Well with the nights drawing in I thought it time to give the KTM a good strip down, clean and fettle whilst I had the time. The first part off to be given the cleanup treatment was the SXS pipe. I decided to send this off to be chromed, I also stripped the silencer down and sent the steel parts off as well. See below for before and after pictures.<br /><br />Before- nasty .<br /><a href="http://www.tracclub.co.uk/blog/uploaded_images/sxs"></a><a href="http://www.tracclub.co.uk/blog/uploaded_images/sxs"></a><a href="http://www.tracclub.co.uk/blog/uploaded_images/before-741761.jpg"><img style="CURSOR: hand" alt="" src="http://www.tracclub.co.uk/blog/uploaded_images/before-733373.jpg" border="0" /></a><br /><br />After - Looking alot better.<br /><a href="http://www.tracclub.co.uk/blog/uploaded_images/Chrome1-705351.jpg"><img style="CURSOR: hand" alt="" src="http://www.tracclub.co.uk/blog/uploaded_images/Chrome1-799756.jpg" border="0" /></a> <a href="http://www.tracclub.co.uk/blog/uploaded_images/ktmlogo-798027.jpg"><img style="CURSOR: hand" alt="" src="http://www.tracclub.co.uk/blog/uploaded_images/ktmlogo-792665.jpg" border="0" /></a><br />Silencer :<br /><a href="http://www.tracclub.co.uk/blog/uploaded_images/Silencer1-743979.jpg"><img style="CURSOR: hand" alt="" src="http://www.tracclub.co.uk/blog/uploaded_images/Silencer1-737298.jpg" border="0" /></a><br /><br />I'll keep nre posts coming with photos as I continue with the rebuild.
