First, he's been eating cat food and now, he's playing with cat toys. It is really funny to watch. <br /><br />I have one of those laser lights. You know the kind. The ones that make the little dot on the floor or wall. Anyway, I start playing with the new cat, MiLady, and where's Skywalker? Following the light on the floor. He's leaping at it, jumping on it, barking and snapping at it with his mouth.<br /><br />What is going on? I thought he was a dog?<br /><br />Then, I buy a toy fishing pole at the pet store with a catnip mouse on the end. I start playing with the cats and what happens? You guessed it, Skywalker joins in on the play. I wonder if perhaps I should get him his own little playmate?<br /></span>Juliehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02027702881739385842noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19690316.post-9713983882178402792007-06-19T16:53:00.000-07:002007-06-19T20:17:46.855-07:00My pretty dat...Being the mother of an American Eskimo is never an easy job. These little guys can get into more trouble than a two year old.<br /><br />Skywalker is no exception.<br /><br />I get a call at work from Cheryl. She starts the conversation by saying, "Do you know what your dog has done?" This is going to be bad. He's only MY dog when he's done something wrong!<br /><br />"No, babe, what has he done?"<br /><br />"He's crawled through the cat door and eaten all the cat food in the basement!"<br /><br />Uh oh! If Skywalker can get through the cat door all on his own, how will we ever stop him from eating the very expensive cat food? (Mr. Mann is diabetic and he needs special food.) <br /><br />Man, what'll happen next?<br /><br />SmilesJuliehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02027702881739385842noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19690316.post-90000211632838538362007-03-04T15:36:00.000-08:002007-03-04T15:55:09.532-08:00Updates...<span style="color: rgb(102, 0, 204);font-family:trebuchet ms;" >Sorry I haven't posted in quite a while, but things have been hectic around here. One way to do that is to vote.<br /><br />If you're in Wisconsin, don't forget to vote no on the amendment -- removing the chance of civil rights from a group of people is unAmerican.<br /><br />God Bless.<br /></span></span></span>Juliehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02027702881739385842noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19690316.post-1162849328670643552006-11-06T13:41:00.000-08:002006-11-06T13:42:08.690-08:00Child's Play<a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://www.childsplaycharity.org/index.php"><img style="margin: 0px auto 10px; display: block; text-align: center; cursor: pointer;" src="http://photos1.blogger.com/blogger/7485/1785/320/ChildsPlay468.png" alt="" border="0" /></a><br /><br />I am nearly positive that all of you all ready know just what <a href="http://www.childsplaycharity.org/index.php">Child's Play</a> is all about. But, for those who don't, here's what the website says:<br /><br /><blockquote>"With the help of hospital staff, we’ve set up gift wish lists full of video games, toys, and movies. You can go to each hospital’s list and buy a toy, and that toy will be sent to the hospital. Some of these kids are in pretty bad shape. Imagine being stuck alone in a hospital over the holidays, getting something from a fellow gamer would really raise their spirits. Some of the stuff the hospital will give away for kids to keep, while other gifts (like consoles) will be kept by the hospital for patients to use throughout the year."</blockquote>The gifts shouldn't be gift wrapped. Any other questions should be checked out here.<br /><br />Not to toot my own horn, but I donated last year. I try to give to a lot of charities, especially at this time of the year, but this year -- due to the fact I'm broke -- I'm going to have to cut back on the money I give. BUT, <a href="http://www.childsplaycharity.org/index.php">Child's Play</a> is the one charity I'm keeping on my list. I'm sure there are others out there in the same financial spot as me, but try to give something. Even $15.00 can be used to buy a gift for a child. They raised over $600,000 for children last year. Let's help them make it to a cool million this year!<br /><br />Also, I'll be placing a banner for <a href="http://www.childsplaycharity.org/index.php">Child's Play</a> and leaving it there (and on my other websites) until after Christmas.<br /><br />God BlessJuliehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02027702881739385842noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19690316.post-1162299991250911862006-10-31T04:59:00.000-08:002006-10-31T07:23:56.913-08:00The Boys are visiting...The boys have been here since last Wednesday. Oh, goody, I think I love rides, but then, it happened. She dropped me off at Tull and Goldies and this is where I will stay.<br /><br />I'm not happy about this. <br /><br />Don't get me wrong, I love Tull and Goldie's and Uncle Preston, he'll slip me some people food, but this means Mr. Mann is at home <span style="font-style: italic;">all by himself</span>! Apparently, China -- a country which barely shows any respect for human life -- doesn't feel the need to show respect for canine life. If only 3% of your dogs are vaccinated, what do you expect? Plus, since this only affect 16 people, why are you destroying thousands of dogs?<br /><br />JulieJuliehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02027702881739385842noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19690316.post-1154564995164949462006-08-02T17:20:00.000-07:002006-08-02T17:29:55.183-07:00I could do that...Did you see this on CNN? She sniffs drugs.<br /><br />Well, I'm smart and I could sniff drugs for a living if I wanted to.<br /><br />Oh, yes, I could. I just don't want to.<br /><br />Hey, did I ever tell you about Tyrone? Oh, yeah, Mommie said that when she feels up to it, she'll post a special Eskie Lover banner! That'll be cool and she has some video of Ty and me romping in the yard, too.<br /><br />Skywalker<br /></div>Skywalkerhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02464108302572644148noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19690316.post-1154195051280951102006-07-29T10:43:00.000-07:002006-07-29T10:44:11.293-07:00And, now there's just two...Yesterday, Cheryl and I had to take our little cat, Babie Kitty, to the vet and wait while her life drained out of her. She had become sick, the vet suspects cancer, in the last couple of weeks . She wasn't in her normal hangouts and she had started acting different. It broke our hearts to put her down. We've been expecting to lose Mr. Mann, who is diabetic and has been in poor health over the years, but we never thought we'd lose our Babie Kitty.<br /><br />Babie Kitty, along with Mr. Mann, was given to me by a friend who could no longer take care of them. He needed to move and couldn't keep the cats, so at three years of age, Mr. Mann and Babie Kitty entered my life.<br /><br />From the beginning, Babie Kitty established herself as the top cat. She ruled our roost. She would great me at the door and once she accepted Skywalker -- four years ago -- it became okay for Mr. Mann to accept him, too. She entertained us with her antics and her little ways of doing things. She liked to sit out in the sun, but she didn't like her paws to touch grass. She loved shrimp, but wouldn't eat it if we gave it to her. After we discovered her knack for stealing shrimp, we began placing a peeled shrimp on the table just for her. She would stick her head up and check the the coast was clear. Then, after hiding back down below the table, we would see this little paw come up and bat at the shrimp until it was knocked to the ground, where she would gobble it up.<br /><br />I've always had cats, but to Cheryl being owned by a cat was a new experience. Babie Kitty taught Cheryl about being a cat lover. She brought a joy to our lives that will be so missed that I'm crying just thinking about it.<br /><br />It should be noted that she hated car rides and did not like the vet. Even yesterday, when she couldn't lift her head and could no longer walk, she growled and hissed at Dr. Fulmer.<br /><br />Godspeed, little gal. You will be missed more than you will ever know.<br /><br /><br /><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://www.topofmyhead.info/uploaded_images/IMG_1720-716019.JPG"><img style="margin: 0px auto 10px; display: block; text-align: center; cursor: pointer;" src="http://www.topofmyhead.info/uploaded_images/IMG_1720-710703.JPG" alt="" border="0" /></a>Juliehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02027702881739385842noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19690316.post-1153946472984693492006-07-26T13:29:00.000-07:002006-07-26T13:41:13.003-07:00Babie Kitty Part II<a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://www.eskielover.com/uploaded_images/IMG_0485-716208.JPG"><img style="margin: 0pt 10px 10px 0pt; float: left; cursor: pointer;" src="http://www.eskielover.com/uploaded_images/IMG_0485-794164.JPG" alt="" border="0" /></a>As I write this, Cheryl is getting in the car to go pick Babie Kitty up from the hospital. Our little gal is quite the fighter, but they have determined that she has cancer and the end is definitely near. Cheryl is bringing her home so that we can make her as comfortable as possible. Cheryl's biggest fear is that Babie Kitty will be called over the Rainbow Bridge while on her watch. It's breaking our hearts and upsetting to Mr. Mann and Skywalker. They aren't sure just what is going on, but they know one member of their trio is missing and the boys aren't too happy about it.<br /><br />I hope a miracle happens and Babie just bounces back, but I don't think that's going to happen. The rally she produced last Friday I think was that rally all sick people seem to have right before the end. I think she doesn't want to die anywhere but at home and is holding on for us to come and get her.<br /><br />We can only wait and pray.<br /><br />Julie<br /><br /><div style="text-align: left;"><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://www.eskielover.com/uploaded_images/thegang-757391.jpg"><img style="margin: 0pt 10px 10px 0pt; cursor: pointer;" src="http://www.eskielover.com/uploaded_images/thegang-706162.jpg" alt="" border="0" /></a><br /></div>Juliehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02027702881739385842noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19690316.post-1153928258958396882006-07-26T08:12:00.000-07:002006-07-26T08:37:40.796-07:00Help Save these Dogs...Morning,<br /><br />I saw this bulletin on MySpace.com yesterday. She hasn't lost any weight and actually, she was more active on Sunday night and Monday morning than she had been all weekend long. But, the Vet said that she is dehydrated and wanted to keep her overnight. I called them this morning and found out that Babie Kitty didn't eat much through the night. I hate to think of her suffering, but I really am at a lost as just what to do.<br /><br />Julie<br />Skywalker, Babie Kitty and Mr. Mann's MomJuliehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02027702881739385842noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19690316.post-1153499243524503542006-07-21T09:24:00.000-07:002006-07-21T09:27:23.536-07:00Some Good News...Mommie called the doctor this morning and it looks like Baby Kitty is doing much better. She ate all her food and is responding to medication. She can come home, but we have to be really, really nice to her. She'll need to take two pills a day and eat special food, but she just might make it.<br /><br />Last night, when it was time to go to bed, Mr. Mann went into the living room and kept calling for Babie Kitty. Mommie tried to explain that she couldn't come home and he eventually came to bed with us. But, he wasn't happy about it.<br /><br />I'm glad we'll have our sister back later today.<br /><br />SkywalkerSkywalkerhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02464108302572644148noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19690316.post-1153433647891176732006-07-20T15:11:00.000-07:002006-07-20T15:14:07.903-07:00Sad News...This afternoon, Mom took Mr. Mann and Babie Kitty to the vet. She came home with just Mr. Mann. Babie Kitty's really, really sick and they don't know what she has. Mom is all upset and she was crying. I got her to calm down, but then Mommie called from work and the crying started all over again.<br /><br />Babie Kitty has dropped to 4pounds and they can't tell us why. The vet's doing some tests and keeping her overnight for observation and to put fluids back into her.<br /><br />I sure hope she gets to come back home. I miss having her around.<br /><br />Please keep her in your prayers.<br /><br />SkywalkerSkywalkerhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02464108302572644148noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19690316.post-1150839889414299202006-06-20T14:44:00.000-07:002006-06-20T14:44:49.430-07:00Cool Survey.<form action='http://www.kwiz.biz/simplesurveys/do-survey.php' method='post' target='_new'><table border=1 bordercolor=#efefef cellspacing=0><tr><td valign=top align=right>What is your name?</td><td align=left><b>Skywalker</b><input type='hidden' name='question1' value='What+is+your+name%3F'><input type='hidden' name='type1' value='1'></td></tr><tr><td valign=top align=right>What is your owner's name?</td><td align=left><b>Julie and Cheryl or I call them Mommie and Mom</b><input type='hidden' name='question2' value='What+is+your+owner%5C%27s+name%3F'><input type='hidden' name='type2' value='1'></td></tr><tr><td valign=top align=right>Do you have any nicknames?</td><td align=left><b>Sky, Buddy, Hey you, And, What the H*** did you roll in?</b><input type='hidden' name='question3' value='Do+you+have+any+nicknames%3F'><input type='hidden' name='type3' value='1'></td></tr><tr><td valign=top align=right>Which breed are you?</td><td align=left><b>American Eskimo</b><input type='hidden' name='question4' value='Which+breed+are+you%3F'><input type='hidden' name='type4' value='1'></td></tr><tr><td valign=top align=right>What is your birthday?</td><td align=left><b>May 26, 1997</b><input type='hidden' name='question5' value='What+is+your+birthday%3F'><input type='hidden' name='type5' value='1'></td></tr><tr><td valign=top align=right>Do you live with other animals?</td><td align=left><b>Yes, Mr. Mann and Babie Kitty</b><input type='hidden' name='question6' value='Do+you+live+with+other+animals%3F'><input type='hidden' name='type6' value='1'></td></tr><tr><td valign=top align=right>How much do you weigh?</td><td align=left><b>36</b><input type='hidden' name='question7' value='How+much+do+you+weigh%3F'><input type='hidden' name='type7' value='1'></td></tr><tr><td valign=top align=right>Are you neutered?</td><td align=left><b>Yes</b><input type='hidden' name='question8' value='Are+you+neutered%3F'><input type='hidden' name='type8' value='1'></td></tr><tr><td valign=top align=right>What is your favorite treat?</td><td align=left><b>Jumbo Bones</b><input type='hidden' name='question9' value='What+is+your+favorite+treat%3F'><input type='hidden' name='type9' value='1'></td></tr><tr><td valign=top align=right>What are you most afraid of?</td><td align=left><b>Losing Mommie, so I keep a close watch on her.</b><input type='hidden' name='question10' value='What+are+you+most+afraid+of%3F'><input type='hidden' name='type10' value='1'></td></tr><tr><td valign=top align=right>Do you like baths?</td><td align=left><b>Sometimes, I like my groomer, but I don't like being left there.</b><input type='hidden' name='question11' value='Do+you+like+baths%3F'><input type='hidden' name='type11' value='1'></td></tr><tr><td valign=top align=right>How much did you cost?</td><td align=left><b>I don't know, I'm adopted.</b><input type='hidden' name='question12' value='How+much+did+you+cost%3F'><input type='hidden' name='type12' value='1'></td></tr><tr><td valign=top align=right>Where do you sleep?</td><td align=left><b>Everywhere, but mostly in the big bed.</b><input type='hidden' name='question13' value='Where+do+you+sleep%3F'><input type='hidden' name='type13' value='1'></td></tr><tr><td valign=top align=right>What is your favorite toy?</td><td align=left><b>I've never played with a toy in my life. I was excited. Where were we going? We've taken many trips and I just love getting in the car and going.<br /><br />Well, I don't have to tell you, I'm sure you can guess. Yep, we went to Green Bay. Danny has now learned a new trick. He likes to crawl over to me and shove his head into my side. It doesn't hurt, it's just annoying, but I move to the other side of the room or even better, I kiss his face.<br /><br />Neither of <a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://www.eskielover.com/uploaded_images/IMG_2212-747149.JPG"><img style="margin: 0pt 0pt 10px 10px; float: right; cursor: pointer;" src="http://www.eskielover.com/uploaded_images/IMG_2212-742017.JPG" alt="" border="0" /></a>the boys are walking, but that's okay. I can relax a little knowing they can't run up on me. Crawling at least gives me some notice. They both have a new habit of using me as a pillow. I'm not sure how I feel about that. But, they sure are cute little guys!<br /><br />I was a little disappointed that we didn't go to the dog park. I really liked it there, but there just wasn't enough time. Mommie said that maybe we could go to the dog park next time. So, I'm really looking forward to that. I could use a run in a big park.<br /><br />Well, talk to you soon!<br /><br />Skywalker!Skywalkerhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02464108302572644148noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19690316.post-1149253256596543482006-06-02T06:00:00.000-07:002006-06-02T06:02:40.356-07:00I've been busy...<a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://www.eskielover.com/uploaded_images/IMG_1720-717733.JPG"><img style="margin: 0pt 10px 10px 0pt; float: left; cursor: pointer;" src="http://www.eskielover.com/uploaded_images/IMG_1720-714537.JPG" alt="" border="0" /></a>Something is going on with my feline sister, Babie Kitty. She has been found in the oddest places lately. We've found her sleeping in the bathroom sink. She's been sitting up on the counters, which really, really upsets our moms.<br /><br /><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://www.eskielover.com/uploaded_images/IMG_2133-704273.JPG"><img style="margin: 0pt 0pt 10px 10px; float: right; cursor: pointer;" src="http://www.eskielover.com/uploaded_images/IMG_2133-700595.JPG" alt="" border="0" /></a>Then last night Mommie came home and really pitched a fit. Babie Kitty was sleeping on top of the fridge! She knows she's not suppose to be up there! But there she was, all wrapped up in the plants that are on top of the fridge!<br /><br /><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://www.eskielover.com/uploaded_images/IMG_2106-781205.JPG"><img style="margin: 0pt 10px 10px 0pt; float: left; cursor: pointer;" src="http://www.eskielover.com/uploaded_images/IMG_2106-777453.JPG" alt="" border="0" /></a>Oh, hey, I just remembered that I didn't tell you about Tyler's birthday party. My human cousin, Tyler, turned 14 on May 26th, which is my birthday too. I'm now 9 years old! Pretty cool, huh!?! Anyway, first Uncle Scott and Aunt Robyn threw a party at Action Terrortory, but I couldn't go because no pets allowed! What a dumb rule! But, then, we went over to their house that night! Which was cool because Grandma made an apple cake and it was yummy. She kept giving me some when she thought my Moms weren't looking!<a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://www.eskielover.com/uploaded_images/IMG_2116-700506.JPG"><img style="margin: 0pt 0pt 10px 10px; float: right; cursor: pointer;" src="http://www.eskielover.com/uploaded_images/IMG_2116-797889.JPG" alt="" border="0" /></a><br /><br /><br /><br /><div style="text-align: right;"><br /><br /><div style="text-align: left;">Anyway, we really had a good time. Then, Mom brought me home some rib bones. She didn't let me eat the bones -- I don't know why, but she did let me take the meat off of them, so that was really cool!<br /><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://www.eskielover.com/uploaded_images/IMG_2129-766599.JPG"><img style="margin: 0pt 10px 10px 0pt; float: left; cursor: pointer;" src="http://www.eskielover.com/uploaded_images/IMG_2129-762637.JPG" alt="" border="0" /></a><br /></div></div><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://www.eskielover.com/uploaded_images/IMG_2121-732718.JPG"><img style="margin: 0pt 0pt 10px 10px; float: right; cursor: pointer;" src="http://www.eskielover.com/uploaded_images/IMG_2121-729227.JPG" alt="" border="0" /></a><br /><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://www.eskielover.com/uploaded_images/IMG_2125-700871.JPG"><img style="margin: 0pt 10px 10px 0pt; float: left; cursor: pointer;" src="http://www.eskielover.com/uploaded_images/IMG_2125-798803.JPG" alt="" border="0" /></a><br />Oh, and one last thing, da boys are walking and Mommie has put the video up on her website, <a href="http://www.topofmyhead.info">Top of My Head</a>. It's really cute, so you should check it out!<br /><br />SkywalkerSkywalkerhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02464108302572644148noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19690316.post-1148426067912704912006-05-23T16:07:00.000-07:002006-05-23T16:14:27.926-07:00A little add for Boston Terriers...So, I was surfing the web, trying to come up with something to write about. Things have really gotten crazy at my house!<br /><br />First, my moms went and bought new furniture and I'M NOT ALLOWED TO SIT ON ANY OF IT! What is up with that? Plus, I can't even get close to Mommie because she sits with the recliner out. It's interfering with my begging. The chair they bought and put in front of the window rocks, so I can't jump on it and have it stay steady enough that I can look out the window. How am I suppose to keep track of the neighborhood.<br /><br />Then, they went out AGAIN and bought new end tables and lamps. I am so NOT liking this! I don't much care for change and here they are changing everything around!<br /><br />Further, did I mention that Mommie has some sleep something or other? She wears this mask thingy on her face when she sleeps now and it blows out cold air -- right in my face if I try to give her a kiss. She went to the doctor, so I thought she'd get rid of it BUT NO, the ugly machine is still there.<br /><br />Well, anyways, enough about me. I found this blog about those cute little <a href="http://boston-terrier-blog.blogspot.com/" target="blank">Boston Terriers</a> and I thought I'd let ya all know about it. There such cute little buggers!<br /><br />Until Next Time,<br /><br />SkywalkerSkywalkerhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02464108302572644148noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19690316.post-1148142448400411432006-05-20T09:09:00.000-07:002006-05-20T09:27:29.386-07:00Oh, man, what a week! So, you all know that Mom was gone for the whole week. This left Mommie, the cats and me fending for ourselves. Mommie complained that the magic house was broken, as the dishes weren't washed every night and dinner wasn't on the table.<br /><br />For me, it was a long week, because I missed Mom. I don't like it when we're all separated. It just isn't right. But, I did get to spend day after day over at Tull and Goldie's house, so it all worked out in the end.<br /><br />Then, Mommie packed up the car and to Green Bay we went. My human nephews are now a year old and there was a big party for them, but I didn't get to go to the party. -- That's not fair.<br /><br />But, I do have pictures of them:<br /><br /><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://www.eskielover.com/uploaded_images/IMG_1965-748555.JPG"><img style="margin: 0pt 10px 10px 0pt; float: left; cursor: pointer;" src="http://www.eskielover.com/uploaded_images/IMG_1965-744057.JPG" alt="" border="0" /></a><=This is Danny and Mom. She's spending the whole week up there, so Mommie and I dropped her off.<br /><br />Well, we went to the dog park before we left on Sunday to come home. I had fun playing in the big dog area with Satchel and Mitzi, but Mommie wouldn't let me go swimming with them in the river. She said she didn't want to smell that wet dog smell all the way home.<br /><br /><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://www.eskielover.com/uploaded_images/IMG_1944-723586.JPG"><img style="margin: 0px auto 10px; display: block; text-align: right; cursor: pointer;" src="http://www.eskielover.com/uploaded_images/IMG_1944-716842.JPG" alt="" border="0" /></a><br /><br />I met a dog there named Dakota. She was really pretty, a border collie mix. She had a diease that affected her brain, so she couldn't walk really well. But, she watched the rest of us play and she smiled a lot. Here's her picture:<br /><br /><div style="text-align: center;"><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://www.eskielover.com/uploaded_images/IMG_1949-740429.JPG"><img style="margin: 0pt 10px 10px 0pt; cursor: pointer;" src="http://www.eskielover.com/uploaded_images/IMG_1949-734657.JPG" alt="" border="0" /></a><br /></div>Well, once her mom had to go and check on one of her siblings and Dakota thought she should go, too. But, you could tell that it was very hard for her to control her back legs long enough to walk. She made it pretty far down the path, even if she went slow. Mommie said that Dakota showed more spunk than humans with less injuries have shown. She said that Dakota was inspirational, because a lot of people give up when their problems don't amount to a hill of beans and Dakota didn't give up.<br /></div><br />Well, I don't know about all that. I just thought she was pretty. I had a great time at the park, barking, running and carrying on. I hope Mommie lets me go back again.<br /><br />Plus, I'm really missing Mom this week, but I'll talk more about that later.<br /><br />SkywalkerSkywalkerhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02464108302572644148noreply@blogger.com
