In my last conventional office space, when I turned up there was some ropey old furniture that the last tenant had left. Previously, when taking serviced office space, if you wanted internet access you really had to use whatever service the business centre was supplying. The management have access to the backroom infrastructure and they arrange for the internet access to be plumbed into your office. All very convenient but as in field of business, if there's only one provider available, the prices aren't competitive.
