I am concerned to learn from reception staff, that cancelled holidays are not offered to the members but are put onto a range of websites like expeida - was even told I should look on their for the holiday I wanted rather than pay with points! Something's fishy. Where can I contact others - the email access to other members is blocked by the moderator
