How To Control Panic Attacks - Panic Anxiety Treatment

It is a well known fact that when different people have the same problem, it does not necessarily mean that all of them can have the same solution. Especially when it comes to the psychological domain. Therefore, from this perspective I highly appreciate the abundance of programs and methods available to show people how to control panic attacks.

Still there are a number of things that I don't appreciate about these programs. What I am going to list here does not necessarily apply to all. Furthermore, one can apply to some, while the the other can apply to a different group.

1- While these programs offer a method to show people how to control panic attacks, they promote themselves as the ultimate panic cure. I don't know if they themselves are confused, which means they have no clue what they are talking about and I should not even approach them. Or they intentionally mean to confuse the patients. In this case they playing a misleading game which leads to the same result that a person should not approach them

If a program shows how to control panic attacks, then it means that it helps people control the panic attack either just before it happens or during the attack itself. This is in no way a panic cure.

2- Some of those programs are totally groundless. They would bring in some relaxing techniques from here and there, put it in a report and call it the ultimate panic cure. While it neither shows how to control panic attacks nor it is a panic cure. This is the simple definition of deception.

3- I have read so many reviews about different programs in this domain. What I have seen is that some affiliates to draw in more sales and commissions will write a review and maybe even give a feedback on how this program works while they might not have even read the sales copy.

I guess those points are enough and they got my point across. Because of what we concluded from our research, we conducted our own search of credible and effective panic anxiety treatments. To be able to ensure that we are going to end up with what we are searching for in terms of quality, we have researched thoroughly for user feedback and reviews. We came up with two programs.

The first one is called Panic Away. Its solution to control panic attacks is based on a technique called "The One Hand Movement." The user feedback and review suggest that if this technique was mastered the patient could end up cured from panic totally.

The second one is called The Linden Method. This one depends on what is widely known in the domain of anxiety disorders, that all anxiety related disorders have one source in the brain. This solution targets this area to reach the objective of curing panic.

Previously we have announced the creation of our blog "What is Anxiety." In this post we are logging in one of our latest posts which discusses how to find panic anxiety treatment.

Many people search the internet hoping that they will be able to find a solution to their anxiety disorder without going through the hassle of consulting with a doctor. Many of those might have had problems even admitting the fact that they might be suffering from an anxiety disorder.

The first question I would like to ask here is that how did they finally get to the conclusion that they are actually suffering from such a disorder?

In our journey to understand what is anxiety, we have finalized the first phase which included numerous articles that discussed many aspects and versions of anxiety definition.

Understanding anxiety definition proved to be a very challenging task and it took us a good amount of effort and time to feel satisfied that we have covered a good amount of this aspect of anxiety. We came to understand it will be hard to say that we have totally captured the definition of anxiety. We have realized that this is one of the concepts that there can never be one definition that can cover its total meaning.

The articles that we have publish that concentrated on understanding anxiety definition where able to capture the concept from different dimensions and the intention is to make us along with the readers feel comfortable understanding what we are talking about when the subject is related to anxiety.

We believe that the basic step in starting researching any topic is to comfortably acknowledge that you understand the meaning of that concept. Any further research into other areas of any concept will prove fruitless without this step.

Now that we have finalized this step we do not believe that this will be the end of it. Further research into other areas of anxiety will put pressure and will test our previous understanding over and over again. This testing might push us into revisiting many of the previous ideas that we have got comfortable with.

Our next phase has already started. In this stage we are discussing anxiety causes. Our research until now lead us to publish a couple of articles.

We have discussed mental conditions as part of anxiety causes and we regarded them as internal anxiety causes. In the following article we discussed the other dimension which are the external anxiety causes.

"I want a job to work from home" seems to as a statement from someone who is determined. But what exactly is he/she determined to do?

Why would a person want to find a job to work from home?

1- Feeling threatened at work and wants something to fall back on.
2- Day job is not providing a good income and wants to increase it.
3- A retired person who does not want to sit around doing nothing.

These are only few examples to explain why a person would try to find a job to work from home. You can increase that list to include any other reasons that you might think of.

To find a job to work from home is a wonderful solution to think of and it has its wonderful advantages. Still a question that is worth asking here, did the person who thought of this idea examine all options available.

If you want to work from home, why did you opt for a job to work from home? Why not establish your own home based business?

I am not going to list the advantages of a home based business over finding a job to work from home. All what I am trying to do here is put the option in front of you in case you have not thought of it.

Having your own business in general must have crossed your mind, but you might have ignored it because of the traditional obstacles associated with such an idea. Well I have some good news for you.

Anybody who has reached the level of asking this question must be congratulated. For a person to be able to ask the question "how can I work from home?" means that he/she has gone through one, many or even all of the following thoughts and questions:

1) I need to get out of the employment slavery.
2) I am about to retire, what am I going to do with all the free time that I have?
3) I need to find another source of income.
4) What will I do if I lost my job?
5) I want to become financially independent.
6) I want to have my own business.

These are only a few thoughts that would lead a person to decide that the solution to his/her situation is to start a home based business and therefore say "I want to work at home."

Many people have that thought cross their minds, but then something happens and they forget all about it or they get discouraged one way or the other. If you asked yourself the question "how can I work from home?" or "where do I begin?" or any similar question, then you should realize that you have covered a distance that many fail to match.

I want to work at home, where do I begin? Or how do I start? Where do I start from? These types of questions have been asked so many times, to so many gurus, in so many forums, e-mails and all sorts of seminars.

Because this question has been asked so many times, one would stop to wonder if it had been really answered, or whether the answer(s) was/were fulfilling and satisfactory to the people who asked such question(s).

In this article, I will try to answer this question, but what really troubles me is why does such a question come up with this intensity in the online business world, while we hardly hear this question in the offline market?

I am neither being sarcastic nor a scenic. I think if we were able to begin our quest for answering this question from this angle we might be able to make it clear for all interested in this marketplace to realize what they should be looking for.

Let's start at the top. A person starts the journey by wanting to start his/her own business. What are the alternatives?

1-Selling his/her own product(s)/service(s)
2-Selling other peoples' product(s)/service(s)
3-A combination of both.

Once this decision has been made we move to the next level.

1-Rent an office, a warehouse, a shop or any other facility that suits the business
2-Work at home

Because of the well known obstacles related to the first option, people have been opting for the second option. Thus "I want to work at home."

This rational, organized method of thinking was not available in the past; therefore, people were stuck at the first option and its obstacles and dreams died there and then. Today the home business concept is still growing and expected to keep growing for years to come.

The questions and decisions do not stop here. The assumption for the next level is that the person chooses to work at home. Therefore, the next level of questions is as follows:

1-I want to work at home offline
2-I want to work at home online
3-I want to work at home offline and online.

Offline business planning differs from online business planning in the details but not the structure. The planning differs depending on the decision made at the top with the type of business a person wants to run.

Finding Jobs Working At Home

The online marketplace in many ways is similar to the offline marketplace. One of the similarities is the business structure. You can have your own business or you would be working for someone else. In both cases you would be enjoying something which most people in the offline marketplace do not enjoy, which is working at home.

The disadvantage of the marketplace is that it is not usually easy to be working for someone else and at the same time having your own offline business. Yet in the online marketplace you can have any combination:

1- Have a job working at home and being an employee in the offline marketplace
2- Have a job working at home and have your own offline business
3- Have a job working at home and have your own online business
4- Have several jobs working at home
5- Have several online businesses

Therefore, it is obvious that the online business has a much flexible nature.

Let us look now at the preference between finding jobs working at home for someone else or having your own online business. Actually in many cases it is a path decision, and I think people are divided into two types regarding the path chosen.

The first type starts the search by trying to find jobs working at home. In many cases they don’t get lucky finding something that works or even that is legitimate. Therefore, they might think that finding jobs working at home will not deliver the kind of income they are expecting or even dreaming of; accordingly they might switch their thinking into trying to find a way to build their own business online.

This same type can get lucky and through their hunt for jobs working at home, they find some good opportunities. Yet after they establish themselves well working at home, they start looking for other opportunities either in the form of other jobs working at home or through venturing into establishing their own home based business.

The second type starts looking for home based business opportunities to establish their own business online. If they do not find what they are looking for they might start looking for something more stable and that is looking for jobs working at home.

As you can realize we don’t think that there is a type who is successful with having a home based online business and still looking for jobs working at home. Therefore, jobs working at home are either a first step towards establishing a business online, or step back after failing in establishing a home based business online.

This article is written for those who are starting their hunt for jobs working at home and they are bombarded with different spam messages regarding establishing a home business or jobs working at home. This articles aims at putting those two different types in perspective for those who are just starting their search.

The Best Business Online

We often receive e-mails about the best business online ever created and if we don't seize the opportunity right away we are basically not worth to be in the industry. Therefore, every single opportunity that we receive is the best business online. Many of us have actually believed such claims and tried some of these so called opportunities. If we want to look at the bright side we would say that the lost money is the price we are paying to gain more experience. Some would say that those claims were just hype.

The question that forces itself to be asked here would be; is there such a thing called the best business online? If so, what are the criteria that would make a business better than another, and therefore, what makes a business to be the best business online?

All questions will have to be answered only if the answer to the first question was positive. If the answer to the first question was negative then we don't need to bother about answering the remaining questions.

In short, I don't believe that there is such a thing as the best business online. Let's take a look at the offline marketplace. A good business idea depends on factors such as competition in the industry in question, market size…etc. But we don't see a huge industry in the offline marketplace that basically concentrates on building a downline. The offline marketplace concentrates on producing and selling products and services.

Business Online went astray from the concept and concentrated on building organizations of marketers without paying any attention to products and services. It went to the point that people are paying money for absolutely nothing. Business online should get back to the main track of producing and selling.

The beautiful thing about establishing a business online, is that you can create any business you want either with your own products/services or other people's. The trick in online business is visibility and how to make your target market find you without you having to spend a fortune. This is of course the quest of every person who has a business online, but it is not the purpose of this article.

Therefore, similar to the fact that the best business offline does not exist, the best business online is a myth. It is an illusion that will lead any one who is interested in creating a business online to fail before even starting.

All that has been said about the best business online should not be confused with business opportunities that exist in the online marketplace. Similar to the offline marketplace, the online marketplace is full of opportunities. The purpose of this article is to show that there is nothing called "The best business online," but it will be a huge mistake to interpret this article as trying to show that there are no opportunities in the online business marketplace. There are actually sites dedicated to helping people find the best business online that would suit their skills, needs, interests.

What we are trying to show in this article that there is no such thing as the best business online in absolute terms. Such a term is only used for hype and has no real substance in it. Therefore, so as to have an objective eye when studying opportunities online, try to classify those opportunities in the following manner:

1- A hyped message with a hyped opportunity
2- A hyped message with a sound opportunity
3- A sound message with hyped opportunity
4- A sound message with a sound opportunity

It is obvious that the advice would be not to even consider the first type. The second type is very tricky as you need to strip all the hype from the message to realize that the copywriter made a huge mistake by hyping the message while the opportunity is solid enough to sell itself.

The third business online type is also tricky, usually it is marketed by someone new in the online business, who is genuine but believed the hyped claims of the first type and now he/she is trying to market it.

The fourth is a business that we should consider seriously. I said consider and not jump into it because we need to study if it suits our skills, needs, aspirations, interests…etc.

Finally, the best business online does not exist in absolute terms. It becomes as such only if it fits you and you were able to reap its benefits because you have the skills to do so.

Hype In Online Business

Once upon a time when Earth did not commercialize the internet invention, someone published an ad in a national newspaper saying "Send Me $1 and I will show you how to become a millionaire"

People from all the over the place sent their $1 dollar bills waiting to get the secret recipe to become millionaires. A few weeks later they received the following note "Repeat what I have done and you will become a millionaire. I have just become one from the same ad you responded to"

I believe that this person has set the ground for most of today's business ideas that we find on the internet. The idea includes all the usual hype that we read in many sales letters today:

1- A simple task that does not require much of your daily time.
2- A simple system to copy.
3- No sales
4- No phone calls
5- No sponsorships
6- Takes 30 minutes to implement.
7- You can repeat it as many times as you want
8- Start earning thousands within a couple of weeks
9- A minimum investment

As you can see that the idea and the copy did not make a single lie, yet do you think that the ones who received the note appreciated the clever business idea?

I am sure that their disappointed was great although their loss was one single dollar. Now that person was lucky since he did not want to make a business out of this idea. It was a hit and run operation.

The online business world today acknowledges the fact that such an activity is completely unacceptable. But the contradiction between what is known to be as unacceptable and what we are seeing actually happening even from some of the prominent names in the industry is very evident.

We are still seeing messages such as "Start earning immediately," "Start cashing within a couple of weeks." I know that many will have examples of people who actually hit gold within days of their experience, but can we actually take those experiences and make the audience expect such results for any person who ventures into online business.

Today e-mail inboxes are full of messages regarding the importance of building lists. We all know that this activity alone does not happen either over night or in a couple weeks. So how can we start suggesting to a new person that he/she should be expecting to earn money within days?

The funny thing regarding the List Building sales letters is that they are now promising that their systems would help generate massive lists within days as well.

The Mortar and Brick business world is struggling today to become customer centric organizations. Yet all they do is concentrate their resources on developing efficient processes for cost cutting purposes without any consideration to the customer. The dilemma that the offline business world is living today with regard their truthfulness in becoming customer centric organizations is manifested in the online business arena through the wish of avoiding hype.

What I cannot understand is that every single person who is involved in online business is aware of the negative bottom line effects that hype has, still they cannot avoid being involved at least partially in providing hyped promises.

Whether selling to the end user or encouraging affiliates to sell products, a hyped message will dramatically affect business continuity. Therefore, the online business today has a void for a combined offering that has both a solid product/program and realistic and hype-free promises and claims. The first to fill this void will reap huge benefits in the online marketplace.

A well established name in online business will have a better opportunity at filling this void and reaping the benefits than a new person who is still starting in this marketplace. Yet the challenge for those who are well established to change their ways from partially hyped messages to a complete hype-free environment is tremendous. Accordingly, someone who is new to the industry but committed to providing a consistent and continuous hype-free messages, might be able to surprise the well established.

I hope that this article does not come across as an accusation to prominent online business people that they are promoting hype, yet it comes as a red flag to all involved in online business who are shaping the environment and culture of this marketplace.

Most of the people who are interested in starting their own business and opt for online business, do not know where to start. There are many questions related to the starting point in online business. Such questions would be:

- Where do I start looking for an online business idea?
- Where do I start learning about marketing online business?
- Where do I start looking for online advertising media?

Then most people will go for the search engines and start typing in what they are looking for, hoping that they will find something that will suit them. There is nothing wrong with this methodology. The problem here is that in most cases people do not really know what they are looking for.

In this article we will try to give recommendations and guidelines on the things that a person should be looking for when searching for the online business opportunity he/she would be most relaxed with.

In a previous article titled "Choosing An Online Business Is A Tricky Business" we categorized the different types of online businesses a person could be involved in. We will not repeat them but our advice is to begin with one particular type and then move to the other types when the person feels relaxed with the idea on online marketing.

If a person is totally new to the idea of online business he/she should start with an affiliate program. An affiliate program is one that allows you to sell other people's products and services in return for a commission. Yet a person should not be involved in just any affiliate program. There are special requirements that a person should be looking for in an affiliate program if he/she is still new to the idea of online marketing.

We will look list and explain each one of these suggested requirements:

1- Design and setup your own website: There are a lot of affiliate programs out there that give you an assigned web page that you can promote. Although it is a very good feature that saves you the hassle of building your own web pages, yet it is limited in the ways you will be able to market it as most online marketing media do not accept affiliate pages. Therefore, you will need an affiliate program that incorporates setting up and designing your own website; in addition to advising you on the hosting service provider you should get. "Your own website" means that you should own the domain name. I have written a complete article about the benefits of owning a website with comparative analysis with the option of not having your own website.

2- Provide a systematic training: Most affiliate programs provide you with what they call marketing tools. But if someone is new to the internet and to online marketing, then there is no way that he/she would be able to use those tools effectively. Therefore, the affiliate program that you should be looking for is one that has a systematic and detailed training that can take you by the hand to show you how to promote your business.

3- Systematic and not individualistic support: Most affiliate programs depend on the sponsor support for their team. This system is very weak. This means if the sponsor is away, ill, vacationing or for any reason cannot and would not answer the support questions, the sponsored team is lost and cannot proceed with their business. The affiliate program that you should be looking for must have the following support levels:

a. Sponsor Support
b. High traffic and high quality forum especially dedicated for the particular affiliate program you are thinking of promoting.
c. Help Desk

With this system a person might not even need a sponsor support.

I have heard many recommend having a mentor that will be able to teach all the ins and outs of online marketing. I completely agree with them, but would not include it in the above criteria. The above criteria are recommended so that a person can examine any affiliate program against. Thus, they will facilitate for anyone the decision making process for choosing an affiliate program to work with. Therefore, a mentor is not a must have in affiliate program for the newbie. Still, I would highly recommend searching for and getting a mentor, as a mentor can act in many dimensions especially on the motivational and technical aspects.

Choosing An Online Business Is A Tricky Business

Experienced online marketers have come to realize that a "Too Good To Be True" idea is usually truly too good to be true. Yet the confusion comes from the fact that any business idea on the internet, whether it is solid or not, is presented with hyped language and giving extraordinary promises. So how can we actually differentiate between a solid online business idea and one that is based on empty promises?

Then when we actually realize what is a solid idea and what is not, how do we know that this idea is something we can work with? Meaning, would I find myself and enjoy being part of this business idea? When we answer this question you will find that the first question was answered as well.

The human mind is a master at categorization. When we find that there is something that does not belong to any category that we know of, we become puzzled and don't know how to understand it. Therefore, the mind either opens a new category or relates this new issue/entity/thing to the closest possible category it is aware of.

What we will attempt at here, is to try to categorize the online business ideas to enable the mind to understand what is being presented; accordingly, this will ease the decision making process to choose the best online business idea with which we find ourselves at ease.

There are three major online business types that we can think of. We will list each one and explain it.

1- To market your own product/service: This means that you either have a certain product or service that you want to market or that you have reseller rights to a product or service. To be able venture into this type of business you must have acquired a very good experience in online marketing. It is not advisable at all to venture into this type of online business without having solid understanding of the internet and how it works. With this method you are totally on your own.

2- To market other people's products and services: This is called affiliate marketing. With this method you will get a percentage of the retail price of each unit you sell for the business you are affiliated with. This can only be made easy if the business you are affiliated with is able to provide a comprehensive and detailed online marketing training. You will also need to make sure that you have excellent support system that will help you whenever you are stuck. There aren't many out there with these features, but if you look hard you will be able to find them. Still if you are comfortable with your online marketing skills you might not need to worry too much about such issues.

3- Creating advertising sites: The most common of those is what is called adsense sites. With this option you will have to be comfortable with creating websites and managing keywords. The best way to do that is to be able to choose your market by keyword niche and create a dynamic website which is full of information that is important to your target market. Allow others to advertise on your site and charge for it and register with Google adsense who in turn will post related ads on your website and each time the ad is clicked Google pays you.

You are mostly safe if the online business you are considering falls under any of the above categories. The only time you will have to think is when a business is asking you to become an affiliate in exchange for a considerable one time or monthly fee to allow you to market its products and services. This does not mean in anyway to run away from such businesses. On the contrary, all what I am saying if the amount that is being asked is considerable, you really need to be careful.

In any case my advice to you is to find and join a forum in which there are experienced online marketers. Whenever you find such a business that you are interested in, post a question in the forum and you will get reviews about this business that will help you in your decision making.

As an ingredient of online business success, it crucial to decide on the advertising mix that you are going to use. Yet the problem that is faced in online business is that the online business advertising media is not known.

Let us look at it from a different angle. In the offline business world, people who work in Marketing or advertising fields, usually have university degrees in those fields. Meaning, they have got years of training before entering the field, and then they will need to get experience and make achievements before they can move on with their careers.

This is not the case in the online business world. The majority of people who venture into online business are establishing businesses whether with their own products/services or as affiliates without having the slightest idea about how to market online. Accordingly, the advertising tools will be totally unknown. Thus it will be impossible to decide on the online advertising mix.

Therefore, for any person who wants to venture into online business needs to learn all the different tools available for online advertising. Then each tool should be studied to know how to use these tools effectively. Although there are numerous books and e-books written on the subject, they are lost in a pile of scam e-books that basically give no information whatsoever about the subject. Only the lucky ones are able to find a program that walks them one step at a time in the world of online advertising either by finding a real e-book or by affiliating with a program that actually gives such a detailed training and not only a bunch of tools and unorganized material.

After knowing all the tools available, how to use them and costs associated with each of those tools, a person would be able to decide on the suitable online advertising mix. Although the factors affecting the decision to choose the suitable online advertising mix are the same as those affecting the choice of a suitable offline advertising mix, the priority of those factors would differ between the two marketplaces.

It is important to note here that for the offline business world consider the internet as one advertising tool to use; similarly the online business world consider offline advertising as one of the tools that can be used to advertise online businesses.

Before the rise of the internet as a marketing tool and it was only a marketing tool before it became a market place that has its own set of rules, the traditional marketing tools were never able to use the power of keywords.

If we look at the traditional advertising mediums we would understand how difficult it is till this day to give the power to the customer to search or to choose the ads that he/she wants to see.

Yet there was only one medium which got close to the keyword concept which is the hard copy directories. In such directories we would find in the table of contents a certain categorization that would use keywords such as type of product, industry, etc. Still even with this medium, it was the producer of the directory that decides which keywords you can search for.

Today the internet not only created the power of keywords but it also handed this power totally to the customer. It is the customer who decides which keywords he/she wants to choose, and the advertiser would need to do huge efforts to appear and show his/her business according to the customer's search terms.

The power of keywords is used in most of the internet marketing tools, such as:

1- Search Engine Optimization
2- Link Directory submission
3- Article writing
4- Pay Per Click
5- AdSense
6- Link exchange
7- Even Posting in Forums.

The huge power of keywords has the final say in the success or failure of your online business. You could have the best product and a great sales process from beginning to end, but if your keywords selection is not well studied that could mean the end of your online business.

If you have the financial resources you can hire experts to do this task for you, but if you are starting an online business with a limited budget then not only you will not be able to afford the services of such experts, but also you will not have all the time in the world for trial and error.

The suggested steps are as follows:

1- Keyword research: There are various tools that you can use to research keywords that could be the most suitable for your business. Since this is not an ideal world then you should come up with keywords that can be as close as possible to this ideal goal.

2- Check your competition: You can take a look at your competition and see what keywords they have constructed they websites around. Depending on your general strategy and the type of competition, you can choose either to along with the same keywords as your competition, or decide to go as far as possible from them and target a different niche.

3- Construct your website around the keywords you have finally decided on.

4- Concentrate all your marketing activity around these keywords

5- Put aside a portion of your marketing budget for Pay Per Click

6- Use Adwords as the amount of traffic there will be able to give you immediate feedback.

7- Learn the ins and outs of adwords before stepping into it. Again, do not get into adwords before teaching yourself all there is to be learned. I would advise you to get Perry Marshall's e-book on this topic.

8- Test the keywords that you have selected.

a. If the outcome is satisfactory then you do not need to change any of the previous work you have done on your website and other marketing activities.

b. If the outcome is not satisfactory then you need to continue your keyword research and adwords trials until you find the list of keywords that would bring you the traffic and sales that you require. When you do find these keywords, go back to all your previous marketing activity starting at your website content moving down to all your other marketing activities to accommodate for the new keywords.

c. Now that you have found the list of keywords that can bring you the quality of traffic that you desire, you can expand in different ways:

i. Target other niches within your industry.
ii. Build other online businesses.

The Power of Keywords cannot be explained in one article, but I hope I was able to give you a good flavor and an understanding of the importance of positioning your online business through the selection of keywords.
