Most people don't know that.<br /><br />If someone said to you that you could learn to dance in five <br />sessions, you would believe them, because you know you <br />can learn that.<br /><br />Mental habit patterns as well as physical habit patterns are <br />learned by following the very same process. Repetition.<br />People can learn to be nice just as easily as they learned <br />to be nasty.<br /><br />Try this. Smile and think good thoughts every hour on <br />the hour until it comes automatically.
