poodle, you probably could imagine that. A pink elephant? A cow
in the meadow? Two children playing in the sand? One of them
stands up quickly and raises their hands to the sky, shouting *Yes!*

Did you know that helplessness is a learned response?

People learn to feel helpless by developing patterns of
thought that hold them back. Most people don't know that.

If someone said to you that you could learn to dance in five
sessions, you would believe them, because you know you
can learn that.

Mental habit patterns as well as physical habit patterns are
learned by following the very same process. Repetition.
People can learn to be nice just as easily as they learned
to be nasty.

Try this. Smile and think good thoughts every hour on
the hour until it comes automatically. See how it feels.

Piers won! It was really a tough call for Trump. Trace brought in $38,000in ticket sales. Piers brought in $12,000. Trace brought in $64,000 in auction sales. Piers brought in $376,000.

Who to pick? The one who brought in the most money or the one who kept his integrity throughout it all? Since he went for the money, does that say that Trump puts a lesser value on integrity than he does money? Because if he did value integrity more, Trace would have won it hands down!

Would you like to be a great communicator?

Do you take full responsibility for success when you talk to
people?

Do you take full responsibility for success when you listen
to people?

As a talker, you can take full responsibility by being certain
others understand what you are saying.

As a listener, you can take full responsibility for hearing what
the others are trying to say, by saying it back to them as you
understand it.

Taking full responsibility isn't all that hard once you learn to
listen closely and speak specifically. Do this and you will be
a great communicator in no time!

==>Week 12: The Final Four (Carol, Lennox, Trace & Piers) went to the Boardroom and Carol and Lennox were fired. Now, Piers and Trace have to take their teams, (Stephen, Carol, Lennox, and Marilu were brought back) and hold a grand charity event.

Trace picked Lennox and Marilu, Piers took Stephen and Carol. They will be judged on the amount of tickets sold to the event, the money they bring in from the auction, and how well they run their part of the event. Check in next Friday to see who won and what they did!

Learn to create, not compete.

A successful lumber dealer told the newspaper reporters what he
did to stay ahead of the game.

Every night he said he sat quietly in his darkened room and relaxed.

Then, he tried to imagine how the lumber business would be
conducted ten years from now. He would write down everything
that came to him and tried to put them into effect in his business
immediately. He didn't want to wait for the ten years to come
around. He wanted to succeed now.

While his contemporaries were competing with him, he was creating
his future.

Learn to create, not compete. Every day, do some concentrated
thinking, visualizing, about yourself, your work, your family. Anyone
from ages ten to one hundred and ten can benefit from this way of
Thinking.

Create life. Live life. Enjoy life.

==>Week 11: The teams were to design a Quizno sandwich that they would sell for $2.00. They could not use their Rolodex, they had to sell to the people on the street. They were given two hours to prepare and two hours to sell. The teams were Empresario (Stephen Baldwin and Trace Adkins) and Hydra (Carol Alt,Lennox Lewis,and Piers Morgan). Empresario sold $253 worth and Hydra sold $313 worth of sandwiches. Lennox won $20,000 for his charity Muhammad Ali Center.

==>Week 10: The teams were to price and sell artwork. They each were given rooms to display the artwork, but one set of rooms was behind the other. It looked like Omarosa had a handle on getting the flow of traffic to go to her area, but that didn't help. Her team only sold $7000 worth of paintings. Piers' group sold $164,000 worth of paintings. Trump said Piers led his team, Hydra, (Carol Alt, Lennox Lewis, and Piers Morgan) to the greatest victory in the history of the Apprentice! Needless to say, Piers was very happy to win $51,300 for his favorite charity! That and his winnings from week 7 totals to $116,157!

Creating Empowering Alternatives

What does it mean to have an empowering alternative?

It means that you no longer have to settle for things as they are
now. If something isn't going right in your life, you will learn
below how you can create an empowering alternative to that
situation.

Let's say you feel like a victim at certain points in your life.

The teams were to create a living window featuring Serta's mattress and Vera Wang's bridal wear. They were to create a living window featuring both products. They were judged on creativity, brand imaging, and entertainment value. $20,000 will go to the winning Project Manager. Lennox's team won.
