ones to get concealed carry permits. Not only that, but some of these same cops are buying gun mounts for their personal cars so they can carry an AR in the family ride at the ready all the time. They are also strapping on heavier forms of off-duty hardware. I have other friends that are issued ARs or sub guns for tactical team use, who always have their gear with them and are planning on just commandeering these weapons for personal use in defending hearth and home.

Final Notes

This is pretty heady and maybe even dangerous stuff. Know fully that I am not advocating anything here. I am reflecting to you what I see and hear going on around me, and maybe saying things that haven’t been said in the open, until now. It is something to think about.

Paternity Cases, DNA Confiscations & Missing Persons Investigations

Our clients are most important
It seems the whole Nation is fixated on the Florida case of the missing two year old girl Caylee Marie Anthony, and now her death.

Her death is tragic. But in reality, Caylee is no more important than any of the thousands of other missing and/or exploited children. Nor is she as important as the current events our Nation is faced with. Between being a dishonest manipulating mother, and in my ‘opinion,’ an irresponsible enabling grandmother and grandfather, we may never fully know what really happened to Caylee.

However we do have fantastic real life missing person stories to tell you about.
We are experienced and certified in the areas of difficult locates and DNA confiscations. Whether it is a clandestine DNA confiscation, or an overt one, were prepared for the challenge.

As our motto states in our movie trailer “What the police either couldn’t do or wouldn’t do. HI-CALIBER Investigations will do (Within the law!)

The necessity of an office
One missing person’s case / reunion that we had was very sensitive in nature. After we found that missing person, she agreed to cooporate with us However only on her terms, and that I must be present at the reunion.

She also advised she did not want us to disclose her address, place of employment nor her phone number to our client.

When I suggested to my client that we all meet in my office, my client was surprised that we even had an office. I asked her “why the surprise?” She advised me that she later discovered that her two previous PI’s did not have an office, and worked out of their home.

Working out of a home for some businesses is perfectly appropriate, but not in this profession. We at HI-CALIBER do not use a PMB, nor a virtual office. For the past 7 years we have been located in the same office building. Because you (the client) may need a ‘private’ place to meet your ‘private’ investigator.

Below are a few cases and a couple of testimonials from our clients. The reason why we posted these are because ~

They are the most recent, and
They were all out of state clients.

Take note that you do not have to hire a PI in your geographical area to locate a person. Because being geographically desirable doesn’t always mean the most hirable.

HI-CALIBER locates and recovers a boy taken from an East Coast State
We were retained by an attorney on the East Coast to locate a 9 year old boy that was taken three years ago from his home on the east coast. The attorney advised that the boy may now be in California.

A man, who recently paroled from a Prison in a third State, went to the child’s State and removed the boy from his home. That man then took the child possibly to California.

The attorney was only provided with limited leads as to where the child may be. She called our firm, and I took on the case. But in all honesty I told the attorney with the limited information provided; I doubt that we would find the child.

After the preliminary phase of our investigation, I later came to one last and final conclusion in which I suspected the boy may be staying in one particular home. Coincidentally this is near the area that my two previous posts talked about, where the notorious serial killer Charles Manson had spent much of his time.

This East Coast attorney gave us her permission to involve the police if needed. However I preferred to stay covert and work alone.

We spent many days in the area (via our MCC,) did some reconnaissance, and gathered intelligence from others who had no idea what we were doing. We then acquired confirmation on our residence in question.

After going back again to do some surveillance on the now most probable house, I observed a child that I believed was him. All I had was a photo of him, which was now three years old. I compared the face that I had in my hi-powered scope, to the photo in my file. It was a very close match.

I immediately emailed a photograph of the child to my attorney for confirmation. She confirmed thru his family it was a sure match. Miraculously we found the boy. The attorney agreed it was like finding a needle in a hay stack.

The results were met with a combination of a little modern day hi-tech technology, but mostly with good old fashioned gumshoe detective work.

For another true story with similarities, watch Hollywood’s motion picture movie ‘Changeling’ which was released last October. This great motion picture was directed by Clint Eastwood. It is also a true story of a boy kidnapped from the State of Illinois, and was supposedly brought to Los Angeles California.

When the boy was found and given to the mother (played by Angelina Jolie), she realized the LAPD gave her someone else’s child. She then (the mother) had to deal with a very corrupt team of Los Angeles police officers. She should have hired an old gumshoe.

HI-CALIBER locates a woman and her 7 year old child. We confiscate DNA from both.
Another client from out of State (this time Arizona) had an ongoing paternity case with his attorney here in California.

His attorney utilized the services of his own private investigator here in the Inland Empire. That investigator was hired to locate this woman and her then 6-year-old child. However their investigation met with negative results.

The client then hired me. Although I don’t blame him as he was at first reluctant in spending more money on another investigator.

However thru allot of good old fashioned gum shoe detective work, I learned where the mother and child lived, and which school he attended. I had even watched his sitter pick him up at school.

With the consent of the mother we retrieved DNA from both her and the child. The evidence was now off to the lab. It was a pleasure to hear the clients’ voice after telling him that we did locate both subjects. Additionally their DNA had already been retrieved and was enroute to the lab.

HI-CALIBER locates and reunites a long lost love one after a 17 year search.
A wonderful lady from the State of Nebraska contacted our office. She advised that she needed to locate a beloved family member that had been estranged from her family for two decades. She advised that over the last 17 years she had already spent a great deal of time and money attempting to locate her. However they were unsuccessful. She hired us and we took on the case.

After a lot of old fashioned gum shoe detective work, I received a phone call, “I heard you were looking for me, can I ask why? I told her who my client was and that I was instructed to locate her; give her a hug, and tell her that my client loved her.

Thankfully I confirmed she was the missing person I'd been hired to locate. My client was ecstatic and will be flying to California soon for their long anticipated reunion.

The moral of the story? Don’t rely on data bases, or on private investigators that do. Rely on a licensed private investigator that has acquired the skills, knowledge, experience and the necessary tools to perform the task. And lastly… It will cost you.

So if you need to hire a private investigator to locate a hard to find person, or to collect DNA, consider hiring us. But good work aint cheap and cheap work aint good.

Lastly, sometimes taking a slow, thorough and methodical approach pays off. Because rushed requests often produces rushed results.

One Man Files Suit to take Down Cross/Veterans Memorial

In 1934 WWI Veterans erected a cross on a hill top out in the middle of nowhere. It was a way of memorializing the deaths of their comrades. This became their place of reunion and solitude. However Frank Buono who in my opinion is a pathetic coward, decided to file a law suit with the ACLU.

A federal judge has now ordered this cross to be taken down or concealed until further adjudication. The United States Supreme Court has just agreed to hear the case. In the meantime the cross is covered with plywood.

The Cross is appropriate on Government land, because America was founded on Judeo Christian principles. The following Congressman reminds us of that fact as well.

HI-CALIBER Investigations would like to wish all of America a Happy Flag Day. We support our local Flag Day parties or events.

We do not apologize for our faith, our Country, our military, nor our flag.

Since the 1777 resolution of the 2nd Continental Congress, our Countries flag has stood tall.

Then in 1916, President Woodrow Wilson issued a proclamation establishing June 14th as Flag Day.

Then in August of 1949, the United States Congress re-confirmed June 14th as Flag Day.

Long may she wave. Mine will always fly 365 days out of the year.

Their were many organizations, vendors and speakers, I was just one speaker. However the well known Ted Hayes from Los Angeles put the icing on the cake. But most importantly the message which was shot off the bow came across loud and clear. Many citizens have exercised some unusual tricks, tactics or excuses to get out of jury duty.

Erik Slye on Montana had the most original and unusual attempt. Below is Erik’s affidavit which was filed in the court. I guess we’ll have to give Erik Slye the award from being the most ‘sly’ in getting off of jury duty. I wonder if the court confirmed if he had a dog and if he had [snipped.]

LAPD Det Stephanie Lazarus Arrested for Murder

Today a well respected veteran of the Los Angeles Police Dept was arrested for a murder case that went cold.

49 year-old detective Stephanie Lazarus is being accused of the 1986 murder of Sherri Rae Rasmussen. Sherri was a nurse at the Glendale Adventist Medical Center. Stephanie allegedly was having an affair with Sherri’s husband John Ruetten.

At one time I worked the same LAPD specialized unit as did Stephanie. She was also an advocate in getting in-house child care for female police officers that needed care for their children while they worked.

On February 24, 1986 John Ruetten came home to his Van Nuys condominium and found his wife Sherri laying down in their living room. She had been badly beaten and shot to death.

I don’t necessarily agree with it, but spouses are almost always first considered as a suspect, but somehow John was cleared of the murder.

All this time the LAPD had been looking for two robbery suspects that had robbed and burglarized another near-by woman at gunpoint just prior to Sherri’s murder. Since the time-line, location and modus of operandi was the same, those two suspects have also been sought as the killers of Sherri. Rewards have even been offered for their capture.

However the LAPD cold case unit decided to take another look at the evidence in storage. They then realized that they had DNA that could now be tested. Back when the murder occurred DNA was not a knowledgeable option.

Knowing that Stephanie once dated the murdered victims’ husband, LAPD detectives did a clandestine DNA confiscation of their colleague Stephanie. The result of the DNA in evidence matched Stephanie’s DNA profile.

One source advised me that the type of DNA that was tested from the evidence lock up was ‘saliva.’ If Stephanie’s claiming her innocence, this sounds like a defensible case. It would be a jury trial that would reply on the defense investigation.

One of the multiple phases of the defense investigation, would be to focus on including but not limited to ~

Where was Stephanie’s DNA located?

What DNA source was it? Was it hair, blood, saliva, sweat, tears?

Did it come from any one or more of the nine orifices of the human body?

Or was the DNA source from the largest living human organism on the human body…. Skin? The skin sheds microscopic skin cells (aka touch DNA.)

Then you have to discern how did that DNA source get there? Remember if she was having an affair with Sherri’s husband, her DNA should be all over that condo. If she’s never been in their condo, it could have been transferred from the victims’ husbands body into the condo, or onto Sherri's body. Their could be a reasonable explanation to that application.

This investigation would be comprised of at least nine other phases, and a few theories.

Warning: Reading these gossip blogs and some news papers, makes me cringe. Hell if it bleeds, then it leads. Everyone’s got their panties in a bunch wanting to crucify Stephanie.

Never forget that anyone can easily accuse any person of a crime at any time. But it takes an enormous effort to vindicate them, and make those allegations go away. And sometimes it’s impossible to right a wrong.

I say lets give Stephanie the benefit of the doubt. Let us not forget that for over twenty years Detective Stephanie Lazarus had access to this cold case and its evidence. If she was the killer, she could have easily made that DNA go away. Let's not forget the Kevin Green story.

Man Shoots Private Eye Doing Surveillance on Him

William Wehnke is accused of shooting Private Investigator Matthew Brady, thinking that Brady was a turkey hiding in the woods.

For now we don’t have the time to do any actual follow ups on this story. However I wonder if the alleged private investigator had a legal and lawful purpose to be there in the first place? Hiding in the woods to shoot video surveillance would not be illegal.

However did he fit the States criteria of being a legitimate licensed private investigator? Or was he an actual W-2 employee of one that does? Or was he just another unlicensed PI poaching on another licensed PI’s territory?

If Brady is a legitimately licensed PI, good for him and his colleagues should support him.

Regardless I sure hope there’s no more anti-gun Brady bills over this.

As an Independent, I considered running for mayor. However my constituency wanted more funds spent on them. My campaign manager ran a poll and the dogs knew that I had a reputation of cutting back, and spending less. Although they knew I had a heart with libertarian tendencies, and that I considered running my campaign solely on the platform of abolishing the leash law. Then the dog catcher attacked me, so I decided not to run.

O.C. Housewife & NFL Player Arrested for Cold Case Murder

This is a story that movies are made out of. The rich, the famous, lust, love, adultery, fornication, betrayal, greed, secrets, a beautiful woman, a famous NFL football star, and a murdered multi-millionaire.

Just this week, the wealthy and attractive Nanette Packard McNeal, and former NFL player Eric Naposki were both arrested for the alleged murder of multi-millionaire William Francis McLaughlin.

Ironically just two days ago I learned about this breaking news story from an extended and estranged family member to Nanette McNeal. Whom I have also had the pleasure of meeting. However at this time, I can not make any further comments on the many details which I was told.

If they are both involved in this murder, then I anticipate the prosecutor using Nanette as leverage, to turn States evidence against the former NFL star; in lieu of a plea bargain for a reduced charge of manslaughter.

However if they are innocent, I hope and pray they are vindicated. Either way, they will need a thorough, tenacious and comprehensive defense.

Ray Krone Wrongfully Convicted PI Does Sting Op on Expert

This is an amazing story where Ray Krone was wrongfully accused and convicted of raping, biting, stabbing and murdering cocktail waitress Kim Ancona. It reminds me of our interview with Kevin Green, the wrongfully convicted Serial Killer/Rapist aka the Bedroom Basher.

The only evidence that led the jury and court to believe that Krone was the suspect, was the testimony of forensic dentist John Piakis. The prosecution had loads of evidence that would have exonerated Krone. Even knowing there was no other evidence or testimony linking Krone to this horrific crime, the jury found him guilty and he was sentenced to death.

However before Krone’s execution, he won an appeal and a new trial.
In Krone’s second trial they used even another opinion of Las Vegas bite-mark analyst Ray Rawson. Rawson also gave the ‘expert’ opinion that Krone was the rapist and killer.

In his second trial Krone was again found guilty. But even the judge had doubt of the jurors decision, therefore Krone was sentenced to the rest of his life in prison rather then death.

However after Krone had spent ten years in prison, his defense attorney Christopher Plourd was successful in forcing the State to turn over the biological evidence. The results? The DNA didn’t match Krone. In fact the DNA matched a man whom the defense team suspected from the beginning, which was Kenneth Phillips. Phillips profile, criminal record and geography were most probable. Now the DNA proved Phillips was the real killer.

Then Krone’s private investigator James Rix dropped a bomb shell on the value of ‘expert’ testimony. PI Rix hired forensic dentist (odontologist) Michael West to render his ‘expert’ opinion.

Private Eye Rix told West that he was sending him some autopsy photographs of a bite mark on the breast of a murder victim; and the teeth/bite mark impressions of a man that he suspected to be the predator.

Although what Rix didn’t tell West, was he was doing an under-cover sting operation on him.

The teeth impressions that Rix sent to West, where his own.

As you can imagine after Rix sent West a nice retainer, photographs and the dental impressions; West came back with his expert opinion that those teeth impressions were the suspects’ teeth that bit that murder victims breast.

West even sent PI Rix a video demonstrating how he came to the conclusion that those teeth matched that breast. That video has now been released and can be viewed in the detailed article below (viewer discretion is advised.)

Watch out for those who pride themselves or solicit their services as being ‘experts.’ I’ve testified giving an ‘opinion.’ However that opinion is not available to a general client base. Nor is it for sale, because no one can pay me off, or buy my opinion.

The Post Office Punishes its Loyal Customers

Effective May 11th, 2009 the postage stamp will increase from 42¢ to 44¢.
It used to be a news story when the postage went up. However there’s nothing 'new' anymore about the increases of postage. This is the third year in a row that the Postmaster has increased the cost of this stamp.

However I’m sure they regret that their reasons and motives have been leaked to the public. The United States Post Office raised our costs for the following three reasons.

They advised their hurting for money because their customers (you and I) are now taking our business elsewhere by ~

Paying more and more utility bills online.
Corresponding with others via email rather than U.S. mail.
Advertising via the internet rather than the traditional U.S. mailers.

So what does all this mean?

It means that the Post office is hurting for business. So rather than do the responsible thing by cutting back costs and laying off employees; their punishing their own loyal customers (you and I) by raising their prices.

Perhaps our Investigative News team will have an opportunity to ask the U.S. Postmaster some questions. Similar to how my assistant Nicole and I recently, stopped, detained and asked Uncle Sam some tough questions on camera (video below.)

The first half was an objective interview. The second, a subjective interrogation.

A call to action to all postal customers: Use the Post Office even less, and utilize alternative services.

God has created and ordained three institutions. The Government being one of them. Therefore we must respect and honor the government. However we should demand from them, fiscal responsibility, ethics and honesty.

B13 Gang Makes Death Threats on Depuites

Below is a memo and photo sent out by a Los Angeles Sheriffs Lieutenant to his Deputies. The number ‘187’ means 187 of the California Penal Code, which is ‘Murder.’ We concur with his memo. Although not just for the protection of the deputies, but also for the real first responders.

By the way, who was it that gave the title of ‘first responders’ to the police and fire? It is almost always the citizens who are the front line first responders. It is the citizens that are the first observers that then call 9-1-1. It is the citizens that are the first victims. Protect yourself, your home & businesses.

Subject: Barrio 13 Troops,

Please be vigilant and arrest/cite and F.I.R. any and all B13 (Barrio 13) Gang members. They have been taunting and engaging deputies and officers.

About a month ago, Gang Enforcement Deputies shot and killed an armed B13 gang member. Since then, B13 gang members have retaliated by shooting at an outside agency's police vehicle (striking the windshield) on Alondra Bl/Willowbrook Av.

A couple of weeks ago, Gang Enforcement Deputies recovered a handgun and arrested a B13 gang member in the apartment complex on 137th St, West of Wilmington Av.

During the arrest, several gang members began yelling at the deputies, calling them "murderers" and "pigs".

Just last week, Century deputies from the Crime Impact Team were contacting a B13 gang member in the same 137th Street apartment complex.
When they returned to their vehicle, they discovered the radio car was vandalized with "187 Puercos", which in Spanish "puercos" means "pigs". "Sheriff" was crossed out.

Please use caution when responding to these areas where Barrio 13 gangmember's hangout.

Always be cognizant of your surroundings and request back up when needed.
