Thanks for the shout-out. I had a blast working on this Palisadian-Post article, as you've built an empire geeking out over all the stuff I love - movies, music, comics, food, hot chicks. Anway, it was great to see the GR crew in full force at San Diego Comicon a couple of weekends ago. Looked like you guys were beyond busy.

You touched on a funny topic - I also thought the idea of a community paper that's been around for 80 years (esp. in L.A.) was an interesting topic and I emailed Huell Howser about doing an episode on us back in January. Well, for reasons I still don't understand (as he's rarely covered the Palisades), he declined. To his credit, he called me up and declined by phone. Mr. Howser is a class act.

I think that's my favorite article about GR that I've read so far... They talked to some great sources, it was well written and it tells the story the way I like to tell it and hear it heard. Congratulations, Eric!
