Shahid Malik resigns as a government minister.
While everyone must be assumed innocent until found guilty (or admits guilt), Mr Malik's expense claim of £2600 for a home entertainment centre and £730 for a massage chair, will be very hard to justify as a legitimate expense necessary to represent his constituents. Mr Malik if you're using a home entertainment system, you are not (at that time) working for you constituents, and therefore I can see no way that anyone in their right mind could justify that claim.

Although I have many disagreements with the Party's national leadership, and doubt (to put it mildly) Griffin's integrity, the overwhelming majority of our membership are without any doubt simply superb. Yesterday evening (Friday 13th March), according to reports carried by the BBC, a group of Searchlight and UAF inspired thugs mounted an unprovoked, and obviously pre planned, attacked on a legitimate BNP election event in South Manchester. Tony Ward, a local BNP activist, was seriously hurt by a hammer wielding thug.

It's also interesting to note that this attack was probably being planned at the same time as the Manchester Police force were sending officers out to intimidate owners of venues booked for democratic and totally legal election campaign events. The 'brownie pointers' at the top of our nation's police forces are clearly turning their officers into the paramilitary arm of the Labour party.

Far from discouraging activists these cowardly attacks, on our democratic way of life, will only serve to motivate our activists into the democratic action. The party's response to this must be, and I'm sure will be, to increase it's legitimate campaigning, leaving the job of bringing the violent criminals to justice to the still decent bobby on the beat. The cry leaving every decent citizens lips must be: ' such cowardly intimidation shall not be allowed to stand!'.

More Griffin spin?

Earlier this week reports appeared on the web to the effect that both Sadie and Matt were to appear in court yesterday (26th February 2009) to answer charges related to the release of a BNP membership list last November. Yesterday afternoon a press officer for Powys police, confirmed that neither have been charged with any offence, nor do they have plans to do so. Also yesterday evening I received a text message from Sadie also confirming this.

Members should be asking why did this (obviously planted) story appear now? Is it a case of the Party's leadership desperately trying to justify the disgraceful treatment of these two good Nationalists.

Brownie pointers are now not only infesting the top brass of our police force, but its civilian employees as well. I've been CofE since I was born & I went to a CofE school and (although I've never been christened), my family have been protestant for as far back as I can trace (circa late 1600's).

Well if this intimidation and indoctrination is what the church now represents, they can keep it. I've put up with their nonsense for long enough. An organisation that wants me to believe a man: turned water into wine, walked on water, fed 5000 people with just a couple of loaves and fishes etc. An organisation that believes god wrote a book that demands we stone: homosexuals, rebellious daughters, and anyone who works on a Sunday, then tells us to ignore it. An organisation that believes we should hand children over to homosexual couples for adoption. Well from now on I'm with Richard Dawkins, let's have separation of church and state (something I never thought I'd say).

An anonymous poster tried to put a link to this video in the comment section of this blog. Now why the poster chose to be gutless and post anonymously I don't know, but after viewing the video I think it's worth watching.

I don't normally agree with conspiracy theorists (most of whom are simply unhinged), but in this case no one can deny that our sovereignty has been hand to a foreign institution (ie. the EU) and therefore it seems reasonable to at least consider the possibility that someone may have committed treason. By posting this video I'm not necessarily endorsing all the views expressed in it, but I do think it raises issues that we all need to think about.

Finally gutless people who post anonymously are the very reason that Heath and Co were able to get away with this. Until the people of our nation, like the anonymous poster who sent me this link, are willing to stand up and be counted we will continue to be sold down the river by our political masters.

In the spring of 1945 Allied troops (British, American, Canadian, New Zealand, South African, Rhodesian, etc etc.) in the West, like and Russians in the east, liberated the Nazi death camps. Is anyone really suggesting that all these solders (including British Tommies) lied?

Many Papists still believe in the pope's infallibility. All believe that a man: turned water into wine, walked on water, fed 5000 people with two loaves and fishes etc etc. Even worse up until about 10 years ago papist doctrine still held that all Jews were responsible for the death of Jesus Christ. Is it any wonder then that some still ignore all the evidence and deny the unavoidable conclusions that results from that evidence. They do this in the same way that young earth creationist ignore the evidence that the earth is billions of years old.

I will however take just a few lines to answer two of the most easily refuted arguments he makes:

1.
That gassing by Cyanide would have been impossible because it stays on clothing, and so would have killed the guards who removed the bodies.

Answer:
The gas chambers were made to look like shower blocks, and the victims were told that they were to be given a shower, and therefore this meant they were naked when they were pushed into the chambers. Also it wasn't the guards who removed the bodies, this was done by other prisoners to save their own lives so the Nazis didn't care if there was a risk of cyanide poisoning still around, the workers were easily replaceable.

2.
Large chimneys would have been needed to remove the gas or the whole camp would have been killed.

Answer
Once again this is nonsense; the chambers were built downwind of the main camps for this very reason, and on days that the wind was not blowing away from the camps the chambers were not used. Records found after the war, along with the testimony of SS guards, confirm this.

Face the undeniable fact that millions of people were murdered by the Nazis in the 10 years between between 1935- 1945.

Now if someone can tell me how all this justifies diverting this site from the struggle for the survival of our nation to irrelevant history. Griffin must be laughing his head off to see the only serious web site, that opposes his dictatorship, become side tracked and discredited by this rubbish. Tonight I took my usual weekend stroll down into Lancaster, in order to visit my usual three public houses. one pint of bitter in each. Nothing wrong with that you may think, and of course you'd be right. After consuming my second pint I looked into my normal last watering hole and (without having to ask) was served with my usual pint of bitter.

After about 20 mins of sitting quietly at the end of the bar, the landlady came up to me and made some comment about having a politician in tonight. I was surprised as I've never spoken to her before except to order a drink. Next thing she says I'm barred, then makes a point of pointing me out to all the bar staff as such.

Now given I've been drinking in that pub (twice a week one pint each visit) for about five years now without any problems at all, is this just a coincidence or do I have the honour of being the first direct victim of the list?

Believe me I'm not saying being barred from a single pub, matches the Liverpool police officer who may lose his job, but small as this may be is it the first direct (successful*) intimidation?

If so I really can hold my head up high!

The 5% compromise is in fact no compromise at all, and I’m convinced that this 5% level was Griffin’s intention all along, because without a membership list it’s totally unachievable, and leaves him in the position of an unchallengeable dictator. Mr Griffin has no political ambition for the BNP at all, to him it’s simply a source of income. For the sake of our nation, and our people, he must be stopped.

We must be honest with ourselves now, the only way we can save our nation is by getting MP’s elected, then ask yourselves under Griffin’s leadership are we ever likely to achieve that? Mr Griffin does not want a serious political party, or even a party that grows much above 6 or 7 thousand members, simple because he’ll lose control of it. Last Sunday there was no opposition to Griffin, despite what people may think they saw at the EGM, all that was just another of Griffin’s clever road shows again. Once again can I ask people to be honest and ask themselves if Collett would ever dare speak against Griffin, knowing that by doing so he was risking his position on the BNP’s gravy train? We must all now face the truth: we were all set up!

Some members may be wondering why they didn't see me at the EGM this afternoon, well don't worry I wasn't hurt in a car crash or anything like that. No the reason you didn't see me using my democratic right (as a member of 10 years standing) to oppose Griffin's constitutional amendments is quite simple: I was turned away at the gates.

On arriving at the RWB site, with about a dozen or so other VoC members, we were asked to show our membership cards by a member of the BNP security team. On reading the name on my card he asked me to stand to one side, because someone wanted to speak to me, while the rest of our group were allowed onto the site. After about 2 minutes Dave Shapcott turned up and said, to three of the security staff on the gate:: ' This man has a 5 year ban after he made trouble at the RWB last year please ask the police to remove him from the site and arrest him if he doesn't leave', whereupon security called a policeman over and asked him to remove me from the area. While this was going on I pointed out to Mr Shapcott the fact that I hadn't attended the RWB last year, only for him to responded 'well I meant two years ago then'. This is of course total nonsense, and although he had no authority, or right, to prevent any card carrying member attending the EGM, I was told by the police that if I even approached the gates again, I'd be arrested immediately without further question.

The last RWB I attended was in 2006, and the people who attended with me that year, including both Lancaster & Blackpool members, can confirm that not only didn't I start any trouble, I wasn't even remotely involved in any incident what so ever. In fact in 2006 the party reported the whole RWB event went off completely without any incidents what so ever. And ask yourself had I of caused any problems that year would I have been allowed to:

1. Stand as a BNP election candidate twice.

2. Attend the Blackpool conference last year as a voting member.

3. Been given the extra responsibility of the Preston organiser's job.

all since the RWB in 2006, of course not!

This is total nonsense and should demonstrate to every member the total corruption of the Griffin/Collett gang and their cronies.

EGM meeting.

Nick Griffin is attempting to secure his position as Chairman/dictator of the party by a change in the party's constitution, that will effectively prevent any challenge to his leadership for the next four years.

At an EGM, to be held straight after the RWB on Sunday 17^th August, he will try to get the membership to agree to the change. He must be stopped! Members from the north west wishing to attend the EGM can contact me and I'll try and arrange transport.

Griffin can make no charge to enter the meeting so, given the return distance from Preston being about about 250 miles and even with petrol at over £5 a gallon, it should be possible to keep the cost down to about £12 a person (less from the Manchester area). Not a lot when you consider what's at stake is it?

Let's take the Duke of Wellington advice (at least in part), when he was asked how to win battles his advice was simple, 'turn up first with the most men'. We can't be first, but together we can make sure we have the most men.

Lancaster's day of action.

Saturday 19^th of last month saw seven BNP member set up a stall in the centre of Lancaster to distribute leaflets, and show the people of Lancaster that the BNP membership have not forgotten them. However I am sad to have to report that none of the brave BNP members, who faced a torrent of threats and abuse from masked UAF thugs, were from the Lancaster area. The reason for this was not that the few remaining members in Lancaster are lazy or afraid of a little abuse, its simply that no one bothered to inform us about the event. Yes it appears now that BNP activities are to be held without the involvement of local members, is this yet another of Griffin's improvements or simply a necessity now that the Griffin/Collett gang has decimated the membership at the grass-roots level?

Anyway to those out of town members who did take part, the remnants of the old Lancaster & Morecambe group says 'well done lads and lasses all'.

With the failure of Cllr Colin Auty to secure the 100 signatures needed for a leadership challenge, everyone should now be asking: just exactly how many members do we have left?

Speaking to people over the last eight weeks, I've heard the same thing again and again: 'I do support Colin, but I've not rejoined this year'. Given Chris Jackson's leadership vote last year of over 300, Colin's failure to secure 100 signatures must be seen as an indication of how the Griffin/Collett gang are, quite simply, decimating the membership.
