Is tomorrow Mother’s Day? We have no plans yet and I am no mood to go anywhere. I have no idea if my boys have plans for the occasion. I would like to have some chocolate mousse cake and sushi “yum yum”. Still no calls from Joe and maybe he decided to stay for another night and celebrate Mother’s Day with Mom instead. I told him already that he should and we can always celebrate the day soon he gets back home. Nothing much tonight, just lying around watching independent films. The kids are driving me nuts and I can’t wait to send them to bed soon. See yah later.

Pork Barbecue

Were going to have a picnic at the yard later when Zack get’s home, and here I am marinating the pork barbecue in soy sauce, vinegar and some other spices. The boys love barbecue and they asked for it all the time. I’ve marinated some chicken in jerky sauce yesterday and it should be ready for grilling. I am now thinking for some cold dessert or maybe bake some oatmeal chocolate cookies instead. I am waiting for Joe’s call and I am getting worried because he never called last night, his better call soon or else his in big trouble.

Good Morning guys, I feel a lot better today and I hope it will continue forever. We have great morning weather because it was pouring rains last night. I even thought that were going to have a tornado because it started with warm winds blowing so heavily.

It’s my cleaning day today but thank God not so much to do because I’ve done some cleaning three days ago. I promised the boys for another picnic in the yard later today and I hope it will not rain again, but I will not complain if it comes because we needed some very badly. We are seriously planning to buy another car but this time a used one that has good gas mileage. The gas price is going up almost everyday and it‘s affecting us very bad. Joe‘s work is pretty far from here and his truck can consumed a good amount of gas for 4 days a week. I told him that he don’t need to get rid of his truck and even promised that he can look for Chevy grills online. His been wanting one for a year now and I think he deserve it. I can‘t wait for tomorrow and start planting my flower seedlings that we‘ve bought the other day. I have packets of flower seeds to sow too. So much yard work to do and my migraine is ruining everything. I still need to drive down to the warehouse and pick-up my picnic table and some garden decor for my butterfly bush garden. My goodness what a day! I’ve been lying in bed since this morning, my head is hurting bad and I don’t have any energy left. I guess, I need my caffeine now. Summer Activities

I bought a collector cola bottle of 4 not long time ago to send to Mama and Tatay but unfortunately it’s now empty like a dried pickle jar. I was so upset because it was a sold in limited time only and now cannot find it anywhere. Joe was guilty and felt sorry for drinking it and promised to look for it everywhere. My goodness! I was almost in my crying mood but thank goodness was able to sooth myself “hahahha” quickly.

We are planning to go downtown one day and check the CNN ,fox Theater and if we get lucky …go back to see the aquarium and New World of Coca-Cola Atlanta. I’ve been living in Georgia for almost 10 years now but I never visited every tourist attractions yet. The firework shows is now going on in the Stone Mountain and were planning to take the boys down soon. We have so many activities to do in summer and I cannot wait for all of it.

I went window shopping this afternoon once again and spotted these shoe/sandal or who knows how they call it. It’s now in my Mother’s Day list, I thought it’s neat and perfect to have during this hot season. I have shown to Joe and even him like me to have one. Today is probably the best day ever in spite of the kids being naughty and I'm not talking about tax rebate is coming soon but because with no reasons at all "hahahah"...I've been working outside since this morning and the weather is just perfect, but I decided to get in now because the annoying neighbor is home and making so much noises.

Anyway, I did couple of tasks today and "thank God" for it. Not much but every cent counts toward my "utang" nyahahhaa. I have to go out again and pick up some groceries before Joe's road trip on the weekend. Wish that we can go with him but no budget for 4 people yet “poor me”. See you all a bit later gals.

An Army

Zack is going to have a small demonstration on “what he wants to be, when he grow up” very soon. This is their last project for the school year and his also need to prepare a diorama. It seems a tough job for a year old first grader but he cannot wait and too excited on doing it.

I’ve already asked what he want to be and the same answers “I want to be an Army”…with his silly reasons. We have to do a little research later and give him some idea what’s an army for and their job. Gosh! I’m glad, we still have his old Halloween costume because they need to dress-up too, but I need to buy some more accessories to complete the outfit. His teacher is going to take a video too, so it’s going to be something fun and worth watching.

Thumbsucker

The boy still enjoys the thumb sucking. It the only thing that can make him sleep like a baby. Sometimes, he does it even not going to sleep but I always giving him a weird looks especially when we are in public. Zack, was a bad thumb sucker when he was very young because he can skinned his fingers off …but he did stopped when he was 3 though but my Dylan seems not ready to stop yet or who knows if he will ever be. It doesn’t bother me much but hopefully he will stop before he start going to school very soon.
