Guys, hello. I´m here again, it´s been some time since the last time i post, but hey, so much work and so little time. So here we go:
I will see you guy there in San Diego this month, look for me in the BRANDSTUDIO booth. A publisher under the leadership of the talented ALBERTO RUIZ, who´s mission is to create a new space to print sketchbooks, in a nice an different way.

I'm back from workingland (the place where I live), sorry for not being here sharing things with you, but hey those guys at Marvel don´t take a no for an answer.
I want to tell you. that
I´ll be attending the wizard world convention next weekend, so those you can make it to Philadelphia look for me there, ok?
I will take with me the last copies of my "passport to art" sktechbook, and some prints from the Harry Potter and Joe the Indian images you´ve seen here posted.
I will be taking comissions on the spot.

the internet has release not one but two interviews with me, can you bellieve that?
I know you guys probbably hate me because i haven´t answer you for a bit, and also haven´t answer your comisisons requests, about that what i can tell you is this, I will take of your comssions, but i haven´t found a way to make it work in terms of delivering and paying, ok? as far as i figure out that, i will find time to take care f you guys, also iám working in a rate chart ok?

So please have patience, ok?

HAHAHAHAHA, you know is funny but i always forget about these kind of things, last year (can you imagine) i won the SAINT-MICHEL award for best artist in a series, REVELATIONS.
I am not the kind of guy who goes around claiming this, but hey! what the heck, is always nice to know someone apreciates the work you´ve done right?

Harry Potter

Hey, how are you guys?
I know I havent been regular in the blog,sorry for that, so please take this as an apoligy.
Harry Potter is one of the characters i enjoy drawing the most (please tell Mrs. Rowling!).
I did this one as a comission, i hope you like it, i can tell you i did enjoy drawing it.
If somebody is wondering, this is a mix technique, most of it is pastels, prismacolor, gouache and some photoshop.
I took me one day long (9hrs) to do it.

Hi guys!
today i was surfing in the net checking out the new trailers of the upcoming movies, as i always do, and i found this. Been an spiderman fan makes me check on the new stuff they have about the movie, so i took a screenshot of Venom, as is going to appear in the movie. Most of you should seen it already, but i thought i would be a good thing to make a comment about him. Personally, as much as i like Mcfarlane´s artwork, i´m not such a fan of his Venom (even when he designed him) i always find his bubble head kind of goofy looking, so i was afraid to see that intepretation of the character translated to the movie, and my nightmare came true. Here you go, the spiderman 3 VENOM....damn.

At least the sandman looks cool!

Hola, hoy les presento la portada de un libro que pueden ya encontrar en las liberias de todo México, este es el libro escrito a la limón (hombro a hombro) por Yordi Rosado y Gaby Vargas, es un texto dedicado a los jovenes a partir digamos de los 13 años, es algo asi como un manual de supervivencia para describir los avatares de la vida que se les presenta a patir de la inevitable llegada de la pubertad.
Ora que porque lo anuncio aqui, bueno pues porque los monitos que pueden ver dentro del libro son de mi amigo Francisco Herrera y de su humilde servidor, chequenlo, y si pueden comprenlo porque la verdad en libro esta muy chistoso.

This is a rare piece i did once ( i think it never went to print) to salute one of the best comics i ever read, Hero Bear and the kid. This is what comic books should be about, living a fantasy, when i read this book I see myself as a kid again.
The brain and soul behind this project is nobody but the awesome Mike Kunkel, one of the nicest guys i ever met, he is a real hero.

Here is a variant cover i did to a book called Abiding perdition, were we have red hot ridding hood. Colors by the PHOTOSHOP WIZARD (hahaha) Edgar Delgado.
I post it because i don´t know if any of you guys saw the book, by the way this book was nicely pencilled by Pedro Delgado, who´s currently working in something called ULTRADUCK check on that sometime in 2007.
