Went to watch this movie with my girl friend today and the moment I saw Chun-li I wanted to leave, this is total piece of shit movie, if you ever play any Street Fighter game you will definitely hate this on so many level, everything on this movie casting, writing and directing is a 1 1/2 hour of crap, hell even if you haven't played any Street Fighter game you will still think this movie is a piece of garbage, the guy who plays Charlie Nash on this movie look like Keanu Reeves, less hair and even less acting skill meaning even his blank stare is terrible, the actrees playing Chun-li is pretty but since this is not a porn film I don't give a rats ass she doesn't even look asian to play Chun-li part, Gen is played by a "magical" young guy with a cheap fake mustache, M. Bison is a white guy, anyway WARNING to anyone planning to watch this piece of crap, don't waste yoyur time and money, go stare at a wall instead it will be more entertaining.

Electricity and Service

Last tuesday when I got home from work I found out that I don't have electricity at home, I immediately called Meralco the electric company and confirmed that I haven't been disconnected, I also called an electrician to have my power check he confirmed that only 110 is active, so I called back Meralco and they gave me a trouble ticket number and advise me that there will be a service crew to comming over that night, I was surprise and partly not convince that they would show up that night or even if they showed up it will be very late, anyway they prove me wrong after an hour or so I received a call from Meralco telling me that their outside my door they immediately check and fix what it wrong with the connection in about 15 minutes I got my power back within 3 hours calling their customer service hotline, I would have to say Meralco probably has the best customer service support in the Philippines, they are fast organize and even the agents are well informed and well trained they were able to identify immediately based on description that they needed to send a crew over, unlike some company (I'm looking at you Smart and your crappy service), Great job Meralco!

License and Expiration

Yesterday I went to Land Transportation Office to have my drivers license renewed as it has already expired almost a month ago, meaning I have been driving with an expired license, anyway I as usually am not surprised that immediately when I parked my car I was flagged by fixers offering their services, their services compsoe of getting the forms you need, faster(not true) processing of your renewal application and release of your ID as well as guiding you through the messy procedure of your local LTO office, of course everything for a price which is about 600 pesos more on top of the fees you pay for your license, drug check, and eye exam which I don't understand why it would cost 100 pesos as the person doing the eye exam is not even qualified or not paying attention to what they have to be checking, the price for the drug check is more reasonable at 300 pesos, anyway as usual it took me 6 hours to get my license at least this time it didn't take me 6 months to get my ID card, I also wonder why the LTO office allowed this unscrupulous fixer to be inside their compound when they have no actual business being there, apart from that I also wonder why the LTO need an BIR ID when all they need is the TIN number for renewal of registration of motor vehicle, which make me think that the LTO is making the process more inconvenient for people so that they will get the services of this fixers, good thing I only have to renew my license every 3 years.

Man I bought Resistance 2 last week, I finished the campaign couple of days ago now I'm addicted to online co-op, I mean yesterday I think I went to bed almost 5 in the morning thats after playing almost the whole day, this game is addictive the co-op mode is so great there is not even any lag time during play, and ISP suck (smart bro) if your looking for a good game to play this christmas for your ps3 I would recommend Resistance 2 its crazy how many people can join the game at the same time, my Medic is almost level 20 now and it really cool, maybe I would try playing as Spec Ops next time, anyway my girl friend is now calling me an addict since I got my ps3, I hope she doesn't feel left out maybe I should get her one so we could go online together.

This is my girl friends dog Jumbo, He absolutely is scared of me, but I still managed to take picture of Him, he is a chow chow breed and I think he is probabaly the cutest dogs I ever saw, I also thing the reason why he is scared of me because I chased him around the house the first time he saw me, he is so cuddly you will want to hug him.

Mini Volcano and To unwind

Have been doing nothing before christmas so decided to go to tagytay to unwind with my girl friend, we went to Taal Vista Hotel for lunch and sight seeing the view there is absolutely still breath taking, Ive been going to this place since I was a little boy and the view hasn't change but I can't say the same for the Tagytay itself, the place is much more crowded this days, there are malls and about 2 to 3 dozen restaurants once your reach Tagytay proper, Taal Vista Hotel itself have change a lot since its Taal Vista Lodge days, the parking will cost you 100 pesos if you want to just park there and walk around, there are less epople going to the place too unlike before were everyone could park and go through it without even spending a cent, anyway after lunch we visited Bag of Beans for an afternoon coffee which has a good ambience gardenny kind and the coffee is just plain great unlike that Starbuck's stuff hehe... all in all its a good trip on my way home bought about 30 pieces of coconut at 10 pesos each for buko salad yummy.

Christmas is really getting near very fast, it almost feel chistmassy malls are starting to get crowded and it will get more crowded pretty soon, I hope it doesn't get to be too crowded as I always do my shopping last minute, anyway its still november but every malls and stores are playing Christmas songs, jingle bells here and jingle bells there to help you ease into the Christmas mood so that you will buy more stuff from their store hehehehe.... oh well thats it for today.

Have just started playing this game, it really kick ass I mean I know Snake is older now and he doesn't move as well as he did on his first 3D game, but he really still kicks ass I don't think anyone should miss this game, I even wished I played this first before I played Fallout 3 which is also one amazing game, I just finished destroying the first boss, Laughing Octopus which i find to be pretty difficult at medium setting, right now this is eating up all my time there is just so much to explore and do on the game, specially the amount of guns you can use, oh man anyway thats it for now and back to the game ..... enjoy

Funny and Nice

I had a great weekend I spent it with my girl friend, I help her contruct her costume which turns out to look like a worm more than a snake for her party, I also made a fake clay pot out of sytor foam at the sametime discovered not to use lacquer paint to paint it unless you want your styro foam to evaporate LOL, all in all it was a great fun we also bought about 10 sticks of BBQ for dinner which really taste yummy, I don't know why but the dirtier the food the better it taste :))

Still been playing playstation 3 a lot look like I am such an addict, whenever I get home I would start playing, about 6 hours everynight anyway this week I'm playing Valkyria Chronicale, the game look very beautiful, the story is also good I like the strategy part of the game, basically you can play a scenario differently everytime, I love how you can just sneak up on tanks and hit them with a anti tank and destroy it in one shot, its also funny how things work Anti Tanks personnel is more effective againts tank even more than tank against tank, because of its mobility and smaller amount of action points used to moved them, tanks is however more effective against foot soldiers than foot soldiers are against foot soldier it really funny, it reminds me of elephant scared of a mouse.

Have been slowly adapting to my home country, been back for almost a week now and I still haven't enjoyed much of the stuff I bought when I was out of the country, it feel like my life was put on hold while I was abroad, when I got back I was flooded with commitment that I have put on hold when I left, and there are lot of them this week I have just started to get back on the groove of things here, also on top of having a lot of appointments and work I also don't have my car back from the shop, I was informed that I would get it back this friday I really find it difficult and very tedious to commute some would even say dangerous, I guess I'm not used to it anymore, anyway thats it for now.

Haven't been doing any blogging lately been playing games on my PS3, man fallout is really very very very very addictive, the games looks so cool I love that you could move around the wasteland freely and feel likes bad ass as you know you can kill any bastrads that came along, but right now I'm just going throught the fallout game as a good guy, basically helping people and usch, haven't been killing much, so far I had 120 kills, also I didn't nuke Megaton the town closest to the Vault, all I can say is this game rocks, hopefully I could finish it and get to regular blogging thing, then again I have few more games in line lol.

I'm currently at the airport waitng to be boarded, we had the limousine above to rive us to the airport as got loads of bags and boxes to carry, good thing none of us was over the baggage limit which is 43kg, anyway I also managed to buy myself Canadian Maple Syrup Cream Cookies as I want to get rid of my coins, it cost me $3.60, anyway will be leaving in an hour, and finally be back home in 12hours. :) I hope the guy who is picking me up is here.

Goodbye, will be leaving and going home tonight, we have rented a limo to take us to the airport as we have tons of junk, and will need to take 2 taxi cab to carry them all, will take a picture of the limo later it a 4x4 limo, anyway I'm quite pumped to go back home after months of cold and rain, its time to go back to humid and rain :)) I think vancouver is saying goodbye to use because its gloomy and rainy or its just being that way becase it is meant to be lol, will miss the poeple here, the colleagues and also the place were I stayed for months :)

I have recently purchased a Playstation 3 | PS3, have been playing Warhawk, GTA 4, Saint Row 2 and Metal Gear Solid 4, anyway I'm pretty pump up today as Fallout 3 is out now and as well as Little Big Planet, I'm thinking fo going ove rto Ebgames, or Best buy to grab either Fallout 3 or Lillte Big Planet, however my big dillema is I'm not sure which one to get, I only want to get one, as I have said I just recently bought Playstation 3 it hasn't been more than a month and I won't be able to play them all as I also have to go to work, hmmm.. maybe I should quit(?) :), anyway Ill be going over to the mall after work and check them out, maybe I would come home not buying anything whic is even better, will post picture later when I get back home with whatvere I bought, LBP or Fallout 3?, what a dillema.

Crackers and Melamine

Today I found out that BFAD banned Sunflower Crackers(blueberry kind) contains melamine, I was alarmed as kids like to eat this type of crackers and parents often let the kids have a pack of this cracker for snack or "merienda" as they are deemed more healthy or safe than having chocolates or chips, anyway the sunflower product that is affected is the Blueberry flavor or the Sunflower Cracker, which I have never tried, but i do like to buy their original Sunflowers crackers. this issue also raise question about the quality of production process and quality check put in by CROLEY FOODS MFG. CORP. makers of Sunflowers food product, in my opinion I wouldn't buy any Croley Food product for the meantime even if their other product tested out negative, as there is a big "what if" question like there are other things in there that isn't being tested, I don't have kids but I wouldn't want any kid getting sick because of crackers, I also feel very dissapointed with Croley as a manufacturing company as Sun Flower have been known for quality in the past, yet they have been irresponsible specially with regards to safety of their product which a lot of kids consume daily.

The Croley Foods products which tested satisfactorily in the CFS examinations were Croley

Went up to the mountain yesterday afternoon, it was cold but the site is breathtaking its overlooking the city, and the air feels so clean but very cold also saw some tottem poles up there took some pictures with some friends, walk around and had dinner at pizza hut, will post pics tonight once I get back home, I'm now at work and a bit bored lol. :)

Date of my departure is getting close, I'm most certainly excited to go back home probably the only I will miss here is the weather which I like the rest its all the same to me, this is my 5th trip out of the country but this is the longest one I have ever been on a foreign land, its funny as I never thought I will get to go to where I have been or that I would be able to go to places without spending anything and still getting paid, life is good :)
