A dark vehicle like an Excursion pulling a green horse trailer pulled up as a white tall male wearing a white cowboy hat opened the gate unlatched a chain, moved the gate off a block freeing the other horses into a pasture. He, then, got Cheyenne to his trailer and left. The owner found the stall door cut in two pieces the next a.m. with the piece cut off leaning against the stall wall. The horse was wearing a black and leather halter.
