I'm using the widget Google 15 on the iGoogle Personalized Homepage. Here it takes your daily weight and averages it and accounts for fluctuations in water weight etc. But the real goal is body fat percentage loss not just plain weight.

So, turns out Sean Lennon's new album, Friendly Fire, is delayed till October 3. The delay is because they need more time to package the DVD which will now come with the CD.The DVD contains a music video for all 10 songs on the album, which should be fun. This is what the trailer was put together from. 2 versions of a music video from Dead Meat have already been released. I know more were leaked
