If you think there is an error in the title, it should have been “Software”, you are wrong. After going through this piece of writing, you will be in a better position to clutch what this new word means.

Information is the lifeblood of many organizations and when stored digitally, processing is accelerated, and communication improved. Millions of people connect to the Internet daily. As such, our reliance on the Internet to communicate is high. The Internet is a universe where nothing seems to be unattainable. You can travel to the past; imagine someone from China sending an email to his friend living in America on Thursday 01 January 2009 at 00:01, China time. The email will reach America within seconds and guess what? It’s still 2008 in America. Accordingly the email has traveled from 2009 to 2008, thus achieving something which would have been impossible in real life. If such thing is feasible in cyber space, then my article on “Softwar” is equally possible.

In World War III, even countries having the most sophisticated weapon will be defeated against nations having the best IT people. There is a favorite saying – “A pen is mightier than a sword”. Today I will say – “A computer is mightier than nuclear”. Why?

It happens often that someone hacks into an email account and shoots emails to everyone in the contact list. This has nothing destructive as such since it does not involve life loss. But visualize the impact of a group of black hat hacking into the military system of large countries and shoot missiles everywhere. Or a group of hackers compromising the aviation control center and takes power of airplanes and crashes them. Everything is possible in the cyber space.

Hope that this post leaves you in a state to understand what I intend to mean by the new word “Softwar”. It’s all about using the internet and networks to launch attacks.

Eid Mubarak

Eid-ul-fitr marks the end of Ramadhan and the beginning of Shawwal. Eid is celebrated after the sighting of the new moon on the preceding nightfall. In Mauritius searching for the new moon is usually done at Albion.

While fasting, we eat or drink nothing, including water, from dawn to dusk. Fasting is one of the Five Pillars of Islam. All able Muslims take part in fasting from about age twelve. If one has got health problems, fasting is not considered to be obligatory.

Fasting serves many purposes. While we are hungry and thirsty, we are reminded of the suffering of the poor. Fasting is also an opportunity to practice self-control and to cleanse the body and mind.

Ramadhan is a great philosophy, a gift of Islam to the rest of the world -- reminding not merely Muslims, but all people, of our mutual obligation to aid those who live with poverty and suffering. It reminds us that we must work together to build a more humane world.

During the month of Ramadhan, we are advised to pay zakaat, a sum of money which the rich gives to the poor to help alleviate poverty. In this new age, income tax serves the same purpose as zakaat. The shariah law as regards to the economy has just reached Mauritius through Islamic banking.

The way fasting is observed in Ramadhan is also used as a tool by many through ‘hunger strike’. Many have been able to make great power crack down by way of this tool. Even in Mauritius this tool has been used by many.

Childhood obesity is on the rise worldwide. Overweight children are at risk for and susceptible to diseases that were once only limited to adults (such as diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease and other ailments). Fasting is a way to combat obesity. During other month one should keep in mind the following quote from the Qur’an S20,V81: "Eat of the good things We have provided for your sustenance, but commit no excess therein..."
At Eid-ul-Fitr we dress in our finest clothes, give treats to children, and enjoy visits with friends and family.

Although charity and good deeds are at all times imperative in Islam, they have particular significance at the end of Ramadan.

Mauritius' first olympic medal

Bruno, nicknamed the Mauritian magician by the English commentators brought our first Olympic medal home. In the semi-final of the -54kg, Bruno was defeated by only 2 marks. Yet, he remains a champion for Mauritius for he made history. Congrats to all our sport’s star – tephan, eric, etc… .. .

Low price and prepaid services have been the two main agents amongst many to cause a high infiltration of the cellular phone in Mauritius (thanks to people who uses multiple sim cards). Phones are showing up in children’s pockets at earlier ages. Many kids are by now, in tenure of a handset. To be a spotlight for these youngsters, businesses set forward portable phones at squat prices, free sim cards, facility to recharge account with a lesser amount of money, etc,… .. .

A cell phone with all add-ons at hand provides round the clock communication. The mobile phone has indeed crafted our daily and nightly life. We can get in touch with links wherever we are. Mull over the example where students are out till late because of tuition. More often than not, parents are worried when their ward reaches home behind schedule. This fret escalates in wintry weather in that it turns out to be murky somewhat earlier. By getting in touch with their child in such situation, parents are to some extent comforted. The cell phone is an integral part amongst many of us today.

However, in the same way as drug which is to be used for a good purpose has been exploited in a negative way by some people, cell phone also can be utilized adversely.

Cell phones used by kids should allow responsible party to monitor the phone remotely. Parents should be able to track their ward’s cell phone through a GPS function, to block certain numbers, limit text messages, monitor credit, etc,…

This advance in technology would have been a plus point towards a finer use of the portable cell phone.

CJSOI Seychelles 2008

Yuppie Yuppy, we are the champ.
With 24 gold, 23 silver, and 17 bronze medals, Mauritius is the winner of the CJSOI Seychelles 2008.
In Football, we were the victor at Linité stadium in the final against Mayotte, despite having been reduced to 10 in the second half.

Changing Taste

I am probing the 3 essential needs – food, clothing, and shelter – to write a post about shifting taste.

To begin with, is there a variation amid basic needs (necessities) and luxury goods?
The justification may fluctuate. As exemplar, let’s take someone living in a sizzling province; say any country on the equator. There, a product like a space heater is more a luxury than necessity. The same applies in Mauritius, where a heater can be defined as comfort. Now, let’s experiment arctic sections. The same heater is requisite.

Difference between opulent and essential goods also transforms with time. In Mauritius, 50 years back, commodities like refrigerator, television, were luxury goods. People who have these possessions at home were the well-off. But now, these same goods are more a necessity. The same logic is valid to cellular phones some 20 years back, where only vanguards were using the tool. Now cellular incursion in Mauritius is relatively higher.

The first basic need is food. Yuh, I remember once a lecturer asked, “Do you eat to live, or live to eat?”
I replied, “Eat to live.”
Then the lecturer asked what will come about if we don’t eat. My reply was, “we’ll feel hungry, and the authorities concerned will have to agree with us, since we can go on a hunger strike, etc, etc,…. You see sir, eating is essential for survival, and at times no intake is also vital for survival,… .. .”

Yeps, let’s return to my post ‘Changing Taste’… Our flavor for food has been changing, for instance, the food that was habitually munched some 100 years back, is consumed very little now. Also, new recipes are overtaking previous ones.

Shelter is equally enduring alteration. House models, interior decorations are constantly changing. A house build recently may differ from houses of 150 years back.

What to say about outfits. Fashion changes rapidly. Consider the way superstar were dressed some 50 years back, and compare them with current trends. Personally, I don’t follow fashion; I am my own special creation.

Many thing are changing, the world have less green spaces, the universe is expanding.
People want changes, we don’t want to wear the same type of clothes all the time,,, yet when the climate is changing, we are fretful.

The form of the tap may be changed, but the water has not changed and it must not change. Oxygen must not change.

Changes have constantly been taking place, but what changes???
Despite changes, everything is the same. Quite puzzling huh!
Yeah, utility of basic needs is the same.

Our perception need to change to stop climate change.

At roughly 07:35 today, my cat gave birth to 3 cute kittens. I am flabbergasted by the instinct of the animal. The way she handled the matter is somewhat marvelous. After each kitten was born, mother cat would cut the umbilical cord with her teeth. I am wondering where she got such knowledge. Once born, the kitten would look for the breast to have milk. Their eyes are still draped, then how do they know that they are to feed on mum’s breast?. After delivery, mother cat was utterly weary. I gave her milk which she swigged with much appetite.

virus - use it!

Oh no!, My computer is infected again. How can I get out of this? I am on familiar terms with this virus, for I got hold of it in the past… it’s not fatal, it doesn’t attack the system,, it only bothers the CD/DVD writer, the bug doesn’t allow you to burn a CD at 100%..

I got this virus for the third time. At the outset, I couldn’t make out the bug,, I was experiencing a setback to burn CD,, I thought that the problem was with the CD writer, CD driver, etc… I struggled within the whole lot but alas, there was no way out. After formatting my PC, and reinstalling the system,, I could use the writer,,, it was then that I felt there was a virus.

Alas, I had to face the same trouble once more,,,, this time, discerning that it was a virus,, I blocked the virus from DOS, after which, I was capable to burn CD. But now, i got the virus again, and worse I can’t brawl the bug from DOS. I don’t know what to do…

This is a very irksome virus,, but I think it can be used for a good cause. The virus can be used to guard exclusive rights against foiling illegal copy of CD. Any author who wants to protect his/her CD against copyright breach can include the virus in his/her CD. Now, with this virus in your pc, you won’t be able to burn any CD. This is not feasible; no one will put this CD in his computer.

How to address the hitch?
The virus can be tailored in such a way that it prevents copy only onto the CD in which it resides.
virus - use it! What you say??
This virus can be used in this approach,, others can be utilized in other line of attacks... who knows!

Love – is it in danger of extinction?

Many, if not all, are partying valentines today. The queen of flowers, the rose remains the most precious gift despite expensive diamond necklace, etc… My much loved flower is the rose, hmm what a fragrance. When I close my eyes and scent a fresh rose, I don’t know why but I feel peace in my core, it’s something I just can’t explain. If you know why, any scientific explanation, do tell me!!

Love – is it in danger of extinction?
Nowadays, many glimpse only the sex appeal. If someone is sexy then he/she is the right person I can go out with. Girls usually wear sexy clothes exhibiting their body to enthrall interest. The beauty you possess now may not remain with you forever,,, you can be subject to diseases, accidents, etc,,,, beauty is perishable. A boy/girl loving your good looks may in all probability leave you if ever you lose the attractiveness…. what will you do then?
I discern everyone is striking,,, no one is more beautiful than his friend….. Based on this sense, we can love anyone… who among these ‘anyone’ will we choose?
Favor someone who has got more or less the same way of thinking as you. If your perception is more or less the same, then you’ll form a very understanding couple.

Nearly all child start feeling sexual desire at the time of puberty. Long ago, our ancestors were married very young,, thus premarital sex was almost inexistent. But now, the context is poles apart. We can’t get hitched at a young age for we’ve got to study till a very high age.
The law of nature doesn’t revolutionize; the age of puberty is still the same. What happens during the gap between age of puberty and age of marriage? If proper psychological assistance is not given to the child, he/she may engage in premarital sex. Parents, please assume your responsibility.

Premarital sex is very common nowadays. With the concept of globalization and know-how at our disposal, we can take a girl to bed in less than one week. I know about what I am saying, I am not shamming. The upshot of premarital sex may have a depressing effect on the family. How do parents feel when their unwed child becomes the mother/father of a child? Now if after marriage, one feels that he is getting relatively less pleasure from his/her spouse,,,,, this may result in adultery. Now what are the effects on children with adulterated parents?? Just think!!

Please return to love,,, sex is not a proof of love. Know how to fight your desires or learn how to control them. Say yes to love, No to sex.

'legal', not ethical

Divorce, bottle feed, pre-marital sex, adultery, sodomy, …etc .. . These fads are ‘legal’ but not ethical.
Love is almost a wonderful feeling, utterly precious,,, Love is concluded by a wedding ceremony resulting in a hubby and wify….
Why break up? What are the post-effects of divorce? Is annulment good or bad? What causes divorce? What can be done to win the battle over divorce?
Why can’t all become a lawyer? The retort is quite straight forward - because not everyone has got the appropriate credentials for the line of work. The same logic should pertain to marriage. Before marriage, boys and girls should tag on lectures based on how to live in couple, how to take care of family. Also they should be assessed. If they succeed in the module, the probability of a divorce might be relatively lower.
Hey I’ve got an idea how to make divorce inexistent…. If there were an end to marriage ceremony, divorce would no longer exist!! Quite logical huh… Hahahaha… .. .

Another hitch is abortion. The baby is guiltless,, why is it being killed? He can’t even defend himself. You are attacking an unarmed creature…what a low deed. As a parent you should be the protector of your baby,, and yet it’s you who are taking his life. We don’t know how horrible abortion is in that no victim can ever come forward and explain his sufferings. You could have taken all the preventative measures during the act.

Some children are not victim of abortion,, but they are deprived of mom’s milk. Why breast-feed? Breast milk provides an infant with significant protection against chronic diseases such as allergies and asthma; and infectious diseases including meningitis, diarrhea, ear infections, and pneumonia. The immune components of breast milk constantly change to meet the infant’s need to be protected against new infections. Breast-feeding also benefits the mother by reducing her risk of developing ovarian cancer, pre-menopausal breast cancer, osteoporosis, and hip fractures in later life.
Breast-feeding facilitates bonding between a mother and infant that is emotionally satisfying to both participants. The mother develops nurturing behaviors. The infant, in turn, learns trust.
As a parent, you should choose the best for your baby.. Opt for breast-feed, say no to bottle-feed.

Pre-marital sex, adultery, sodomy… are escalating. Is it necessary to have sex to prove your love? Is sex synonymous to love? Why adultery? Why sodomy?
I think the problem is in the way of thinking. Some girls allow their husband to do everything (sodomy and all sorts of fantasy) with their body, only not to lose their partner. The insight of psyche should be changed. If there is true love between couples, there is no place for extreme sex.

Murder, Rape, Theft, Drugs, Prostitutions,,,,, One who commits these bustle was once a baby, completely innocent….. Then, what are the factors that shape a naive into an outlaw? I wonder what it takes for someone to become shady. Back comes to my mind, scores of thoughts.

Lacking in upbringings, peer pressure,,,, amongst many, these may be the grounds of the crisis. Parents play a vital role in shaping a child. Parents have to give their children comfort and support, teaching them life and ethics, watching their behavior and actions, and most importantly, answering their questions with patience and love.

Parents should make it a must to keep an eye on their children. Also parents should know the importance of spending time with their kids. Children have many questions in their urge to discover and learn about life. Parents should be here to answer these questions patiently and give proper explanations of how the world functions,,,, make clear to them about what’s good, what’s bad…etc… .. . Parents should be informed about how to raise a child.

Yet, there are children with no parents, who have proved themselves,, some have become great leaders, others have a success history. Equally, some children despite the fact that they are gifted with parents are offenders.
This goes to show that parent is not the only stakeholder in crafting a child. At school, a new module based on citizenship and morals should be introduced in the curriculum. Also, there should be regular spots whereby repented criminals testify about the costs of being a criminal. Such a spot can have a psychological effect on the viewers.

Much can be done to prevent a child from becoming a criminal if proper attention is given to his upbringing. One query which needs to be underlined at this stage is what can be done to transform present criminals. Even the toughest criminal has got a feeling,, in its core, he want to be appreciated, be loved…. we only need to show him the way.. This can be achieved by a strong psychological assistance… .. .

my spam experiment and excerpt

From the time since am using a mailbox, I’ve received thousands of spam messages. To know if spam messages are an effective marketing tool, I opened a new mail account and a new blog space. After that, I collected 7000 active mail addresses to which I sent an email invitation to the new blog. After one month the number of visitors on the new blog was 2489.. it should be noted that, there was no online link to the new blog and equally it had no pager rank,,, thus it did not surface on any search engine post search. Thus, the only way to land on the new blog was through the invitation mail. Statistically speaking, according to my study,, my mail invitation was about 35.6% effective. My mail invitation was not marked as spam… a spam mail would have been less effective in that it may be subject to filters.

Spam is not expensive. Online-marketing firms are falling over themselves to proffer spam campaigns of millions of addresses. Pro Software Pack charges just $125 to send 1 million messages. This amount is very relatively cheaper. When I was conducting my experiment on spam messages, I found out that I was not allowed to exceed sending 500 mails in 24 hours. The ceiling of 500 mail recipient is hold on to help combat spam. Now if you uses only send mail from only one mail address, it’ll take you 2000 days (more than 5 years) to send one million mail. However if you choose to opened 2000 mail account to send all the one million mail, still you won’t be able to do it in a day.. it goes to show that, it’ll be better to outsource the job.

Does spam have a cost?
The cost to businesses doubled between 2005 and 2007 to $100 billion.

Are there anti-spammers?
Yes, but spammers innovations are ahead to those of security agents. How? To avoid filters, at first they interchanged some letters and numbers and broke up words with spaces. When keyword filters got better, spam appeared with additional, unsuspicious text that reduced the percentage of trigger words. Since the added verbiage confused recipients, spammers began sending it as invisible (white on white) text. When security firms employed filters that could detect hidden text, spammers then began placing their messages on Websites and providing links to them. When filters were programmed to hunt for spam by following links, spam e-mail appeared with dozens of link to legitimate Web sites to overwhelm filters….etc…

Is spam harmful?
Spam can be harmful if it is harmful….hahhahaha…. Spam’s most-serious threat is still in spreading viruses. A computer-security firm, says 5% of the 350 million e-mails the company inspects each week carry viruses. Many try and steal data such as banking details. They carry an unquantifiable cost: confidence in the Internet as a “legitimate instrument” is suffering.

What is new year?

My previous post was on birthday. This post is on New Year. Are they related??? Birthday can be termed as ‘New Age’!. I think that New Year is the birthday of year,,,,,but we don’t lit candle, instead we lit fire crackers. There’s no cake, instead there’s bbq. We are celebrating the birthday of year, but year is not to be seen, it’s not even virtual, then where is year??

Where is year manufactured?
A year takes 365.25 days to be processed. Year is comes forward on the 1st January and withdraws on the 31st of December. Its lifetime is only 365.25 days. This follows to say that the amount of time taken to generate a year equals its life span. If the same theory applied for human, there would have been no happy birthday.

Now, with globalization, technologies..,, everything is manufactured quicker than before. What if the supply of New Year Increases? We’ll have more than one New Year in 12 months…..which means more enjoyment!!?
I feel this has already taken place… there is additional glee than before, and sometimes the elation that we have on other days is somewhat advanced as matched up to to the one we have on New Year. That’s because changes are taking place at a very high pace…

What if one day New Year is postponed?
I’ll welcome New Month,,,,, New Week,,,,,, New Day,,,,,,, New Hour,,,,,,,, New Minute,,,,,,,,,, New Seconds..!!

When we say bye to 2007, where does it go? It goes behind us, we step in 2008, and 2009 lies ahead of us. Life can be compared to a road. In contrast to road where km/miles represent milestone, in life it’s year which represents milestone. The road is still, it’s we who move on it,, the same applies to life. On the road, we can move about by walking, bicycle, motorcycle, car, bus, etc…, but in life we move only by means of time which never stops, there’s no U-turn, no traffic jam,,,, it just moves!!!

Every year, there is a New Year.!.

CREATING PRODUCT BUZZ:
Surf to a search engine, plug “Shinkansen N700”, and search the web. Hey what to get as results? Back comes scores of photos and comments about the smooth ride, dizzying speed and comfortable work areas of Japan’s newest bullet train. . The attention is not a fluke. It’s the effect of a publicity campaign by Central Japan Railway Co. targeted at the blogosphere. This summer, the railway invited a dozen bloggers to a press preview, which included a first-class ride from Tokyo to Osaka.

“Their blogs are so precise, even more so than our own site, and are very interesting.” Says Hiroshi Shigeta, a railway spokesman.
Ridership for the N700 model, which runs across the country, is up 12% over last year, compared with 5% overall, which Shigeta attributes in part to the attention of bloggers.

Japanese firms that make automobiles, high-tech gadgets, games software and beauty products have begun to reach out to bloggers in the hope that they’ll promote products and create online buzz.

“Personal blogs can be the most powerful media” since it can convey credibility, says Tetsuya Honda, a marketing consultant who runs BlueCurrent Japan. A recent study by Nikkei Research of Tokyo shows that nearly 40% of blog readers say they have bought at least one product after reading it on a blog.

The pioneer in this practice is Nissan Motor. Last year it invited about 100 popular bloggers to its head office for the launch of its new car, Skyline. A Google search on the event turned up nearly 14,000 Web pages, in addition to the company’s official blog.

Japanese blog entries tend to read like personal diaries or reviews of products, says Nobuhiro Seki, general manager of Six Apart, which introduced blog software to Japan. People talk in detail about what they ate, bought, read and watched on television, and often do so passionately. Nearly half a million blog entries on products (excluding those on politics and social issues) are written each day, according to Blog Watcher. Firms are taking notice now in part because of Web sites that rank bloggers, making it possible to identify the most influential. In addition, in recent months software tools that analyze blog postings for trends and changing preferences have become available for businesses. Blogs are “a frontier of product feedback,” says Ichiro Kiyota, marketing director at Six Apart.

The use of blogs by businesses to promote their products is spreading in Japan. The number is expected to grow, says Seki. Encouraging bloggers can be a gamble, but when it works, it works well.

In Mauritius, products are advertised on nearly all media; television, radios, newspapers, internet, posters,,,etc,,,,, why not use blog as a new advertising tool??

I reached 23 years of age today.. I was born on the 22 December 1984,, I really love this date, but I wish I was always a teen…. I can’t fathom if I ought to be cheerful or tetchy today,, on the whole, people have a good time on their anniversary,, but my philosophy is different,, I am not like all the people, I am what I am, I am Ahad… my intellect function in a very peculiar style,, at times I get baffled with myself…. Well, that’s why I started to blog.. I can converse what’s on my mind to the world….

Let’s return to my birthday, 7894 days in my life are over,, these time will on no account come for a second time…. Now, I have (death – 7894) days ahead of me to be in this world…. How will these imminent days be?? I only wish a first-rate health, and joy to live,,, nothing more…. That’s the only two things to which I hold grand magnitude in life…

What should I party?? My life span has been abridged by 7894days, should I celebrate this?? As someone grow up, he loses the innocence of a child,, should I rejoice this?? With each successive birthday, one has to muddle through more problems <>,,, should I celebrate this?? I am getting closer to the old age, which may connote little enjoyment due to bad health,,, should I celebrate this??

What is there to have fun on one’s birthday???
Consider this: Traditionally a birthday is celebrated like this by blowing off the lighting candle, cutting the cake, champagne,… etc
One definition of ‘light’ from the Concise Oxford Dictionary – 10th edition,,, is “become animated with liveliness or joy”
When one is blowing the light of the candle, does it mean that he is blowing the joy too??? As regards to ‘cake’, one definition is “the amount of money or assets regarded as available for sharing”….. Does cutting the cake mean cutting the amount of life (asset) available for sharing????

Throughout the last months of the year, Mauritius faces a hitch,,,,,,, DROUGHTS. During such stages, the authority concerned is forced to keep an eye on the supply of water. Hey, it’s quite lucid to control the supply of water, but sorry to say, we necessitate water to carry on.

Mauritius is a small island. As such we don’t have large rivers like Nile, Amazon, etc.. Yet, the country have been gifted to survive, we have water in profusion in nearly all our tiny rivers, lakes, etc.. Till now water supply has been proficient to assure the requirements of the 1.2 million populace. There was never a situation as far as I know, where people died due to lack of water. Yeps, one thing worth noting at this point is that water is of high-quality in Mauritius. Water tastes good here.

One thing which needs to show appreciation in Mauritius is that the drought season does not last long. Sooner or later, the country will gain from heavy rainfall and subsequently our reservoirs, dams will be chock-full. Yet, we cannot take heavy rainfall every year for granted. What will happen if one year, the country does not benefit from heavy rainfall??

We should capture every drop and make optimum use of water. At flic-en-flac there is a sort of spring which is at all times filled with water. We really need to capture this water. Such type of sources exists in many places in the island. On mount Pouce, there is a source,, the water there is soooo fresh that you can’t go by it and don’t enliven yourself after getting tired from mountaineering.

Last year, during droughts period, people took to the streets in quite a few parts of the island. Some even blocked the road by setting fire and placing rocks. Please don't repeat such mania for a second time. What will these types of stroke fetch.. will it crack the crisis?? Will it fill up our reservoir?? No!
Whenever there is a problem, we should act in response to resolve the difficulty. If you are hungry, you should gobble something…. But if you are famished, and you choose to go swimming,, the hunger will not lighten,, foodstuff you will still desire…
There is urgent need for someone who is awfully unwell to go to the hospital. That person has no way than to bypass the path which has been blocked. Due to this act, that person can’t get to the sanatorium and consequently breathes his last breath. Who is to blamed for his death?? Just think about it!!
Please please please, no matter what happens, never obstruct a road!!

Hey, today’s Friday the 13th…. And I guess a few of you are a speck alert.
Oh no, please do not notify me you are gullible.
I am a logical guy….i don’t believe in these twaddle. For me today is like everyday. Superstition is an utter baloney… Please don’t accept as true this rubbish. Superstitious people philosophy is irrational, due to which they may be losers. They can easily be duped. It’s as if a cat has seen a rat…. The cat says meow miaw,,, catching a rat is a child play for me!!.

You are not a fool.. Everyone has got intelligence but folks who exploit it are termed intelligent. Believe in the truth. Can science ever prove that superstition is true… No.

Life is all about logic. For a reaction to come about there ought to be a preceding action. If you take a handgun and point it to your skull and shoot,, you are a dead man. Likewise, if I didn’t use the internet, I wouldn’t be able to post this script.

I don’t know what is going to come about to me in the next second and I don’t wish to be on familiar terms with the forthcoming. Some make-believe to predict the future… why don’t they foretell usual mishap? Just see in your mind's eye how this would have do good to mankind.! There exists by the same token unsolved vagueness whereby the culprit of a crime has still not been found….People who pretend to know everything can solve these cases.

Global Warming

Hello bloglover,
Presently, there are great deals of debate with reference to global warming. Everyone says ‘global warming’…but in currently in Mauritius it’s winter and I can bet that it’s colder than preceding wintry weathers. Are we sure that it’s global warming…..Shouldn’t it be labelled ‘global cooling’?? Hey….I put forward my hypothesis….when we are transitioning from winter to summer….i’ll term it ‘seasonal warming’, and conversely when we are transitioning from summer to winter…..’seasonal cooling’!!

Every living thing has got its respective role to play in the ecosystem… I think that only one creature is destroying the ecosystem…….it’s we human. I want to make out the role that human being have got to play towards the world ecology.

The use of pesticides, has resulted in malaria and chikungunya……how?
When all these chemical stuffs go into rivers…the population of fishes which feed on mosquito larvae were reduced. As a result the number of mosquito was greater than before and migrated to human settlements.

At the fourth level are the tertiary consumers, carnivores that feed on other carnivores. Finally, the fifth trophic level consists of the decomposers, organisms such as fungi and bacteria that break down dead or dying matter into nutrients that can be used again.

Why do we need to develop weapons?......Budget on military expenditure could have been used to help the poor. Why do we need condoms??...If we have safe sex within the norms….there’s no threat of AIDS. Why do we need to build skyscrapers?....Of what use are pyramids to pharaoh??

Currently am overloaded with uni coursework…..this explains my blog hibernation.

The Sexual Offences Bill is quite an interesting debate. On one side some of the improvements call for appraisals, for instance harder penalty for rapist. However, one focus of the bill - (decriminalizing sodomy if there is consent) - is entertaining much controversy. Personally I stoutly oppose to this suggestion. If we are truly in love with a girl, we’ll not even think of sodomizing her. Sodomy is an act of lust. Sodomy is not a part of love. According to me, if someone desires to sodomize his lover, it can be wrapped up that the person does not feel affection for his spouse….he is using her as a sexual gizmo.

Where does the word sodomy start off?
Sodom and Gomorrah - two ancient cities near the Dead Sea. Lut is referred to as "Lot". This passage is an apparent reference to the activities at Sodom and Gamorah. It seems to imply that there was no homosexual behavior before it first appeared in Sodom.
Some evidence indicates that they did exist, were destroyed, and that their sites now lie under the Dead Sea.

We need to fight AIDS (Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome. AIDS was initially known as Gay-Related Immunodeficiency Disease – GRID.

It’s high time to wake up. We are not equipped with the required resources to treat aids till now……yet, we can take preventive measures…..for sure, aids can be shunned.

Those already contaminated, please don’t give up. It’s not the end of the world. Other people are suffering from other illnesses, there exist more than aids….. There are further fatal diseases, aids in not the only deadly disease. In any case if we are born, we should die one day…….everybody will die…….it’s not that only HIV infected will die and others will live eternally here. Just tread on the right path and you’ll be able to delete the virus.

Yes, our grand grand children lifestyle may echo our grand grand parent.
How can this be possible…. You might wonder….. But that’s what I think!!

It’s factual that, evolution is high-ceilinged….. But mathematically reckoning, this fruition is escalating at a declining velocity.
When this progress reaches its optimal, it’ll start falling to draw closer to where it started.

How can evolution retreat??
This can come to pass when all resources – petrol, cement, iron,…etc are exhausted. Let’s clutch an exemplar to put this idea in plain words:
In the year 1900 I was not here, In 2007 I’m here….. in 3000, I’ll not be here. If this is true for every foundation, it can as well be exact for natural resources. What will happen in that case?
Our ability to create is nonentity; we can only transform existing supplies.

We can rely on solar, wind, wave, nuclear,… energy…….But, what to do only with energy?? Suppose, in your house you have electricity, but not a single electrical appliance……….Of what use is the electricity to you????

InfoTech 2006

Yesterday, I stirred up untimely, along with following my every day regulars, I headed to uni. After attending the instruct of operations management, my chum and I flee the module VB.Net to set off to the 13th edition of INFOTECH, the foremost yearly information and communication Technology (ICT) event in Mauritius, from 16 to 19 November 2006 at the Swami Vivekananda International Convention Centre, Pailles. This InfoTech was held by the National Computer Board.

We set out to Rose-Hill to catch the bus which will carry us to the InfoTech. Subsequent to some tick, we were on the spot.
Scores of folks were incoming and outgoing. The aim of InfoTech 2006 is to prop up the widespread diffusion of Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) in Mauritius and to increase awareness on emerging technologies.

I was rapt by the most up-to-date technologies which exist in 2006, for example the Virtual Reality Space is somewhat really hard for me to comprehend the insight mechanism and coding. This attests the soaring brainpower of people. I’m looking presumptuous to how the world will look like in 10,000 years, if it exists by that point in time??
Have man thought about an extra know-how which will make the ICT world obsolete??

Well, let’s be back to InfoTech… I was admiring the technology when, out of the blue my pal’s notice was caught by one of our uni lecturer. The latter was representing Software Concepts Ltd. He offered us a striking pen along with a demo version of Sage Pastel 2007. THANKS SIR!!!

We headed to Oracle. I have to submit an oracle assignment by this Thursday. I had a few talk with the Oracle rep. They were from Oracle-Dubai. We were presented an Oracle magazine, Oracle notepad, and a Poster. THANKS!!

Alas, I was unable to pact with Microsoft. At times, I feel that Microsoft is from Mauritius in view of the fact that Microsoft colours resemble the colours of the Mauritian flag.

My psyche:
Mauritius is facing an energy crisis. We actually need to save energy, but one of the focal wastage of electrical power is providing street lighting. I’d like to effort on a venture, where it’ll be doable to control the luminosity. What I have it in mind to shout here, is that in various cases, this street light is used by nonentity, then why provide it?? How to supply street lighting in a most select line of attack?? The solution is to bring IT into the field. The future pioneering street lighting ought to be equipped with a sensor and hardly any hardware. The picture of the new system is that the light will be on automatically only when the system detects the presence of human.

For Mauritius to develop into a Cyber island, the authority concerned must put up a High-Tech lab multifaceted. Those working in the lab are to engage into research in the IT world, we can build up a new programming language. If other people can do it, then why not us???
