It really depends. Sometimes they play totally from memory and sometimes they don't. It probably depends on how well they know the music, how much they have rehearsed it together, and how well the rest of the orchestra knows the music. I did not air brush this one. Her skin is indeed that beautiful, however it was shot at 1600 ISO and I applied a little noise reduction to it, which ads a very pleasant luminance to the skin.
