Most of them have it in little packets that last a while for a much lower price than you&#39;ll pay in a health food store. Tomorrow? I wish I&#39;d known--I would have sent you some agar. I haven&#39;t ever worked with kuzu, so I just don&#39;t know. But anything that you could add to stiffen it a little should work. Also, you could try draining the yogurt in cheesecloth for a while to make it thicker (but that is a waste of yogurt). Good luck!
