As some of you may have noticed from some recent uploads on AIESEC.net, there has been a change in the naming!

It is no longer SN it is EP, which stands for Exchange Participant!

Good luck to Isabel, Brian & Pierre as they Facilitate at NLDC 2007 (starting VERY soon!) and try not to use the old terms! (remember how hard it was to not say trainee after the brand was implemented???)

Maybe we should change ADAPT to ADAPI??!!

Dear Snow Gods:

I know we haven't communicated a lot this year, and it may start feeling like everytime we talk I am asking you for something but this time it's a little more serious.

I'd like to thank you for this past winter, I know it was hard to do and you had to make it up by having more snow in other parts of the world but I appreciated your efforts to meet my previous requests despite the fact that I live in a country known for it's cold weather. I'm sure it hurt to have others think that global warming was the reason behind the less than average cold this winter but I knew all along it was thanks to you.

The reason I write today is because of April, and specifically right now. The last couple of years that I can remember there has been what I would call a freak snowfall in April. In fact a quick internet search for historical weather information in Toronto found that it is not uncommon for very low temperatures or even the occassional snowfall.

I urge you to reconsider this weeks weather forecast. As we discussed in the past, it has been spring now since March 21, clearly it is time for the Rain Gods to have those April showers which bring us the May flowers, and I realize that some of the forecast calls for rain, but please ensure that you are finished for this year and we will see you again sometime in the last quarter of 2007.

The environmental concern aside, this May there will be a conference in Toronto which is bringing togethers delegates from most of Canada and we want to make the best impression of the city as possible as it may be some delegates first time in Toronto. I am concerned that they will have too good a time, going to the mall or enjoying our diverse neighbourhoods, or our exciting nightlife, so a little rain is fine, but I think the snow is something that you should reconsider past the 20th of March.

Thanks again for everything, i'll be around in Toronto this summer so i'll let you know about the bbq's, it'll be at a different address this time but you're always invited :)

Has anyone ever noticed Tai's hair before???

Well Aveda has, and now TAI IS A MODEL!!!

That's right, our very own Tai An, MCVPF, AIESEC Canada, has been selected as an Aveda Model for their upcoming show this weekend

She is however too good for them and will wait for a show which is more up to her standards.

I would recommend everyone to get your cameras ready as NLDC 2007 is quickly approaching and offers 5 days to take pictures!!!

Why is AIESEC still relevant today as much, possibly more, than when we were founded?

Part of the reason includes continual expansion, another reason is reports such as http://www.ilo.org/public/english/employment/strat/stratprod.htm
