The Partners at Tucker Griffin Barnes established a policy years ago that allows attorneys and staff to bring their children to the office. On snow days, it's not uncommon to see children in a conference room watching a video, or in the kitchen looking for a snack. The firm also encourages mothers to bring their newborns to work during the first six months, especially if it's a choice between bringing your child to work or not working at all. <br /><br />Recently two of our Real Estate staff members delivered within two weeks of each other. Both mothers and their babies are doing great. So don't be surprised if you're doing a closing, and you hear a different sound in the background.
