Also works closely with other Departments on digital and non-print projects.</li></ul><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>MLS from an ALA-accredited program; additional advanced degree preferred. </li><li>At least 4 years demonstrated successful experience in increasingly responsible positions managing or supervising cataloging and/or database maintenance activities ,e-resource and media ordering, and licensing in academic or research libraries. </li><li>Knowledge of and experience with LC classification, AACR2, LCSH, and a variety of metadata and associated functional standards and tools (Dublin Core, MODS), OCLC, and cataloging in non-print formats, including both serials and monographs. </li><li>Experience with digital projects (e.g. repositories) and integrated library systems, especially III's Millennium system, preferred. </li><li>Excellent planning, analytical, interpersonal, communications, supervisory, project management and organizational skills desired. </li><li>Ability to work internally and externally with a wide variety of individual at all levels, a strong service orientation, and demonstrated commitment to staff development and diversity in the workplace.</li></ul><p><strong>SALARY:</strong> Salary: from $44,753, depending on qualifications: Excellent benefits.<br /> </p><p><strong>Application:</strong><br />Applications will be accepted until the position is filled.
