I think seaming adds so much shape and structure to a garment; things which are lost when you knit "a tube" with sleeves. A pieced garment also keeps its shape better after washing and never twists. I always loved duplicate stitch..so much better than small intarsia bits all over (bobbin nightmare!)bdnoreply@blogger.com
