I cam across an interesting article about 10 of the top mobile business apps.

The author included the following:

1. Westtek Jetcet PDF and Print- Many phones do not include PDF viewing and printing. This app allows you to view PDF files and print from your smartphone.

2. WMWiFiRouter- This turns your cell phone into a wireless router by taking the broadband from your wireless provider and allowing your laptop to use it. This is for the Windows Mobile Platform.

3. PDAnet- Works like #2 but for platforms other than Windows Mobile- like Android, Blackberry.

4. Documents To Go- Works on Windows Mobile, Android, and Blackberry. A suite of office tools allows you to create and edit documents in Word and Excel. PDF viewing is available on most cell phones.

Are you using Twitter, yet? A lot of people and business owners are now using Twitter, a "microblogging" service that members can utilize through their cell phones. I came across an article about businesses using Twitter.

Personally, I am not really into the whole "tweet" thing, but I understand a lot of people use it. This article discussed two ways twitter can be used for business.

1. Your customers may be using Twitter to express their pleasure or displeasure with your services. Your company may want to monitor Twitter for any comments about your business and use it as an opportunity to improve your feedback.

2. You can use your own Twitter account to send short messages about your offers. It probably isn't a good idea to "tweet" what you had for lunch or inappropriate personal remarks. It's also important to not over-do it and send a bunch of messages for no reason. However, if you are running a special or have a good offer, you might want to send a short update about it.
